The Adventure begins

"Hey planning to take off?" Sonic said as Gadget walked up to him.

"Well, I was thinking the same thing," Sonic said, smiling still looking at the sun lowering.

He then looked at Gadget. "Are you going to keep moving forward no matter what?" Gadget nodded in agreement which made sonic smile. "heh you and I aren’t so different."

"Hmm," Gadget nodded once more.

Sonic turns his whole body and offers a fist bump "See you later buddy" Gadget fist bump back Sonic turn and begin to run off he looks behind and gives Gadget a thumbs up and continues to run. He waves back and turns to look at the sun he adjusts his wrist and glasses and run straight forward and jumped off and uses his grappling hook and fly off into the horizon.

SOMEWHERE IN THE WORLD

"Heh heh heh well well it looks like the hedgehog is the one I've been looking for," said a dark figure sitting on a throne "Master we've got him," said a tiny brown dog the figure turns and bring a hand out of the dark showing a grey gauntlet "Bring him in," he says as his eyes turn green.
The brown dog bows and turns around "Bring him in! “shouted the minion it was quiet after that until "YOU GET YOU GRUBBY PAWS OFF OF ME" screamed a voice a sound of an old man the doors flew open showing doctor Eggman in cuffs with two robots behind him also in cuffs too. Eggman looks up and glares at the dark figure.

"YOU" Eggman shouts pointing at him, "YOU SAID THAT THE RUBY WOULD STOP SONIC" he shouts "It would if he did not have help from his (friend)" the figure says but with the last part with anger.

Eggman is still angry and asks "Well I'm done now let me g-" he was cut off by a backhand to the face making him fall back "BOSS!" shouted the two robots. Eggman got up slowly but then he was picked up by the metal hand lifting him a bit in the air the doctor begins to panic he looks at him seeing the green glowing eyes close to his face "you’re done?" The figure says in a threatening tone.

Eggman gulps the lump in his throat "um...uh no *sighs* no I'm not" Eggman says the hand drops him back to the ground "good now its time for the next plan" Eggman nod in an agreement as he walks up to one of the guard's. Soon the cuff was off and walk up the table and looks down "I want you to get the last of your thing from your old base and make a new on here" the metal hand point at an island Eggman looks at the figure "why? Sonic would know that I am there! “said Eggman "but that part with the plan you build there to get Sonic attention as for the wolf he's mine to deal with" he says

"What's the other part with the plan" questioned Eggman "You don't need to know that part I need you just do what you would do to try to Sonic and his friends" explained the figure Eggman nod and looks at the figure "I guess I'll be on it," Eggman says as he gets ready to lea-"HOLD IT" shouted the figure Eggman turns around and looks at him "don't let them get to this Island" he points at another land far from the one that Eggman had going to. The doctor nods "and remember don't fail me again Eggman! “said the figure showing a bit of his chest armor the doctor turn grabs his robots and leave.

As soon as Eggman left the Dark figure turns around and walks to the window that shows Sonic running in Green hills he moves his gauntlet to the window and punches it breaking the glass and showing the moonlight "master are you okay? “Questioned the brown dog
"I'm fine return to you post minion," he says as he stairs out and looks at the moon

"Soon very soon just you wait Sonic," he says as the moon shines on his muzzle "SOON THAT I KING SOMBRA WILL RETURN AND TAKE OVER THE WORLD HAHAHAHAHA"laughed Sombra as he stands up with his fist in the air.

YEARS LATER

The sun was nice and bright on the mainland not too far there was a house a big one but next to were two palm trees filled with coconuts but under the tree was a blue hedgehog with red shoes wrapped in a bandage and his arms too. He grunts a bit and scratch under his brown bandana he sighs and continue to sle- *CRASH* a big rock lands right next to him the ground rumble making Sonic jump and scream"*scream* god darn it Knuckles I'm trying to sleep!!" screamed Sonic as he looks behind him "sorry" chuckled Knuckles as he picks up the rock Sonic just groans and got back in his spot as he closed his eyes as it would seem Like in a cartoon that all of the coconuts fall and landed on Sonic's head "oh ow he! “says as one by one as all of the coconuts fall on his head "*groans* I just can't get a twenty-minute nap" frowned Sonic.

"You know what, “said Sonic to himself as he stands up "I'm getting a chilly dog," he says as he runs to town.

The town was Peaceful for now it Tuesday so the egghead has no plans for Sonic to deal with "hey sup can I have two number fives with jumbo trays fry’s please" Sonic says to the cook "oi sure thing that would be 12$" said the chef Sonic hand over the money and get cashback "thank ya kindly lad “said the chef.

20 minutes later

Sonic took a deep breath with a burp he sighs "ahh now that more like it" Sonic said. His train of thought was interrupted by the tv saying "A new hero has come to protect metropolis city!" This made sonic look at the television to see what was going on.

But then sonic eyes go wide as he sees a red wolf with glasses on brown boots and glove with some bandage around his gloves and a backpack matching it all it was Gadget. Sonic fell off of his seat he got up and once more looks at the tv shows him "holy smokes I-it is him" Sonic says in disbelief

5 MINUTES LATER

At the house, the only sound that was a hammer hitting metal in the backyard was a yellow fox with two tail and goggles on his head and some leather straps around his chest. Tails heard Sonic in the distance "HEY SONIC IS BACK!!!" shouted Tail From that on the top floor in a room stood a pink hedgehog in a red suit wrap around her lower half with a strap and a big hammer on her back. Amy adjusts her gloves and walks down the stairs to see Sonic.

Amy knocked on the next door "come on Knuckles let go Sonic is back “said Amy in this room where a very buff red echidna with lots of bandage around his arm and legs "yeah okay I'm on my way “Knuckles said as he opens his door and followed Amy to the living room. As Knuckles made it to the last step he steps on something that made him slip and land on his back and a wooden boomerang hit the front of his head and went back caught by an Orange badger her hair was tied in two as she wears hide close "oops sorry Knuckles" chuckle Sticks as she helps him up.
As Sonic came in, he sees that everybody was here "I have some good news that I got from town “Sonic explained what has happened in town and what he sees on tv "so the rookie return? where is now?" Questioned Knuckles "Well he's at the city the mayor made him a statue of him saving the world and it is as a celebration" answered Sonic

"That mea-" Tails was interrupted by Sonic "Yep that right people gather your thing was going to see Gadget celebration".

Long time no see

*BEEP*BEEP*CLICK* a hand taps the top of the alarm clock soon after the person was sleeping again *BEEP*BEEP*BEEP* The person in the bed grunts in frustration and lazily hit the alarm clock again but that made him mistake his action.

"Oop!" grunted the wolf that falls off the bed he gets up and grab his glasses

"Hmm stupid clock" Gadget said as he turns off the clock he turns and heads to the bathroom with the flick of a switch light's turn on and show the bathroom as he enters in

shower, brush, combs, mouthwash and he was clean as he walks out of the bathroom he was back in the bedroom Gadget turned left and heads to the living room then make a right to the kitchen but was interrupted by "*bark*bark*bark* " barked a tiny robot dog that knocks down Gadget to the floor "heh down Bolt haha down boy" chuckle Gadget as the microwave dog was giving Gadgets face dog kisses.

Soon after that Gadget picks up Bolt and pleased him on the table the center of the dog's body witch was a microwave begin to make Gadget breakfast. He gets a pot of coffee and waits for his dog to finish his food witch comes out with eggs and toast.

"Good boy," said Gadget as flick a bottle cap to bolt that eats the cap

"Only three more days until the celebration can't you wait bud?" The gadget looks at his dog "*bark*"Bolt replied
Gadget just laughs "that it Bolt!" Said Gadget as he picks up the robot dog and spins around after a minute later he put him down "Well let get the day going" "*bark*"

TWO DAYS LATER

Sonic and the crew were on the plane getting ready to land Knuckles was asleep snoring very loud as Tails was typing on a computer and Sticks and Amy eat a peanut and Sonic was in the bathroom as he got out Knuckles woke up from his sleep to find the plane has landed Sonic finds his seat as on of the co-worker come out "welcome passenger to metropolis city" the worker says as the door opens

The group say their thank you and goodbye as they begin to look around the new city "Wow it beautifully" Tails says as looks at the big building but there were interrupted by camera crew coming "uh oh" said Amy "what wrong Amy"Knuckle said as he begins to poses making people cheer

NOT TO FAR

As Gadget was walking around the park with his robot dog Bolt as he was walking he waves as he some people that he knows. But as he continues walking he can see the airport from where he was but he can see the group of people he didn't mind until he sees a hooded figure in an ally way it looks at him and runs away he quickly tides bolt and a lamppost and runs to the ally way as he makes his way he sees the hooded figure on the roof.

He extended his right arm and his grappling hook hit the top of the wall as he flys up the top he can see the hooded figure a lot better "where do you think you're going "Gadget says making the figure gasp it turns around it begins to walk back but did not stop "WAIT" shouted Gadget as the figure lost it balance and falls off Gadget quickly looks over the edge to see the hood was on the ground flat with no one wearing it he looks up to see the sun begin to lower he realized what happing tomorrow he looks down at the hood sliding on the ground away he nods and jumps down graphs the hood and runs to Bolt and walks home getting ready.

THE NEXT DAY AT THE MAIRS OFFICE

"Gadget Gears will show up at the celebration you all get announce first okay?" Said mair Oswald as Sonic and the other nod in agreement "good now let's do this then" the group get up and walk out to the front doors as soon the doors open Sonic and his friends can see thousand of people outside and scream on the top of their lungs

As Gadget looks down he sees that the people were still silent due to the speech of what Gadget did and all of the- *scream* he quickly looks over to see "it can't be" he says as he can see Sonic and his friends with a badger.

