In Ponyville, many ponies were seen panicking and running around the town because, they have been attacked by some unknown creatures. Some royal guards tried to fight but, they have been maimed by the creatures sharp claws and were forced to find shelter like what the rest of the ponies are doing.

The transformed changelings observed the area once more to see if any other ponies were hiding out in the open, when one of them stuck their tongue out to the right, it sensed something.

The evolved changeling looked to it's right and saw a ponies mane sticking out of a barrel. The changeling then let out a roar and charged towards the barrel. Once he got to it, he swung his right claw back and slashed the barrel, and the force of the slash broke the barrel into pieces. Then, the changeling saw a mare covering herself with her hooves in fear.

The mare slowly removed her hooves from her face after the unanticipated impact, and to her immediate surprise, she saw the scary monster in front of her. Then, the monster screeched at her face.

"BREEEECCCCC!!!"

"Ahhh!" Screamed the mare, she tried to stand up and run away, but suddenly, the changeling stopped her by placing his claw on her mane.

The mare tried to struggle free but, it was no use, the monster's tenacious grip has held her in place. The changeling then opened its jaws and prepared to devour the mare. When the mare noticed this, she shut her eyes tightly and awaited to be eaten.

"Take this!"

"BREEC!" The monster screeched in pain.

The mare was truly surprised when somepony got the monster off of her, she looked at who her saviour was, and when she did, she noticed that she wasn't starring at a pony. In front of her was a tall black coloured figure with a metal object in its right hand.

The evolved changeling slowly stood back up on his claws and growled at Spectre.

When the mare noticed this, she decided to not stay and watch the action, instead, she stood up on her hooves and ran to a place to hide.

Spectre was expecting the bioweapons to lunge at him and attempt to slash him with its petrifying claws. But instead, he saw it screeching in the air, and the sight perplexed him.

"What is it doing?" Spectre asked in a perplexed tone, he has never seen any bioweapons behaving this way.

Eventually, Spectre got his answer when two more bioweapons that are as interchangeable as the one in front of him appeared next to him. But, he wasn't fazed.

"Pfft, typical." Spectre scoffed "You all want to fight? Then you got yourselves one." He told them.

The three changelings roared viciously and charged towards Spectre in a hasty speed. Once they got near him, they all jumped in the air at the same time with their claws swung back attempting to slash him in the face.

Spectre responded by turning his body and delivering a reverse turning kick at their faces one at a time. And when his kick made contact with them, the changelings were sent flying in different directions. After sailing in the air for a brief moment, they all crashed onto the ground.

"Heh, how incompetent and weak." Spectre insulted.

One of the evolved changelings got very infuriated when he heard the insult from the creature. It kicked itself back up and roared at it. Then, it charged towards Spectre wanting to get its revenge.

When Spectre noticed this, he simply aimed his assault rifle forward and fired at the changeling.

*BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG!*

The changeling screeched in agony when the bullets collided in its head. The forced of the bullets pushed it backwards and the changeling fell on the ground killed.

"One down two more to go." Spectre said.

He then turned to his right and faced the next bioweapon, and this one has just stood up from Spectre's previous attack. Then, the bioweapon let out a roar and charged towards Spectre. And the same, Spectre simply aimed his assault rifle at it and fired another five shots at its face.

*BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG!*

The impact from the bullets knocked the changeling back and it fell on the ground. After letting out a low screech, it was killed.

"Alright." Spectre said with a proud expression behind his mask "Now where is the last one?" He asked as he began to observed the place again.

On cue, Spectre got his answer when he heard the bioweapon roaring from his right side. He turned to his right and saw it trying to slash him.

"Whoa!" Spectre exclaimed as he jumped out of the way. And the changeling was sent skidding on the dirt, leaving some long claw marks in the process.

The changeling turned himself in the right direction and roared at Spectre again. Then, the changeling scratched the ground once more and lunged towards Spectre with its claws pointing straight at its face.

Spectre responded by swinging his arms to the left and smacking the changeling in the face with his rifle. The impact was so strong that it left a bruise on the changeling's side. Then, it fell on the ground roughly with a thud.

The changeling stood up again and roared viciously at Spectre. It attempted to charge forward again but, before it could even move an inch forward, it's prey threw a sharp blade at it's face. The knife was stabbed directly through the changeling's face once it made contact with him. After that, the changeling fell on the ground dead bleeding from its head.

"Ha! Well that was easy!" Spectre exclaimed with a chuckle.

After the intense battle, Spectre stuck his assault rifle back on his back and walked towards the bioweapon he killed to retrieve his knife.

Once he got to it, he bent down and pulled the knife out of the bioweapon's face. After that, he sheathed his blood stained knife back in his holder.

"What type of licker is that?" Spectre asked with a bewildered expression, he has never seen a licker like that before "Ah well, no time to scrutinize it. I need to go back to Alistair, the kid must be waiting for me." He told himself.

But, before he could turn around, his goggle mask detected something behind him.

"Huh?" Spectre said as he turned around.

But suddenly, he was met with a blast to his chest.

"Ooof!" Spectre grunted in pain.

The force of the blast made him sail in the air for a brief moment and falling on the ground on his back dropping his assault rifle in the process, but his vest managed to protect him.

Spectre groaned and tried to get up. But when he looked up, he saw a large figure attempting to stomp on him. He immediately countered it by kicking the figure, and the force of his kick made the figure grunt and fall backwards. Then, Spectre kicked himself back up.

Spectre looked at his attacker and saw that it was another pony. But this one was a bit taller than an average pony he saw since the time he arrived. But it is not as tall as him. It is pink colour, it has a diamond on it's flank, it has a golden collar on it's chest, and it's hair was yellow, pink and purple coloured.

"Who are you creature? And what are you doing here?" The pony demanded an answer.

Spectre decided not to tell her anything.

"I will not disclose anything to you." He told her.

"You will give me an answer, I am the Princess of the Crystal Empire!" She exclaimed.

"Do you know what I have to say to you your majesty?" Spectre asked, and the pink pony shook her head in confusion "Flock off, and sit back on your worthless throne little girl." He insulted sarcastically.

When Cadence heard the insult, she got infuriated immensely. She grit her teeth in anger gave the creature a comment.

"HOW DARE YOU SPEAK TO ME IN AN IMPERTINENT MANNER?!" Cadence exclaimed with a vexed expression "ME PRINCESS MI AMORE CANDENZA WILL TEACH YOU A LESSON!!!" She finished, then she spread her wings and charged her horn.

When Spectre noticed this, he got into a fighting stance and prepared to engage in close combat with the pony.

"This will be entertaining." Spectre said with a quiet chuckle.
