The Librarian

Spike and his squad of soldiers were tasked with eliminating a living nightmare unicorn and rescued her prey before she devoured him or worse. With Spike in the lead, they stepped over a police line one by one and went to Golden Oaks Library. They passed through his mother, “Celestria” spell that illusioned the library if it was abandon and boarded up from the eyes of the public. Also, it acted like a barrier that anyone tried to go in or out of the building. Spike and his squad had special clearance from her to bypass her spell. They went to the front door of the library.

“Really, Twilight Sparkle. Do you inspect this wooden door to prevent us from completing our mission?” Spike inquired mockingly after discovering the door was locked. In swift and precise movement, he punched through it and unlocked its simple lock. After he opened it, they went in Golden Oaks Library like a heavily trained SWAT team. The first thing that they noticed this place was well kept. Also, there was no dust in existence. Lastly, the atmosphere was eerie from the sunshine light from coming through Celestria’s spell.

Spike and his team throughfully and cautiously checked the shop part of the building. It consisted of the library and a restroom. There were no signs of life in this part of the building. However, the residence section has a lot of signs that someone was living there. In the kitchen, there were two freshly made sandwiches with a glass that contained a mysteriously, glowing, and purple liquid beside one of them. Spike took a small sample from the liquid in a test vial and put it in his carrying bag for scientists to study. In the living room, the table got numerous piles of books and snuffed wax candles that were still smoking from their tips. In the bedroom, there was a big and leathery book with Twilight Sparkle’s cutie mark on the bed.

It got one of the soldiers’ interest. She walked toward the bed and partly opened the book. Twilight suddenly lunged and bit hard on her neck before completely tore off from her body. Her body fell on the floor while gushing out blood everywhere.

“Thanks for the snack, guys.” Twilight Sparkle exclaimed smirky after shallow the foolish soldier’s head in a single gulp. She devilishly licked her lips to get the blood off from them. The rest of the soldiers naturally shooked and got scared of seeing a mimic pony ate their squadmate’s head. Their training didn’t prepare for this. An unlimited amount of training wouldn’t prepare anyone who just watched their friend in front of them unless they were a heartless bastard. It didn’t affect Spike all due to because, unfortunately, he got used to it. Also, he was a motherfucking badass.

“Fire!” Spike commended loudly as his squad fired at the mimic pony.

Twilight mockingly giggled at them and put a magical shield around her before their tranizer darts reached her. They bounced off against her shied and fell onto the ground.

“I’ll see if you want to laugh this, bitch!” Spike stated with the biggest smirk on his face, grabbing a sort kind of grenade from his carrying bag and threw it at her. When it got close to her, it automatically detonated and unleashed a massive supercharged magic wave that caused her shield to disappear and stunned her. Spike and his team realized it was their chance to take her down. So, they fired all that they had toward her. Their tranizer darts pierced and injected their drug payloads into her body. Also, they made her looked like a porcupine.

“Bastards!” Twilight stated with a hateful hiss in her tone before teleporting somewhere out of their sight. She left all of the darts that were on her body lying on the ground.

“Captain, there is a purple flash in the library.” One of the soldiers acquired, looking at the library.

“It must be her.” Spike replied as they went to the library. “I’m sure that bitch is hiding on a bookshelf with other books. I’m setting the whole library with my fire. We’ll see if she act to it.” Then he took a massive breath and blew flames toward the bookshelves. After a quick moment later, the entire library was ablaze. Twilight was helpless to watch all of the knowledge in her books were going up in flames while she in her shield to prevent the fire from getting her. She was running out of time to escape her capturers due to the sleeping drug was slowly shut down her body. She only had one chance to escape out of here.

“Fuck you!” Twilight Sparkle screamed loudly with a hateful tone in her voice as she unleashed a gigantic magic shockwave that brutally knocked Spike and his squad into the walls of Golden Oak Library. Most of his team was killed from the impact; however, very few and Spike survived, but they were unconscious. Twilight teleported to one of her safe houses and collapsed onto the carpet. She barely had any strength to keep her eyes open. The stallion that his size to a colt slowly came out of her book body’s pages. He went to get a blanket from somewhere. Then he came back with a blanket to cover them up. Then he cuddled up against her body as he closely listened to her heartbeat. Sparkle had the biggest smile on her face because she was so happy to pick him as her husband. Then she slowly went to sleep due to her body finally submitted to the drug.

Meanwhile, Luna kept a very close eye on her husband (Spike). He had a heavily cracked skull from this battle against a living nightmare. Doctors were amazed that he didn’t die from it. Also, they stated that he would not return to fight for a very long time. She was sort of glad for he wouldn’t return to the war due to she didn’t want to lose him

“I always love you, Spike.” Luna exclaimed with a heart filled tone as she gently held him like a teddy bear.
