Chapter 1
This weekend was going to be great. Twilight Sparkle had everything planned out. They were going to Canterlot for the weekend and everypony was excited. "Twi, what are you doin' there sugarcube?" Applejack asked.
"Just thinking about how awesome this'll be!" Twilight said.
As their train approached the station in Canterlot, nopony could seem to find Fluttershy or Rarity. "Uhm, has anypony seen them at ALL?" Rainbow Dash loudly asked the crowd of ponies trying to get out of the train. "I found them!" Pinkie Pie squeaked. They were both in the train's bathroom and Rarity was applying makeup to Fluttershy's face. "Oh, Hello everypony." Rarity greeted. Fluttershy blinked and looked in the mirror. "Oh my, Rarity, I don't think I can pull this off." she said in a breathy voice. "Rarity, that is a rather large amount of makeup..." Twilight said uncertain if she was upsetting her friend. "Oh yes, I can fix it, don't worry." Rarity said rather harshly. Then she turned around and continued her work. Fluttershy jumped out of her seat. "I think I'm good Rarity, no more makeup." Rarity sighed and walked out of the bathroom. Fluttershy wiped the paint off her face. It was disgusting, really. She then walked out of the bathroom and hopped off the train. The fresh crisp air was as good smelling as ever as she walked around stretching her legs. As she was walking, a certain pegasus that rather stood out caught her eye. He was purple with a yellow mane and he was quite bulky for a pegasus. In fact, if she didn't see the wings or his cloud cutie mark, she'd have thought he was a earth pony. He saw her look at him but he turned away. I may just have to find him again, Fluttershy thought.
