Rainbow Emerald Awesome Team Up

The scene shows of a normal looking entrance with a long hallway that leads to one of the rooms in the ancient dungeon, then suddenly Spike and Rainbow Dash came out of the tunnel and sparks of pink and yellow lightning came out almost zapping them.

"Man, that was more shocking than expected." Spike said with the unintended pun.

"Yeah, but it was still pretty cool of how those lightning bolts come in different color like my hair and the actual rainbow." Rainbow Dash chuckled.

"While that was a grand sight to see, I think you should stay away from touching anything else until we know for such they're safe to touch." Spike scolded.

"Oh, come on, that lightning amulet was too awesome to leave it be." Rainbow Dash bragged showing the rainbow lighting amulet from her shirt.

"(I guess you like anything that is rainbow color, it's kind of cute almost like I'm looking at a little kid who wants to go touch the rainbow.)" Spike thought chuckled.

"Is there something funny, bub?" Rainbow Dash narrowed her eyes at Spike, hoping he is not making fun of her.

"No, no, I just remember ow children would always smile whenever they see a rainbow." Spike said.

"I guess that means you also make children smile too with your hair." Spike commented.

"I'm more inspired than just colors, I'm awesome!" Rainbow Dash smirked.

"Right, so you've been saying that so many times." Spike chuckled.

It's been a while since Spike had good talk with anyone like his friends and some players he would play with from time to time, before becoming the Dragon Lord and having his own castle to invite players to challenge him whenever they want and always wins too.

Though this also reminds Spike of one player he knew who plays a different online fantasy game and unlike Spike, this player never interacted with other people and always glue to his game.

"(I hope the guy is doing okay back home, I know he had trouble trusting others because of what happened to him as a kid, but I always believe he will walk in the daylight to make some real connections soon.)" Spike thought concerned of his online friend back in his old world.

"(I also hope that he hasn't been taking out his anger on couples whenever they show up at his castle.)" Spike thought deadpanned, knowing how this friend would always hate seeing couples because he doesn't have a girlfriend.

"Hey, Spike! You feeling okay?" Rainbow Dash asked right in front of Spike's face.

"Yeah, yeah, just thinking about a Demon Lord I knew back from my old world." Spike mentioned.

"Whoa, you even knew a Demon Lord! Did he try to enslave everyone and take over the world?" Rainbow Dash asked surprise.

"Not exactly, he's more of just ruling his land and not caring about the other nations though he doesn't mind some worthy challengers to come at him on his home turf, except he hadn't found any challenge in years." Spike explained about his friend's online avatar.

"Guess even Demon Lords get bored with being powerful." Rainbow Dash realized.

"Same can be said with Dragon Lords." Spike sighed.

"Hey, I think we're about to reach the end of this dungeon." Spike informed.

"What makes you say that?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"Let just say I've been exploring several dungeons to know if we're about to reach the end or not." Spike said, mentally thanking himself for the times he went on dungeon exploring to study how they work.

The Emerald Dragon Lord and the rainbow humanoid Pegasus young woman arrived at a large room with the torches suddenly lighting up, and a large crystal on the ceiling brightens up.

"Now this room is awesome!" Rainbow Dash looked around in the air.

"Yes, this is one new Dungeon that I am glad to have come here." Spike smiled seeing the gems embedded into the walls with the carvings of bats and looking at some paintings too.

Spike knows that when reaching the final room of the dungeon usually means there is gonna be a final boss to challenge the explorers and other kinds of people to survive or die trying, and he really hopes to go for the surviving to the end part.

"You know, we both came to this dungeon at the same time meaning this race is a tie." Spike pointed out.

"What?! No way, I don't do ties, there has to be a winner and a loser! Ending a competition in a tie would just leaves an uneasy feeling in my stomach." Rainbow Dash complained.

"It's not like we can do the whole race all over again and I was holding back my speed for a bit." Spike admitted.

"Seriously? Why would you hold yourself back and not finish the race?" Rainbow Dash asked suprirse.

"Because I wanted to be friends with you." Spike answered.

"For real? Just wanted to be friends with me even if I was the one who won?" Rainbow Dash asked, feeling a bit more surprised now.

"Yeah, I can already tell you got amazing speed with the drive to always got for being the most awesome girl in the entire world, and perhaps you would be interested in having some with greater speed as a motivator to push pass your limit." Spike believed as he flies next to her.

"I also wanted to be friends with someone beautiful and awesome like you." Spike complimented.

"(H-He thinks I'm beautiful!)" Rainbow Dash thought shocked with her cheeks blushing.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, where do you go off saying things like that?" Rainbow Dash backed away from Spike a few feet.

"If you think you can try hitting off with THE Rainbow Dash then you got another thing coming." Rainbow Dash turned around with her wings flapping faster making some winds.