"And know the moment you all been waiting for!!" screamed mair Oswald

Gadget get ready "the hero that save our city!" he continues as Gadget extends his right arm "GADGET GEARS" as soon his name was shouted he used his grappling hook on a building and make him set flying as he was about to hit the building he detaches and hit the to of the flag pole he gets fling close to the fans he offers a high five from the crowd when he finally lands to the ground offering his hands up high in the sky the crowd scream Gadget name.

Soon he turns around looks at Sonic he smiles at him who does the same first Knuckles give him a slap on the back making Gadget stumble a bit but laugh "Well it is good to see ya kid" said knuckles then Amy comes in and gives him a big hug "we miss you buddy"grunting Amy as she let go of the hug after that Tails offer a high five witch Gadget did it back then Stick step forwards "nice to meet ya I'm Sticks the Badger" she said offering a hand "nice to meet you I'm Gadget Gadget Gears" he replied then Sonic steps forward he looks at him and smiles at Sonic

"Hey Gadget heh long time no see"

Sonic offers a fist bump witch Gadget gladly did the crowd scream Gadget name and Sonics they both wave at the crowd then sonic gives Gadget a look telling him a sign which he got.

Gadget jumps and twirls while Sonic just taps his foot on the ground and Gadget lands and sonic offers a fist in the air and Gadget does the same the crowd scream Gadget name and Sonics then the mair walks to Gadget and gives a handshake

"Ahh Mr. Gears we want to thank you for your service of protecting metropolis city we are forever in your debt"

"Well thank you mair Oswald just let me know if you need anything, "Gadget says

"Ah well since Sonic is here can you do your double boost- oh but before that", he turns around grabs a big golden scissor and hands it, and escort him to a red ribbon "Mr. Gears if you please" Gadget smile and cut the ribbon witch the current fall then it shows Gadget doing one of his posses pointing with a determined look the crowd scream once more.

The crowd claps their hands along with Sonic and the others "thank you all of you for this" he says as he waves everywhere then he smirks and looks at Sonic telling him "let do this together" he said to Sonic witch he looks at the mair and nods "oh yes PEOPLE OF METROPOLIS IT'S TIME TO SEE THE DUBBLE BOOST" he shouts then he points at one of the agents who nod and presses a button the crowd has been standing on a platform that split showing a track.

"Huh well that would do it" chuckle Sonic as he walks to the starting line and the Gadget does the same mair Oswald lift a pistol in the air and then shoots the Gadget and Sonic runs witch they get faster about 3 minutes later they jump they look at each other and high five then time seems to slow as Gadget was about to high five he sees out of the corner of his eyes he sees the hooded figure but this times it stares at him he snaps out of it then he slaps his hand with Sonic and breaks the sound barrier.

He's the rookie from Sonic forces trailer his name was the rookie but the name Gadet was from a fan comic that is all

THREE DAYS LATER

They finally made it to the home that belongs to Sonic and his friends Gadget and Tails were in the back looking for tools to begin there work Amy comes out with a tiny table and food "So your finally going to work on the plane? “Questioned Amy "yes if my calculations are right working with an elite should take two day and 3 hou-" Tails was interrupted by the plane starting Gadget howl showing that he did it he comes out of the plane holding a red wire "heh this does not belong in plane's this is ment for cars" he said as he hands it to Tail who was in disbelief.

About an hour later they were planning about how to get to the island the plan was simple Tails will fly the plane and Gadget will search the island with Tails while the other will stay and protect to see if the Egghead will attack "okay Tails we got the stuff that we need" Gadget says a he drops a clipboard to the ground Tails nod and starts the plane "okay were leaving to the island well see you all soon" the group waves their goodbye and good luck as Tails and Gadget make their way to the island.

It been about one hour and their getting close to the land until *BEEP*BEEP*BEEP* the radar begins to blink red "something is getting close Gadget look around! do you see something!?" Tails shout to him he turn to left and right and sees nothing but when he looks back sees "hello child" said a voice that he knows "it can't be “he says as he stairs out at the figure with his eyes widen "if-infinite!?! How I thought" "that I was gone? Hmm well you were wrong it like I said I can still fight" Infinite says as he grab Gadget by the neck Gadget struggles to loosen the grip but can't "as for the fox" he shoots a phantom blast at the plane's wing making the plane stop working it begins to fall "good bye" he said throwing Gadget into the water
"Aaaaaahhhhh!" He scream until he got knock out.

Nothing but darkness that all what Gadget can see he think he is dead but a loud boom that make him walks up he coughed water he tries to look but can't see his glasses are gone he pat the ground until he touches his glasses he puts it on he can see that the lens were crack he looks around and sees the plane on fire "TAILS! “screamed Gadget as he limps to the plane. He looks at the plane and Tails was still was in his seat "hang on Tails I'm coming" he says as he unbuckle his chair and pulls him out.

As he continue to hold Tails a loud boom make Gadget looks back to see the plane is distorted no way for anyone to get them now. As he limps away from the crash also holding Tails he is losing strength he put Tails down "can't go on" he fall and sits next to a tree stump he looks at Tails. His forehead is bleeding from the crash still knocked out Gadget eyes were heavy he need to sleep. Slowly Gadget is asleep hoping that nothing will happen.

"I'm telling you I heard something" said a cyan pony with wings she where a grey t shirt that shows a cloud with a rainbow bolt on the outside she’s blue and yellow vest and has a mane and tail "Listen rainbow I don't know what y'all been hearing" said a Orange pony with a brown Stetson her mane was blond she wears a dirty grey shirt with the sleeves pulled up and a big rope on the side of the belt. As Applejack and Rainbow dash continue to find the sourse of the loud bang.

Rainbow dash flies up above the trees to now see some smoke "that wasn't there" she says to herself she looks down "Hey AJ I see smoke straight ahead!" She shout to her friend "alright then lead the way!" She shouts back About 3 minutes later they both made it to the beach to see a metal thing that they never saw before "what is that? “Questioned Applejack she walks up to it and sees footprint "uh oh it looks like somepony got hurt and was making there way to town" Applejack says "it looks like somepony needs to be saved by Rainbow dash" Rainbow says as she takes a hero stance.

Not to far she walk until something up ahead that was noticeable it was a wolf and a fox with two tails were both injured "what the hay is that thing" Rainbow says. She walk up to it and pokes it on the head "mmmm" the wolf groans Rainbow steps back eyes widen "can it talk?!?"she says out loud Applejack walk to the fox "Well what ever they are there hurt we need to get dum aid" Applejack says after picking up the yellow fox Rainbow nods and pick up the wolf but something drop from the pack from looks of it a photo Rainbow pick it up and it shows a purple and green wolf's hugging a red baby wolf in the middle 'must be a family picture' she thinks.

THREE HOURS LATER AT THE HOSPITAL

"Try to wake one of them up" one of the doctors says to a nurse she nods and walk up and leans down and her horn glows green she closed her eyes and cast the spell on the wolf "uuuuuhh my head" he says getting a gasp from the group a purple pony in a purple t shirt with a purple star on it walks up and looks at the wolf "hm so it can talk interesting" Twilight says as she wright' s on a clipboard the wolf looks around until sees the Twilight close to its face "uuh hello" he says moving a bit to the side Twilight blushes and says "I'm sorry I didn’t mean to do that" she said "no it okay it just what are you? “Questioned the wolf Rainbow walks up and Applejack does the same Twilight clears her throat "Well were pony's I'm a unicorn" she point at Rainbow "she is a Pegasus" she point at Applejack "and she is a earth pony" she looks at the wolf "what is your name? “Questioned Twilight the wolf sits up "my name Gadget Gears" said Gadget "Well it nice to meet you my name is Twilight Sparkle" she replied "Sup Gadget names Rainbow Dash “Rainbow comment "Howdy my name is Applejack “Applejack says Twilight looks at the yellow fox "what's his name?" She asks pointing at the fox Gadget looks at his friend "oh him his name is Tails the two tailed fox" Gadget answered.

They have been talking for about an hour and Gadget has been explaining everything of what has happened and in returned Twilight has told him that he is in
equestria and that is being ruled by two alicorn sisters by the name of Celestia goddess of the sun and Luna goddess of the moon and also the elements of harmony they continue until "Gadget? Where are you? “Questioned Tails he walks in Tails is on the bed still sit sees Gadget walk in with the others.

ANOTHER HOUR LATER

Tails now know what's going on but he looks at Gadget "what do we do to get home?" Gadget Looks at Tails "first you need to heal i took less damage after the crash Second we build a new plane and third we get home “Gadget says to the fox "Well okay then" he said sadly Twilight step forward "don't worry Tails I will stay" she said smiling at the fox Tails nod "thank you Twilight" Twilight turns to Rainbow "hey Rainbow can you show Gadget around town and Oh go to my house and get Spike I need to send a letter to Celestia" Twilight said to Rainbow who smiled "okay I'll be back as soon as possible" she said and walk to Gadget "heh well I better get to the farm still got some work to do" Applejack said as she leaves the room.

