Gallus, who had just been accepted for enrollment at Canterlot Castle's prestigious Cadet Academy, was happy enough to accept a rather unexpected request from one of Canterlot's Nobles. Since the gryphon had recently come out of the coop, Fancy Pants offered to take him out on a congratulatory date to celebrate his courage. Sure, Fancy may have been significantly older than Gallus, but the young Element bearer wasn't one to reject such a generous offer; especially when he knew they were planning to go to one of the fanciest restaurants in Canterlot.

Unfortunately for Fancy Pants, any plans he may have had were halted the moment he learned of Gallus' true intentions. The gryphon may have been excited to have some lobster, but there was something more delicious on his mind not related to food at all...

More specifically, Gallus was wanting revenge.
