Author's Note

Thought about this idea today and immediately starting writing before I forgot!

It's a surprise...

"I'M SO EXCITED FOR THE TALENT SHOW GUYS!" Scootaloo shouted while they all exited the school building.

Sweetie Belle looked at Scootaloo and smiled, "I know! I can't wait to show off my levitation skills!" She told Scootaloo and then looked at Apple Bloom, "What do you have planned Apple Bloom?" Sweetie Belle asked Apple Bloom.

Apple Bloom looked at Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo and smirked, "It's a surprise, so ya'll will just have to wait and see, but what ah can tell ya is ah have been workin' on it for a while now." Apple Bloom told her friends.

"What are you going do show us how to make apple juice." Scootaloo laughed jokingly, she then looked at the angry Apple Bloom and immediately apologized.

"Anyway Sweetie, you reckon ah can talk to Rarity about somethin' ah need for the talent show?" She asked Sweetie.

"Sure Apple Bloom" she smiled at her friend, "Did you want me to take a note and tell her, or did you want to ask her yourself?" Sweetie smiled at Apple Bloom.

"Ah can tell her, can ah go now?" Apple Bloom asked Sweetie.

Sweetie looked at her friend, "Yeah go ahead, she might be busy though." Sweetie told Apple Bloom.

Apple Bloom thanked Sweetie and started making her way to the boutique.

"What do you think Apple Bloom's asking Rarity for?" Sweetie Belle asked Scootaloo.

"Probably some apple outfit for when she makes apple juice for the talent show." Scootaloo laughed again.

Sweetie playfully punched Scootaloo and started walking towards the clubhouse.

The Carousel Boutique

Rarity was finishing up a dress for a client when Apple Bloom walked in.

"Apple Bloom darling what can I do for you today?" Rarity asked the little filly.

"Ah wanted to know if you cloud make meh something for the upcoming school talent show." Apple Bloom told the white unicorn.

"Ahh yes, the talent show, Sweetie Belle was telling me all about it, and how's she's going to show off her levitation progress, anyway what did you have in mind?" Rarity asked.

Apple Bloom explained what she's doing and what she needs to be on her outfit, Rarity listened to all of it.

"Thats quite the request Apple Bloom, I also had no idea you did and practiced that! You know what, I'll do it Apple Bloom, just because I'm very curious to see where this goes, and since you are the sister of one of my dearest friends I will make it free of charge!" Rarity proudly told Apple Bloom.

"Really?!, aww shucks, thanks a lot Rarity!" Apple Bloom gave Rarity a big hug.

"It's no problem darling, and I won't tell Sweetie Belle or Scootaloo like you said." Rarity said.

Apple Bloom thanked Rairty one more time and then exited the boutique.

The Clubhouse

Sweetie Belle was practicing levitating five red balls at the same time, she was only able to hold them in place, but she wanted to throw them around and juggle them for the talent show, Scootaloo was outside practicing her Scooter tricks with a make shift ramp and loop, Scootaloo wanted to do a three-sixty spin off the ramp and then through a hoop, after shes gonna go back around and do a backfilp through the loop, Scootaloo came back in the club house sweating and panting from the practice she had just done.

"If only...Rain...bow...Dash could have seen... those awesome tricks...I just did!" Scootaloo said through pants.

"Well the talent show is on Sunday, so it's not that far away, Rainbow Dash will see you're tricks soon." Sweetie said to Scootaloo.

Just then Apple Bloom walked in.

"Hey guys, ah finished talking to Rarity, and ah got good news." Apple Bloom said excitedly.

"What is it?" Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle said at the same time.

"She's gonna help with my outfit for the talent show!" Apple Bloom said happily.

"That's great! I can't wait to see what you're doing Apple Bloom!" Sweetie Belle hugged her friend.

"That's awesome Apple Bloom! Me and Sweetie have been practicing our acts for the talent show while you were gone." Scootaloo said

As they kept on talking suddenly Rainbow Dash came flying through the clubhouse window.

"Sup guys, yeah just came to stop by, see how Scootaloo's act is coming along." Rainbow Dash said as she smiled at the little filly's.

"Rainbow Dash please see my scooter tricks I've been working on for the show! please! PLEASE!" Scootaloo begged.

Rainbow Dash laughed, "Alright, alright calm down Squrit, let's see it." She said trying to calm the crazy filly.

"Alright well I'm going to go home to continue practicing my magic see you later Apple Bloom and Scootaloo, oh and Rainbow Dash tell Fluttershy I said hi." Sweetie Belle winked and walked off towards the boutique.

"What was that about?" Scootaloo asked Rainbow Dash.

"I..it's nothing squirt, now let's see those tricks yeah?" Rainbow said trying to change the subject.

"Oh yeah! Come outside Rainbow Dash!" Scootaloo said quickly forgetting about the awkward moment.

Around two weeks ago Sweetie Belle went to drop off a dress for Fluttershy made by Rarity, and she knocked on the door but no one answered, she looked through the window and saw Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash sleeping on the couch together, she promised Rainbow Dash she would not tell anyone, and has kept her promise but still drops hints around other ponies.

Apple Bloom and Rainbow Dash watched Scootaloo jump through the hoops and do her little tricks.

"Wow! That was totally awesome squirt!" Dash told Scootaloo.

"Really?! You think they are good tricks? Will the whole school like them?" Scootaloo said excitedly.

"Definitely, ponies are going to be going crazy over your act squirt! They are going to be drowning in such awesomeness they will not be able to stand!" Rainbow Dash shouted.

"Yeah! They will love it Scootaloo don't worry about it!" Apple Bloom told Scootaloo.

"Thanks Apple Bloom you're a good friend, alright i'm gonna go home, I'm tired." Scootaloo said with a yawn.

"Alright see you later guys." Rainbow Dash said and then took flight and left.

Scootaloo looked at Apple Bloom, "Night Apple Bloom."

"Night Scootaloo." Apple Bloom said.

Then they both went home and went to sleep.
