//-------------------------------------------------------// Dark Sparkle -by TheDogLover- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Set free //-------------------------------------------------------// Set free After the final battle between the legion of doom and the whole of Equestria, things seemed to be going fine...well for most of Equestria...Our story begins in the Canterlot Gardens where the stoned-punishment of Queen Chrysalis, Cozy Glow and Lord Tirek stands. Ponies and creatures came from far and wide to see the now legendary statue. Ponies had left the site to go home or go get some food, soon slowly parts of Chrysalis started to chip and break, until it left nothing but her original colours. After all of her statue prison had chipped away the once-Queen fell to the ground. “Oof!” She muttered falling to the ground. “What I’m free?” She said in a confused tone. She then laughed evilly upon realising she could reek havoc upon those ponies. But who? Then, it clicked, “Twilight Sparkle...” she said. “This means I can disguise and with her on my side Equestria will have no choice but to bow to me!” She laughed before a cloud of green fire completely took over her body. When the green smoke disappeared all could be seen wars a dirty pastel green unicorn with an dark red and deep orange mane. “Perfect” she muttered “this will work splendidly...” //-------------------------------------------------------// The havoc begins //-------------------------------------------------------// The havoc begins Chrysalis quickly turned on her disguise and ran over to a royal guard in a hurry. “Sir! Sir! One of the villains has escaped their stone prison!” The royal guard quickly turned to the statue and saw Chrysalis wasn’t there. She quickly teleported to Twilights Castle. “Princess Twilight!” She said “huh? Oh yes?” Twilight responded. “I have this beautiful necklace I made for you!” “Please try it on princess!” She said with a smug smile smeared across her face. “Of course I’ll try it on!” Twilight said levitating the necklace with her magic. She put it on and quickly lifted up into the air. “What’s happening to m-me?” She said. Soon her lavender coat transformed into a dark purple and soon black jewellery like Princess Luna’s horse shoes, crown and necklace. Her mane started to flow and her eyes now a dark magenta and her once pink magic replaced with a sinister shade of red. She landed on the ground and looked at Chrysalis “Heh..Heh..” she laughed with her teeth now jagged and sharp. “Where do we start?” Chrysalis said. “Canterlot...” Twilight replied in a sinister tone //-------------------------------------------------------// Get them! //-------------------------------------------------------// Get them! Starlight quickly teleported them all to Canterlot castle. “Why hello my little ponies...” said a familiar voice. “Chrysalis!” Starlight shouted. “You can’t get away with this!” She said. “Oh, but I already have...and I’ve stole your little leader so you might just bow down to me!” She said. A blast of yellow magic hit Chrysalis. Everypony turned to see it was Princess Celestia who had shot the blast. “This is the only blast I can muster, please try to take them down...” Princess Celestia said “We’ll try Princess” Starlight replied “Urgh!” Grunted Starlight as she threw her head back and shot magic at the two. “If you want to take us down, it’ll take a lot more than just a blast...” Twilight said Starlights eyes started to well up at the sight of her mentor so evil. “I give up...” Starlight said in defeat. “Mwahahah! Looks like you little ponies aren’t as powerful as you thought” Chrysalis said. //-------------------------------------------------------// The tree of harmony’s parts //-------------------------------------------------------// The tree of harmony’s parts “There’s something we need to show you first” Shining Armour said. They were all lead to were the Tree of harmony once stood. “Here are remaining parts of the tree of harmony that could bring us luck in defeating Chrysalis and Twilight. Each of them picked up a remaining peace and used a piece of thread from Starswirl. They all put the necklaces on and all felt power with in them. “We need to get Starlight Glimmer!” Rarity piped up. “You don’t need to worry about that” Starswirl said before standing back to reveal Starlight looking incredibly guilty. “I’m so sorry for leaving you all like that, I just lost confidence but I realized that we have faced challenges big and small so we can’t do this one!” Starlight said. The mane 5 tackle-hugged Starlight and cried with happiness. “We need to get to Canterlot and persuade the ponies there to all do one little thing that can make a difference!” Starlight said. //-------------------------------------------------------// Persuading the ponies of Canterlot //-------------------------------------------------------// Persuading the ponies of Canterlot When they arrived at Canterlot they all split up into teams. “Alright, Rainbow Dash, Applejack Cadence you’re persuading the Pegasi, Rarity, Tempest shadow, Mistmane, you’re persuading the unicorns, Cheese Sandwich, Pinkie Pie, Rockhoof, you persuade the earth ponies.” “While Me Starswirl, Flash Magnus, Sonambula, Shining Armour and Flurry Heart take care of Twilight.” They all nodded and went off in their teams. Applejack, Cadence and Rainbow Dash all arrived to the Canterlot gardens where the Pegasi had gathered to persuade them into helping. “What are you doing?” Said a chiffon pegasus “it’s dangerous you should hide!” “No, we shouldn’t hide we should all do something to help to defeat Chrysalis and Twilight instead of hiding and letting them become more powerful, please think of your families and friends who need you!” Cadence said. All the Pegasi looked at each other and nodded. They all flew off to do something to help. After a few hours they all arrived at the castle for the final battle... //-------------------------------------------------------// The Final Battle //-------------------------------------------------------// The Final Battle “Alright everypony get them!” Starlight shouted. Following Starlights words all of Canterlot and the team of her friends all charged and blasted magic. Seeing the help needed, Starlight and Celestia and Luna joined the battle and blasted as much as they could until a loud “Boom!” All of a sudden the residents of Canterlot turned around to see a tall alicorn with flowing rainbow hair and the tree of harmony as their cutie mark. “You May think you’re strong as villains, but you can be stronger if you make friends Chrysails! And Twlight you’re stronger when you’re with friends and work together and when you truly know that FRIENDSHIP IS MAGIC!” Soon a large blast of rainbow magic hit Chrysalis and Twilight. //-------------------------------------------------------// Forgiveness //-------------------------------------------------------// Forgiveness After the blast, Twilight got up and said confusedly “what happened?” and then a different looking Chrysalis rised up. “I’m *sniff* sorry everypony!” I was so full of hatred that I thought being evil was the best way to go! Please forgive me everypony!” “It’s ok Chrysailis.” Starlight said hugging the now-reformed changeling. We forgive you and Twilight. //-------------------------------------------------------// Striking Canterlot //-------------------------------------------------------// Striking Canterlot Starlight and the others were all gathered in Canterlot park waiting for Twilight to show herself. “Twilight was supposed to be here 10 minutes ago” Starlight said. “Don’t worry Starlight, I’m sure she’ll be here soon” Fluttershy said in her soft tone. “She said she’d definitely be here for 12:00, it’s now 12:10, so Starlight has got a point” Spike said. “Maybe she’s just Twilighting! She does panic about everything like always!” “So don’t worry, I’m sure she’ll be here soo-“ “BUAARRP!” Spike burped out a letter “Who is it from Spike?” Starlight asked. “It’s from the princesses” Spike said “What could be so important that the princesses send out a letter?” Starlight asked. “It’s Twilight...she’s evil and is striking down on Canterlot castle with Chrysalis as we speak!” Spike said in a worried tone. “WHAT?” They all gasped. “It’s true...she is attacking Canterlot with Chrysalis right now!” Spike said. //-------------------------------------------------------// Setting up a team //-------------------------------------------------------// Setting up a team Starlight teleported them all to Ponyville and walked off in defeat. “Starlight, darling you can’t give up now!” Rarity said. “Twilights evil, Chrysalis is free, what more could happen, it’s best we just bow down to our new leaders or go home...” Starlight walked off sadly without saying a word, leaving her friends behind. “Starlight...” “please...” Applejack said. Starlight didn’t respond to her and instead carried on walking. Applejack took off her hat and pressed it against her chest before hearing “Need help?” They all turned around to see their closest friends who had heard about the evil and were volunteering to help. Tempest Shadow, Cheese Sandwich, Starswirl and the pillars and Cadence with her family had all decided to join together to help their friends. “Oh thank Celestia ya’ll are here do you kno-“ “yes, we know Applejack” Cadence said gently putting her hoof on the orange earth ponies lips. “We’ve all decided to join as a group to help you girls” said a familiar orange stallion. “Cheese Sandwich!” Pinkie shouted tackle-hugging the lanky stallion. Everypony laughed at the sight. “I know together if we’re strong enough we can defeat Chrysalis and bring Twilight back” said Starswirl.