"Come on Gadget let's go"

"Okay I'm coming"

"Heh Welcome to ponyville Gadget"

Gadget laughs "heheh Sonic would go insane if he heard you say that but I can talk about that later for now I'm more wounded what this Suger cu-" Gadget vision was blinded by the color pink and slammed to the ground "WHAAAT YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT SUGER CUBE CORNER IS?!?!"screamed a pink pony the has crazy pink mane and tail she has a blue and pink shirt "uuuuuh pinky you can get off of him please “Rainbow says Pinky pie get up and offers a hand "ha sorry it just everybody knows what the Suger cube corner is I'm just sho-"she stops and realized "oooooooh your the wolf I saw rainbow hold ooh what your name how old are you why are you red wolves are not suppose to be red there-" "PINKY!!!"screamed Rainbow Pinky pie stop and looks at rainbow dash "k look his name is Gadget he from a another island Twilight told me to show him around town and get Spike and speaking of Spike where is he? “questioned Rainbow "oh he's here he's helping with cupcakes" pinky said Rainbow looks at Gadget and smiles "well that make things easy" said Gadget Rainbow nod "oh by the way names pinky pie" she said out of nowhere.

"Uh where did you" Gadget looks around where pinky was

"Oh that doesn't matter right now come on Gadget it a welcome Party" Pinky says grabbing Gadget hand pulling him inside Suger cube corner "uhh Rainbow help" was all what Gadget can say as we was pulled inside Rainbow just laugh she see Spike comes out "hey Rainbow I heard what you said I'm heading over to her right now see ya Rainbow" said a tiny purple dragon in a purple hoodie Rainbow waves goodbye to Spike and enters in.

Sombre stands a the egged of a cliff staring at a black floating window "the wolf...... STILL LIVES!!!!!!" Shouted Sombra he turns around and looks at infinite "you have failed me you just can't make sure that he was dead can't you" he said with his eyes turning green Infinite looks to the side and said nothing Sombra step forward to the window and now shows Sonic breaking Eggman’s robots with a spin dash "we need more back up Infinite get them here" Sombra ordered the wolf nod and flies off Sombra was about to recall his magic until he sees a hooded figure staring at Sonic doing nothing

EGGMAN BASE

Sonic drop a part of a robot to the ground "huh well I'm hungry let's get so-" Sonic was interrupted "my friends I need your help at once your friend Gadget Gears and tails the fox has crashed" the hooded figure said Sonic backs up a bit "Uh who are you? “questioned Sonic

"Who I'm am does not mater right now but your friends are in danger follow me"

"Hang on a sec" Sonic says walking back to the group "do we think we can trust that guy? “questioned Sonic Knuckles shrugs "they must be in danger" Amy said "many you are right" he turns and walks back to the hooded figure

"Alright well follow just don't make any funny ideas okay I've been having a long day"

They go in deep in the base until they find Eggman on this chair "what are you doing back here Sonic? “questioned Eggman the figure steps forward "take us to the island" the figure ordered "hahahaha do you think I'm a fool" he said the hooded figure step closer to Eggman "or else I will tell Sombra" Eggman stops right there he starts to sweat "umm how did you know that?" He said the hooded figure says nothing "alright alright I can give you one of my ships to the island" the figure nod and turns to the hanger Sonic and gang looks at each other until they follow.

As they make their way to the hanger Sonic and gang looks the hooded figure he says nothing "you have question don't you?" he said he turns left to a big ship "umm who Sombra? “questioned Sonic "he is a pony a raise that has been in hidden for 1000 years he became one with a dark magic and has been corrupted for a long time now he has been helping Eggman with trying to take you down now that you and Gadget broke the sound barrier he now has a chance to rule the planet" answered the hooded figure Sonic is in disbelief so is the other they get in and make there to the island.

2 HOURS LATER

It was quite at the time no one did anything they were thinking 'this Sombra guy is a big deal' Sonic thought to himself the hooded figure walks up to him and standard end to him looking at the ocean "well be there soon get ready" he said Sonic does not say anything he just walk to the group "SONIC LOOK OUT!!"SCREAMED Sticks pushing the hedgehog a big red fireball hits the ground they all look up and Infinite floating "hello sonic it been some time" he said landing on the ground Knuckles goes for a punch Infinite just lift him up and throws him into a wall "Infinite how do you have your powers back?!" Sonic said

"Hehehe Sonic finally we get to meet eye to eye" said a male voice he turns around to see a thing standing on a black rock "huh well you must be Sombra" Sonic says crossing his arms Eggman in his ship appears along with meatal sonic "sorry but your journey will have to end here" Sombra says "oh your not stopping this boat" Sonic says doing a spin dash to Sombra he hits him but it did nothing "what? “questioned Sonic Sombra just crossed his arms and laughs "hahahaha kill them hahaha"Sombra continue to laughs then Infinite jumps then meatal sonic "CHAOS CONTROL!" Shouted another voice and everything stop Sonic, Amy, knuckles and Sticks turn around to see a black and red hedgehog holding a chaos emerald standing next to the hooded figure "Shadow? “questioned Everyone

AT THE HOSPITAL

Twilight sit next to Tails who has been feeling bit better and on the other side was Spike asking Tails question about his friends and what he does "wow that is so cool I want to save the world to" said Spike with excitement Twilight has been writing everything down with made Tails chuckled a bit making Twilight look at him "what?" Questioned Sonic "everything is fine up here some of these pony' s are helpful with their strength and magic" Gus replied Sonic nod to himself "k well get ready" he said turning off the radio and running to the camp where the rest of he's friend.

Pinky shout at the bot making it turn around "It not nice to scared children" she says frowning "oh yeah what are you going to do about it" the robot said but stop to see a blue canon she lights a match and sets it off "oh no no no no" it said before it explode launching it Pinky clap her hand and walks to Sticks "hey are you okay?" But she did not answer she was in a ball and still crying "no I'm not alone" she keeps repeating.

This for some reason it was making Pinky upset "uhh Sticks?" Pinky said in a low voice trying to calm her down make her look up the little girls’ eyes were red from crying Pinky' s hair fall show how sad she is right now she offers a hug to her which she slowly crawls to "please don't leave me" she said making Pinky tear up a bit.
But then the robot that was launched into air was coming back "the monster is coming back" Sticks said Pinky's hair turns back to normal "Sticks we have to stay strong" Pinky said grabbing her hand and looking at robot that start to run the little Sticks looks at Pinky "why aren't you scared?" Questioned Sticks said she sees something on her chest a pendant with gallons on it is glowing "scared? nope I'm happy" she said making the pendant glow brighter this made Sticks grab her hand tighter.

"Thank you" then an explosion push the robot back the two dark figure come out Pinky and Sticks who is back to normal she looks at Pinky "thank you Pinky" she said running to the robot Pinky visions went black until see was back in the room with Sticks "goodie now we wait for the others" she said jumping up and down.

Rainbow screamed seeing animal beings like Gadget running around shooting robots but something in the sky where a lot of people shooting it but nothing is happening "worthless" the thing said adjusting his helmet and shoots beams back at the gourp but one thing that got Rainbow attention was Gadget. He was looking young but he looks scared a blue weapon lands next to him.

He grabs it with his hands and points it at the thing in the sky "I can smell the fear in you child all that anxiety it delicious" it says shooting a laser at Gadget making him land on the ground "let it all the scream out I'll let you live" it said before it begins to laugh Gadget looks down before he begins to run away in Rainbow direction before running into her making them fall "oof hey Gad what are you doing?" Rainbow said getting up and helping him up to.

"Be careful Shadow" Tails said looking back at the fight happening far from where he was. Before a big explosion happen "SONIC!" Shouted Tails hopping that everyone is okay.

It time to end this

Shadow teleport with Infinite on the main lands by using the chaos emerald. Almost instantly Infinite goes for a strike Shadow spin dash to block and dash to strike witch Infinite used his power to explode launching Shadow to a rock.

Infinite walks to Shadow who was trying to get up "weak" Infinite mutters kicking him back down "I would have expected-" but Shadow quickly did and upper cut for a surprise attack he then does a spin dash a again. Doing a direct hit forcing Infinite to crash to the ground.

Shadow lands next Infinite he was going to leave but he realized that he needs to keep Tails and the ponys safe form him as he turns around get punched by a new figure one of Eggman robots drop down and Infinite get up slowly more robot drop down he get his advantage.

"Infinite get back to base we ate having a problem" Sombra says "I can beat him-"

"I don't care he is not are problem I need you here now!!" Shouted Sombra

Infinite looks at Shadow who was punching robots he then looks at the island not to far then back to Shadow "we will meet again Shadow" Infinite says turning red "but here's a gift" he explode his phantom ruby power launching him back as Zavok and meatal Sonic appears as Infinite was gone heading back to base.

SEASIDE ISLAND

The boats finally make it to the island "okay my little pony’s Sonic and his friends are offering shelter for you all rest a be safe" Celestia looks at Luna and Cadence "we will talk to the leaders for help" the three alicorn extends their wings and takes off.

5 HOURS LATER

"Everypony has found a place to stay" Applejack says taking off her hat rubbing her head "SIS!" Shouted Applebloom she turn and sees her brother and sister she runs to them and hug each other "oh thank Celestia ya all right" she says Rainbow sees everybody with their family until she felt a hand touch she find

"Mom and dad" they all hug she happy to find that her family is safe until she sees Gadget looking at the moon "I'll be right back" she said walking to Gadget "are you okay?" She asks he looks at her his eyes were red from crying he looks back at the moon.

Then something wraps around him He sees that Rainbow is hugging him she blushes at the act she's doing but then he hugs back "Thank you" he muttered he then looks at the island and get a bit angry.