"(Wow, she really does look cute when she's flustered.)" Spike thought complimented.

Wanting to get her mind off the whole unexpected compliment from Spike, she saw the giant statue of a bat with long fangs almost like a sabretooth tiger and she suddenly got a great idea of how to ease up her unease feelings for Spike.

"Okay, I just thought of a way to really finish this race and settle who's the fastest." Rainbow Dash said to Spike.

"You really like racing, do you?" Spike asked crossing his arms.

"More than you know, dragon boy." Rainbow Dash grinned with a teasing poke on his nose.

"We race for that statue of the giant bat, whoever touch it first is the winner of the dungeon race and prove who is the fastest!" Rainbow Dash excited pointing at the statue.

"You're kidding me, right?" Spike asked with a deadpan expression.

"Scared already, are ya?" Rainbow Dash tased.

"Rainbow Dash, even you must know how these dangerous dungeons work with all the booby traps we managed to survive. It's obvious the final trap is gonna involve something important like that statue." Spike gestured to the statue.

"So, in order words… You're no Dragon Lord." Rainbow Dash said.

"…I'm sorry, what did you just say?" Spike said.

"No, no, I completely understand that anyone could be brave and strong to go face whatever danger this dungeon has and reach for the finish line like a Dragon Lord." Rainbow Dash said before landing on the floor.

"But here I was hoping to see what a Dragon Lord is like when loving the challenges and other tough stuff, but it looks like you're not the so called Dragon Lord you claim to be." Rainbow Dash acted sadly in her way of taunting Spike.

"I mean, it's not like you did anything that no one has ever seen before. You're probably just a lazy dragon with nothing to do but sleep on a mountain of gold and not care about a thing." Rainbow Dash shrugged.

"Doubt you could even impress your mom like that." Rainbow Dash said.

Spike already knew what this rainbow-feathered wing girl was doing with those words and the way she is speaking in such a tone; Rainbow Dash is trying to get the Emerald Dragon Lord on board with one last race with trash talking his great dragon title and saying that he's more of a lazy dragon than a mighty mom.

But the way she said about his mom struck the final nerve.

"Okay Rainbow Dash, let's race!" Spike accepted the challenge and got into position.

"Now you're speaking my language!" Rainbow Dash excited and stood next him but moved a few inches away.

They only need to take one moment as they look intensely at the statue as they press their feet on the floor.

"Yes, we made it!" Scootaloo cheered as she and the others came in from the other tunnel.

"Glad there weren't any more traps in that last more." Sunset relieved.

"Yes, we just have to make sure that no one touches anything." Twilight said.

"Look, Spike and Rainbow Dash are about to make one last race to the statue!" Pinkie pointed at her dragon boyfriend and rainbow best friend.

"What?!" Twilight and Sunset gasped, they quickly try to go stop them.

But it was too late, they just sprinted at their top speed to reach for the bat statue and the one who touch it first was none other than Spike the Emerald Dragon Lord with Rainbow Dash coming in second place.

"I win." Spike grinned.

"Whoa, I lost…" Rainbow Dash shocked.

"What? Rainbow Dash lost? But she never loses!" Scootaloo shocked as well.

"Do you two have any idea of that his final room could be the biggest and dangerous area of the entire dungeon with the power that could kill us?" Twilight scolded the two.

"Will you relax. We touched the statue, and nothing happened." Rainbow Dash said.

But suddenly a hand size crack appeared on the spot of the statue where Spike touched and then another cracked where Rainbow Dash's hand touch appeared, then those cracks connect causing the entire statue to crumble as everyone becomes shocked of the statue being more than the outside stone hide.

"Well, things are about to get"

"Pinkie, don't you dare say it!" Sunset demanded angry at Pinkie to stop her from making a joke at a time like this.

Turns out the state of the bat is just an outer shell cracking off showing the real giant bat monster awakening with its eyes glowing white and spreading its shiny rainbow wings.

"So cool!" Scootaloo amazed.

The rainbow wing bat monster let out a screeching roar and flap its wings a few times creating some strong gusts of wind, Scootaloo nearly got blown away until Sunset was able to grab her arm with her magic and everyone stay strong to withstand the winds.

"Now we know who was right about this final room being dangerous." Spike yelled.

"Is now really the time?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"Just pointing out the fact that you should be more careful with your pride and ego." Spike stated.

"You were the one who touch the statue first." Rainbow Dash pointed out.

The rainbow bat monster took flight into the air and flew around in circles twice before it let out a big fireball from the mouth, it was going for Pinkie's group but the party girl brought out her Party Cannon and fired a giant cupcake that collided with the fireball into an explosion.

"Good quick thinking, Pinkie!" Spike smiled giving Pinkie a thumb up.

"Aw, thanks!" Pinkie smiled.

