Chapters A nice hike through the woods
I felt like I was being thrown around not too sure what was around me everything felt fuzzy and Unknown.
For some reason I felt like I wasn’t even well there.......but then I was and felt like I was yanked out of the goddamn air suddenly I was awake and falling fast until I hit face first into I think I was a river and I desperately tried swimming but it was a strong current. I felt something sharp get logged in to my side. It was a quite painful awakening That’s for sure I yanked myself Off What felt like maybe a sharp rock that hit my lower left side above my hip but I soon realize that this rock had been holding me still and I was immediately picked up by the current. fairly around wildly I tried to swim up to the surface to catch my breath.
Managing to finally catch a vine from the tree I pull myself out of the river. I struggled to crawl forward getting myself fully on to dry land. I coughed up the water that I was in my lungs and I quickly looked around my surroundings. I was met with A dense forest all around me and I started to panic. I don’t even remember how I got here why I was falling in the first place.
But all my thoughts were cut off by the pain that was coming from my side I looked down and saw blood coming for my newfound wound. I quickly placed my hands to try and slow down The bleeding and quickly fell back to my knees. I didn’t have time to worry about what happened or how I got here right now I need to deal with this.
“Got to stop the bleeding I..I need to cauterize the wound“ I side out loud giving myself something to focus on
Lucky enough I found my lighter and it still works. I also found an extra T-shirt which I immediately ripped up so I can make a long strain of fabric to wrap around my side try at least slow down the bleeding while I gathered whatever wood I could find in the area.
After a while of getting everything I needed I managed to get my fire started. the next I was not too thrilled about it was the first thing I thought of those and when you’re bleeding red horrible world lost in a completely different forest you’re not familiar off it’s in a panic and make decisions off the top of your head.
I proceeded to heat up the knife that I had in my pocket and very reluctantly applied set knife to my wound before moving my makeshift bandages I made sure to put a stick in my mouth before I did this and boy did it really hurts I wasn’t expecting it to hurt as much as I thought it would but oh well the job is done and I kind of just blacked out at the moment.
I came to the sound of the river next to me and looked around my surroundings and realize that I was in trouble. completely lost With a nasty wound fear started to strike. but before any more of my emotions start to kick in I set up and clap my hands together Looking as if I was praying. Whenever I did this it usually clears my mind in an instant. I open my eyes and focus on one thing getting this fire back up and running.
Once I got my fire up I assessed the damage to my side. Removing the cloth I saw that The wound was closed but it looked a bit purple and bruised and for sure a nasty scar that I bet is going to be there for a bit but it didn’t matter.
I proceeded to go through the rest of my backpack see what I had as I remembered it’s going to be nothing but school stuff and that is exactly what it was. To history books biology book and a bunch of homework and my hat which I left in there for now.
I looked around again and realize that I am nowhere near any place that I recognize so I decided to get rid of the things I didn’t need. No point having all this extra weight if I’m not getting home anytime soon. I kept my history books everything else I dumped out. luckily I had a lunch a simple sandwich As well as a canteen That I always bring with me. I decided to eat and drink what I had to replace the fluids I lost and making sure to refill my canteen.
I zipped up my backpack and it set up against a tree that was behind me while I simply laid back down in the grass. I was exhausted for some reason I didn’t want to sleep On the floor of this dense forest it looked as if predators could be around and I had a pool of blood next to me but at that moment I was just too tired to even move and I quickly went back to sleep.
I came to see that the sun was beginning to rise quickly got on my feet realizing where I was but then was met with a sharp pain to my side and I fell back down to my knees.
I looked around my surroundings stood back up forcing myself to stay standing getting mad at myself for acting so weak.
“Ok brady You’ve been sitting on your ass long enough....... you got to move“ Just decided the best thing I can do is follow the river. It hast to lead to lead somewhere right? As soon as I started moving the thoughts began to fill up my mind. ‘What happened to me? how did I get here? from what I can tell I was falling from the sky. Was I kidnapped And thrown out of a helicopter or plane? No I’m pretty sure I’d be dead.’ Confusion really stuck around in my mind. the last thing I could really remember being at school and walking home nothing out of the ordinary.
My thoughts were cut off and I froze. Hearing a sound to my right. something was moving within the trees. I quickly pulled out my pocket knife slipped open while holding onto my side with my left hand and getting in a bit of a low stance. Fear start to Kick in and I can almost feel myself start to cry but I push these emotions away ready for whatever came out of these trees. Surprisingly enough it was just a rabbit and then two smaller rabbits all brown. I relaxed myself and put away my knife mentally slapping myself or getting scared over a rabbit.
Surprisingly enough the rabbit just seem to look at me. the thought of food Came across my mind at the time I noticed that this was a mother to these two little baby rabbits I felt a little bad. I knelt down To get a better look surprisingly the bigger rabbit slowly made its way towards me. I was a bit surprised I’ve never seen a rabbit so willingly to just come up to people unless it was a pet. However this one in the middle of a dense untamed looking forest was a friendly little rabbit And her kids followed.

“Hey Buddy I’m surprise you’re brave enough to come up to me and your kids as well” I spoke softly to the little Bunny does it seem to look up at me as if you could understand. I laughed a bit at this it kind of brighten my mood a little bit.
I thought came across my mind if this rabbit is so willing to come up to me it probably has never been chased down and hunted before Which brought A new scary thought in my mind.
“ I could be in a forest with no civilization nearby“ I spoke out loud to myself to ensure that I understood the situation that I was in. I bent down to my knees and took a deep breath before I started to freak out anymore I shot back up realizing that I need to keep moving no need to be freaking out. I’m sure I can find some thing.
I did think of food again however I didn’t want to kill this cute little rabbit at my feet That just seem to look up at me. So I decided if I can’t come to killing this cute rabbit maybe I can try and catch some fish.
“Don’t worry y’all Im not going to hurt ya” I spoke softly to little rabbits as they just looked up at me it was kind of cute.
I looked over to the river and walked over to it I just sat there for a minute watching the water I managed to see if you fish heading down the stream and I got a bit excited. I’ve only ever spearfished a few times with my grandfather but I’m desperate and I have to be good at this whether I like it or not.
After spending about 25 minutes playing around in the water I managed to catch a few fish after getting the hang of it. And immediately got to work on making a fire. The little rabbits from earlier ran off but I think I saw them run by me every once in a while I also Noticed birds seem to be In the trees above me a lot. Maybe they were just curious of me? If this really is an untouched forest then I might be in a bit of trouble.
I mentally slap myself before I continued delve deeper in my thoughts and just focused on cooking my fish. Luckily I held onto that small plastic bag that had my sandwich and I placed one of the cooks fish the side of it So I can save it for later. Decided to eat the rest the fish I was surprisingly hungry I guess falling from the sky and getting impaled can really make an appetite.
I heard rustling from behind me and I quickly brought my nice up spot around while still sitting down. I settle down and once I saw the small little... well i’ve never seen anything like it before. It Resembled a fox in a way but had much larger ears and was all white. It actually looks kind of cute.
Slowly but surely it approach me It seems real curious as to what I was and I was very curious as to what it was.
“Hello there” I called out happily And it seem to just Sit down right where it was until today to head at me.
“Well you sure are cute” I tried the same gesture That I did to the rabbit and it seem to work.that I did to the rabbit and it seem to work. He sniffed my hand and seem to come up closer and sit down right next to me and begin licking its paw And rubbing its face.
I slowly begin to pet the little guy and it seem to freeze for a bit as I did so. it seemed relaxed and I can almost feel purring coming from it like a cat.
I soon realize that there were little critters all around and they all seem curious as to what I was.
But everything seem to go quiet And all the little critters that were around me all scattered. I immediately got back up to my feet I could feel something was wrong. I Felt the pain from my wound but ignored it as I grabbed my spear and pointed it towards the forced. I then smelled a horrible odor almost sour like. Then a pair of eyes seem to glow within the trees and bushes and then several.
My breathing began to pick up as I started to panic. I don’t know what those things were but I knew they were not friendly. I Soon heard them begin to growl at me and they sound like wolves. But what seem to really start with me is when they begin to move forward out of the bushes or well the bushes themselves begin to move towards me. These ‘wolves’ Seem to be made out of the trees themselves and I was utterly shocked by what I saw in front of me.
“WHAT.....THE.......FFAAAA”.
I yelled out as they begin to charge at me I lunge backwards stepping my right foot into the river on accident. Bending down low and pushing a spear into the first wolf wood wolf to pounce at me. The weight of the wolf pushed me back into the river but it seem to explode all over me and turned into twigs. luckily it was only the shallow end of the river and I managed to get myself back up on my feet.
At this point my adrenaline started kicking in and begin charging at the next wood wolf closest to me. I swing my spear causing it to jump back. I didn’t salute backed my way in to the trees hoping I can make a dash for it until the wolf charge from behind me. I push the Blunt end of my spear into the head of the wolf having it slam down into the ground its momentum made me fall back on top of it. One of the wood wolfs pounds that me and with a quick motion I Move the spear in a position to where it would fall on it and therefore me. likely It just exploded into twiggs like the other one. Once I realized my spear was stuck inside of its body I let go of it and I immediately got up and begin running deeper into the trees as fast as I can.
“NO NO NO NOT GOOD NOT GOOD GOD DAMIT” I shouted mostly out of fear as I ran and I ran as fast as I possibly could. Maneuvering through the trees was quite difficult with my wound but I just had to ignore the pain I was going to hurt a lot worse if I got caught by the wood wolves.
After running for a while And I could tell that they were still following me And I was scared I was so unbelievably scared almost feel the tears started to flow and I didn’t know what to do.
I could see the edge of a tree line up ahead and I ran as fast as I could until I tripped and fell rolling out of the trees to the open. I was breathing heavily as I force myself to stand up until I looked upon some thing that shocked me. It seem to be a castle an old one at that. Before I could think of anything else I could hear the barking and growls of the wood wolfs closing in and i mediately got back up on my feet.
Not too far away I can see a bridge that seem to lead towards the other side of the ravine separated me in the Castle and I made my way towards it as fast as I could. The wolves busted out of the trees behind me and were quickly on my tail. I didn’t care if the bridge was able to hold my way or not depending on how old it could be I just ran and managed to get to the other side fairly quickly. I turn around and noticed the wolves were about to try to cross the bridge themselves and one was almost halfway already. I thought quickly pulled out my pocket knife and cut off the rope on one of the bridge. The bridge manage to roll over and Wood wolf that was halfway on the bridge fell off and down to the bottom of the ravine. The other wolves seem to just Claw at the edge of the ravine growling and barking at me until and eventually gave up and ran back into the woods.
I sat on the ground shaking uncontrollably my breathing wild and out-of-control. After a minute or two I finally looked around frantically seeing large doors at the entrance of the castle mediately ran over to it. I pulled on the doors with all my might as it slowly opened getting on the other side and closing it behind me fast as I could. I walked forward a couple steps for find my hands and knees still shaking uncontrollably. I’ve never been more terrified in all my life but that doesn’t matter now.
I force myself back up onto my feet took a deep breath trying to calm myself down immediately started coughing due to the dust That Picked up around me. I moved forward deeper into the castle and was amazed by what I saw. it looked quite old There was barely a roof.
“I guess this is a sign of civilization“ I said out loud purposely obnoxiously to try and lighten my mood. I was still shaking a bit But then again I’ve never been attacked by wolves before much less wood wolfs.

“Wolves made of wood and now this Castle. What in the fuck is happening. WHERE THE FUCK AM I. Am I even on earth anymore?............What do I do?” I kind of just sat down with my knees up against my chest my arms around my legs as I just stared at the stone floor. My whole body was shaking as well as my breath as I just closed my eyes trying to think of what to do next until I remembered something my grandfather always told me.
“ If you ever manage to get yourself in danger boy........Always face it on your feet and your chin held high........Then NOTHING can take you down“ When I was younger that didn’t make any sense at the time but now it kind of does. my old man would be mad at me by how I’m reacting. he was always a tough son of a bitch always whooping on me because I was too weak or too nice but it did toughen me up I learned a lot from him.
Got myself back up on my feet and took A deep breath.
“Come on Brady no need to freak out. how about you have a look around this cool castle that you found“ I said to myself as a begin to look around a bit more Heading deeper within the hallways Corredor’s of the castle. I found a torch off the wall that seem to still be able to catch a light and carried it with me after lighting out with my little lighter. I went through the door and door A lot of them just lead to simple rooms with surprisingly small beds which made no sense to me perhaps The guy that ran this castle is cheap and bought only small beds for its servants.The guy that ran this castle is cheap and bought only small beds for its servants.
I left myself as I continue to head onwards. I eventually found which I was really hoping for what looked to be the armory. After pushing the double doors open I walked in I noticed something right off the bat several sets of armor but horse armor......nothing but horse armor A few theories popped up in my head as to why there was only horse armor A few theories popped up in my head as to why there was only horse armor. A.There’s a separate section somewhere within the castle that has people armor Or B.They really care about their horses and only use horses for battle.
Either way I didn’t really matter to me and I think about it I didn’t really care to try and look around this castle any more those wood wolfs can probably find away Inside the castle. So I just pieces of the armor off one set do use the hammer that I found nearby to try and adjust it by hammering the hell out of it. I instructed around my left wrist which surprisingly felt a bit more comfortable than I thought I continue to do this but different other parts armor applied it either to my other wrist or my lower leg. I also found some wrap and applied it onto the armor pieces so they wouldn’t shift around too much. I would also use this wrap on my wound but it looked a just a little to dirty and I didn’t want to get It infected if it wasn’t already.
Next I looked at the weapons that I could find. several spears, Small shields, and short shorts. It was so strange the horse armor was way too small to fit any war horses and even the weapons seemed small. I’m guessing whoever was here was a bit smaller but if my other theory checks out this is a completely different species they valued their horses so much so that they put everything they had into their armor and didn’t even care about their own armor.
That sounded a bit more ridiculous in my head but seeing the wood wolfs that chase me down nothing really Seems too far-fetched at this point.
I decided to grab two short Swords and strap them both one on top of the other to my belt on my left side. I noticed on the end of the room mounted on the wall was much larger sword it looked a bit important if I’m loading this castle I might as well get the cool stuff and I am mediately made my way to the larger sword. I cleaned up around the armor front of it and pulled it down and walked out in the middle of the room and unsheathed the sword. Add a brown handle and a gold guard And a long two sided blade the blade itself look to have some markings on it. I took off my backpack decided that I could probably strap it to the side of it pacifically the right side Attaching the straps to my backpack.
Put my backpack back on and was about to continue to look around the Armory until I started hearing strange noises coming from within the castle. I froze for a moment wondering what the hell that could possibly.I froze for a moment wondering what the hell that could possibly. Decided to move out I got what I needed a way to defend myself a bit better. I unseat one of my two short swords proceeded to head down the hallway. I eventually found a large room that had a pedestal at the end. I slowly made my way up to the pedestal as I saw a slightly damp glow of a blue light.
Once I got up to it I found there to be some sort of Crystal maybe I thought of maybe touching it but it mediately slap myself mentally.
“ this is something you’d see in Indiana Jones why the fuck would you touch this thing“ I cursed at myself as I proceeded to turn around and walk right away from it however the pedestal seem to vibrate and I froze. I looked around and saw several small blue lights seem to shine with the walls themselves.
“Oh....Oh no.....OH FUUUCK”
I noticed that the wall Center collapsing but not the room just the stone that was on the wall and the stones them self seem to move and form.
“ oh my fucking God those are stone gollum’s” I said bluntly as I begin to see them form human like shapes about my size there was about 12 or 13 of them completely surrounding me and slowly approaching me. I slowly made my way back towards the pedestal I already pissed them off what more could I do.......so I decided to take the butt of my blade smash the crystal thing that was on the pedestal thinking that I could maybe disable....I guess the security system that I triggered.
They didn’t seem to do anything But I wasn’t too surprised I walked back to one of the windows and realize that I was way too high up and too far away from any other buildings to jump to so only had one option left.