Couple weeks later Sonic and the crew were at base along with the elements of harmony Gadget was on the docks looking a the island. Rainbow walk up to him a pleased a hand on his shoulder "how you holding up" she said with hope on here eye he looks at her with a smile appearing on his face "I'm okay I'm just thinking" he mutters.

Rainbow can clearly see that he will misses his uncle "we need to stop Sombra from taking over your home" Gadget said Rainbow nods "well it nice to see that you are getting better" she said. It's true throughout the week she has been helping him with his depression on the lost of Turbo. His smiles get bigger "yeah a bit" he says he then looks at her and offers a hand "Thank you" he says she looks at his hand. She then does a handshake too "yeah your welcome" Rainbow said but they did not let go of there hands Gadget notice it and looks at Rainbow who was looking at him then turn and looks at the island with a little red on her cheeks. Gadget can also feel his face go a bit hot "um maybe we should head inside" he says coughing a little she nods "yeah um hold a sec I got to stretch my legs be right back" she said unfolding her wings and goes to a cloud.

As Gadget walks in he has a smile on his face "mhmm you like her" Pinky said out of nowhere "ah where did you-" Gadget stop when the mare giggle "I was looking from the window" she say bouncing to the table sitting next Sticks. He blushed a bit and walk to Sonic who was showing Applejack a chilly dog.

OUTSIDE

Rainbow take a deep breath and lands on the cloud smiling she sighs. Her cheeks are still red but slowly fading she sits up and thinks "how should I tell him" she thinks then it clicked "Mom" she then heads to where her parents are staying

About a couple of second later she land in front of the house where her parents are. She knock and the door showing Windy Whistles at the door "Rainbow honey what are you doing here?" She said hugging her daughter "I wanted to ask some questions" Rainbow answers.

"Sure come on in make yourself at home" she said Rainbow comes in "sorry if I'm interrupting anything" Windy shacks her head "oh it nothing I just am finishing with these thing called phones". They both enter into the kitchen Rainbow looks left and right "where dad?" She Ask Windy looks at her "oh your father is getting a temporary job" Windy answers.

Rainbow sits on the stools and looks at her mother "so what did you want to ask?" Rainbow clears her throat getting ready to ask her questioned.

"Mom how did you know thatbdad was perfect for you?" She questioned Windy looks at her "well it simple it was how he cares for others he was kind and beautiful" she answer.

"Why do you ask?" She said

Rainbow begins to blush "well you see I have-" but she was interrupted by her mother grabbing both of her cheeks "oh Celestia you like that Gadget fellow" she said in disbelief. Her cheeks go a bit darker "Mom" she says.

Then bow hothoof Rainbow's father walks in "oh hey honey what going on" Bow greats to his daughter "our #1 daughter has a cruch on that Wolf that came here last week" Windy said letting go of her and runs to her husben "really dashie" Bow said. Then he and Windy begin to jump and repeat "SHE LOVES A COLT" Rainbow hide her head on the counter hiding her blushing cheeks.

BACK AT HQ

Gadget walk with Pinky outside "k look Pinky I don't want you to tell everybody that I like her okay?"He said hoping that she won't tell "ah don't worry everybody knows except Rainbow of course" Gadget eyes go wide "uh WHAT!" He shouted Pinky laughs at the reaction "how did they know" he demanded the door the the VS opened and Sonic steps out "what up?" He asked "it just Dash x Gears" Pinky said. Gadget blushed seeing Sonic giving him the same look that Pinky had

"Why do you care I thought you don't like people talking about you and Amy" Gadget said

"I don't I like her a lot-" but he was interrupted by the door opening "ahhh I knew it" Amy said as her eyes go heart shap "that's the thing I don't like" Sonic says stepping back a bit "KISS ME SONIC!" Amy screamed "got to go bye" Sonic said before running like the wind with Amy doing the same.

As Gadget watched he had an idea "Hey Pinky can you do something for me?" He asked

"Sure she simply said he smiles "when you see dash can you tell her to meet me at the docks at 10?" He says Pinky nod "okey dokey lokey" He smiles and turn and leaves to home.

GADGET HOME

As Gadget walk in he get tackled down to the ground by Bolt "Hey buddy" he giggled *bark*bark*bark* Gadget looks at his food dish "oh you must be hungry" he said getting up getting him and his robot dog food.

CUPPLE HOURS LATER

"Okay I can do this don't need it up uh if only Uncle was here he would help" he looks down at he's feet then he takes a deep breath and looks up and "hello again child" says Infinite punching him to the ground he was about to say something wrap around his mouth.

Zavok walk up to Gadget and punches him right in the face breaking his glasses and fall off Infinite lift him up with his power "mmmm" Gadget muffled "that good enough meatal knock him out" Infinite said to the robot who did.

Then he flies up holding Gadget with his powers and teleporting.

As soon it happend Rainbow walk aro7nd the corner "Hey Had you wanted to see-" she drop a and looks to see nothing there but only Gadget pair of glasses broken. She looks around to see if he was anywhere but no he gone "oh no" she walk to is glasses and pick up the pieces she then unfold her wing and make way to HQ to tell of what has happend.

Gadget slowly opened his eyes and sees nothing but blur "hello?" He says he tried to move but only find that he is strap on a table.

A Gears forever part 1

Gadget has been gone for some time the other have been looking for him and so far they are not getting any clues. "Come on there has to be something that we missed" she said running around but then she notice that the group was not following. Twilight step up "Rainbow we can't find anything I think we should-"

"No" Rainbow interrupted she flies up "we can't stop he need our help" the other look down then Amy stands next to Twilight "Twilight is right we need to stop" Rainbow was taken back by this. But then she realized that her friends are right there nothing to do her ears fall back "okay" she muttered then Sonic put a hand on her shoulder "don't worry well find him we just need time" he said Rainbow nod a bit. Sonic back up "we'll give you alone time" Sonic said as Amy hugs him.

Rainbow sits at the docks for some reason she started to cry "Gad where are you" she then gits up looks at the moon and then begins walks home.

Darkness, cold and alone Gadget was bruised all over being punch by Zavok. He can't sleep the pain keeps him up he does not pay attention to the door opening "I told you I'm not going to to tell you anything" he said trying his best to stay strong. The chain around his body were suddenly gone he then falls to the ground.

"What are you doing?" Questioned Gadget

He looks to see Eggman. He does not say anything he picks him up and leaves. Gadget can feel the pain on his body as he holds him.

About soon they walk in a room "Ah Gadget finally" Sombra says as he jumps down a brown dog walk up to Gadget and used a wire and wrap it around his body. "What is this?" He asked then Eggman drop him down and he grunts in pain and looks up trying to see. without his glasses he can't see.

"This is your doom" Eggman said smiling and walking to his ship. Sombra picks Gadget up "now I will give you one last chance" he said griping him a bit tighter "where are the alicorns" Sombra said. He has been looking for them so he can take there power. Gadget chuckled and shakes his head.

"My name is Gadget Gears I will protect the the world from evil" he said Sombra just stands "wrong answer" he said punching him to the ground. Gadget then repeat the sentence. Sombra punches him again "I'm growing tired of waiting where are the-"

"Master there back on Seaside" said a blue dog

He looks at him then back at Gadget "well you were useless" he drops him Gadget coughs out some blood "shall I finish him" Infinite said.

"No keep him alive we can use him at the right time" Sombra answered

Gadget get pick up again being drag away though his blurry vision he can only see a light slowly disappearing.

SEASIDE ISLAND

Sonic and the crew were waiting to see the princesses he looks at Rainbow who was still upset about what's happening. But Throughout the time the pony's and animal's have been getting used to each other ponys got jobs and have a place to stay.

Twilight see Rainbow and she's not getting any better. She walk up and pleased a hand on her shoulder "how you holding?" She said. Rainbow looks at her she gives a little grin but it fades.

"Fine" she muttered

Before Twilight can speak Knuckles points "there they are" he said with a grin Sonic hugs Amy, Sticks stands up and Applejack does. "Twilight my student" Celestia said hugging her star student. The hug breaks and Celestia looks around and then saw Rainbow dash with a sad expression on her face "Rainbow dash are you alright?" She ask making Rainbow losing her train of thought "oh um nothing I'm just- oh look at the time got to go" she quickly said flying to a cloud.

"Don't worry about her but anyways we heard the news so what the plan?" Questioned Twilight Celestia looks at her student and nods Sonic walks up

"Let talk about it at HQ"

Sombra sit on his throne looking at a window that shows Celestia and Luna "so they are back good" Sombra grab his radio "doctor how is the project doing" he said. It takes a minute and then respond with "still need time" he said Sombra stands "Infinite" he called. Soon later Infinite appeared "yes" he asked

"Get down to the hanger and get ready for the attack I'll be there soon" he said walking away "time to crush them" he said using his powers showing meatal sonic and Zavok and Chaos.

GADGET'S CELL

Gadget sits in the corner cold and alone "oh how sad" said a familiar voice he looks around trying his best to see he hears the voice chuckle "up here" it said he looks up and sees a something "who are you?" He questioned

"why it's me" it said showing a paw

"Dis-Discord how did you-" Discord pleased a claw on his mouth "careful now don't want the guard to get you" he said. "Okay look as much I don't like to do this but I need to get you out" he said Gadget looks at him "but why?" Questioned Gadget.

"Well these couple of weeks with me and Fluttershy were fun she has opens my eyes and made me feel better with friendship and also helping is the right thing" he answered.

