Twilight Sparkle opened her eyes.

"She's getting better quicker than we thought," said the doctor.

"What happened?" Twilight asked, rubbing her head.

Just at that moment, Starlight and Trixie burst into the hospital room.

"No time to explain!" Starlight said.

Trixie put a reassuring hoof on Starlight. "There's always time for anything," she said, "Didn't you once say that to me?"

"I don't recall ever saying that," Starlight said sarcastically.

"Oh c'mon, Starlight! I know you have!" Trixie teased.

Blushing, Starlight turned her head in the other direction. "I did," she said, flustered, "But that doesn't matter now. Make things right with Twilight."

"Trixie, I don't know what you did but it was quite impressive, I must say," Twilight said, "Though I'm not happy, I can't say if I'll let this slide or not." She turned to Starlight. "And Starlight, I'm proud of you for displaying such acts of friendship and caring about somepony like Trixie. With your pasts, I wouldn't really recommend being friends with Trixie. But whatever."

"Can't you just let it go?" Starlight said, "Whatever she did, she did because you hate her guts!"

"If you can't get that through that small brain of yours, I don't care," Trixie said, "I might as well have to go with the original plan."

"I'm just grateful that you gave me back my magic, but no. I can't accept," said Twilight.

"Oh? So that's how it is? I almost kill you and in return, you hate me even more," Trixie said, "I fucking get it. You're no Princess of Friendship! I try to apologise and you come back with that stupid answer again and again! Maybe I should make things go back to the way they were! Would you like that, miss perfect? I'M TIRED OF FEELING SO ENDLESS BECAUSE OF YOU!"

"Trixie, I - I didn't mean it like that!" Twilight cried.

"Of course you did. I can read you like a book," Trixie said.