“ All right you dumb pieces of rocks I didn’t even want your stupid Fancy fancy rock But if you wanna fight.....then......then LET’S GO” I was so goddamn fucking scared but if I was going to die by goddamn walking rocks I might as well do it fighting. I feel my adrenaline starting to kick in and I longed forward trying to stab the first one closest to me in the chest I wasn’t expecting much to happen but I was trying to push it out-of-the-way really. However luckily the tip of the blade managed to hit that glowing Crystal and it’s just confirming a theory that I thought of and it kind of fell apart.
I’m mediately took a step back as I slowly approached me one of them swung at me slowly but heavily. I managed to dodge as it’s rock arm collided with the wall behind me. I merely took couple more steps back for noticing the door was still open on the other side of the room

I thought to myself as I try to force myself to move forward and so I did I’m gonna fast as I could sliding underneath a couple of them barely managing to dodge a few of the hits sadly right before I made us get to the door why the manager slammed me up against the wall. Luckily managed to block his stone fist with one of the metal plates on my Forearm. I then moved over to stabbed the crystal in its chest with my free arm. It fell apart just like the wood wolfs.
Before I had any other thoughts I immediately made my way to the door until one of them hit me on my left shoulder sending me flying through the door way and I collided with the wall behind me. I managed to get myself up and turn around start running down the hallway for I got 15 feet until something came around the corner in front me.
it was one of the most horrifying thing I saw. It was a massive maybe 14 feet tall stone golem I didn’t make a sound just the stone feet slamming against the floor. I turn around and ran the other way but I could hear charging at me I got to the doorway turn left or turn around and saw that the massive gone I’m slammed itself through the wall and came to a sliding stop And looked directly at me. I was a bit frozen in fear as I looked at the massive stone beast in front of me Before I had any other thoughts I turned around and kept running.
I managed to make my way to the entrance of the castle with all my my I slammed myself against the door and pushing it open the rest the way. I walk backwards a bit looking into the Building making sure I wasn’t followed I smiled a bit and then laughed I can’t believe I just did that and got away with it I was actually kind of happy Until I started Until I started hearing something to my left. On the other side of the ravine seem to be the new scariest thing I’ve ever seen in my life it was those wolves again but there was a lot of them A LOT OF THEM. It seem to be their entire pack. Must of came back and with a vengeance.
I just simply fell on my ass right then and there I don’t know what to do I was completely surrounded by these wood wolfs My whole body shaking and I felt like I was gonna throw up And then something in me just snapped I looked up angerly at the massive amount of wolves on the other side of this ravine.
“I’m......I’m not done yet” I said out loud and I immediately started trying to come up with a plan to deal with this there’s too many of them there’s no way I could take my by myself however if I had an army to match their numbers or at least enough to distract most of them maybe I can get away. It’s a longshot but I think it could work I just have to get them over here I believe if they went all the way around like a find a way to get to the castle but then they’d be all over the place spread out I want them in one place. I managed to spot a tree further off to my right a large tree that was at the edge of the ravine I thought if I could probably knock that tree over just enough I could get them on my side of the ravine.
I ran down the halls trying to find where I left a massive motherfucker and once I turn the corner dairy was already swinging at me immediately fell to the ground sliding forward nearly dodging his attack as it took off a chunk of the wall behind me. I stood back up and walked backwards I’m pretty sure I know which side of the Building I need him to come out of I saw him running through Doorway after doorway as he slam through the walls behind me. eventually After nearly getting crushed a few times I found after nearly getting crushed a few times I found the wall that I needed in the get through.
“Ok one more to go....you can do this......You need to.....or you die” Mentally prepared myself as the Massive beast charged at me once again I was hopping on my toes and immediately jumped off to the right nearly dodging his charge as he went right through the wall. dust filled room As I stood back up I climbed up onto the debris and looked at the opening massive golem I turn into a giant pile of rocks on the other side of the wall. I looked out and I could see the massive pack of wolves running off to the right of me. I honestly couldn’t believe my eyes Of what I was seeing but it didn’t matter. My adrenaline was pumping and I was already on my next part of my plan. I stood in front of the tree one solid smash against it should push it over just enough to where it’s going to wait and make it fall over.
“ Please work....pleasework pleasework pleasework” Taking a few more steps back as I mentally prepared myself even more for what is about to happen next. It’s going to be a bit chaotic and I was genuinely terrified. I charge that the tree slammed my shoulder up against it I did this a few more times before I finally fell over. As it was falling I ran back to the opening and cleaned up the rocks and debris as soon as I got to the top of the pile of rocks I can already see the smaller golem’s Gathering at the beach. I’ll turn back around just for a split second I can already see the massive amount of wolves using the tree as a bridge swarming towards the very opening I was standing in.
“Oh...my....god”
I cannot believe what I was looking at before I could think of anything else I run around deeper Into the castle dodging the Golems as I moved past them. I could already hear the wolves fighting with the them As I ran through the halls.As I ran through the halls. I came out of the entrance hauling ass towards the bridge I know it wasn’t fully stable anymore but I still use the rope to crawl across.
However I was cut short by few stray wolves. I turned around and stab the first one. The blade went The blade went right in the face of the wolf that was charging me until something painfully pulled me down to my face. I turned around and saw one of them and bit my left calf luckily the metal plate that I had put on kept from most of his teeth digging into my bone but he still managed to dig into some flash. I am mediately spun around and kicked in the face I still toe boot cracking its skull. I stood back up painfully until I notice another one charging at me I moved over trying to dodge it but it collided with me it was rammed up against the post that held up the bridge. I looked at the had my sword in a position against its neck keeping it inches away from biting my nose off immediately pushed it over stabbed in stomach before I can get up.
I turned around and noticed that the post that I hit was about to fall over along with my only exit I dodged another wolf before I charged towards the bridge and had sadly fallen over but I was committed. I leapt off the edge and grabbed onto the post itself and swung down deep into the ravine my body slams against The wall and I almost lost my grip however the posts pretty much broke off of the rope and I was sent free falling the rest the way down. I luckily manage to pull out my other sword with a last ditch effort stabbed it into the wall stopping myself from falling further. I could not believe that worked however the sword wasn’t in the wall of the ravine all the way and it almost fell out trying to hold up my bodyweight. I am mediately brought my freehand over and grabbed on to the edge of a rock. I pulled my sword out stopped it even further into the wall. I had one way out and It was the rope that was dangling above me. It was too high up for me to reach so I had one option left. I managed to stand myself up on my sword while I was in the wall trying to maintain my balance. It was quite difficult to position myself and I was losing strength in my arms i only had one chance doing this so I put all my strength I had left and jumped as high as I could barely manage to grab the rope that dangled above me.
I cannot believe I managed to do that but I guess when you got adrenaline pumping through your veins you’re able to do things that you never thought you could. I got myself up I took off running into the trees as fast as I could I didn’t even look back I just kept running It didn’t matter where I was going.
I managed to find what looked to be a fairly large hollowed out tree. night was coming and I don’t think I can move anymore. I crawled in and assist with damage that was dealt to me.
Besides the nasty bite that I had on my left leg and just had cut scratches and bruises pretty good from what I was up against. Luckily the bike had stopped bleeding so I didn’t even worry about it there wasn’t much I could do anyway. I was unbelievably exhausted breathing heavily I put my head in the dirt I just simply passed out right then and there.

first chapter of the first story that I’ve ever written in my entire life I hope y’all at least sort of enjoyed it Not even sure if I wrote it correctly not even sure if I wrote it correctly But you got to start somewhere
One way to leave a forest
“BRADY!!!!!!”
I jumped up out of my chair hearing my grandfathers voice calling me.
“SIR?”
I called back wondering what he could be yelling at me about this time.
“GET DOWN HERE I NEED YOUR HELP BOY”
“YES SIR”
I yelled back hoping I wasn’t in trouble. I put on my shoes and ran downstairs slap my hat on my head and headed outside. Running up to him I could see he was standing next to the big dump truck I’m assuming for the pond he was digging out back.
“Yes sir” I asked wondering what I did this time really hoping I wasn’t in trouble.
“Did you eat breakfast” looking me up and down making sure I didn’t lie by reading my body language.
“No sir” I answered honestly knowing not to lie. it’s never a good idea to lie to the old man.
“Well you’ll be hungry in a minute boy. I need your help getting the starter replaced on this big truck. Going to have to use your young man muscles for this one.
“Yes sir” I answered proudly ready to help the old man with whatever he needed. Crawling underneath the dump truck I saw what parts and tools we would need to get the starter taken out.
After a bit of tinkering I finally finished helping the old man replace the starter and the dump truck was already to go back to work.
“Do you need anything else sir” I asked hopefully being able to be helpful with anything else you needed.
“Nope I don’t but you need to wake up boy.”
“W..what?”
“Your in a heap of trouble boy you need to WAKE UP” He seem aggravated And then worried I never saw him worried about anything unless it was money of course.
“Wait what do you mean” I asked getting a bit scared.
“What did I tell you if you ever get yourself in trouble” He walked to me slapping both his hands on either side of my shoulders.
“I....I...”
“You need to wake up you got to move.......so get up.....NOW!!!”
I guess for air as my I shut up. Unfortunately I slammed my head up again so hard I fell back down holding both my hands to my forehead.
“Ouch!!”
I look Around at my surroundings realizing that I was......inside a tree. I started to remember almost instantly what happened and I kind of just sat back up slowly trying to come to terms of the prior events. Looking forward at the opening I slowly made my way out of the hollowed out tree wincing in pain from my side and from my arm. I realize that I was more hurt then I thought. I kind of just sat down in the grass staring off into space as the prior events just seem to play on repeat in my head over and over again.
I realize this was the first time I was really able to just sit down and think of the situation I truly was in. realizing this was the first time I was really able to just sit down and think of the situation I truly was in. The entire time I entered this..... New World? I was in fight or flight mode acting mostly on instinct. But now I was really able to come to terms and I just began to cry. I didn’t like crying. especially not around people but at this point I kind a wish I was around people........I was...... Alone and All by myself.
I quickly snapped myself out of it. Knowing that crying like a child Is NOT going to help me. I took a deep breath and try to focus on something. I looked over my clothes and noticed my jacket only had a few scratches and holes but for the most part he did his job keeping me warm. However my left pant leg was all tore up exposing my left calf and knee allowing cool air to blow up my pants which send chills throughout my body.
I ignored it knowing there wasn’t much I could do about it. I brought my focus to my left arm. I could tell it was bruised and a bit swollen while rubbing it. I guess from when I got hit. It stung a bit but at least it wasn’t broken it should go down after a couple of days.
My thoughts were cut off from the sound of rustling in the bushes next to me. I am mediately reached for my Last sword I had left but was stopped once I recognized it was one of the little critters that I had met earlier. I lowered my guard and knelt down to my knees feeling a bit happy to see this little guy again. It was the all white fox like creature that I have never seen before. It’s slowly approached me With its head tilted off to the side.
“Hey little buddy. It’s nice to see you again” I called out calmly watching It approach closer. It Just simply sat down in front of me And I was able to approach it gently patting the top of a it’s head.It calmed me down a bit to be honest. It’s sort of had the personality of a cat it even purred like one as well as it rubbed his body up against my hand. I stood back up looking off into the trees in front of me preparing myself to move forward. I couldn’t just stand around all day.
“ You don’t happen to know where I could find help do you little guy” I looked down asking my new little friend not really expecting much of an answer. It’s just simply licked it’s pause not paying much attention to me. I simply just put my hands on my hips as I stared off at the ground. My hair got my eyes a bit and I brushed it off to the side. I haven’t gotten a haircut in a while my long brown hair was beginning to get in my way.
“Man I really wish I had m-“ I Cut myself off realizing I had exactly what I wanted. I took off my backpack and opened it up and dug around in it immediately pulling out The exact item I was looking for.
“My hat!”
I don’t know why I gave you so much joy to see my hat. I guess because it belong to my grandfather and it was a bit special to me. It was now a faded green but used to be camouflage with an American flag on the front. I laughed a little bit looking at it realizing how silly It was to have such a joy over something so simple. I placed my hat on top my of head And looked forward with a small sense of determination.
“I’ve been through shit in these damn woods there’s no way I’m going to stop now” I spoke as I try to motivate myself a bit more to move forward and start walking. As I begin my journey deeper within the woods I noticed the little white friend of mine was following me. I smiled and turned around kneeling before it.
“ I guess if you’re gonna follow me around I should at least give you a name“ I spoke to it Softly as I gently pat the top of its head.
“ I guess I’ll call you......gabs”
I laughed at myself knowing that my grandfather would be mad at me for naming something that could turn into food. but I’m not expecting to kill this little guy it was too small to even provide any meat in the first place. About the size of a cat.
I stood back up and started walking forward. for the next few hours I just slowly made my way through the trees. Trying to stay on high alert so I don’t have any more surprises.
Eventually realize that gabs was running off on its own I simply said goodbye to it and continued moving hoping that I could one day see him again. probably will to be honest he seems to find me pretty easily. I eventually stopped to make camp resting for a bit and pulling out the leftover fish I cooked earlier so I could eat away at it. I simply sat there looking at the small fire I made just lost in my thoughts until they were cut short by rustling of the bushes next to me.
I got scared a bit but realize it was gabs and he looked a bit on edge running up to me frantically.
“Well hello again buddy” Immediately ran up to me and started tugging on my pants with its teeth.
“Wow what wrong gabs” I was wondering if it just decided to attack me but it seemed let go of my pants turn around and pointed its head in a certain direction and lifted it up it’s leg as if a guard dog pointing at something.
“ are you trying to show me something” I asked actually wondering if it could understand me gabs seem to be a bit more intelligent than I originally thought. I was a bit surprised but not as freaked out as I would originally think I’d be but after what I’ve been through nothing really shocked me too much.
He slowly started to move forward and I picked up my backpack and started to follow him. He quickly picked up the pace and so did I as much as it hurt my wounds. I ignored the pain as I followed knowing that this could either screw me over or save my life. We quickly approached a clearing and...... I could hear voices in the distance. Immediately picked up the piece thinking that there could be people nearby. I could finally be saved from this crazy unbelievable forest. I soon as I got to the clearing I saw something that truly shocked me and I hid behind the closest tree. I peaked around the edge and realize that those weren’t people they look to be.......giant lizard people? And they were laughing about something. I slowly made my way around the clearing creeping ever so slowly closer to the group of lizard people I could see they were five in total ranging in different colors and sizes. Three of them were about my size one was a bit smaller and the other one was about twice my size.
“Bro where did you even find it” I could hear one ask out of the group Seemingly laughing out of excitement.
“I found it wondering in the ever free forest when we were flying bye“ The black and purple one said as he walked around the builder they were all looking at.
‘What where they looking at?‘
I wondered as I slowly try making my way around to try and get an angle on what they were looking at.
“What are we going to do with it? Are we going to eat it!!! I never had pony meat before” The smaller one asked in excitement.
“Mabye but we will need to cook it first” The black one said laughing as he put his clothes together almost evil like.
“NO.....PLEASE..... LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!”
I wipe my eyes in shock I could hear a girl a little girl and she’s sounded terrified. Started to panic I wasn’t too sure what to do.

My thoughts were cut off as my instincts just checked in and I charged full speed. I noticed that the black one seem to be leaning back his cheeks expanding as if he was about to spit something in the direction of where I heard that Voice around the Boulder to my left. I didn’t think my body just acted on its own with as much force And strength as I can muster and punched the big black lizard right in the face and it seemingly exploded whatever It was in his mouth. flames coming out of its nose and mouth while blowing us both backwards away from each other.
“WHAT THE HEACK WAS THAT!!!!!” It yelled as it leaned up trying to look around while holding its nose.
“I..... that thing!!!!!” One of the dragons pointed at me Seemingly shocked at the Site site of what I was. I force myself to stand up smoke admitting for my right arm. sleeve of my Jacket was a bit scorched but my arm was OK. But to be honest I’m not sure if I will be OK. From the looks of it I just started something i’m not too sure I’ll be able to get out of.
“What the heck are you? WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE PUNCHING ME!!!!!!”