"What are the others doing?" He asked Discord "well you missed not much but oh yeah that Rainbow haired pony oh what her name uh Rainbow crash" Gadget shakes his head he was about to speak until he pleased his paw back on his mouth "no let me think it's uh Rainbow bash uhh oh I got it Rainbow flash" he said Hoping that he was right.

Gadget shacks his head again "Rainbow dash" he said Discord snaps his fingers then all of a sudden a Apple appered "oh darn well close enough now here take this" he said handing him glasses with a blue gun "thanks" Gadget said adjusting his new glasses "good now let get you out of here" he said snapping his fingers and soon the prison bars trun to mayo. They look around before they make a run for it.

As they walk around they hear robots walking they hide behind a box until they hear a beep “robot come to engineering room now!” ordered Eggman they comply and leave the room Gadget looks around “this is perfect we can help the others give Sombra’s base location” he said Discord looks around “It’s clear”. Gadget soon gets up and walk to a computer “let get contact to the others” he said.

Celestia placed a puck on the table showing a map "this here is the battlefield that my scout found he said that there were some of Eggman's there so I'm guessing that maybe Sombra is here" she explained pointing at a mountain Knuckles looks at Celestia "are you saying were doing a surprise attack?" He asked. She nod and pinky out of nowhere "oh I love surprise" she said hoping up and down. Applejack crossed her arms "not that surprise sugercube" she muttered.

"Oh okay" she said smiling

Gadget looks at the computer seeing his friends there "Gadget your alive" Amy said he smiles back "yeah I'm good for now me and Discord will give you the location so we can finely put a end to this" Gadget says as Sonic and Fluttershy come in "Gadget your okay" Sonic said he nods then looks at Discord "hey how is it going with that beacon" he asked him "it fine It will be notice" he said drinking chocolate milk "you did good discord" Twilight said.

Then their side got a loud beep Sticks looks at it "uh what John de lancie?" She questioned Discord snap his fingers "that's it" he says "oh that great to hear don't worry Gadget will save you" Applejack said.

"Discord I have a plan that can do some major damage to Sombra" Gadget said before he looks at the computer and sees Rainbow there. He just looks at her "hi Rainbow" he said "Gad thank goodness you fine" she says "don't worry I'll be home soon" he said putting a hand on the screen Rainbow does the same but then he hears a clink notice outside "got to go bye" he said turning it off he grabs his weapon and hide behind a desk.

SOMBRA'S THRONE ROOM

"HE ESCAPE" he said slamming his fist to the ground the "GET HIM HERE NOW!" Sombra ordered the robot salute he then grabs his radio "doctor get alpha 5 powered on" Sombra said "fine" Eggman mutters.

ENGINEERING ROOM

"Good your powered up now go get that wolf" Eggman said to his robot it walk forward it has most of the looks of Sonic but a bit bigger it's eyes glow red.

"Yes sir get the wolf"

A Gears forever part 2

Gadget hold his gun and hide behind a box. The loud thumping get louder as it comes close he looks out from to see a old looking meatal sonic. He gets back 'great' he thinks then looks at Discord who was rubbing his chin. Discord then got an idea he gets up and points a finger at meatal and shoots mustard at the ground making it slip "alright I got this now as for you Gadget you return home I'll be back" Discord said snapping his fingers and Gadget was gone. Meatal gets up and looks around its eyes glow dark red "big mistake" the robot said adjusting his hands. Discord laughs "you have no idea what your going against" he said.

Meatal just stands there with green eyes "scanning" it said then turns back to red "a god" he answered Discord smiled "ah your good but let's see if you can keep up" he says charging up his power.

Sonic comes walking in with some chilly dogs on a plate "sorry I'm late had to feed Gadget's dog" he says as he sits down and looks at his food. Just before he could eat Applejack out of nowhere grabs one "hey that was-" he quickly picks his plate up as Gadget comes out of nowhere and lands on the table breaking it Twilight let's out a "eep" and Fluttershy faints. Princesses Celestia and Luna have just do nothing as for everyone just scream Gadget looks up and tried to see but his new glasses were gone "hey everyone how are-oof" he then got punch in the face by Applejack knocking him out.

"Oh uh sorry Gadget" she says

3 HOURS AGO

Rainbow adjust her blue hoody getting ready to head home she's have been feeling a lot better when she found out that Gadget was alive she was determined that the fight with Sombra will end soon since now he send them the location. As she comes close to Gadget's home she used the key to opens it as soon it opens Bolt sits there hoping that his owner is home. Her ears fall "sorry bud he's still not home" she said Bolts hope fell he wines then heads to Tank who was sleeping on a pillow. Rainbow was the one who have been taking care of the house and bolt.

She takes a look around the home she did not have much her parents where the one who help bring her stuff here during the evacuation. "How you holding up Tank?" She ask. He was in his shell but when he heard Rainbow slowly he comes out and smiles up at Rainbow. She smiles back and pat his shell then get up and sits down on a chair relaxing.

Soon after the door opened showing Sonic "hey Rainbow" he greets walking "hey" she muttered while streaching "I'm here to uhh feed Bolt yeah uh Bolt come here boy" Sonic said clapping his hands to the microwave pug. Rainbow looks at the clock and sees the time. Sonic hands Bolt a coin. He then sits on the stools "so you've been getting better" he said smiling. Rainbow shrug "yeah I guess your right" she says as she sits up.

"Don't worry Prince charming is almost home" he joked

Rainbow blushed at what he said witch he laugh "shut up" she said looking away he then soon stops and looks at Bolt who was almost done. He gets up adjust his back "soon he will be home very soon just you wait" he says walking past her putting a hand on her shoulder then walk away then comes back holding chilly dogs on a plate "well got to go bye see you tomorrow" Sonic says as he leaves.

After Sonic left Rainbow get up and make her way to Tank she picks him up "well Bolt we got to get going but we'll be back here soon" she said patting the dog. Bolts neon eyes have been blue ever since Gadget was gone witch it make Rainbow a bit sad to just looking at him. She then gets up and get ready to go home.

THE NEXT DAY

Gadget felt good that he can finally have some rest but to him it did not feel that long as he wakes up his body is sore. He was back when he was held captive but now he feels even worse.

"Hey man how you doing" Sonic says as he give Gadget his glasses "I'm fine I just feel sore allover" Gadget said as he gets up Gadget then looks around "so uh where Rainbow" he said Sonic grins "oh don't worry about your Princsess" he joke again and it works as Gadget face goes a bit more red "ha ha very funny" Gadget said walking to a chair Sonic looks at him with a look "so are you going to go to her?" He ask.

Gadget get up intently then runs out the door.

Sonic chuckled "go get her" he said

Gadget continues to run he was getting tired but he did not want to stop. Soon he's sees his house he then stops "RAINBOW DASH!" He shouted a minute later the door open as it opens all the way Gadget gets tackled down to the ground by the rainbow mane pony "Gadget" Rainbow mutter in his chest he can hear her crying he runs his hand in her mane stroking it. She moves up a bit and looks at him "your here" she said. Gadget placed a hand on her cheek making her blush. Soon they make eye contact they slowly bring there heads close before anything could happend an explosion happend making them be pushed away they get up and see "oh no" Gadget said.

It was Sombra holding Discord by the neck "weak" he said dropping him in front of the two. Out of nowhere Sonic appeared then the others "ah finally I can now have a proper battle Sombra said jumping down Sonic looks at Twilight "go get your elements" Twilight nods and soon the others leave but for Rainbow she did one thing before she left. She kissed Gadget on the cheek and catch up with the others.

Knuckles runs to Sombra and goes for a punch. Sombra grabs his hand and punch back. Knuckles dodged the attack Sonic quickly grab Discord and puts him in a save area. Gadget shoots his gun at Sombra who dodged all bullets punching Knuckles in the face. Amy goes in with her hammer and goes for a hit. She very lucky got a hit on him but now he hold her hammer "hey give it back" she grunts trying to get it. Sombra throws her hammer with her with it. Sticks then used her boomerang that hits his head. She used it again throwing it him. Sombra cached it a snap it in half. He knocked her back and doged Gadget gun.

Then Sonic came in with a really fast spin dash hitting him right in the chest. Sombra gets pushed back and begins paint. He smiles seeing the Twilight and the others come back. Sonic looks back and steps back letting the other finished the job. "Sombra your rain of terror is over" Twilight said Sombra just stands their. Soon Twilight and the others float in the air and Twilight's eyes begins to glow white soon then a rainbow beam heads straight to Sombra getting a direct hit.

After it was done they slowly head back down to the ground they see that Sombra was-

"do you think that would stop me?" He says pushing some rubble away everyone steps back "What it should have worked how did-" Sombra throws magic at her throwing Twilight back and hit the wall "I have my ways" he said pulling out a bell "this belong to grogar, this absorbs all kinds of magic" he says beginning to laugh.

With his secret weapon in his hand he absorbs the magic he begins to float up his eyes turning green and purple "Yes I can feel the power" he said lifting a hand in the air showing a rainbow fire on his hand. Sombra looks to the left and sees his army are now making there way onto the island. Soon then dark smoke surround Sombra as a dark tower comes out of the ground the others back up seeing what's happening.

The Celestia and Luna appeared "were too late" Luna says as she help Twilight up "What should we do?" Rarity said Applejack step up next o Knuckles "we need to get the people out of here" Applejack said

"Well will help with that right now you all need to stop Sombra" Celestia said walking to the town Luna follows "we will handle this take Sombra down" she said. Soon Silver and Shadow telapoted "we need to hurry we have to get that artifact to make Sombra week" Silver said walking up making a portal inside the tower.

