Cell was flying around the world, he had to find his sister. He needed to become perfect, luckily for him 18 had been laying low in a nearby city. She thought she would be safe in the city until a huge blast hurtled towards the city, sending her flying into the air.

Cell smirked as he reached over her with his tail “You aren’t very good at hiding, are you.”

18 fruitlessly struggled as she was absorbed by the monstrous Cell. Cell began to transform becoming slimmer, more refined in form yet containing even greater power. Cell looked at his hand “I! AM!PERFECT!” Cell could feel several high powers in the distance, he flew rapidly in that direction.

Everyone on the lookout tensed as Cell landed, Cell smirked as he looked at them. All of them could feel his immense power radiating from his body, Cell grinned “I would like to test out my power, so in ten days there will be tournament for the fate of the world. If I am not defeated on that day I will destroy this pathetic planet.”

Cell took off form the lookout, ready to set up his Cell Games. This would be perfect test of his new power. As Cell took off, Miso and Goku stepped out of the Room of Spirit and Time. Their powers were massive. Sunset frowned “Do you think you can beat Cell?”

Goku frowned “I’m not sure. He could be holding back quite a bit of power.”

Vegeta smirked “Well if you can’t then we will. Let’s enter the chamber.” Sunset nodded to him with a grin.

Bulma turned to Goku as Sunset and Vegeta entered the Chamber “I intend to investigate Dr Gero’s lab. Maybe we can learn more about Dr Gero’s work.”

Goku nodded “I’m coming with you. We don’t know if the androids are still out there. I could take them if show up.”

Miso clenched her fist “I will protect the lookout in case Cell returns.”

Goku smiled “I know you can do it.” Bulma and Goku left the lookout, Goku was keeping pace so that Bulma didn’t fall behind him. They landed in the ruins of the lab, there was a hole roof of the reinforced steel structure that was built into what remains of the cliff.

Bulma frowned as she saw the pod that contained a muscular android. Bulma ignored it as she approached lab’s computer. The turned it on, she frowned as it had no password to secure it. She then shrugged “I suppose it would be inefficient, it’s not connected to any external system and the chance of someone getting into his lab without him being notified would be practically non-existent.”

Bulma frowned as she discovered that there was an underground Sub-Lab, she opened a capsule containing an empty USB. She copied all the files onto the device. Bulma then opened a hatch, Goku raised an eyebrow “What is down there?”

Bulma shrugged “I don’t know, what I do know is that is Dr Gero’s Sub-Lab.”

They descended into the lab, they entered only to see a female figure that appeared in made of a white crystal structure with a purple crystal structure forming something akin to hair. She spoke with a refined voice “Who are you?”

Bulma smiled “I am Bulma, I am a scientist at Capsule Corp. I mean you no harm.”

The woman frowned “I am Rarity” Goku noticed she was holding a small crystal white creature with a lighter purple crystal hairlike structure. It had the same pony-like features Sunset did but her tail was like that of a Saiyan.

Goku frowned “Who is that baby.”

Rarity held her “This is my little sister Sweetie Belle, we both grew up in this lab.”

Bulma smiled “Do you want to leave, you can stay with us. I promise you will be cared for, I think the person who raised you was destroyed by his own creations.”

Rarity nodded cautiously “17 and 18. I thought that was the case, I heard them talking up there. He wasn’t the nicest person but he did care for us.” Rarity then smiled “Still I would like to leave this place, it is rather drab.” Bulma put her hand on Rarity’s shoulder, Bulma and Goku put their fingers on their foreheads and teleported back to the Lookout.

Meanwhile Cell broke into a television network, Cell turned to the camera as the people scrambled around him in panic and fear. Cell smirked “Good day creatures. I’m going to interrupt for a while. You see, I’m here to inform you that the time of peace has ended. Ten days from now I will hold a Martial Arts Competition called the Cell Games.”

Cell’s smirk grew “It will be held at point 28K-5 northwest of the Central Capitol. Unlike the Tenkaichi Budoukai before it, I will be the only opponent so the more people you send, the higher chances of your victory. I will face them in a one on one fight one after the other. If you all lose then I will destroy the entire planet.”

Almost everyone across the world were huddled in their homes, trembling in fear but for one man it was a call to action. A tall, muscular man with bushy black hair was ready to save the world.

Soon Sunset and Vegeta emerged from the chamber, their power having grown ever further as well. Sunset was still in Mana Mode when she exited. Jackie and Yamcha entered fro their turn, Sunset noticed Rarity and Sweetie Belle’s energies. Bulma ran over to them “Goku and I found those two in Dr Gero’s sub-lab.”

Sunset frowned “The younger one feels like Cell, the combination of multiple energies. She feels like all of ours combined, she must be our version of Cell.” She then smiled “Still she is only young, she just needs to be taught not to harm others. That won’t be too hard to do, I’m sure she will grow up just fine.”

Bulma let out a deep breath “I’m glad, you had me worried for a minute there.”

Vegeta frowned “Now we just need wait until the tournament.” Everyone was doing light training on the lookout to keep themselves in shape for the fight.