“ leave this girl alone!” I growled as I slowly position myself in front of where I think she was from when I heard her voice. I brought my fists up and got myself in a fighting stance. I was so unbelievably terrified the tears slowly started to fall down my face and I was beginning to shake seeing that I was completely surrounded by these lizard monsters that seem to be able to breathe fire.... dragons maybe? But it didn’t matter I have to at least try This protect.....pony?
I seen the corner of my eye was a little pony with a white coat and a......Horn coming off her head.
“Look dude this thing seams like I it’s trying to fight us hahahaha and.....and it looks like it’s crying WOW” One of the dragons called out Seemingly mocking me for my reaction to facing certain death but I just ignored his words as best I can.
“WELL IT MADE A BIG MISTAKE!!” The black one that I originally punched earlier seem to be in raged and charged right at me.
‘Oh shit here we go’
I charged forward right towards him. It seemed like he was about to use his claw to strike me. While picking up speed immediately stopped and slid on the ground slamming my left arm into its legs. He was unprepared for me to do this and flipped right over me slamming his face into the ground. At that moment and memory kind of a locked itself and I could hear my father‘s voice in my head.
“ If you’re ever in a fight with someone that’s bigger and tougher than you just use their strength against the bigger they are the harder they fall.” That’s what pa said...right? I was never really able to stand up for myself but this time is different. someone’s in danger... I-I have to fight!
I spun around and stood back up getting myself in a low stance. The black one shot his head back up angrily and look back at me, then back at his buddies.
“DO SOMETHING!!!!”
He yelled at the other dragons as they all seem to scramble around. I guess trying to do what there boss or leader was telling them. One of the skinnier ones proceeded to try and punch me but I fell planting my right hand Onto the ground and smashed my left foot into its stomach. I could hear the air get knocked out of his lungs. With that same momentum I pushed myself away trying to gain a bit more space from the other two that were approaching me fast. The first one tried punching me but I managed to lunge forward dodging it. Sadly the second one slammed its arm onto my back sending me straight to the floor face first. The big one seem to come out of nowhere and kick me right stomach sending me flying to a tree.
I struggle to get back up. That kick really did Hurt me. It hit me right where I was impaled and I can feel blood running down my leg. I brought my fist back up ready to keep fighting.
I maneuvered dodged in weave as best I could but they were too strong and too fast and whenever I did manage to punch them it felt like I was punching a wall and it didn’t seem to do much to them but make them mad.
“ Wow hairless monkey...you seem to be putting up a good fight Just to protect some pony...too bad you’re wasting your time.”
The big dragon of the group charged at me ready to swing it’s Klaus right at me I took a step back and pulled out my sword and swing around slamming it right into its hand drawn blood. It took a few steps back holding his hand In pain and looking back up at me angrily.
“JUST LEAVE!”
I shouted to put the smallest bit I hope that they would go away They would go away before it gets any worse. I was pretty sure that wasn’t going to happen. I wasn’t too good with the sword but I was gonna figure it out on the spot whether I liked it or not.
They charged at me from all directions I swing my sword around trying to keep them at a distance. I took a step back trying to stab one of the dragons behind me but it took off into the air another one tried striking me I managed to dodge it but moving right into another dragons claw that struck my left shoulder throwing blood on the ground. I tried blocking a few more of their strikes close until one of them breathe a fireball at the ground blowing me away.
I laid on the ground in front of the little pony that i was going all through all this trouble for to protect. She was covering her eyes with her hooves out of fear. I don’t blame her at all. I force myself to try and get back up falling back down on one knee I didn’t even notice but I had a large cut on my right thigh. It doesn’t hurt as bad as I thought it would it was difficult to stand on it I think it was because my adrenaline. I slowly reached Ford put my hand on the top of her head. She slowly looked at me with tears running down her face.
“It’s going to be ok” That was all I could really say. I turned and gave her a warm smile.
“Aawww would you look at that the hairless monkey is trying to make friends with the pony. Well if you want to be scorched with it so much...THEN BE MY GUEST!!”
I tried standing up but I could tell I wasn’t be able to move to good. But I couldn’t just sit there and let them hurt this little thing. so with whatever strength I had left I stood back up and just started swinging my sword I brought my sword up and swing it down trying to scare them away but luckily I managed to cut his fireball that he had shot at me right in half without even realizing it. The ball of fire split into Two and spun around before exploding causing smoke to develop the area around me Knocking me back to the ground.
I realized I couldn’t see anything from all the smoke but then I realized neither could they. I took this opportunity put away my sword picked up the little pony and ran into the trees as fast as I could. as painful as it was I did not stop running.
“WHERE DID IT GO!!!!”
I could hear one of them yell off in the distance behind me. I kept running as fast as I possibly could in the condition that I currently was in but Then quickly slowed to a limp before I knew it. I was desperate looking around frantically as I went through the forest holding the little pony in my arms but it hurt my left arm to do that. Ignore the pain I had one goal and that was to protect this little thing as best as I could nothing else matter to me. I don’t know why something just told me.
After a while of maneuvering I finally fell to the ground onto my knees breathing heavily. I slowly sit down the little pony onto the ground and just looked at her for a minute. She seem to be in shock I could see the fear in her eyes that she looked up at me.
“It’s ok your safe..... for know at lest” I slowly looked around realizing I’m just as lost as I was before but now with this little pony next to me.
“ Th..... thank you“ I heard her whispered to me through her sobbing. It made me feel bad saying how scared she was there wasn’t much I could do all I could do now is make sure she stays safe or try at least.
“What are you?” She asked me about a bit of a shaking Voice that caught my attention again.
“ well I’m a human. You have never seen anything like me before have you” Wasn’t too surprised when she’s just simply shocked her head no. I lowered my head In defeat. that kind of answer the question that I had in the back of my head. I looked back to her hoping I can get a few answers if I start asking questions.
“ so if I mean ask what exactly are you? And what is something as small as you doing out here in this crazy forest” She seem to brighten up a little bit After I asked this I guess getting her mind off of what happened was beginning to help her calm down.
“ well I’m a pony A unicorn to be more specific and......well me and my friends where trying to get are cutie marks for Greatest explorers ever greatest explorers ever but.......I got lost And then out of no where I got snatched up by those Scary scary dragons” She kind of froze for a minute I guess really thinking about what happened.
“They where going to eat me!!!!”
She seem like she was about to cry at the thought I wasn’t too sure what to do at this moment I can’t really think straight I was starting to get lightheaded do to the blood loss.
“Hey I didn’t catch your name” I asked trying to get her mind off of the ‘scary dragons‘.
“Oh um it’s sweetie Belle”
“Well sweetie Belle that’s a very pretty name” I tried complementing her to make her at least a little happy as best I could.
“Oh um thank you” She smart a little looking up at me and I just simply return the small back.
“Oh I grabbed this. You dropped it” She then proceeded to...... Float my hat towards me. I just kind of stared at it for a moment as I slowly picked it out of the air. One of the most bizarre things I have ever seen in my life but I’m not really that surprised anymore.
“Well Sweetie Belle I’m Brady It’s nice to meet you I just wish we were In A bit safer environment. but don’t worry I’m going to get us out of here........do you happen to know where your home is it at?”
“Well I believe it’s this way” She looked around a moment before pointing in the direction that we were heading originally. in the distance I think I could see a trail.
“Well we better get moving“
“Oh my gosh your.....your really heart!”
“ It’s OK I’ll be fine I just need to get you out of here“
“ well you don’t have to carry me I can walk”
“No it’s ok let’s just moving”
We made it to the trail and I’m assuming lead to her home.
“So......whats the name......of the place where going to” I struggle to ask as I Continued continued limp forward down the trail.
“Its ponyville and I think we’re almost out of the forest just a little further” She reassured me As I just kept on moving forward my vision was beginning to become blurry I can’t really hear anything at this point I think she was trying to talk to me but I just couldn’t hear anything just sent like echoes in my head I could hear was my own breathing and my heartbeat pounding in my ears. I eventually made my way out of the trees to an open field and off in the distance I could see the town of ponyville.
I was finally out of the forced almost to safety. But my bodies finally shut down. before I fell over I sit down sweetie Belle on the ground before collapsing to my over to my chest. I can feel sweetie Belle pushing on my arm I guess trying to get me back up.
“Go i’ll be OK just....ga aaaaa”
Darkness consume with me and I eventually just passed. I just hope that sweetie Belle gets to safety at least I would’ve done something useful.
Realization of the world around

Nothing but Ash smoke and fire all around me. And an unbelievable sense of urgency filled my mind. I could tell I was struggling to stay at my feet as I desperately looked around.I could tell I was struggling to stay at my feet as I desperately looked around. I could see figures moving back-and-forth quickly Awful sounds of Barking And a familiar sour smell.
I held my sword in my hand just frantically swinging around randomly trying to keep whatever it was attacking me at bay but I didn’t even see anything or I could smell it I could hear it so I knew it was there. Tears roll down my eyes as an unbelievable sense of fear overwhelms me. It was something I have never experienced before that wasn’t too sure how to handle it. I can sell something was charging at me and I close my eyes tightly as I continued one large swing in the direction of some beast.
But then suddenly everything just seem to freeze the bright white light just made all go away. I slowly open my eyes realizing that I was.I slowly open my eyes realizing that I was...... well floating.
‘What is this...... Where am I‘ unfamiliar sense came to me I was awake but I think I was still sleeping or dreaming it was for shot a strange feeling.
“There is no need to fear” I heard a female voice either in my head or echoing around me I couldn’t.
“Who wa...what..... wait wait who’s there? where am I“ I looked around frantically trying to find the source of that voice but I could see was the void around me that I floated in
“You are safe now you can rest” The Voice said seemingly becoming a bit more clear as if it was getting closer. But then everything started moving quickly as if Rush of wind was pushing me back.
“ What’s happening“ I called out feeling myself moving faster through this void.
“ We shall meet soon Young one” this is all I heard before I woke up gasping for air. I looked around in my surroundings frantically realizing I was.......in a hospital. I tried to calm down my breathing a bit as I could tell I was hyper ventilating almost.
‘That was one craze dream. one of the craziest dreams I’ve ever had. and vivid to’ I thought to myself wondering why I was even dreaming like that. I took my notice to my surroundings and realize that the bed that I was laying in the bed to short my feet were hanging off the edge.
I noticed that most of my clothes were going to sitting in nothing but my running shorts are usually were underneath my pants And they look A little tour up. At the same time I noticed the bandages that covered Half my body pretty much. As I took notice to my wounds the memories of what happened kind of came back to me. I just stared blankly at the wall in front of me.
‘Lost in some dense forest, attacked by some wolves made of wood, by the massive look of God I found a castle, found weapons, then pissed off stone golmes, pissed off an even bigger pack of wolves, blew a hole in the side of the wall that castle, shove those wolves inside that castle and ran away. Then found a pack of dragons And piss them off, Stopping them from cooking a......pony alive As well as me then carried it back.......here?’ I looked around my surroundings as I finish my thoughts. And then a sense of worry struck me.
That little pony. her name was sweetie Belle I don’t even know if she’s OK. I hope she is if she got help then that’s how I’m here.......here. Where is here. I am mediately struggled to get to my feet and limped over to the window on my right. I just simply sent back in a chair next to me i soon realize it was too small for me so I just pushed it away and sat on the floor. I quickly realized I wasn’t on earth anymore And I was probably stranded here. I started to hyperventilate again and realization actually hitting me. I stopped all emotions by clapping my hands together shutting my eyes angerly trying to force myself to calm down. I relax a little placing my hands on my knees lean forward taking deep breath‘s well almost on the verge of crying.
I heard the door open in front of me. I didn’t realize how long I’ve been sitting on the floor. A pony walked in she seem like she was caring something on a trey. She slowly scan the room Realizing I wasn’t in my bed anymore and gasped when She saw I was sitting on the floor. She was kind of frozen for a moment before developing the courage to slowly approach me.
“Ummmm sir what are you doing out of bed? You should lay back down you have quite severe injuries“ she approached me a little more replacing her fear with concern now.
“I’m....I’m sorry” That was all I could say as I try to force myself to stand up. I almost tripped over but she immediately ran up to my side putting one of her hooves on my hip. “I’m sorry” I said again as I try to make my way back to my bed.
“It’s ok. What where you doing on the floor” she looked me up and down as I laid back down on the bed it was quite small so I just set up crisscrossed.
“I fell.....in sorry” I apologize wants to again I didn’t mean to make her so worried about me.
“It’s ok sweetheart just rest now you’ve been through a lot“ she walked back and picked up the tray that shit sat down and walked over to my left “I came bye to replace some of your bandages so just sit tight ok”
“ Yes ma’am“ I just simply sat there and she tended to my bandages. She was hesitant at first but she seem to relax as she messes my bandages I guess she was maybe scared of me. I don’t blame her she probably has never seen anything like me before. But she seem to relax a bit more as she worked Saying that I was pretty much non-moving. I simply just stared off down at my sheets deep in thought.
“I’m nurse red heart by the way” she smiled at me placing a half on my knee. I was a bit shocked she was acting quite kind to me.
“Oh nice to meet you ma’am. I’m brady” I just went back to staring off into space not really knowing what to do. Still a little freaked out that a talking pony was helping with my wounds
“If I may ask. What exactly are you” She looked at me with a puzzled expression after finishing wrapping my leg.
“Well I’m a human.......and I’m not really from around here” I asked honestly kind of rubbing the back of my head. I’ve never really had to explain to someone what I was so it was a bit weird.
“Well I could Guess that but it’s Nice to meet you Brady. now I’m sure you’re hungry so I’ll go get you something to eat please stay in your bed while I’m gone” She laughed a bit as she made her way out the room closing the door behind her.
I was left alone once again with my thoughts. ‘ how in the world is this happening‘ I wasn’t really too sure if any of this was actually happening but it felt pretty real just in case I slap the shit out of myself. I seen realize that I’m pretty damn dumb. as a rug my face I could tell I was already in pain from my wounds I didn’t really need to do that but I’m stupid.
I took a deep breath and ran my hands through my hair. I just kept throwing ideas, theories, and just dumb thoughts back-and-forth in my mind. I was getting anxious just sitting here I wanna know what was happening around me like that town outside. I was hoping I could probably ask at least one of these ponies more about where I’m at. I had a lot of questions after all.
The door open once again and there’s red heart walk-through followed by another pony who look like maybe a doctor.
“Here I brought you oatmeal I’m not too sure exactly what you eat but I thought you might be able to like this” she set the bowl down on the table next to me. “ also brought the doctor with me”
“ good morning young man“ The doctor called as he made his way next to my bed.
“ good morning sir“ noticing the clipboard he seem to be looking at. he was proceeding to check off a few things as he was looking back-and-forth between me and the clipboard.
“Well I’m surprise you’re already awake you’ve gone through a lot no we did the best we could do patchwork but we’re not very familiar with your anatomy” he placed on the clipboard as he seemed a bit concerned looking at me up-and-down.
“That’s all right so you.......... seem to have done a pretty good job” I brought one of my arms up patting my muscles as I gave him a small smile.
“Well I’m glad you’re all right now son Now I got a bunch of ponies downstairs in The lobby that Have been buzzing with all kinds of questions about you Go in a minute I might send them up here to talk to you” He picked up his clipboard and started heading towards the door checking off a few more things and heading out. I know this nurse red heart was still in the room seems like she was cleaning up a few things and look like she was about to leave as well I stopped her and try to ask question.
“Uh ma’am could you tell me what happened to that little pony is she all right” she walked over to me the bright smile simply knowing exactly I was talking about.
“Oh you mean miss little sweetie Belle She’s all right all thanks to you. she’s at home right now resting“
“Oh......well that’s good” I feel the relief and a bit of weight coming off my shoulder. At least I did something good.
“ is there anything else“
“No ma’am I’m good” I waved my hand at her I wasn’t wanting to bother her anymore.
“Ok well call if you need anything” she proceeded to walk to the door closing it behind her.