Soon after Infinite appeared in front of the portal "we meet again for the last time" he said walking out Gadget walk in front of every one "go on a head I'll catch up" he said taking out his gun Sonic and the other go in Sonic looks back and sees Gadget and Infinite walking slowly in a circle.

ON THE TOP OF THE TOWER

Sombra looks around seeing the chaos happend. Eggman's ship lands next to him "get the project ready" Sombra said "What now it's still not ready" he said

"Get it out here now!" He ordered

Eggman looks around "as much I don't like Sonic I-" Sombra picks him up "I don't care do it now" he said Eggman begins to sweat but then he cheats his throat "no it's not ready" Sombra eyes glow darker "traitor" he said walking to the eage. He now holds Eggman over the eage

"wait I can-AHHHH"

Darkness falls part 1

Sonic and the crew walk out of the portal entering the tower "you got this Gadget" Rainbow said flying out and giving a thumbs up. Soon they look around to see anything "are their stairs around here or a-" Knuckles stop and hear what sound likes screaming.

"You y'all hear that?" Applejack said soon the other look around then slowly the screaming gets louder "NOOO!" Shouted what sounded like Eggman. Just as Sonic looks up he sees him falling Sonic sighed and runs and jumps on the wall and then jumped off the wall doing a wall jump towards Eggman. Instead of Sonic catching Eggman he kicks him to the wall. Eggman then falls off the wall and lands on the ground he slowly opened his eyes and Looks to see the group of Sonic's team and the elements of harmony ready to fight.

"Where's Sombra egghead," Sonic said

The doctor then begins to beg "please Sonic, please don't hurt me" he pleaded. Sonic then looks at the others then. Back at him "you are not important where is Sombra?" Sonic said. Eggman then sighed "okay okay he's at the top of the tower that's all I know"

"No kidding" Knuckles said

Sonic then gives up and walks away but before Eggman grabs him again "but that not your only concern" he said getting up "I've been building something when have been working with Sombra" he explained "after canterlot got hit by null space Sombra wanted me to make something old something that not been around for some time" he said pulling a blueprint out his pocket. Eggman showed a big ball that had a big gun on it "this is a nuclear weapon that will kill everything in just a second" he said handing Sonic the blueprint

Tails walk up and look at the plans Twilight does the same. Sonic hands the map to him. Soon both the unicorn and fox begin their science talk. Knuckles walks and picks up Eggman "what should we do with him?" He asked. Sonic shrugs "don't know... Wait I got it" Sonic looks over to Applejack "hey Aj mind if I use your rope," he said making Eggman nervous.

TOP OF THE TOWER

Sombra sits on a throne made out of magic looking around at the destroyed city "such a beautiful day watching everything die" he chuckled. He snaps his fingers summoning his minion. "Is it ready?" he asked the blue dog gulp the lump in his throat "well the plans are off we need to test the-" Sombra pick him up by the neck "I don't want anymore test I want it here now" he demanded, "it's um it's unstable If we don't test the weapon it might destroy the-" once again he was picked up "I don't care. Get it here now!" He shouts the dog nod his head fast repeating "yes sir" before Sombra teleported him back.

But then not too soon some loud footsteps that belong to a robot were coming up from behind. He looks to see a metal sonic but an older one. It walks up "where's my creator this is my last known location for me to meet," it says as the shadow king gets up again from his throne "he's gone," he said turning to look at the city again.

"What happened?"

Sombra said nothing but only chuckles "I threw him over the edge," he said. The robot's eyes went from red to darker red "you terminated my creator" he then walks up slowly lifting an arm. Sombra used his magic and picks up the bot "you dear attack me" he says slamming it to the ground. Sombra's anger grows more then he looks at the windows that show the group walking in his tower.

"They fell right into my trap," he said snapping his fingers.

As the group continues there a path to Sombra doors around them open and the area where they came in was gone. "What's going on?" Tails say walking towards one of the doors.

"TAILS NO!" Twilight screamed trying to grab him. But she was too late the door pulls him in and closed and disappeared. Sonic runs up to the wall where the door was and hits the wall "dang it" he muttered. Knuckles then look at the other doors "okay don't go near any of the- WHOA" a random hand coming out of the wall and pushed knuckles into a door.

Soon more hands were coming out trying to grab someone. Rainbow flies up and looks for a way out. She sees it on the other side of the room. "Over there quickly," she said Sonic grabs Rarity and runs over with Twilight behind. Soon Sonic, Sticks, Amy, Silver, and Shadow make along with Twilight and Rarity.

"Where are the others?" Twilight said

They all look back in and see Applejack holding Pinky Pie and Fluttershy who was about to go in the door. "Don't worry I got y'all" Applejack says as she tried to pull them out. Then Silver runs back in "hang on" he shouts using his power. The three glows blue by Silver power and it was working slow they were being pulled out. But then a hand punch Silver in the face making him stuttered. The door opens and pulls Silver in along with Applejack, Fluttershy, and Pinky.

The door closed in front of the last remaining group and Twilight runs to the door and tries to open it "no stupid door" she kicks it. Sonic looks at what remains "do you feel the air were close to the top" Shadow said, "how? we only went in only one hallway" Rarity asked

"Unless it's a puzzle" shadow said crossing his arms

"That could be it," Twilight said using her horn to detect magic "yep I can feel it but it's strong like its some kinda-"

"Dark magic" Shadow interrupts

Twilight nodded Sonic looks around and sees more hallways "let keep close I would rather not lose more friends" the group agreed and walk close to each other.

Gadget pant heavily he tired from fighting but he can't stop. He limps to his gun that was a bit damaged and points it at Infinite who lands on the ground "your hope is what weakens you" Infinite says punching his side. Gadget then falls to the ground tired and weak "then I'll kill you friends" he said lifting his hand making a turret appear

"goodbye"

"No" Gadget quietly muttered

"Not so fast jerk," said a voice behind him. Infinite slowly looks back and sees a tiny purple hooded dragon. Standing next to him was princess Celestia and luna and shining armor. Infinite chuckles "I was expecting more than-" he was slammed to the wall by lunas attack "sister," Celestia said smiling. Spike helps Gadget up "are you okay?" He asked

"Mmmm" Gadget grunted

Soon Infinite gets out of the rubble "enough of this" he said using his power to hold the group. Spike quickly pushed Gadget and get locked in place "no" Gadget muttered but then get punched to the ground by Infinite. He then looks at the three "such fools to face me" he chuckles. Gadget then sees his gun not too far he begins to crawl.

Soon then Infinite summoned turrets around the three "goodbye" he said.

"Think again," Gadget said standing up

Infinite looks back and then Gadget fired his gun shooting a laser right to his gem on his chest. He steps back and touched the gem "no" he said stepping but only trips to the ground. "No no no," he murmured trying to get up. Soon he could hear Sombra calling him "infinite what's going on with the clones there fading," Sombra said. He feels fear crawling up his spine. He then looks at his hands and gets the vision of seeing Shadow.

"No, I'm not"

He looks at his cracked gem then at the group he backs away slowly to the wall. Then he gets to his knees he looks around outside but then at Gadget.

"That's it.... you're afraid of losing your powers. afraid that you're weak to fight" Gadget said walking up to him. Infinite fall back down and crawls away.

"Forgive me," Infinite said before disappearing.

Soon around the city clones made by Infinite disappear and up the tower Sombra punched the ground and turn and left.

The soldier's cheer in victory "it over" Celestia said "no" Gadget said looking at the top of the tower he can see an explosion

"Not yet"

The last remaining group made it to the top and they have been fighting Sombra for some time now. Sonic gets punched to the ground by Sombra who then looks over the edge. He then punched the ground and turns around and fired a big blast.

"That's it," Sonic said before he begins to glow. Then the explosion happened to launch Twilight and Rainbow to the side. "That's all you got," Sonic said before clearing the smoke showing his true power.

"You now finally show your true power perfect," Sombra said craking his fingers. Sonic steps forward "You're going down Sombra," he said.

"Now," Sombra said snapping his fingers. Sonic turns around and sees a big black ball appear and the slowly big gun comes out. "What is-" Sonic gets shot a black beam that surrounds him.

"SONIC!" Twilight shouts soon he was gone and the gun begins to glow. Shadow looks at the dark lord "what did you do?"

"He's using him as a battery for that gun" Twilight said

Sombra laughed "you're smarter than I thought," he said walking to the side. "It's over for all of you," he said before using his magic on Sticks, Shadow, and Rainbow turning them to stone "NO!" Twilight screamed.

"And as for you Sparkle, your time is-"

"Sombra!" Shouted a voice

He turns to see both the alicorns Celestia and Luna. "Ah the sisters you all have come to face me," he said grabbing Twilight with his magic "put her down and we will give you are power," Luna said stepping forward "I know what you are doing and you know what?" He said before he uses his magic to grab both of them "I don't need any of these games that you're are playing" he said beginning to take their power. A gold aura comes off of Celestia and for Luna, a dark blue both come to Sombra "yes" he said feeling more power. He then throws Twilight at them "Twilight!" Celestial said.

"I've done it I have adsorbed all of the most powerful magic across to the world!" He said before all of the chaos emeralds appear around him then the elements of harmony go around him. He then lifts both hands bringing both the sun and moon close to each other. Then a dark smoke begins to go around him "YES!" He shouts.

Soon then both Rainbow, Sticks, and Shadow them still as a statue get fling and hits a pillar that begins to form out of nowhere. Then three black orbs appear.

