Seeing it was midsummer, Pinkie softly answered, “Just the diaper, please.”

Unlatching the front and swinging the door of the ‘crib’ open, Twilight set Pinkie down in it, planting one last kiss on the forehead. She closed the door and immediately levitated over some restraints. “Just insurance,” Twilight explained.
Four soft cuffs were latched onto Pinkie’s legs. Each was tightened enough for her not to be able to slip out, but not tight enough to cut off blood flow. Once attached, Twilight clamped the restraints to the bed, causing her limbs to splay across the mattress.
A soft blanket levitated over Pinkie, and the lights in the room flipped off, leaving only the light from the covered-up window to brighten the room. “Alright then, sweetie. Sleep well! I’ll be back in the morning.”
Twilight blew a kiss and walked out of sight, the door clicking shut behind her. Pinkie was alone again, now wearing a rather embarrassing outfit. She sighed.
Clenching her eyes shut, she released her bladder. She blushed as the diaper became warm. The damp diaper licked her body, causing her to squirm in her restraints. Writing this was pretty fun! I might do these kind of stories more often. This was a bit out of my comfort zone, since normally I write darker tales that follow a more traditional method of writing stories, but I really think this turned out well!