Others for wanting to talk to me And to be honest I was a bit scared I didn’t know if I was in trouble all I could do is just wait I looked over to the window again having just a slight urge in the back of my head. just jump out And run as fast as I can. I was pretty sure I was gonna need to do that is ponies so far us treat me pretty good fed me patched me up and been pretty nice to me so far. I decided I’m just gonna have to let this play out would be a pretty bad idea to run I don’t even know where I am I don’t even know where I am or where to go.
After a while I heard a knock on the door and there’s red heart so they stuck her head out around the corner.
“Brady I brought you a visitor” She called happily looking over at me.
“Oh. Ok then” I saw a purple pony seem to walk in her eyes are bright now when she saw me she quickly walked up right next to me.
“Well hello there how are you feeling” shit quite a bright personality she seemed almost happy and excited looking at me with also a puzzled expression at the same time.
“I’m doing good enough.....thank you” I shifted a little bit getting a little uncomfortable as she just looked at me Intently seemingly Intently seemingly amazed at what I was.
“Did you need something” I asked as she shift around her weight a little smiling sheepishly.
“ Oh I’m sorry it’s just that..... i’ve never seen anything like it before“ this made me laugh a little it seems like this is going to be a common trend while I’m here.
“I wanted to see if it was all right if I could ask if you A few questions” seem to have paper all around her as if she was ready to take notes which kind of surprised me I wasn’t expecting someone to be this interested in me as to want to write notes.
“ OK that’s fine. I also have a bit of my own questions as well“ I said laughing nervously.
“ Well I’d be happy to answer them“ she’s slightly puffed out her chest pridefully and had a bit of a smile. “And I would like to start off by saying thank you for what you did. You saved one of my close friends sister and you got really hurt doing so. I’m sorry that happened, it must’ve been awful” She gently place to hop on the edge of my bed as she looked at my. concern filled eyes as well as sadness which made me feel a bit sad myself.
“ Well.....that wasn’t nothing really I was just in the right place at the right time......I guess“ I simply just stare down at my sheets. trying to keep my emotions in check. Not really wanting to act like a crybaby while in first contact with this new species of intelligent life.
“Well anyways......would you like to get started“ She kind of jumped up a little bit. Her attitude her attitude lightening up even more.
“All right then ask away”
“So first off what’s your name” I was slightly a bit shocked that she asked who I was and not what I was it made me laugh a little bit.
“I’m Brady Ray but you can just call me brady” I simply leaned back putting hand on my chest as I introduced myself.
“ It’s a pleasure to meet you Brady, im Twilight Sparkle“
“ it’s a pleasure to meet you too man“ she simply return a smile as she went back down to her notes.
“ so I would like to know what exactly you are as I can’t seem to find anything if you’re kind in any of my books“ I ran my hand through my hairs trying to figure out how to answer that question correctly.
“Well I’m a human. And from what I could put together my kind is it from this world.....well I don’t think so that is“ She seem to have a confused look on her face she just stared back at me.
“ What do you mean you’re kind isn’t from this world? where are you from and how did you get here?” The quilt that she was sorting in her magic seem to be on fire almost going out 1000 miles an hour.
“Well I’m not to sure to be honest but where I come from there’s no talking ponies, no dragons, no wood wolves, and definitely no.....magic“ I sent while I was pointing at the floating quill and paper.
“WHAT? What do you mean there’s no magic where you come from? What is this place called” she looks shocked for a moment even froze from writing down her notes to look at me.
“Well i’m from a planet called earth and to answer your other question I don’t really know how I got here. I just kind of woke up falling from the sky and fell into a river I wasn’t even doing anything out of the ordinary back on earth. just walking home from school.”
“ interesting“ She proceeded to look back down at her notes quill zooming a crazy speed I’ve never seen anyone write this fast I guess it’s just magic. I’m really looking at magic. WOW.
“What you said school, how old are you if I may ask“ She looked at me with her usual puzzled look after I’ve began to get used to know.
“Well I’m 17 and I was going to high school”
“Oh I thought you would be older or a fully grown adult. you’re so tall” I laughed a little at this not really used to someone calling me tall.
“Well I’m only 5’9 most other humans from my world can get even taller and bigger than I am” I raise my hand over my head showing how tall other people could get.
“ fascinating“ she continue to speed run her notes. I was surprised by how much she was writing down just from what I told her.
We went back-and-forth with questions I got to ask a few of my own learning that this place was called a Equestria And had two rulers Which was interesting to me. I explain to her briefly about how my country’s political system worked. But just a brief summary she asked me if I could elaborate a bit more on the subject later on which I’d gladly excepted. I thought that I should maybe let her see some of my history books that I brought with me from but I guess she might actually be interested in that but that brought up another question for me.
“Um miss Twilight” I called pulling her attention from her now growing pile of notes.
“Oh you don’t have to call me “miss” Twilight but I appreciate your politeness” She Giggled a bit covering her mouth with her hoof “but what were you going to ask me”.
“Oh I was wondering where my things were like my clothes in my backpack” I felt a bit rude asking for my things. I didn’t want to be demanding. I just got to know her after all but I was a bit worried about where my things were I didn’t know if I was just robbed underneath my nose.
“Oh there at my friends rarity’s she took the liberty to try and repair Your clothes. don’t worry they’re safe I’ll bring them back tomorrow when I come bye. I might bring the rest of my friends along as well if you would like to meet them” she gently placed a half on my leg assuring me that my things were OK.
“OK then tell Miss rarity that I said thank you and that I owe her later”
“Oh don’t worry Brady, Rarity is quite generous and after all she said that it was the least she could do for saving sweetie Belle from this dragons. Which I was hoping to ask more details on that I couldn’t get much from sweetie Belle and I didn’t wanna pressure her to say she seemed quite scared shocking up by what happened” she stop taking notes and just looked at me. Her face full of concern again.
“ well I was kind of just wandering around the forest randomly hoping to find any form of civilization and I had happened to make a little friend while I was out there not too sure what it was but it led me to sweetie Belle I was about to get cooked by those dragons. I did the best I could to fight them off but they were way too strong. When I punched them it felt like I was just punching a brick wall and when I tried to hit them with my sword all It did was make sparks and make them even more mad. I just so happen to accidentally make a distraction and pick her up and ran as fast as I could I was pretty hurt I guess that freaked her out a bit...... i’m sorry” I looked down in Shane A bet. Sad that I couldn’t of done anything more and even more mad that I couldn’t on more to fight off those dragons I felt like a dumb idiot just charging in headfirst. it could’ve been a lot worse if I wasn’t lucky.
“There’s no need to apologize you did the best that you could and I think what you did was pretty brave. Not many ponies are willing to go head to head against dragons, well except for Rainbow Dash maybe“ She giggled a bit as she mentioned I guess to be one of her friends.
“Well I guess you’re right But I wouldn’t really Call it brave call it brave. More like really dumb but I didn’t really know what else to do......oh well what happened...happened“
“ i’m sorry you had to go through that it must’ve been terrible....But you’re safe now and that’s all that matters“ Twilight said replacing her for my shoulder.
“ thank you. You’ve been really kind so far I appreciate that. I don’t usually experience that a lot“
“Really?”
“Well people back home can tend to be quite mean and selfish it’s something that you usually just have to get used to. but the doctors here Have been very nice to me so far. doctors back home would look at you it’s just another paycheck” I kind of chuckled at disappeared so I look back at her. she seem to have a bit of a shock expression.
“ That’s so mean why Would doctors treat their own patients like that“ she asked almost taken aback by what I said.
“ Well twilight, that’s a question that most professionals can’t seem to answer. I guess it’s because people seem to see how profitable it can be and people tend to become greedy. You’re even willing to keep people sick so that they can keep getting a good paycheck. But not all doctors are like this only a small for you but only takes a small few to ruin the name for most“ I simply stared at her blankly trying to be honest. This was the first time actually explaining how mean as humans can be to one another. from what I can tell she has never heard of something like that before. How peaceful and kind even is this world that I’m in?
“Well those doctors should be ashamed of themselves” I smiled she kind of took the thought right out of my head. that’s what a lot of people of been saying for a long time.
There was a lot to unpack with the subject of humanity and I kind of just now realized how brutal and mean we are compared to these ponies. from what twilight has explained this word is extremely peaceful probably more peaceful than any part of earth which I’m not too surprised about. I Wondered if I should even continue explaining how awful as humans can be it would be the most accurate description of us. But I was a bit scared that she might get the wrong idea of me so I thought I’d hold on that for now. I don’t even know where to start when it comes to wars.
After a few more questions going back-and-forth explaining little things twilight said her goodbyes she said that she would be back with a couple of her friends to meet me apparently one was very excited to meet me I wasn’t too sure if I was supposed to be excited or scared she also mentioned that she was going to be sending a letter to the princess which seem to scare me for some reason I didn’t know if I actually wanted what I guess what the government really know about me but at this point I think it was too late I made a bit of a entrance I guess.
In any case I just had to play along hopefully they can help you get back home if magic somehow exists in this world which I’m still trying to understand the concept of how that even Would be possible ‘magic’ I guess it kind of explains why am even here in the first place unless the government back home figured out how to use magic and accidentally sent me here which brought up another thought with other humans have been brought here.
I stop my thoughts right then and there. I didn’t wanna start freaking myself out I knew what would happen if humanity somehow figured out a way to open a portal to a world like this which was probably rich with resources. I just pushed that thought too the back of my head I didn’t wanna worry about it.
At the time it was pretty late the nurse as usual was being as kind as ever, feeding me and checking on my bandages. It felt nice being taken care of like this I could get used to it real quick. not even my mom usually took care of me this well of course she always made sure I was OK but she raise me to be tough as well as the rest of my family.
I worried about them, what were they thinking, did they think that I just ran away, or that I got kidnapped. I already know that my old man is calling up every single police department in every county within a 50000 mile radius To try and find me. he was always rough on me. but I knew he cared about me.
I just laid back trying to get comfortable my slightly too small of a bed. I could feel myself again to get homesick I’m getting scared that I might not ever go back home.
‘ I could Actually Actually be stuck here forever‘
Start to feel really scared for a moment I as I almost felt myself crying. I try to take a deep breath and put myself to sleep.

I am done with this chapter but I’m pretty sure I’m gonna have to do an absolute overhaul of editing so if you wanna point out what is dumb with this story I’d love to hear it and please give it a like or dislike I need to know if y’all actually like this or not I appreciate your thoughts
I was just sitting crisscross, my back up against my pillow as I looked out the window watching the sunrise. There’s no way I could really sleep I had too much on my mind. What happened in that force just kept playing on repeat in my head. I felt aggravated that I couldn’t have done more. But still shocked that I even went through any of that to begin with and survived. There was too many close calls, too many moments where I was 1 inch away from getting myself killed. The amount of luck that went into keeping me alive really and truly scared me.
I eventually heard the door open kicking me out of my thoughts. I saw it was Miss Redheart carrying a tray with food.
“ Good morning Mr. Brady“ She called happily Moveing over next to me. “I brought you breakfast” she happily placed my breakfast on my lap looking at me with a happy smile.
“ thank you ma’am“ I simply return the smiling want to Eating. I was surprisingly a lot more hungry than I thought. She laughed a little at the side of me scarfing down my food as if I’ve never eaten before.
I realize that I got a little ahead of myself and tried to slow down my pace. I was always used to having to eat quick when I get home Because because I usually had to get to work right away.
“ I didn’t realize you were this. hungry you can always ask for something to eat“ She looked a bit shocked and concerned at how I was treating my food I felt a little embarrassed.
“ i’m sorry ma’am“ I looked down trying to avoid eye contact. I didn’t wanna make her upset, don’t know if I was making Her look bad at her job of taking care of me.
“Oh you poor thing. there’s no need to apologize” She simply walked around to the other side of the bed checking on my arm.
“ yes ma’am“ I simply allowed her to remove my bandages I’m assuming she was checking on my wound. When she did I was quite surprised most of the really bad ones I had, whether it being flesh wounds on my legs or the horrible bruises I had on my arms where pretty much almost gone just some scars which didn’t really bother me that much.
“ You healed up quite nicely...sadly you might have some scars. I’m sorry....I wish we could do more about that“
“ it’s OK man just something to show off to ladies“ I left a little trying to brighten up her mood as she looked quite sad. Luckily still giggle a little at that which in return makes me a little happy.
“ well I have a few things to do I’ll be close by if you need anything. so just call OK“.
“Yes ma’am” She left the room to go off to do what she needed. I laid back staring off the ceiling again I was starting to memorize small individual patterns of the paint above me. I didn’t like sitting in one place for too long unless I was playing video games thin I could sit there for days straight.
A few hours past no it’s beginning to get tired drifting in and out. Not sleeping at all last night kind of messed with my me a little but I just ignored it. Soon there was a knock on the door and one of the other nurses came in.
“Mr. Brady are you up” she called sticking her head in around the corner.
“Yes ma’am”
“There’s a few ponies here that would like to meet you“ sister decide as a well almost literally a rainbow of ponies entered my room one by one. I recognize twilight out of the group of ponies that came in.
“ Good morning Brady How are you feeling” Twilight asked as she walked next to my bed.
“ Good morning twilight and I’m feeling pretty good” I looked around at all the other different ponies shocked by all the different colors that surrounded me “ and hello everyone”.
“ i’m glad to hear. These are all my friends I wanted to give you an opportunity to-“ Twilight was immediately cut off by a pony that just kind of jumped onto my bed completely pink head to toe....or hoof. And I think she was trying to talk to me but she was talking so unbelievably fast that it just turned into incoherent gibberish. She was bouncing up and down on my bed until she just froze mid air by a purple aura and A aggravated looking twilight levitated her back down Back down to the ground.
“PINKY! Calm down he’s injured” Everyone in the room kind of giggled at this. and I was kind of left speechless.
“Oh I’m sorry Twilight it’s just I’m so excited to meet him” She mediately turn back around slamming her front Hoof on my bed and lean forward towards me. “Sooooooo doyadoyadoya”?
“What? Do what?....what?” I was confused I don’t even know what she said before.
“Well I just said silly. To my party of course you’re welcome to Ponyville and thank you for saving sweetie Belle from those big meanie dragons party” she just simply stared at me with a giant smile waiting for my answer. I leaned back a little bit kind of shocked by her immense energy.
“Um.....ok?” She cheered as she bounced around The room almost uncontrollably. I was shocked by how she can move around like that in such a small room with several ponys standing in it. In orange county wearing a cowboy hat had caught her out of the air and sit her down next to her.
“Now calm down sugar cube. I don’t think Mr. Brady here should be going to any parties just yet” This pony spoke with a bit of a country accent. Sounding like al lot of the people I was around back home.
Twilight laughed little as she put a hoof on my shoulder “well Let me introduce you to some of my friends this is pinkie pie but you just never met her” she pointed at the pink pony I have a humongous smile on her face as she violently waved at me
“This here is applejack“ Twilight pointed to the, what I now call the cow pony. Applejack walked up to me happily and offered a hoof
“Howdy there partner. it’s nice to meet you“ I firmly grab her hoof gave a hoof/handshake. “ likewise ma’am“
“ And I am Rainbow Dash! fastest fire in Equestria and future wonder bolt” Is sky blue Pegasus with a rainbow mean shot in front of me in a blink of an eye sliding mirror with her...wings. “And I got to say. I think that was pretty cool how you stood up against those dragons. You got to tell me how it all went down it must’ve been awesome” she seem to lean and close getting excited to hear my explanation. To be honest I wasn’t wanting to say anything about it it wasn’t necessarily anything cool it was a do or die situation really. I wasn’t really sure what I was doing to begin with.
I just kind of stared at the ground a bit awkwardly not really sure what to do “um well....you see”
Luckily I was cut off by another Voice across the room “ now Rainbow Dash there’s no need to pester him on such details. I’m sure you can ask him later” A white pony with purple hair that was styled very neatly walked up next to Rainbow Dash. “Ooo and I’m ready by the way darling it is a pleasure to meet you” wow. I’ve never been called darling before I actually felt kind of nice not gonna lie.