"Sister I don't feel too-" luna didn't finish by her begin turns to a statue "LUNA!" Celestial shouts but then also gets turned to stone to "no" Twilight quietly muttered before also turning to stone.

Darkness falls part 2

"Did we won?" Spike said kicking a piece of rubble. Gadget smiles a bit looking around seeing the clones have disappeared but one thing concerns him. He looks up at the tower and sees something falling.

"LOOK OUT!" He said grabbing Spike and runs back into the building. After that was over he looks to see a statue that looks like-

"TWILIGHT!!" Spike shouts running over to her

Soon then Shining armor does the same "no that can't be true" he said looking at his guards "captain what do we do?" One of the guard ponies. Before he could say anything else more statues fall.

They all back away hoping not to get hit and lucky they did not get hit. Gadget looks at the other statues "Shadow?" He said. Looks at the other one "Sticks too?" He then looks at the last one "R-rainbow?" Gadget said falling to his knees

"No" he muttered.

He then looks at Spike who was hugging Twilight and crying. Gadget then grabs his gun looking up at the top "you are going to pay for this!" Gadget said.

"Captain get your guards and the last remaining civilians out of here I'm going to hold him here," Gadget said using his grappling hook heading to the top.

Shining armor nods "alright we need to move!" He shouts. More guards come to help grab the statue and leave but Spike looks at the top of the tower.

"Be careful Gadget" he muttered before turning and runs back to help.

As Gadget makes his way to the top of the tower he sees dark smoke surrounding the top "almost- AHH" the wall turns into a hole and pulled him in. He feels himself being pulled in and soon he crashed into a door.

"Welcome I've been expecting you" Sombra laughed

Gadget slowly gets up but stop seeing more of his friends turned to stone. Gadget then grabs his blaster and looks around "where is Sonic?" Gadget said

"Oh yeah, the hedgehog" he chuckles. Soon a black window shows Sonic straps with metal bars around him shocking him to death. "SONIC!" Gadget shouts but soon the window disappears "leave my friends alone!" He said

"Or what? Do you think you can defeat a good?!" He said showing a big shadow monster "I can be anything I want in the whole world! The thing that never existed!" Sombra said picking up Gadget and bring it close to his face "give up or die trying to save the world" he said disappearing dropping Gadget.

"Come and face me if you dare," he said summoning stairs to the top. A metal Sonic falls down the stairs and land next to Gadget. It slowly gets up and looks at Gadget "target spotted" it said.

"Wait! hold on fight me later we need to stop Sombra" Gadget said pointing at the stairs. Metal look at it then back at Gadget "processing... Acceptable" Meatal said getting fully up.

"I have a plan to fix this" Gadget said

"Since many of my friends are turned to stone it's up to me and you. First I need you to get to that ship and free sonic to help defeat Sombra. But as for me, I'll hold him off" Gadget explain

"Objective notified save the hedgehog," Meatal said.

"Okay, I'm going to ask one more time GET ME OUT OF THIS CELL!" Sonic shouts. The robot does nothing but walks away "heh stupid bots" he mutters looking around but sees nothing. The last time when he was captured it was well fewer shackles. But for once in his life, Sonic feels like he let the whole world down

"I'm sorry I... I should have been better" he muttered to himself. He looks down thinking back at what's has happened. First meeting the ponies, them losing Canterlot, Gadget's uncle died, Gadget and Rainbow dash getting together, and himself and Amy. At first, it was fun but now seeing Sombra holding this power there probably no hope left.

Metal kick the backdoor and walks into the main engine room but he was stopped by some other robots. "Halt," one of them said as they begin to scan "clear," the other said "I have new on our creator" metal said walking past them "get the others" Metal demanded. The two bots salute to the order and head to the microphone "calling all units to the engine room 30" the bot announced.

Gadget makes his way up to the top of the tower remembering the plan to free Sonic and the only way is to fight Sombra. As he makes his way he feels the air pushing him back a bit like it's begging for him to turn back but he can't stop and he won't stop. He makes it and he sees the dark lord standing in the middle with dark smoke going around him.

"You're finally here great," Sombra said

He removes the smoke and walks up "the moment, I waited for" he said

"You're going to pay for taking my friends away," Gadget said taking his blaster out. Sombra laughs loud "here we go" Gadget muttered before running in firing his gun at Sombra which did nothing. Sombra takes out a black emerald and shouts "CAOS CONTROL!!" Slowing time and walking up to Gadget "weak" he said pushing him to the ground slamming him against a wall.

Gadget gets up slowly trying to get his blaster before Sombra stomps on it. He grabs Gadget by the throat he charges his dark magic and put it deep in Gadget's body. He screamed in pain before he turns dark purple and eyes white. He let's go and feels nothing after that. Sombra then throws him to a wall again but this time Gadget felt nothing.

Metal thanks on top of the generator "Sombra tried to kill our creator he doesn't care about us but only taking offer the world" Metal said the hot look at each other then back at metal. They then salute "take over the ship I will get the hedgehog," Metal said. Soon the bots begin to leave and shoot the Sombra's minions taking over the ship.

Metal walk up to the cell looking up seeing the blue hedgehog

"Metal what are you doing here?" Sonic said

"Realising you," metal said breaking the shackles. Sonic looks at metal with disbelief "go stop Sombra I will handle the ship" Sonic nods and runs finding his way out.

Sonic jumps out of the ship landing near the soldiers "where are the Statues?" He said quickly. The soldier's points behind them were Shining armor and Spike we're in a car filled with people and the statues of Sonics friends he walks up and then glows.

Soon slowly one by one were glowing then all of them were back. "TWILIGHT!" Shouted Spike and Shining armor running in and hug Twilight "wha-what happened?" She then quickly remembered "Sombra we need to stop him," she said

Sonic nods "let's get our friends out of there and finish this once and for all," he said. They all nod and head their way back inside.

Sombra looks at his ship that appears again "what are you doing minions?" Sombra asked

"Master the robots there going crazy- ahhh!" The radio then went silent Sombra looks at Gadget who was still in the same spot. He looks back at the ship then back at Gadget "you little-"

"SOMBRA!" Sonic shouted

He looks to bee everyone there "what how did you-" he was interrupted by the gems heading towards them. Soon Sonic, Silver, and shadow glow showing their true power, and Twilight and her friends charged up their power too. Sombra then hears the radio "fire" soon the purple beam shoots at Sombra and the three hedgehogs shoot power full blasts along with the elements of harmony fire at Sombra.

"NOO!" He shouts bringing back preventing them from hitting him.

Gadget just sits there dead cold and looking at Sombra what he sees is something strange.

"Hello is uh anyone there," gadget said looking around the white hallway.

"Welcome Gadget gears," said a voice he turns around to see Sombra but different. He has an armored robe and has no horn "S-Sombra?" Gadget muttered. He nods and walks up to him "you look tired come follow me" he said, "what happened to you?" Gadget asked.

"Well this is me before everything happens I'm all that's left of light most is in darkness," he said

"I was Lunas number one guard and we've had a history with each other but then Grogar came and corrupted me making me his slave. But after his death, I was free but still in darkness"

He looks at Gadget with a little smile on his face then continues walking "but you. You can free me from this torment"

"How?" Gadget asked

Sombra turns around "you must say goodbye," he said putting a finger on his head, and soon his vision goes black but then shows his memories with his family. His mom and dad's wedding day.

"I do," they said before they kissed

It then shows Gadget's mother telling his father that he's going to be a father "what are we going to name him?" His father said.

"Gadget. Gadget gears" she said

Then soon shows the accident and the funeral and his uncle walking away. Gadget soon then falls to his knees and begins to cry. He then feels hands on his head making him lookup. He sees his parents and his uncle there with a happy expression on there faces

"you were very brave son", Turbine said

"You were strong," Margret said hugging him

"But you can't stop here," Turbo said putting a hand on his shoulder

Soon the three come close to him and all said "goodbye Gadget" they said. He hugs them and says "goodbye I love you" they then put a finger on his head.

Then everything showing his struggle and getting back up through his childhood to now.

Gadget then stands up and walks very slowly to Sombra who was still blocking the hits Gadget's eyes glowing white. Sombra looks at him then his eyes go wide "no" he muttered. Sombra looks left and right now knowing there no hope

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" He screamed before Gadget puts a finger on his head.

An adventure ends

It's been two months since the great victory and well things are great. The ponies have enjoyed the new land but lots of them do miss their old home so Mayor Oswald and a few others help them fix everything but it's still not done yet but it will be soon. Putting that aside and just to make things short groups of ponies are getting jobs helping the community and their families.

Now done with that let's focus on our heroes by starting with Sonic. He and the mayor help make a new and improved headquarters called it the headquarters of harmony plus also he got together with Amy. Yes, they may have had hard times when it comes to Eggman taking over and all of that but even then working together side by side was a thing he likes.

Tails and Twilight both BFF and now lab partners. They both had time building a laboratory so they can connect the tech that they share. If anything happens that no one has ever seen both Tails and Twilight are the answers.

Soon after that Knuckles decided to open up a gym to help everyone get strong and to stay healthy. And also Sticks and Fluttershy both now help take care of the animal. Sticks with the weak and the young and Fluttershy with the sick and injured. Then there is discord and Spike who both became pals along with big mac they do what would group of guys do hang out and play games especially with a game console that Spike loves to play a lot.

Then later Rarity decides to go home to her shop yes it is a problem since most of her friend and who is the elements of harmony. But that's not to worry both the princess Celestia and Luna both made a gateway to Equestria and back so she won't have to worry. And also pinky but she has the ways she always does especially she was the one who came up with the idea so yeah.