"It's attacking again!" Twilight alerted.

This time the rainbow bat monster unleash several yellow lightning bolts at everyone, Spike and Rainbow Dash were able to dodge them thanks to their speed while the others got inside Twilight's barrier that reflect the lightning bolts in random directions.

"Now it shots lightning! What's next, a giant wave?" Rainbow Dash asked surprise.

Then the unexpected happen, the rainbow bat monster let out a large stream of wave from its mouth and it became a big wave that consumes the entire room halfway full.

"You just had to ask!" Spike yelled at Rainbow Dash.

"I didn't know it could actually do that!" Rainbow Dash yelled back.

Soon, the water disappears and the rainbow bat monster came flying down to tackle the purple guy with green spikes which he was able to block with his staff though the mighty strength of the rainbow bat monster was still great enough to push him back.

"(Damn, this bat is really strong!)" Spike thought amazed.

Spike channel his magic power into his right foot causing it to burst into a green flame and then struck the beast from under the chin with a flaming axe-kick.

"Let see how you like this!" Spike yelled as his spikes burst into flames as well and starts rolling forward like a ball.

"Emerald Rolling Slash!" Spike charged forward and attacks the rainbow bat monster on the stomach for a moment before sending it flying and crashes onto a wall.

"Way to roll things around, Spike!" Pinkie cheered with a pun.

But the rainbow bat monster came out with its body glowing green for a few seconds with the injuries and damage it got from Spike has all been healed up.

"It can heal itself too!" Spike shocked.

The rainbow bat monster screeches before letting out a barrage of purple gooey substances as some of them splatted on the floor, and they started melting through the floor a bit.

"Poison acid!" Twilight gasped.

"Like you can get me with that!" Rainbow Dash dodged the purple acid and starts spinning around fast with magic energy glowing around her body.

"Tornado Crash!" Rainbow Dash send a tornado attack at the rainbow bat monster that hit it on the side making it stumble a bit.

"Keep attacking, don't let it have a moment to counterattack!" Spike commanded as he fires several green fireballs at the monster.

Sunset forms a flaming javelin in her hand and threw it right at the rainbow bat monster, and before it could pierce the monster the fire javelin suddenly splits into eight each piercing its body with one on the neck.

"Heated Spear Explosion!" Sunset snapped her fingers and the fire javelins all exploded causing damage to the rainbow bat monster.

But it wouldn't stay down for long because once again it was able to heal itself and then its eyes starts glowing red and screeching of pure rage.

"Now it's super angry!" Sunset surprised.

The rainbow bat monster unleash some yellow lightning attacks again.

"This thing is being stubborn." Twilight commented.

"Yeah, and the way it attacks is even colorful as its wings." Scootaloo said.

Twilight suddenly gasp on what Scootaloo just said and realizing what this rainbow bat monster is capable of.

"(Colorful! Its attacks are all the color of the rainbow. Red for rage, orange for fire, yellow for lightning, green for healing, blue for water, and purple for poison. And it's only been doing them one at a time.)" Twilight thought figured out.

"Guys! Its only able to do one of its magic one at a time, when it done with one of them that's your moment to strike! And keep attacking even when it's healing, that should slow down its healing magic." Twilight informed.

"I got an idea, but I'm gonna need your help." Rainbow Dash looked at Spike and whisper in his ear.

"You can do that?" Spike asked surprise.

"I've been practicing, and now I think it's finally time to do it!" Rainbow Dash believed.

Rainbow Dash starts flying around the entire room going in circles and going faster and faster with each lap, Spike helps her out by using his staff and cast a speed increase spell since she needs to build up speed for this plan to work.

The others are doing their best to hold off the rainbow bat monster though Scootaloo almost got runover if Pinkie hadn't snatch her away.

"This is why we always stick with the buddy group!" Pinkie smiled.

Rainbow Dash started to feel her body growing stronger with the speed meaning the time is now.

"NOW!" Rainbow Dash screamed.

Spike use his magic to make Rainbow Dash do an instant sharp 90 degrees right turn while at the same time she burst a rainbow color explosive shockwave.

"Sonic Rainboom!" She goes right at the rainbow bat monster at greater speed that she pierced right through the body leaving a giant hole with the head flying off.

"You won't be coming back from this." Spike smirked.

"THAT WAS THE AWSOMENESS THING I HAVE EVER SEEN?!" Scootaloo screamed joy as everyone is shocked of this.

"Yeah, it was awesome." Rainbow Dash smiled at Spike, knowing she couldn't have done this without him, and her heart is racing too.

The dungeon exploring is finally over as Spike and the girls were able to defeat the final boss which has a colorful way of battling, and Rainbow Dash was even able to have her moment to shine with her most powerful move and even started to fall for Spike too.