“Oh.....You too ma’am“
“ Oh and Brady I would like to let you know that I brought most of your things to my boutique as they were quite desperate need of repair. I tried my best but I have never worked on such a style of clothing before so it was quite interesting to say the least” I remember twilight saying something about her having my things I was still kind of shocked that she would go out of her way to do that.
“Thank you ma’am you didn’t need to do that“ She immediately slammed her Hoof on the ground and stepped closer to me
“Why nonsense darling it was the least I can do. After all you did to see if my little sister I would like to personally thank you for going out of your way to do that. I am forever in your debt” I was a bit shocked this was sweetie Belle’s older sister I haven’t really thought about little sweetie Belle and I met her once but I was kind of worried about her.
“Oh so sweet of Bella is your little sister. how is she doing?”
“She’s ok all thanks to you she’s at school right now but she’s really wanting to see you again“ I had a huge wave of relief hit me. as if a giant burden on my shoulder I didn’t even know I had was just gone in an instant.
“ That’s really good to hear“ I just leaned back and took a deep breath knowing that I did something right.
She laughed a little at this as she proceeded to walk around the front of my bed. “ and one more thing dear I took the liberty to bring your things here. I hope they are to your liking“ She proceeded to use her magic to float A bag of clothes in my backpack on the foot of my bed. I leaned forward and pulled out my jacket Out to look. It was as if it was brand new even old stains were gone.
“ Thank you Miss rarity you did an amazing job it looks better than it did before I got here“ I left a little at this as I placed my jacket back down on my lap.
“ Well I’m glad to hear. now I do hope I can catch you had a better opportunity To bring you to my boutique so I can have more accurate measurements. I would Really like to experiment with your style of clothing it’s quite remarkable really“ I was surprise she was willing to bring me to your work and help me get clothes. These ponies I’ve been some of the nicest I’ve been some of the nicest ‘people’ I’ve ever met my life.
I conversed back-and-forth a lot of these ponies lawsuit with pinkie pie he kept asking me all kinds of questions about parties and what I did for fun, other people humans did for fun which I had to have strict answers. tried to make sure it was kid friendly answers for the more precise. As well as Rainbow Dash asked me where I got the sword from I just simply told her I found it which was the truth.
I noticed another pony in the corner Mayeye she was a yellow pony with a pink mean and she seem to be hiding almost but at the same time trying to approach me? Most of the other ponies were conversing back-and-forth with each other so I took the opportunity to introduce myself to her.
“Um hello there” she seem to squeak a little and hide her face behind her hair she then took a small moment to gain the courage to introduce herself as well
“H..hello” she whispered to me in quite a soft voice I could barely hear her I didn’t know if she was scared of me or just very shy so I just tried to speak as friendly as I could.
“So what’s your name” She gain the courage to approach me a little closer as she exposed her face bit more from behind her hire.
“I’m...I’m um Fluttershy” I could barely hear her from the other ponies talking but for the most part she was understandable.
“Well that’s a pretty name... It’s nice to meet you Fluttershy”I tried complementing her to let her know I wasn’t all that scary.
“OH um... Thank you..... It’s very nice to meet you to Brady“ She blushed a little as she hit her face back behind her hair again. I thought this was kind of cute. it warmed my heart I didn’t get much out of her as I wanted she seemed like she had a lot to say but the rest of the girls continue to bombard me with questions which I answered as best I could.
After a while the doctor came into the room catching all the pony’s attention.
“Alright everypony I’m gonna have to ask you all to head down to the lobby for a bit. I Need to check on a few things with Brady here” All the ponies begin to make their way out of the room until twilight stopped at the doorway and looked over at me “ Will be waiting downstairs“ she gave me a bright smile before she left the room.
“ all right now there’s a few things I want to check over with you and if everything checks out you can probably be released today” he brought up a clipboard and started walking around me looking me up and down “ Of course you’re not gonna be doing anything once you get out you gonna be having a lot of bedrest. you’ve been through a lot after all“
“Yes sir” After a while of poking me and checking vitals all that good stuff He asked me to stand up. I did as you asked and it was a bit more difficult than I thought my muscles were screaming at me. but after walking around and stretching my muscles a little bit it didn’t hurt as much.
“ well sir for the most part you’re good to go. You healed remarkably fast of course there’s a few wounds that you have to keep your eye on and like I said before you’re gonna need plenty of bedrest. no running around with them girls OK son” I left a little at this as I sat back down on my bed.
“ yes sir no running around” I responded giving a small salute.
“ Good when you’re ready you can go ahead and head downstairs to the lobby. the nurse here can show you the way“ The doctor left the room leaving me by myself with nurse red heart next to me. I decided to try and put on my clothes however I was still a bit dirty but a blood stain on my skin underneath my bandages. It’s gonna be a little bit uncomfortable but I’ll just have to deal with it from now.
I felt a pair of eyes tracking me as I walked around the room I noticed nurse Redheart still looking at me curiously. I was about to start getting dressed but I felt a bit uncomfortable having her look at me I guess I just now realize that these ponies don’t usually wear clothes unless they had to like when the doctor was wearing his outfit.
“Ma’am“ I called out trying to catch her attention knocking her out of her gaze
“Oh um do you need something”
“Well...... can I just have a moment to myself I just need to get dressed“
I walked out the door seeing the nurse on the other side and she led me downstairs to the main lobby. As soon as I entered a room I had to my whole vision blocked by Nothing but pink.
“ oh my gosh you’re all dressed up does that mean you can come hang out with us? OH THIS WILL BE SO FUN” Thank he was all up in my face and then proceeded to jump around in circles define all of laws of physics.
‘ how in the world am I going to get used to this place‘ The rest of the girls just kind of laughed at my expression of confusion. Rainbow Dash was the first to approach me putting a hoof on my shoulder.
“I see that expression almost every time pinky meet a new pony“ we both kind of laughed at this. Twilight walked up to us and caught my attention.
“ So Brady what did the doctor say? are you feeling all right to walk around“
“ Yes ma’am I’ll be alright and the doctor told me to have lots of bed rest“ she seem to smile at that answer.
“So does that mean we can get out of here” rainbow dash flow around in circles and seams to be anxious to leave the hospital. I can also share that same feeling. I never really liked being in the hospital for too long.
“Yes sugar cube we can leave” applejack put a hoof on the back of my leg. She looked up to me with a bright smile “and i’m sure brady here would like to see a bit of the town Don’t ya think“
“Yea that would be alright” All the ponies seem to be a bit excited to leave the hospital, talking To each other trying to decide where to go first. I interrupted the group before we left “um.... one thing before we go” I walk back up to the desk Grabbing the attention of the service lady in the back.
“Ma’am could you give my thanks to the doctor and nurses that helped me. they went above and beyond taking care of me“ she seemed a little shocked at words they had a bright smile afterwards.
“ of course I’ll let them know right away“ and with that I walked back to the group of ponies that was about to leave out the exit.
“Why that was very kind of you darling“ I blushed at rarities comment.
“Well come on let’s get the show on the road” pinkie pie proceeded to jump behind me and start pushing me out the exit.
I followed the girls throughout the town as they showed me all kinds of different places pinkie pie send me the most exciting and Twilight was give me the rundown of each and every building we went and what they were for. The other girls were talking amongst each other I believe about me but I didn’t really pay too much attention. I was a bit on edge. I didn’t like having so many eyes on me at once. And while in the middle of this town I had a LOT of eyes on me. I felt quite uncomfortable The looks that they gave me where of curiosity, shock, and fear. I felt bad as if I did something wrong I didn’t mean to scare some of these ponies a couple of them even ran away and hid themselves inside of their house others seem to stand their ground and noticed I wasn’t too bad...I think. It was quite an interesting experience all around.
Rainbow Dash out of the group seem to be the most annoyed by our tour She kind of flew around in circles with her arms crossed over her chest and started to complain.
“ Come on twilight you’ve been showing Brady all the boring places. I mean you just showed him a quill store A QUILL STORY And Gave a full rundown of it pretty sure he knows what a quill is“ This kind of made me laugh a little hearing her outburst. And Pinkie pie laughs with me as was the funniest thing she ever heard.
“ Oh come on now Rainbow Dash I’m just trying to make him feel more welcome. you never know if you need to quill” Twilight giggled a little as she continue down the road “ if you’d like you can show me around town some other time”
“ do you know what that doesn’t sound too bad of an idea.OH I could show you Cloudsdale i’m sure you’ll love that” she flew down putting a hole for around my shoulder pointing up at the sky “I mean who wouldn’t want to go to cloudsdale”
“What’s cloudsdale” I asked a bit confused why she was referencing to the sky.
“That’s right you have no idea about this place. Well pretty much it’s a city made out of clouds in the sky” I kind of froze for a moment they’re. trying to process what she just said
“Waaa...What? City in the sky? like a floating city? That be pretty cool to see”
Rainbow Dash flew off in the sky spinning around in circles and doing little tricks “ You know it. it’s probably the coolest city in all of equestria”
“Well.... i’ll start adding that to my bucket list“ And with that we’re back off the exploring the rest of the town.
We ended up in front of a large tree that seem to have a house inside of it or actually the tree itself was a house. Which was pretty cool.
“And here is the the town Library. Where you can find all your reading needs. It’s also where I live. Well that about wraps it all up. Come on inside I’m sure you’re real tired, walking around town all day“ Twilight walked into the door leaving it open for the rest of us to enter. I stopped and open the door wider to let the other girls behind me walk in. They all gave me nods and thank youse as they entered. I walked in and close the door behind me. Looking around I could see that there was a wall full of books on as many books as the towns library back home. but there were sure a lot of books.
The girls seem to talk amongst themselves as I just slowly walked around looking at all the books. I could feel my legs starting to tense up they were very sore and I wanted to get off my feet. I saw a couch that Miss Fluttershy was sitting on. It looked big enough for me and there was a spot left as well I didn’t want to sit on any of the other chairs they looked a bit too small and I didn’t want to break anything.
“ Is it all right I sit here fluttershy” She’s in the tents up and jump a little bit at that question while looking over to me.
“OH...um I...I don’t mind. go ahead“ she scooted over slightly to make room for me. Hiding her face behind your hair.
I sat down and took a deep breath and slowly began rubbing my legs. Fluttershy stuck her head out from behind her hair concern written across her face. “Um.... if...if you don’t mind me asking? Are you feeling OK”
I looked over and smiled at her sitting up straight immediately so that I didn’t show any signs of pain. “oh yes ma’am I’m alright just a bit sore as all”
“I'm sorry to hear that...I um...if you would like I might have some-“ she was cut off by twilight walking down the stairs calling my name.
“Brady I have somepony who I like you to meet.” She look behind her waving her hoof motioning someone from upstairs to follow her.
“So who is this pony you where wanting me to meet. I was taking a nap“ Heard a voice come from upstairs sounding a little aggravated. I then saw what looked to be a small lizard walking down the steps rubbing its eyes. I stood up slowly smiling at Fluttershy as I made my way around the couch to walk up to the little guy as he just stared up at me with his jaw dropped.
“Is...is that the” he just kind of froze again staring up at me as I towered over. him he barely made it up to my knee. I knelt down on both my knees so I can get at a lower level to speak to him more properly.
“Well hello there” I slowly stuck my hand out offering a handshake. He shook himself out of his keys and excepted the offer.
“Hey there I’m spike. And are that human twilight was talking about” he asked looking over at twilight and then back to me.
“Well yea I think that’s me. I’m Brady nice to meet you spike. If I may ask what exactly are you” I let go of his hand Standing back up while looking down at him. I better get used to looking down a lot.
“ Well I am a fire breathing dragon!!” He shot his hands into the air as he gave a little cheer. which made me laugh a little. as well as the girls around me.
“I’m sorry to say but I thought dragons are supposed to be bigger“ I was a bit shocked at seeing him last time I saw a dragon....well I don’t want to think about that actually.
“ I’m actually just a big dragon but one day I’ll be big...well actually there was this one time but I don’t want to talk about that“ I looked on almost a shame as if he did something wrong.
“ Well in any case it’s nice to meet you Spike” We stood around for a few moments a little awkward but my smiled soon faded away I had a small predicament that kept tugging at the back of my head causing me to concern more I wasn’t too sure where I was going to go. I was a bit scared.
Twilight put a half on my hip catching my attention I looked down over at her saying that she looked a bit concerned “ something the matter Brady?”
“ Well to be honest twilight I’m not too sure what to do or where to go I don’t really have a home anymore and I’m assuming I’m gonna have to go runoff somewhere and figure things out on the spot in thIs new bazaar world that I’m not familiar with. I don’t even know where to start “ I just kind of stared at the floor for a moment as feared slowly creeped into my mind a few different scenarios played out in my head as I try to make all kinds of different decisions quickly.
I soon heard Fluttershy spoke to my left she was barely audible no one but me heard her. “Um...if you would like I could-“ she was soon cut off by twilight walking around me towards the kitchen.
“ Oh don’t be silly Brady you’ll be staying here. There’s no way any of us would let you just be thrown off into the world. you don’t even know where you are and besides that’s what friends are for” She put a hook In my lower back and get me towards the kitchen “now sit down i’m sure you’re hungry” I did as she asked and sat down at the table I push the chair aside and just sat down on the floor I didn’t wanna break chair and I was tall enough to reach over the table.
Applejack sat down next to me and put a hook on my shoulder “ I Agree with twilight Sugar cube ain’t none of us gonna let you wander around these parts by yourself“
Where do you chimed in as well sitting on the other side of Applejack “ Indeed that would be quite rude. And after all I owe you so much for saving sweetie Belle at twilight could not have been able to of accommodate for you I am most certainly would allow you to stay at my boutique“
I was kind of shocked that these ponies were so willing to give me a place to stay. I didn’t even ask for it. And I really felt bad like I was a burden but they seem very excited to help me. it felt nice having All these people worrying about me and wanting to help me I’ve never experienced something like this so bizarre to me I almost felt like I was about to cry.
“Thank you....that really means a lot to me” I almost felt a tear rolled down my face for pinkie pie just came out of nowhere and gave me the biggest hug I’ve ever had.
“You’re going to have the most fun you’ve ever had in your entire life. I guarantee it. Your Especially going to have a lot of fun at your ‘welcome to Ponyville and thank you for saving sweetie Belle from the scary dragons’ party” She let go of me and just sat there with the biggest smile I’ve ever seen. I laughed a little and lightly petted her on the top of her head.
“ I look forward to it pinky think you very much“
We talked for a bit Most of the girls asking a lot of questions about my home and where I came from and I just gave them rough answers Which they seem to be absolutely thrilled by my answers they didn’t even believe me half the time Especially when I brought up cars and planes they were dash is very excited about the planes and how I told her that some of them can break the sound barrier. I also asked a few questions about their home and the things that they did learn that Apple Jack had a farm nearby which interest me and gave me an idea for later. After a while most of the girls had to go off and said their goodbyes.
I noticed flash I was about to leave and I think she was trying to ask me something earlier. I tried approaching as calmly as I could I learned that she seem to be very timid and shy which I could relate to a little bit.
“Um...Fluttershy where you trying to ask me something earlier? I didn’t get to hear what you were saying“ Even with my attempt to ask as calmly as I could she still seem to jump a little bit before looking over to me.
“I.....oh it...it was nothing. Never mind. I’m sorry“ She hit her face behind her hair quickly while she just looked down at the floor drawing invisible circles on the floor.
“ no it’s OK. Just aw... If you need to ask me anything Just go ahead. I don’t mind“ I told her is kindliness politely as possible she seem to look up at me with a small smile blushing a little
“Ok then brady...T.Thank you...I. i’ll keep that in mind“
I gave her a warm smile before we said our goodbyes and she was off.
“ yes ma’am“ she seem to have been talking to twilight about some thing for looking over to me.
“Now tomorrow, If you’re feeling up to it. I would like you to come by to my boutique I’m sure you remember where it’s at but if not twilight here can show you the way. I have a little treat for you that I’m sure you’ll love“ She made her way to the door before stopping and looking up at me.