But then there the downfall Eggman got away he somehow got lucky and made a run for it he's somewhere also infinite too. And then Sombra well that guard that he mentioned came back and the darkness that corrupted him was gone thanks to Gadget. Anyway, he and luna can continue being together again and nothing will stop him.

Then Applejack made a new farm for big Mac to take control of and the other for her to handle. As for Silver and Shadow well they went to the future letting the heroes know if any danger is coming to end the world they would let them know.

Then finally last but not least Gadget and Rainbow dash both he and her we're a couple after the war was over and well they do what heroes do find crime and what's the trouble. But putting their job aside they make a cute couple sharing their pain or well being romantic and all that they love each other and nothing could break that. But what now? That all of our heroes hold on there's one other thing the promise.

Slowly zooming to a rase track where thousands of ponies and others cheer "Ladies and gentlemen welcome Sonic the Hedgehog!" The announcer shouts. And slowly the blue hedgehog walks out adjusting his shoes and gloves and his brown handkerchief and smiles looking at the tracks and begins to run to the starting line. He slowly runs first waving to the fans who scream his name but then he slowly runs a bit faster. He jumps high and does a spin dash back to the ground and raises his hands to the ground and the crowd goes wild.

Then gadget walks out adjusting his backpack and begins to walk a bit then grapple a plane launching him around the area but then he slowly falls and lands next to Sonic and raises a fist in the air and the crowd scream.

But then rainbow lands next to both Sonic and Gadget smiling big "you're going down Sonic" she said getting in the starting position

"Oh yeah let's see you try Rainbow dash," Sonic said. Soon the others get ready until the gun fires and soon they all went off. They speed around the take faster and fast and soon Rainbow dash goes faster that rainbows make a trail.

Faster and faster both Gadget get close to each other and spin dash Very soon. Both were on their final lap and they are going insanely fast and just like that Gadget and Sonic jump high and high give just as Rainbow Dash both break the sound barrier.

A figure stands on the top of a blimp showing the three racing "idiots" said the figure "not even the dark lord could stop them" he said looking at Infinite who was not moving "you hold his gift and yet you failed" he said walking over to him "but anyway this is are goodbye old friend" he said putting a foot on the infinite head "goodbye Zero" the figure said pushing him off the blimp.

He looks at Gadget "he has no idea how strong I'm getting" he said before laughing very loudly before green fire appear behind him "what should we do with the other two hedgehog brothers?" Said another "worry about them later but for now, we watch and learn" the other said looking off back at Gadget "let go now" he said before the green flame surrounds them and disappeared.

After the sound barrier was broken the celebration became a festival where all can enjoy their home being saved still working on the name but everyone was happy.

"Hmm so there at the city, “Sombra says as he stairs a window surrounded by darkness it slowly returns to the gauntlet and takes a form of a snake

"Eggman get ready for the next part! “said Sombra

"Fine" Eggman says thought the speaker
Sombra looks at his pet "it time for action peep you know what to do “he says to the Dark snake witch it nod and transform into a hawk and flies off into a window that shows an island.

MEANWHILE AT METROPOLIS

"Heh man some festival," Knuckles says as he gives Gadget a big hug the makes Gadget a small "oof" as his body get squeeze by the hug "ack y-yeah it sure is can you put me down “Gadget speaks to him witch he let's go of him and give an "I'm sorry" look Gadget nod in forgiveness
"Ahh it was nothing I'm glad that you all came," he says witch made the group smile at what he said. They all stare at the city

*BOOM*

The loud notice caught the attention of the group they all turn around to see a big ship "uug, of course, Eggman has come in" frowned Sonic with a hand on his face
"HAHAHA So we meet again Sonic and oh looks like you got your old friend!"
Gadget grabs his blaster and points at the ship Sonic just glair at Eggman crossing his arms Tails flying while holding a wrench Amy with her hammer Sticks spinning her boomerang and Knuckles cracking his hand.

Eggman grins "everything is according to the plan, “he says pushing a button witch underneath thousands of robots were waiting to come out slowly the door opens and they jump out "Good now make them break the sound barrier," Sombra says from a radio
"All right Sticks and Tails get the people out of here, Amy's knuckles fight off the robots I and Gadget will help until the robots are clear then we will end this together," Sonic says with a fist in the middle witch the other did "READY BREAK!" The Scream and do what sonic told them to do.

"COME ON LET'S GO PEOPLE" Tail and Sticks order people to run away *SMASH CRASH*Amy hammer swings back and forth crushing robots one bot grabs the hammer she tried to kick but it did nothing until a fist came out of the robot chest and the hammer was dropped Amy caught it to see that Knuckles use it to arm and swing at other bots Sonic with his spin dash hit a row of robots exploding and Gadget shooting with a good eye shoot and distorts one by one "that the last of them," Amy said "good Gadget let finish this “Sonic says as he begins to run with Gadget.

"Doctor it time! “shouted Sombra "I know the same for me" he speaks back
Sonic and Gadget run faster until they jump and slap there hands

SOMEWHERE

Sombra looks at the world map and sees the island makes a rainbow rings and looks at the city to see a clear ring "YES it worked once the rings of the sound barrier combine it clears EVERYTHING!!" screamed Sombra and just like that a light dome that surrounds the island was broken "Doctor retreat now its time for the next phases" he says as his eyes glow green "okay I'm on my way right now" Eggman replied

BACK AT THE CITY

"CURSE YOU “screams Eggman as his broken ship flies away Sonic just clap his hand like there dust on Gadget see that the people return to the city but as he looks he see an island very far away that he never saw was glowing yellow with a dome around it Sonic walk-up "hey do you see that “he points and Sonic sees it to "Yeah was that always there?" Gadget continues to look at it. "Heh well let go get some rest it hurt running into robots"
"Ha Yeah will talk more about that another day, for now, *yawns* chilly dogs on me"

THE NEXT DAY

At the hotel Sonic and the gang were going over to Gadget house as the house came into view the front door opens up to see a robot dog running towards Sonic just before the dog did anything "BOLT! “shouted Gadget the microwave dog whines lowering its head but walk back to Gadget "was that a robot dog? “ Questioned Tails Gadget laughs "heh yeah I build him my self a dog that can make any food you want, “he says with excitement Sonic was interested "anything? “he says

Gadget nods in agreement "but first you got to have a coin any but not a penny he hates the taste" he says as Sonic grabs a nickel and looks at Bolt. "Hey, buddy can I have a chilly dog?" He asks while handing him the coin Bolt slowly steps forward and sniff it and eat it the body of the robot dog glows with the request that Sonic wanted Gadget clears his throat "Well while we wait for that let's talk inside" Gadget said as he turns to welcome his friends into his home.
"Yeah there something we been thinking about," Sonic said

It's been about three minutes the chilly dog as done and Sonic was mouth-watering as he took his first bites his eyes widened 'HOLY FREAK THIS IS SO DANG GOOD!!!' He thought as he gulps he looks at Gadget who was laughing at the face expression Soon after that Sonic ate it like it was a contest "holy beans that was good “he says as he calms down then looks at Bolt "I need another one" he said as he pulls out another coin "hold on after Bolt make the food he needs some rest you got to give him time" Gadget said making Sonic nod in agreement "now if we got that out of the way" Tails says as he puts a world map on the coffee table "k so the other day when Eggman attacks this Island that Sonic says was glowing yellow with a dome-like but then it was gone am I right? “Questioned Tails Sonic and Gadget nod "okay then once after I'm done with the plane we could check it out," he says "what the problem with your plane? “Questioned Gadget "oh well the plane's engine is in bad slap after an incident “answered Tails "oh the engine I can help with that a Gears always fixes problems," Gadget says as he begins to flip a screwdriver that he pulled out of his pouch the group looks at each other then back at Gadget "did you use to fix cars for a living? “Questioned Knuckles he nods "yep its part of the family blood" answered Gadget Tails begins to rub his chin then it clicks "oh my god yes the Gears there one of the most famous engineers in the world! I read all there volume that s what made me make my plane," he said as he looks at Gadget he just smiles and rub his head and laughs "heh we can talk about that when we get home Gadget you might want to pack you things for the trip," Sonic says Gadget smile oh okay BOLT let pack were going on a trip!" Shouted Gadget

"So then what the next part of the plan," Eggman said to Sombra who was sitting on his throne "the next part is simple were getting more help and my last bit of magic was left there for me to grab once I have it the world will be done for us to take offer and the best part the hedgehog will be my battery and the wolf will be dead long with the elements but for you need to build more bot I have a junkyard full of stuff my minions will help you now go" Eggman nods and walks away about 3 minutes later "master we got him," said a green bird "good bring him in," Sombra says the bird bows and opens a door witch two advance robot were dragging a black Jackal they throw him to the ground
"Y-you ha-ve ack a lot of nerves to bug me" the Jackal speaks Sombra laughs "ha ha ha still brave I like you already know I brought you here for my help," Sombra says the Jackal laughs "heh you need me? I'm useless my powers were distorted," he says "Well well how about I can fix that for you," Sombra says as he lifts a hand and darkness comes out and form a crystal on the Jackal's chest glowing red "how...how did you do that" "you can be worried about later I need you to do something for me," he says as he shows a window with Gadget on it making the Jackal glare at it "do you think you can take care of him for me infinite," Sombra says as he makes his Helmet and hands it to him the Jackal stands up and put the helmet on
