Sunset was sitting at a table with Celestia, Luna and Ocellus. Sunset frowned “This is going to cause some issues. Chrysalis was very open with her invasion. This makes it hard to simply slide this under the table.”

Ocellus nodded “I agree, dues to my stupid mum’s efforts this becomes so much more complicated and…”

A huge pillar of lava shot up next to a huge icicle, a tall white changeling Queen wearing a light blue dress with a mane of frost emerged from the icicle. Then a changeling that looked like they were made out of lava twice the height of the white one emerged wearing a suit of steel armour. Sunset looked to the white one “Queen Coldsnap” she then turned to the lava one “Queen Vulcania I wasn’t expecting you for at least week.”

Coldsnap grimaced as she took a seat next to Luna “Well when we found that she was coming today, we thought we should arrive today as well. Rarely does she arrive for anything.”

Vulcania nodded as sat on the floor next to Sunset “I usually don’t like to agree with the popsicle but she is right. If she comes then so do we.”

Celestia frowned “Who is coming, you make her sound dangerous?”

A nebulous portal opened revealing a changeling Queen tall as Celestia wearing a long black dress, her mane filled with galaxies swirling through an endless cosmos. Celestia and Luna leapt off their chairs running towards her “MUM!”

Sunset shouted “Wait, Queen Starglow the fiercest Changeling Queen alive is your mum! I have only met her once, I almost pissed myself when we first met!”

Starglow gazed at Sunset cautiously as time seemed to freeze “I don’t think the others here realise show dangerous you have become. You have such power, a time will come when you will need to enforce your dominance by creating a brand new realm. You will understand what I mean in time.”

Time began to move once more, Celestia and Luna leapt onto Starglow wrapping her in a massive hug sending her to the ground. Starglow groaned “Can you two please get off me. I came here for business.”

Luna stood up right away, Celestia taking longer. They were interrupted as Coldsnap shouted “II should freeze your entire hive for that insult!”

Vulcania quipped “What, that you and your hive are a bunch of sad changelings who can’t even defeat a bunch of ghosts. I should bring an end to your pathetic hive and burn the north to cinders.”

Starglow walked over to Vulcania and kicked the larger Changeling over. She smirked “Aren’t you getting cocky sister. You have no right to challenge your sister when you take no responsibility for anything, you sleep and snack all day.”

Vulcania growled “What about you, I have no idea what you even do!”

Starglow took a deep breath “My hive has spread across the stars, it’s too large for me to take care of every little decision. Thus I have many daughters ruling over star systems of their own.”

Sunset coughed “Ahem, maybe we should get to the matters at hand. I would like to return home and see my family, so let’s not waste time.”

Starglow nodded “I need to speak to Chrysalis, I would like you to bring her in if possible.”

Sunset clicked her fingers, Chrysalis and several Inquisitor teleported in. Chrysalis looked at Starglow “Shit!”

Starglow groaned “Chrysalis, I told you need to stop dwelling on the actions of that bearded moron. I have even offered to undo it, it wouldn’t be that hard to reverse the effects.”

Chrysalis snarled “Why do we have to be subservient to these ponies, they are not capable of adapting like we can!”

Starglow frowned “They may adapt as fast as we do, but they still grow stronger with each generation. Furthermore their connection to magic allows them to ascend to heights we can’t possible reach.”

The same group of nobles that Sunset saw before the wedding burst in, they shouted “What are more Changelings doing here!”

The mare with a dark yellow mane fired a bolt of lightning out of her fingers towards Starglow. Starglow dissipated it with a finger shrouded in magic, Starglow raised her fists in front of her.Time froze for everyone but Sunset was frozen solid. Sunset watched as Starglow delivered a chop to the neck of each noble, time resumed and each noble fell to the ground like jelly.

Luna blinked “What happened to them?”

Sunset smirked “Starglow stopped time and knocked them out. It seems I can move and see things in stopped time.”

Celestia frowned “Time travel is dangerous, I thought you would know not to mess with them.”

Starglow shrugged “It’s not time travel but being able to stop time for everything that is not me. I can’t move in either direction but halting it isn't too hard. Some beings can even move through stopped time such as Sunset.”

Sunset frowned “I would like to go home if I can trust you to sort this out yourselves, the inquisition is supposed to be discreet and this isn’t that. I was just here to sort out the background stuff. Anything public you will need to handle.”

Sunset walked out of the room, she conjured up two books with a flaming sun on them. Sunset passed one to Fleur “If you need to contact me, write in this book.”

Fleur nodded as Sunset met up with Vegeta, Vegeta smiled “Ready to go home.”

Sunset nodded, the pair returned to the portal room and hopped through. Sunset and Vegeta exited the portal only to see Gohan and Chi-Chi there. Chi-Chi had a look of concern on her face “You were gone a long time. What happened?”

Sunset shrugged “Some minor villain turned up, it was handled quite swiftly. Equestria has it’s defenses should something truly troublesome arrives. I just had to handle part of the aftermath, it delayed the wedding. But that is all done. We may go back with everyone later so they can see the world.”

Gohan smiled “Well let’s go home, I’m just about to start cooking.” The four of them walked back to their home.