“Of course ma’am i’ll gladly come by tomorrow” I put both of my wrists in front of my hips and giving a friendly nod trying to be as polite as possible.
“OH I CAN SHOW YOU WHERE RARITYS IS TOMORROW” Spike practically yelled getting in between the two of us and looking up at me excitingly jumping up and down. I left a little he kind of reminded me and my little brother.
I Knelt down and patted him on the shoulder “Well sure thing dude that be great“ He seem to whisper ‘yes’ to myself seeming very excited show me around town.
“Oh good I’ll be off then you don’t have to get there so early you need your rest come by in the middle of the afternoon. Now I’ll be heading off see you tomorrow” We said our goodbyes and everyone’s going to cite me twilight and spike.
Twilight was trying to figure out the best place for me to sleep she was suggesting just let me sleep in her bed while she slept on the couch. Told her that would be rude of me to do that in her own home and asked for just several blankets and I will just sleep on the floor. I actually had to convince her to let me sleep on the floor more intently than I originally thought I’d have to but she eventually agreed and I Made my makeshift bed made my makeshift bed on the floor next to spikes basket.
I had put on my running shorts and put my jacket and pants in my backpack. I was sitting crisscross on my makeshift bed reading one out of the massive amount of books twilight was giving me. There was so much for me to learn from this new world and it was overwhelming. The twilight was there right next to me ready to answer any of my questions.
“ So what you’re telling me is the princesses can raise and lower the sun and moon“ I just kind of stared at twilight blankly not actually believing what she was telling me.
“Well yes both of the princesses have a connection to the night and day.Princess Celestia had to raise and lower the sun and moon for quite some time before her sister came back” she hopped onto her bed sorting a book of her own next to her.
“ Well what happened to her sister“
“1000 years ago she tried causing eternal night my princess Celestia how do use the elements of harmony to banish her to the moon“ Twilight answered but only seem to give me more questions.
“Wait if she can control the moon with that just be a double negative and just control the moon but from up there” Pointed up towards the sky While making weird hand motions which made her to giggle.
“ well I can tell you all about it tomorrow but it’s getting quite late and spikes Is already one step ahead of us“ she looked over to spike who was already fast asleep I noticed this and realize that it was kind a late. There was just so much to try and learn I want to figure it all out as fast as I can. but I know I can’t learn everything in one day.
We wished each other good night and I laid head back on my pillow. I just stared at the ceiling deep in thought for what felt like hours. I was exhausted but couldn’t really sleep. I had too much on my mind. I’ve been chilly got back up and snuck out the front door without making a sound sat down with my back up against the bark of the tree just looking up into the stars. Just watching the stars always seem to call me down. While looking up at the stars I kind a realized how truly far away I am from my home because up there at one of those stars is my home. And unless these ponies can use their magic to send me back to world they have never even heard of I’m truly stuck here forever. However it doesn’t seem so bad to be stuck here maybe I can make some good out of it. so far from I’m learned This world is so unbelievably peaceful I mean there hasn’t ever really been a war. I still don’t even know how to describe the wars to twilight.
I stood back up and looked into the sleeping town. I know thank going to be here for a while being sad and being homesick isn’t going to help me.
“ I’ll just have to make the best of what I got“ Spoke to out loud trying to Encourage myself that everything‘s gonna be OK.
After that I slowly and quietly made my way back inside the library with myself back to sleep Not noticing the twilight was watching me the whole time.

Well am I doing something wrong? Or right? I like to know what y’all think. I really do!!!!! Your thoughts are important to me. But over all I’m having more fun with this story writing then I thought I would
I didn’t sleep
There’s no way I could I had way too much on my mind I tried to at some point but kept having the same sort of daydream. It was as if someone was trying to talk to me in this dream but I was never fully asleep so I didn’t really delve into that. it almost kind of scared me I was pretty sure it was a nightmare that kept waking me up.
I tried to just lay back again. I softly clap my hands together and closed my eyes trying to clear my mind as best I could almost as if I was in A State of meditation. I accidentally learned how to do this while on my grandpa’s Farm is very chaotic almost every day on that farm has a lot of hard work I stay there for a few weeks at a time before going back to the city with my parents. I really did miss them.
I tried getting up but my body was screaming at me. Every muscle from head to toe was sore and unwilling to cooperate. I looked around and saw that spike in twilight were still asleep. I took this opportunity once again the trade stand up and proceed to make my way downstairs almost falling down a few times I got into the center of the room and just stretched my muscles as best I could.
The sound of foo- hoof steps from the stairs behind me cut my attention and I saw twilight coming down. She looked at me curiously as to what I was doing.
“ Are you all right Brady. What are you doing up so early?”
I just kind of stared at the floor. A bit awkward getting caught stretching like I was but it did help some of the strain on my muscles.
“ I’m sorry ma’am I was just trying to get my body to wake up”
she walked right up to me and put a half my leg softly. “ There’s no need to apologize” She walked off into the kitchen pulling out a few pots and pans. “ Now come sit down. I’m sure you’re hungry“
I did as she said sat on the floor at the table. She froze for a minute looking at me.
“ If you don’t mind me asking is there any reason why you’re sitting on the floor? you can take a seat if you want” she literally floated a seat over next to me which made me laugh a little bit.
“Haha... No thank you ma’am I’m all right, these chairs are a bit small for me and I might break them“ she floated the chair away for me and back to where it was originally.
“Oh I’m sorry Brady I guess you’re right they do seem a bit small now that I look at them” she froze for a minute putting a hoof to her chin “hmmm....maybe we could ask applejack or big Mac if they could make you a chair for your size or perhaps one of the furniture stores to get a custom-made chair” Her words kind of Put me in a small bit of shock. reminding me that I have no money for any of the things that she’s talking about.
“ I appreciate that twilight but I don’t have any money to pay for any of that stuff unless y’all accept US currency“ she kind of froze moving away from the food that she was cooking to look over at me.
“ Oh don’t worry about that silly I know you don’t have any money you just got here. I could gladly go out and get you a chair and maybe a bed as well so you don’t have to sleep on the floor“ She kind a giggled at herself and she went back to her food and she was cooking.
Her words kind of shocked me I was surprised how willing she was to get things for me. and I didn’t even ask for them. A question arose from my mind that’s been sitting in the back of my head since I’ve Twilight and her friends.
“ Twilight can I ask you something and could you please be honest with me“
she looked over at me with a puzzled expression on her face “what is it”
“Since the moment you came to the hospital to meet me you’ve been willing to help you every step of the way... I was wondering why. I mean It’s not really normal for someone back home to put this much effort into caring about someone trying to help someone they don’t even know” She had finished making us breakfast Floating a plate of pancakes and orange juice in front of me. Shut that down at the table next to me and positioned herself to look right at me.
“Well to be honest you Brady weren’t really sure what you were I sent a letter to princess Celestia see if you were brought to the hospital....and you were in a stable condition“ she looked down sadly at recalling the memories of...well me probably being all messed up “ I wrote a letter to princess Celestia soon as I could and she asked me to look over you and see what you were and if you were dangerous. But when the doctors told me that you were talking to them and being friendly I went to write the princess that you weren’t anything wild and dangerous. so she asked me to help you. She seemed very worried in her writing”
I sat down just staring at my food for a moment taking in this new information. “ so you’ve been helping me because the princess told you to?” Asked bluntly I wasn’t offended or anything in fact I was kind of glad that a princess wanted to make sure I was OK.
She seem shocked at my question. “Oh no no no...It’s not just because princess told us to you me and my friends were very worried about you. That’s why they all came another way to come say hello to you”
I smile at her answer whether she was told to watch over me or not she’s been very kind to me so far. “Well thank you for everything that you’ve done“ I started chowing down my food after saying that I don’t realize how hungry I was again until I started eating. Yea...I guess sleep deprived can do things like that to you.
I saw spike walking down the stairs. He looked tired as if you just woke up. He walked up to the table rubbing the sleep out of his eyes and still dragging his blanket behind. I laughed a little at this it was still kind of weird seeing a small dragon in front of you but in all honesty, reminded me of my little brother back home.
“ Good morning there spike“ I smiled down at him he tried mumbling back but seem to be too tired to make coherent words.
“Did you sleep all right“ I asked with a small smile on my face
“ I guess“ he answered with bit of an attitude but I just made you laugh you soon finally opened his eyes a bit more and looked at me but looked a bit shocked. I guess you forgot I was even here.
Twilight so did what looked to be a bowl full of gems in from a spike. This kind of baffled me a little bit. A lot of fancy rocks to just throw into a bowl. Surprisingly Spike proceeded to take the gems And....eat them.
“B.bro “ I called out to Spike looking a little dumbfounded
“ what“ He looked at me curiously his mouth full of gems
“My dude....d.did you just eat a rock”
“Well there actually gems“ he’s proceeded to toss another one into his mouth and eat it like no big deal.
“ Spike here is a gem dragon which means he can eat gems“ Twilight charmed in As she walked around from behind me.
“ so spike can eat fancy rocks.... that’s pretty cool“ I said Sounding amazed by the concept of eating rocks.
“ you really think so“ Spike seemed kind of surprised by my comment. I guess no one talks about his rock eating habits.
“ sure thing dude...so what do they taste like” I reached out and grabbed one of the many gems out of the bowl. Twisting it around as I looked at the gem in Between my fingers.
“Well they can taste all kinds of different ways depending on what kind of gem they are like this one here taste like cherries” he proceeded to toss a red color gem into his mouth.
I looked at the gem in my hand knowing it was a stupid idea but I decided to try and nibble on it. Not surprisingly I could not bite down too hard on it and I didn’t want to try either. I don’t want to break my teeth.
“ Uaaaa....I don’t know maaaan.....They taste like rocks to meeeee” me and spike laughed at that. I don’t know why but I found that pretty funny. it felt good to laugh took the edge off. Twilight giggled at are outburst.
“ Well if you boys are done playing with your food. I would like your help Brady.” Twilight walk to the center of the room caring several things of notes or empty sheets of paper.
“Of course, what do you need ma’am” I walked up slowly to her putting my hands together in front of my hips. She was a little taken back by how fast I moved up next to her. I realize how quickly I move next to her and blushed a little bit. it was the force of habit from living with my grandpa on the farm whenever he called for me I should be right next to him no matter what I was doing or he would get real mad at me and sometimes would beat the fuck out of me ...Crazy redneck.
By twilights request I proceeded to follow her. Spike just went back upstairs he still looked a bit tired so I I was assuming he was going back to sleep. We ended up in a basement. It was dark for a bit until she finally turned on the lights showing all kinds of different equipment. Really big computers of all kinds.
“ what is all this“ I asked as I looked around in amazement.
“ This is my laboratory. I do all kinds of experiments down here“ She proceeded to walk deeper into the laboratory setting down her notes and going over others that she was writing down from before.
“I’m not gonna be one of your experiments am I“ I was a bit scared when I heard experiment and I was hoping that one of my theories wouldn’t come true.
“ Of course not silly however I am wanting to run a few tests humans have never been documented like this before And there is a mountain of information about you and your species and I want to know everything that I can’t” she almost showered in excitement as she ran around the lab.
“ I’ll come sit here and place your hands on the table“ She tapped her hoof on a pillow while having the biggest smile on her face. I did it she asked and place my hands on the table. She proceeded to put wires with tape on them all over my hands and on every joint of my fingers.
“ Your hands are quite fascinating Brady there’s nothing like spikes claws they’re a lot more.... sensitive?” She seemed shocked as she looked at the paper that was coming out of one of the computers.
“ well yea. but my hands aren’t that sensitive” I laughed a little at twilights comment.
“ I’m sorry I didn’t mean to be offensive it’s just I thought they were going to be a lot more like claws. But it shows here that each individual finger has an entire nervous system running through them.” She looked back-and-forth between my hands in the paper that was coming out of the computer.
“Yeah I can control each individual one...watch.” I received the move each individual finger. And I brought up my right hand and folded it into a fist.
“I see your hands are much more similar to a Minotaurs paws...Fascinating.” She proceeded to write down more notes until she stopped and looked at my left hand. She lightly tapped her half on my left pinky and looked a little puzzled.
“This one doesn’t seem to be as sensitive as its opposite on your other hand why is that?” She looked at me with a confused look.
I just laughed a little and wiggled my bad pinky “well because it’s broken” brightly as I tried folding it and I wasn’t able to fold all the way through to the bone being in the wrong place. She looks shocked when I said that looking at my hand and frantically.
“Oh my gosh I didn’t know. Are you OK? does it hurt?“ Twilight was actually a little worried as she took the wire off my finger.Twilight was actually a little worried as she took the wire off my finger.
“It’s OK twilight it doesn’t hurt it’s just not in the right place. I broke it along time ago when I was playing football and the guys that set it back in place did it the wrong way And it healed in the wrong place so ever since then I haven’t been able to use it...so technically I have four fingers on this hand.” I laughed a little as I wiggled my left hand in front of her.
“Well I’m sure we can go back to the doctors and they can fix it“
“ No thanks twilight it doesn’t hurt and I can kind of still use it but it’s a good reminder. I want a valuable lesson that day“ I just stared at my hand for a moment with a small smile on my face.
“And what was that” Twilight asked curiously
“ I learn to not to rush in headfirst without thinking ahead. Which I always seem to make that mistake anyways....like when I was out in those woods. at least it all worked out in the end.” I chuckled nervously as I looked at the floor putting on a small smile.
Twilight placed a half on my arm and she looked at me with a sad look.
“ I’m sorry you had to go through that Brady. But you’re safe now can you save the ponies life in the process so whatever you were thinking you definitely made the right choice” her words warmed my heart a little bit.
“ thank you twilight“ I looked at her with a smile and she simply smiled back at me.
She hopped Out of her chair and walked around me pulling out of the contraptions I assumed she was wanting to hook onto me.
“ Well anyways would you like to continue I have several other test I would like to try“ She looked at me with a big smile. I took a deep breath and laughed a little going along with whatever she needed me to do.
We were down there for a few hours as you try to figure out the workings of a human inside and out I also answered several different questions that she had about humanity is history and I was following certainly give a little bit more of the not so friendly part of history but she was wanting me to elaborate a bit more later on.
Spike eventually started running down the steps hopping up and down looking at me in twilight “So are you ready to go brady .I’m sure rarity is waiting on us.”
Twilight giggled as she looked through her notes. “ I guess this is a good enough time as any to take a break. We can continue later on Brady.” She started packing up her notes and heading up the stairs
I stayed at the bottom of the stairs with my backpack in my hand I decided to sit down I wasn’t want to bring a backpack with a sword strap to the side of it. From my experience yesterday I could tell these ponies were scared of me. After all I’ve never seen anything like me before.
However there was something I wanted to do I open my bag packed and pulled out all my history books that I held onto. I walked up the twilight who was sitting At a table going over her notes.
“Hey twilight...There’s something I want to give you before me and spike head out” She looked over at me as I walked up to her and presented her the books in my hand. she gasps as She looked down at the books she flooded the books using her horn magic set them down on the table in front of her.
“ Thank you so much Brady. Are these books from your world” She Immediately started flipping through the pages at an amazing speed.
“ Yeah they are they’re both history books. the first one is a US history and the second one’s a world history. I didn’t need to warn you not everything in them is accurate over time the school district tends to alter certain parts of history books. don’t ask me why. You can keep them as long as you want I just asked you take good care of them there is only one of them in existence... who am I kidding you’re probably gonna take better care of them then I would. I just drag them to the mud not too long ago.” I laughed at myself as I shifted my way on my feet feeling a bit embarrassed. I wasn’t too sure if she’s gonna like these books I want to at least try and repair her in someway for taking me in like she did.
She giggled a little as she looked up at me. “ thank you Brady I really appreciate this and don’t worry I’m gonna take very good care of them .infect I’m going to try and make several copies if you don’t mind. OHHH this will go great with my research paper.” I was a bit surprised that she said research paper Is she really making a research paper on me and my World history.
“ Well I should get going now spike seems really excited to head off“ I slowly started walking backwards towards the stairs.
“All right Brady you have fun and tell Rarity I said hi“ She waved a hoof at me not even looking in my direction she seem too invested in the books I just gave her.
I made my way to the front door where Spike was waiting eagerly.
“ ready to go buddy?” I asked as a looked at him with a grin I was a bit surprised by how eager he was to get going
“ Yeah dude I’m ready let’s keep going“ And with that I followed Spike out the front door. I noticed twilight inside looking at me I gave her a little wave and she waved at me back before I haded off.

Walking around Ponyville turned out to be quite uncomfortable. I had a lot of eyes on me from all different directions. Some ponies looked at me curiously and others looked at me as if I was a monster some even try to avoid me which kind of hurt me a little bit but I can understand why they would act like this after all that was in their position I want to get away from me as fast as possible a giant two legged hairless creature that came out of nowhere and has never been seen before... so yeah I think I know why they’re acting like this.
I kept trying to come up with ideas in my head and try and make these ponies see that I’m not that bad they don’t need to be scared of me. I’m gonna be here for a bit I could at least let these ponies no I’m friendly. I can only think of one way of being able to do that. And that’s work. but in my current condition I’m having a hard time walking as it is.
“ hey dude are you all right“ Spike called from next to my leg he looked at me curiously noticing that I was deep in thought.
“ Yeah I’m all right.I just got a lot of my mind it’s not every day you get thrown in a completely different world ya know” i’ll have to look at myself as I caught up with Spike and continued making our way down the road
“ yeah I’m sure it is kind of weird but don’t worry you’ll get used to it eventually“ Spikes words put another thought in my mind. One of many at this point.
‘ I’m really going to have to get used to living in this new world...am I?’ I was pondering at the start I almost felt myself getting a little scared.
Before I delve any deeper into my mind I heard Spike call up to me.
“Where here!”
I looked up to see a fancy Building I’m assuming was rarities boutique. We made are way through the door along with a bell going off. There where fancy clothes all around on manikins.
“Wow Rarity is amazing at making dresses and fancy outfits” I said, making my way further into the room.
“Yea she sure is amazing” spike said with a dumbfounded look on his face.
I laughed At his expression he seem dazed as he just stared off to the distance. We soon heard a voice call out from upstairs.
“ just a minute I’ll be right down“ Rarity made her way Into the room and had a bright smile as soon as she saw us.
“Why if it isn’t Brady. how are you feeling darling?” Rarity asked as she made her way right up to me.
“I’m ok for the most part...Still a little sore.” I rolled my left arm in a circle. Feeling a small pop.
“ well that is precisely why I asked you to come here. I have quite the treat prepared for you, that I’m sure you will love.” Rarity said as she walked back-and-forth following several objects around her.
It was so bizarre to me seeing things just floating in the air...but I guess it’s just something I’ll have to get used to.
“Oh y-you do... Thank you...I guess.” I was a little shocked. I just walked in the door and now she’s trying to give me things I never really had that happen to me before since being in this new world seems to be a reoccurring thing...it was nice.
“Now before we head out I would like to get more proper measurements for any of your future outfits that you may need.“ She walked over to a pedestal and taped her hoof on it. “Now if you could step on this please and stand still“
“Uaa... Of course ma’am” I did as she asked and stepped up on it. “ Just uhh...before we head off. Where exactly are we going to?” I asked I wasn’t too sure if I was supposed to be excited or a little nervous.
“Why the SPA of course.” She said In a very bright tone. She looked to be very excited.
“A spa?” I asked a little surprised.
“Why yes... Do you not have spas where you come from“ she raised an eyebrow as she looked at me from her measurements that she was taking.
“Oh yea there is...It’s just that... I’ve never been to a spa before.” I answered honestly I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to be embarrassed...but I did.
“Well darling you’re going to absolutely love it. I can’t believe you’ve never been to a spa before. I’ll make sure that your first time will be absolutely divine.” She began putting away her measuring tools. At this point I know the spike I’m just been staring at rarity this whole time with a silly look on his face. It made me chuckle a little. I guess little guy had a bit of a crush on her.
“Hey rarity have you seen my crusader cape.” I heard a young Voice call out for up the stairs. I turned around and was shocked seeing a familiar little girl or um...filly. She froze when she saw me. just looking up at me.
‘It’s her, that kid from the forced. Sweetie Belle! ‘ I thought to myself almost in shock I was worried about her ever since I been in Ponyville. I knew she was OK but that still didn’t stop me from worrying.
“I-it’s you” Sweetie Belle stared up at me in shock
“Hey...it’s good to see your ok i was w-“ I was cut off from sweetie Belle jumped up into my chest to hug me.
“Oh my gosh! Your...your all better now“ sweetie Belle said looking up at me with a bright smile
“Hey now I’m all good, I’m just glad you’re OK.” I said as a pet at the top of her head. She giggled at first But her smile quickly faded as she looked at the ground.
“I’m...im sorry. I shouldn’t of been out there in the scary forest. It’s my fault you got hurt by the scary dragons.” She look like she was about to cry. It hurt my heart to see her like that. I put my hand on the top of her head once again making her look up at me.
“ it’s all right None of that was your fault let’s not focus on that. How have you been! Rarity told me you were off at school yesterday.” I wanted to get her mind off that little incident wasn’t something I’d want a kid to think about It was a bit scary. it even scared me.
I just say on the floor as she went on about how her day went at school and how all the kids wanted to know what happened. She was also telling me stories about other little adventures that her and her friends would go on something to do about the club which I thought that sounded pretty fun.
Rarity stood to the side with a bright smile on her face watching sweet about to go on and on about her crusader adventures. She walked up and placed her phone sweetie Belle shoulder catching her attention.
“ Sweetie Belle, me and Brady here have an appointment to get to we need to be heading off now but don’t worry I’m sure you’ll be able to speak with Brady again soon. he staying here in ponyville after all.”
“ You’re going to be staying in Ponyville.” Sweetie Belle asked with a bright smile.
“Yes ma’am” I said as I slowly stood back up on my feet.
“ that’s great I can introduce you to my other friends. I’m sure they’ll love to meet you.” Sweetie Belle said As she hopped around me in circles excitingly.
It warmed my heart seeing how happy she was to see me and how excited she was to introduce me to her for other friends.
“Are you ready to head out brady?” Rarity asked as she begin to make a way to the front door.
“Yes ma’am” I called out not before kneeling down one more time the pet sweetie Belle the top of her head.
“ I’ll see you later sweetie Belle don’t go wandering in some scary forests for me OK.” I laughed a little as I stood back up.
Kneeling up and down was starting to wear out my legs already and I had more walking to do. Mixed with being a bit sleep deprived I was beginning to struggle a little let’s just hope that the spa rarity is taking me to will be any good. I’m sure will.
“Bye brady! See you later” sweetie Belle called out she waved her hoof.
I waved back as I walked out the door with spike and rarity. Surprisingly Spike spoke up I haven’t really heard him speak for most of the time we were here.
“Um d-do you need anything else ready? I can go get you something.” Spike asked looking up to rarity with a goofy smile.
“Oh no darling that’ll be it for today thank you so much for showing Brady over but I can take care of it from here“ Ready said has she began making our way down the street.
“Oh...um ok then... I guess I’ll be heading off then... See you at the library Brady.” Spike begin walking off looking a bit sad. I felt bad for the little guy I wasn’t too sure what to do I wasn’t all that much expert with relationships especially ones from another world.
I waved back at him as I followed rarity “ helpful little guy isn’t he?”
“Oh yes he sure is I wouldn’t know what to do without him. He has always been so helpful to me.” She quickly quicken her pace causing me to try and speed up my pace as well “ Now are next stop shall be the spa.”
As we made our way to the spaI felt on edge and kept up with my surroundings watching over my shoulder every once in a while. I was always alert of my surroundings it was kind of a habit I developed living in the city. It kept me from getting robbed I’m pretty sure that wouldn’t happen here these ponies seem to be the nicest living things I’ve ever met in my life however it’s not a habit you can just drop in a day.Speaking of these ponies, I had a lot of eyes on me and I didn’t like it Ponies were either fascinated or terrified of me I couldn’t tell which and it made me feel bad I wasn’t too sure if we were to notice this she just was going along her day with a bright smile on her face while I followed her.
My right leg is beginning to hurt from all the walking I was beginning to limp. I tried to hide it as best I could I didn’t want to worry rarity. I never like worrying people.
“ Brady dear may I tell you something.“ Rarity called out as she’s slower paced walk next to me.
“Um...what is it.” I asked as best I could I was beginning to feel a little lightheaded.
“Well darling I would like to thank you for talking to sweetie Belle. She has been a little down ever since that whole fiasco. But I knew if she could speak with you that her mood would brighten up a bit and it looks to have done wonders. She had a bright smile once again.” Rarity stop for a moment and placed a hoof on my hand. “I know you’ve already heard me say this but I want to thank you once again for saving my little sister. I am truly in your debt.” rarity choked up a bit on her words but try to keep a smile on.
“you don’t have to thank me miss rarity. I was in the right place at the right time. I’m just glad she’s OK.” I smiled at her as I rub the back of my neck.
“ Well anyways, we’re almost there and trust me you are going to love the spa.”
“I’m sure I will ma’am” I said as we started walking again.
I was actually pretty glad that we finally got to the spa because The rest of the trip consisted of rarity going on and on about her new line of work the new styles of clothing that she would want to present as well as something else to do with my clothing style is something else fancy that was going right over my head and I kind of zoned out I was too tired to really understand what she was saying at this point. Rarity is a nice... pony after all, but she sure can’t talk a lot.
We entered the spa and rarity had me stay in the waiting room while she checked on our appointment. I wanted to sit down in one of the chairs in the waiting room but they were just a size too small for me so I just remain standing. I just stared off at the ground lost in thought.
Rarity returned and introduced me to the spa twins that on the business. As expected they were quite shocked when they first met me. Miss Aloe was the one that was going to be serving me today. She seemed on edge when she first met me but I tried breaking the ice by doing some small talk which worked out a little bit.
Miss Aloe Led me to a room where I could undress she said they have the best spa treatment it would be ideal to remove my clothing. I struggled the bed to get my bandages off but I managed. After I got myself situated I now stood there pretty much broke ass nude with a towel around my waist. Maaaaannn was this is going to be one interesting story to tell one day.
They start off by getting me a nice bubble bath and almost literally as soon as I put myself in that tub I almost passed out. whatever they had in the water was very relaxing especially when aloe was applying shampoo to my hair. she seem to lighten up around me seeing that I wasn’t some hairless monster. I don’t even remember how long I spent in there. they had to coax me out of the tub at one point.
Next they had brought me to a steam room. which who would’ve thought!!! it was a room full of steam. Rarity soon joined me in the steam room and sat across for me. I felt a little uncomfortable being surrounded by girls while also being butt naked but nothing but a towel. But then I remembered that these ponies don’t wear clothes so I guess it’s not that big a deal.
“ are you enjoying yourself so far darling“ rarity asked as she Leaned back and place a towel over her face.
“Yes ma’am” I answered as I just stared at the ground wiggling my feet slowly.
“Now brady, I do appreciate how polite you are being. that shows how much of a gentlecult you are. But you don’t have to call me “ma’am” Rarity will suffice... We are friends after all.” She said while looking up at me from under her towel.
“I’m sorry ma’am..or aaa..Rarity It’s just force of habit.”
“ Oh there is no need to apologize darling you’re just being polite and I truly appreciate that“ Rarity said
We were silent for the most part. just relaxing In the steam. After a while we sin went off to our next treatment. This one didn’t make too much sense to me but apparently it was a bath of mud. Now I have heard of this back home where people would take a mud bath but I’ve never seen it in person. now I’m actually going to take a bath in mud. I thought it was pretty funny and I kept laughing which made aloe nervous. she thought that she was doing something wrong I just had to explain it to her I thought it was funny to see a bath full of mud This lighten up the mood a bit more and I actually got aloe to laugh a bit as well.
Who knew they taking a bath and mud get you dirty. All jokes aside it was actually very relaxing I kept coming closer and closer to unconsciousness struggling to keep myself awake the entire time. Next they put me on a massage table after lying me down and getting started I Almost immediately passed out When I will put her hooves on my back. I was so relaxed I never knew having a massage would be this great. if only I could’ve been awake to actually experience it properly.
When I finally came to Miss aloe was actually a little bit worried. she had bumped one of my wounds on my leg and she thought that she had hurt me but I didn’t feel a thing. I told her is the best massage I’ve ever had in my life even though it was the first.
Once we are finished up I got myself dressed and was in the “waiting“ room waiting for a rarity. I was pacing back-and-forth slowly trying to keep myself awake. If I wasn’t tired before I got here I was definitely starting to feel it now.
Where to finally entered the waiting room followed by the spa twins. I took my head off walked up to the twins and gave a slight bow.
“ Thank you so much ladies. this was an amazing experience“
“Oh no young man it was our pleasure we never serve someone of your kind before. You have been a very polite customer and we hope to see you again soon” aloe said in her fancy accent.
Rarity said her goodbyes to the two ponies we made our way out the spa.
As I stood out front I can see some ponies walking by giving me weird looks. I tighten my grip around my heart that was still in my hand. I didn’t like seeing these ponies look at me like that. It made me uncomfortable and I felt kind of ashamed for some reason like I did something wrong. I think now is a good a time as any to see if I can get started on fixing this problem with the locals. The best way I can think of doing that by working and that means finding a job I still have some daylight left so I thought I better get going right now and as much as I want make my way to Twilight‘s library and go to sleep. It Won’t help me make money any faster. To the best place to start it just by heading straight into the middle of town and see what I can do from there.
But before I can make my move where do you put a half of my hip and looked up at me with a bright smile.
“ Are you going to be making your way back to the library darling? would you like me to walk you there? I wouldn’t want you to get lost in town.” Rarity asked as she walked around in front of me
“ I think I’ll be all right rarity I’m pretty good at memorizing new places“ I didn’t want to head to the library just yet I wanted to at least try to make myself look friendly around these ponies in the best way to do that is to be amongst them whether I like it or not.
“Oh... All right then Brady I’ll leave you to it. I had quite a fabulous time today and I hope we can do this again“ Rarity said “Make sure you Head Straight home you’ve had a busy day today and I wouldn’t want you to strain yourself too much.”
“ I will rarity no worries“ I said as I started to step back
“ well I’ll see you later rarity“ Said as I waved at her. she said her goodbyes and we parted ways.
I stood still for a moment and took a deep breath I know I can only do so much I’m still trying to heal after all so I can’t do any heavy lifting. I can’t actually be working like I want to but I can at least try and act friendly with these ponies even if it’s a simple gesture of saying hello to. But so far they’ve been scared of me And I want to fix that so badly. I wanna show them that I’m not a big scary monster...or well I think that’s what they think of me anyways.
I placed my hat on my head and started walking for.
After walking around a little bit I was listening in to the conversations ponies are having about me want to sing me walk bye.
“ do you see that thing there it’s A called human“
“ Yeah I heard about it it came into town a couple days ago Look how tall it is”
“ I heard that the human there Killed a dragon trying to save a Kid”
“ I don’t know if that’s true but I’ve heard something like that I hope it’s not dangerous“
“ something that dangerous probably shouldn’t be staying in Ponyville“
“HEY YOU!!!! MOBKEY THING!!!”
From between all the gossiping I was listening into all around me I heard one pony call out to me. When I looked over I saw several ponies surrounded by boxes and wagons it looked like they were loading up cargo. The pony walked up to me followed by some others.
“Can I help you” I asked politely
The pony just looked up at me with almost a disgusted looking face “So what exactly are you supposed to be” he asked with A bit of a smart ass attitude I knew I wasn’t gonna like this guy already he was laughing between his buddies as they looked up at me.
“ I am a human my name is Brady“ I answered with a straight face I wasn’t really in the mood with dealing with assholes and I already was getting a bad vibe from this guy.
“A human so Is that’s supposed to be some kind of new monkey“ He asked causing all of his buddies to laugh.
“ sure thing dude“ I said as I very slowly started walking backwards.
“What are you even doing here shouldn’t you be back in the trees were all the other monkeys live” One of the other ponies charmed in causing the others to laugh.
I took a deep breath trying to calm my nerves I was really not wanting to deal with this right now.
“HEY!! WHAT ARE YOU BOYS DOING!!” I heard a deep grumbly voice call out from the other side of the wagons. As soon as the ponies in front of me I heard this voice they all scrambled back to the wagon as if trying to look like they were working.
“Just loading up this cargo sir“ One of the ponies responded nervously.
A dark gray pony with white hair And a horn came around the corner of the wagon and walked up to me. I could tell he was an older pony Look to be in charge of all these other ponies they all seem scared of him that’s for sure.
“ These boys ain’t causing you trouble are they?” The old man asked
“ no sir we were just talking“ I wasn’t going to mention them pretty much insulting me. I wasn’t wanting to cause any trouble...even though trouble found me.
“ sorry about your “talk“ Most of these ponies I have helping me aren’t from ponyville.”The old man said
Well never mind I guess he heard the whole thing.
“So what are you doing out and about son I heard you got injured in someway shouldn’t you be resting” The old man asked as he weighs an eyebrow looking up at me.
I could tell this old man was smart there’s no point lying to him if I did lie to apply to figure it out.
“Well yes sir but don’t worry about it I feel pretty fast“ I said while rubbing the back of my neck.
“ yeah that’s what a lot of young people say“ The old man grumbled as he looked back down at his notepad writing something down.
“ And I guess I was doing a little bit of sightseeing since I’m new to this place a lot of the ponies here are a little scared of me but if they saw me walk around they wouldn’t be so jumpy around me“ I felt like I could talk to this guy might as well tell him why I was out and about anyways just to see how he would react.
The old man looked at me for a moment raising an eyebrow them back down to his notes “That’s a good idea for the most part. And your right, ponies here are a bit jumpy Round you I
“Oh... Well I best be off I don’t wanna bother you...have a good day sir.” I said as I turn around and began walking away.
“Now hold on there one minute” the old pony called out.
“Y-yes sir” I asked as I slowly walked back towards him.
“ walk with me son“ The old pony turned around and started walking towards his group of wagons. I did as he asked and followed close behind.
“I’ve got a big delivery of supplies heading to another town in a couple of days and I was in need of some extra hoofs. Since you’re already walking out and about perhaps you can help me.” The old pony started as he climbed up onto his wagon setting down his notes.
“ I heard what you did out there in the everfree forest apparently you took killed a dragon to save some kid.” The old man walked up to me raising an eyebrow waiting for my response.
“Well to be honest...it was a couple dragons but they’re all about my size and I didn’t kill any dragons I barely put a scratch on one of them I was lucky to get out of there alive...sir.” I explain while I looked down at the ground I wasn’t too sure if I should feel ashamed of proud of myself the ponies around here seem to be terrified of me because of what I did. you’ed expect the opposite.
“ pick your head up son ain’t nothing but a shamed of. If that’s the case thing exactly what I need.” The old pony said patting me on my back and walking back to his wagon checking on his supplies.
“ what do you mean by that sir?” I asked puzzled by his expression he reminded me of my grandfather expecting everything to work out no matter what with no worry in the world.
“I’ve been having trouble with some of my deliveries this past week Somethings been threatening my shipments on the roads between towns which is why I’ve been needing some extra hoofs watch over things. You’re a new in town...and not justice the town either...right?” Your pony looked up at me with a small grin on his face.
I can tell that this old pony was smart what does obvious that I’m not from this world which is what I’m assuming he’s implying...hell i’m still trying to come to terms with that.
“ Yes sir I’m definitely not from around here.“ I answered honestly.
“Well then. This job might be a bit dangerous but you won’t be alone and there’s going to be bits...haha. and boy I know you will be needing it more than anyone else. I can tell you’re tough even though you didn’t kill those dragons you definitely were able to hold your own and from how injured you are before you’re already up and about as well.”
I was shocked by the old pony’s words He just met me and he’s already offering me a job of course from the sound of it it was going to be a dangerous job...but still This is something I was looking for work chance to prove myself that again I’ll be having to work with those assholes you know what that much that might just work fashion show those assholes that I’m just like any other pony. maybe they’ll respect me.
“ Well I appreciate the offer. I’ll definitely think about it.” I was a bit excited to be honest. this will give you an opportunity to go to other towns. I know I’m not in the position to travel. But then again I’m not really in the position to sit on my ass. I’m gonna need money until I find a way home.
“ that’s good to hear what’s your name anyways son” Theo pony asked as he sat down another box with his magic.
“ My name is Brady sir it’s a pleasure to meet you.” I walked Forward and kneeled down and offering a handshake.
“ It’s nice to meet you Brady the names Iron Hoof“ He put his hop in my hand give a firm Shake.
I stood back up and pondered for a moment. he’s been acting so casual around me but most of these ponies here I’ve been terrified of me. It got me curious.
“ Sir may I ask you a question?”
“Go ahead son.” Iron Hoof said without even looking at me focused on his work.
“So far you’ve been very...How do I put it.... Casual around me but most of the ponies here act like I’m a plague. Aren’t you scared of me sir or confused by me like a lot of the ponies here?” I asked hoping I can get an answer
“ Well son when you get to my age and do the things that I did. you see some crazy things in this world you are nothing fancy. I’ve seen plenty of different creatures all around the world especially outside of a equestria you’re nothing out of the ordinary to me...hehe...but most of these ponies here..well...they’ve never seen anything like you before so don’t take it to heart. you went out of your way to walk around town to try and show these ponies that you’re friendly. Even after you got injured! my eyes I see that as being pretty admiral. Don’t rush son. it takes time to gain trust.”
I stood there for a moment just staring off at the ground. He was right. I can’t rush things I’m gonna hurt myself more. Hell..I was willing to go get a job right after almost dying.
“ thank you sir...but What was it that you used to do see all types of different creatures and-“ I was cut off by Iron hoof laughing.
“Well Brady that’s a story for another time. and Before you ask no I’ve never seen a human like you or any human for that matter. Unless monkeys count no offense.” He chuckled at that last part as he patted me on the back. “ go ahead and head on back home we can talk later.”
And with that I said my goodbyes to Mr. Iron Horse and made my way back to twilights library.

“ Sir are you really going to let that thing work with us I mean would’ve ponies are right but if it is dangerous.”
Iron Hoof herd one of the men ask as he walked back to the group ponies waiting for him.
“Of course I am and it’s not a thing son he’s called a human and from what I can tell that boy is pretty tough. So show some respect...kids not that bad.” Iron hoof grumbled to the pony that asked the question as he watched the human walk off into the distance
“ Whatever you say boss“ The pony grumbled as he walked off
Turn off slowly shook his head in disappointment understood the ponies in this town don’t take too kindly to newcomers oh well that’s how it used to be back in the day recently ponies I’ve been a lot more welcoming to other Recalling the incident with Some zebra which he thought was ridiculous.
All he can do now is offer the human An opportunity to work he could tell the boy was eager to do anything he could to gain the trust of these ponies he worried for the human but there’s only so much she can do.

After getting a little lost along the way I finally made it back to twilight library it’s been a long day the sun was already about the sun.
I knocked on the door and after a moment it swung open. Revealing twilight with a very worried expression.
“ Where have you been all day you should’ve been back hours ago!” Twilight asked seemingly very worried
“I’m sorry Ma’am I guess I got lost along the way.” I chuckled a little as I entered the tree home.
Twilight Took a deep breath as she put a half between her eyes. “ well I’m glad you’re all right. you had me worried sick I was about to send a letter to the princess that you went missing.”
“I...I’m sorry” that was all I could say. I was a bit surprised that twilight was this worried about me.
“It ok brady I’m not mad at you” she said in a more calming tone. “ It’s just that some pony came by looking for you including the mayor I think she wanted to see you.”
Well that’s just great I’ve already made a bad impression on the mirror and I haven’t even met her yet.
I sat down on the couch leaning forward as I cup my hands around my nose and mouth. Delving into my thoughts trying to figure out how to fix this new situation. The sole purpose for me walking around all day. making myself so feel like shit. Was to make these ponies not so freaked out by me to make a good name for myself even a little bit but it seems like I took two steps backwards in the process.
“Brady?” I heard twilight call out as she placed a hoof on my shoulder “ Are you OK you look tired?”
“ Yes I’m OK it’s just been a long day.” I answered as best I could. I was really tired and could barely keep my eyes open.
“ What exactly did you do today?” Twilight asked as she sat on the couch next to me.
“ well... after miss rarity took me to the spa I thought I might go around town see if I can be friendly with these ponies I’ve noticed that a lot of them are pretty scared of me. I also wanted to try and find work as well.” I answered leaning back on the couch and putting my hands on the top of my head.
Twilight started to laugh a little at my response. I was a little surprised. Was she laughing at me?
“Oh brady if that’s what you were worried about you could’ve always asked me for help. And I already had a plane to help you with that.” Twilight said as she hopped off the couch.
“Really?” I asked raising an eyebrow
“ Well of course that’s also why the mayor was over here today we were hoping to put together something special maybe a party that pinky was wanting. I think the show pony is that there is nothing to fear from you.” Twilight said as you place down a scheduling sheet in Front of me.
“ You’re really willing to do this for me?” I was a little shocked that she had gone through all this effort just to make my time easier here.
“Well of course that’s what friends do. help each other in need.” Twilight said as she looked at me with a bright smile.
I couldn’t help but smile myself.
“ You’re welcome Brady. NOW we can talk about the details later. I’m sure you’re hungry!” She said she made her way to the kitchen.
“Yes ma’am” I answered happily forgetting how hungry I actually was.

I still got a bunch of ideas I’m Throwing back-and-forth in my head about how to continue this story If y’all are at least enjoying it even a lest little bit. Then I’m doing something right
Silence was all that could be heard.
The massive figure sat in the center of the room who appears to be in deep meditation. The orbs of light slowly drifted around the figure. The light reflecting off his ragged clothes.
After what felt like hours of pure silence the orbs all simultaneously stopped in their tracks. A massive figure slowly opened his eyes and a light yellow glow could be seen in the dark.
“ENTER!!” The man grumbled loudly as expecting someone to be at the door behind him.
After a few moments of silence the large wooden double doors slowly opened. A person walk to the doors illuminated by the torches that laid against the wall along the hallways behind him. The light revealed a wolf like creature stand on two legs. Silver coat could be seen on his face he was wearing rough ragged clothes it looked to have been worn through through many different terrain.
The massive figure that sat on the floor slowly turned his head towards his visitor. “Report” The man’s voice was deep almost as if a growl.
“ My Lord we have combed most of the eastern border so far with the amount of resources that we have we will not be able to—“ The servant was cut off by his lord.
“did.....YOU!....FIND!!.....IT!!!!“ The man stood towering over his servant his voice becoming noticeably agitated and rage could be seen in his eyes.
The servant only stared for a moment Shaking in fear the rage in his voice could shake the very stonewalls around him. “No, we did not my Lord. You’re on sure why it did not arrive which should have your currently searching all of the badlands as we-“ The service was cut off once again by a massive hand grabbing his face. The sermon was picked up off the ground was now staring in the rage filled yellow eyes.
The servant only stared into the yellow eyes as the massive man walked into the light revealing it and almost up like a face that had been scarred in several places
The mass of men spoke in a deep rage filled Voice “ Once again you have failed me....” Massive ape like creature breathe deeply as if trying to control his rage. “ I will give you ONE more opportunity to find....MY...PROPERTY!!!!......if you fail me one more time you will wish that you were dead.” The ape drops his servants into the ground and begin walking forward.
The servant scramble to get back up and follow his Lord. “ I will not fail you my Lord I promise on my life. But the scouts believe it is not within the badlands. We believe that it’s within one of the bordering countries perhaps the Dragonland, The griffins or E—“. Once again the servant was cut off by his Lord.
The ape pointer A finger into the servants face stopping him in his tracks “We cannot involve ourselves within foreign affairs. He arrived another large set of wooden double doors his servant standing close behind. There were guards on either side. Lizard Lake creatures wearing armor from head to toe. The guards open the door quickly as soon as seeing the There Lord stand before that.
He walked into a massive room full of creatures of all kind walking back-and-forth. As soon as he entered the room fully everyone froze watching the massive ape like creature walk across the room As soon as he entered the room. He made his way to a large table with a map that showed a large portion of the surrounding land. standing around the table was more trusted companions. He slammed both his massive hands on the table Soon as he made us wait to it. Leaning forward staring down at the map In front of him. One of his closer companions spoke first While making his way next to him.
“It seems like your plan didn’t work out so well Aldrin. It’s gone. But I’m wondering why we’re going through so much effort for just one of these things we have plenty of expendable in the hole. Why won’t you just use one of them.” The lizard jumped from Aldrin’s fist slamming on the table.
“SHUT...YOUR...MOUTH!!! You don’t know what you’re talking about. this “thing“ There’s only one in existence now it’s not even from around these lands....not even from within our world. I sacrificed a large amount of resources to bring it here and now it’s gone.” Aldrin spoke angrily staring down at the map.
Everyone stood there in silence the people surrounding them began moving once again going back to their business most of them leaving the room all together. Mostly Fearing there for their lives. Another person spoke up walking closer to the table. A bug like creature with small spikes protruding from the bottom of its jaw.
“If I believe what scouts say is true. this operation has become quite more difficult as well as delicate. If you proceed to carry out its operation aldrin. We Must tread lightly.” The bug like creature spoke in a professional tone of voice. Holding himself tall keeping both his hands behind his back.
“ what do you suggest we do...Balof!” Aldrin spoke angrily growling his name.
“ We wait. We have small mining operations and almost all of the land. if we do not personally own the small mining operation we certainly know the individuals who own the mines them selfs. They are our only form of information coming from the surrounding countries. although they are very hidden they are able to still capture small bits of information. if this new creature catch’s enough attention. We can receive word from one of the small operations. Which is where you come in aldrin.” Balof finished as he leaned before Forward rolling his hand towards Aldrin.
Aldrin stared angrily at him wondering what he was on about.
Balof smiled slightly at his angered face “You Will need to give word out to the small operations. they seem to have respect for you. it shouldn’t be too difficult. you do still have your communication gems? The same ones that you offered them while recruiting there allegiance to us.”
Aldrin continued to stare angrily at him. “ I’m not going to ask how you know that. But your plan has a slight flaw how will they be able to see or hear any form of information while underground. After all those dogs aren’t the brightest either.” Aldrin stood up straight crossing his arms over his chest looking down at the map once again.
“Why do you take me as a fool. of course I’m not expecting them to do much for relaying information. But it is all that we have until we gather enough resources to send “professional” scouts to find our target. and once they do find it we simply gather the hunters set them out collect your prize...and be gone without a trace. Then you can continue your plan with... well..whatever you want to do with this creature you so desperately desire.” Balof finished as he took a step back from the table.
Everyone stood there for a moment in silence until one other spoke up.
“ What is it you want with this creature why is it so important?” A female voice charm in raising the obvious question everyone was thinking.
Aldrin stared down at the table twisting a gym in his fingers. “I have my reasons you do not need to know...until it is time. You will not question my motives or my actions you will simply do as you’re told if you follow me we will succeed. I WILL SUCCEED HIS EXPECTATIONS!!!” Aldrin yelled angrily as he turned around stomping out of the room slimming the store shut behind.

Running
All I know is that I was running. Somethings wrong I don’t know why, I just had to run. I can feel something else running as well. It was running after me.
Now I felt fear. All I knew was that I was desperate and I needed to run.
Trees went past me left and right. Tears were flowing down my face as I was pushing my way through trees. My heart was pounding in my chest.
After running for what felt like hours I finally fell over exhausted. I cried for desperately on the ground just trying to keep myself moving.
I rolled over to my back and slowly crawled backwards. In the distance I could see several figures I could recognize. I can see the stone columns as he slowly walked around me in circles taking heavy long strides which was unsettling to watch. I could also see the Timberwolves I seen the dark back-and-forth quickly.
“No...n-no...I” I spoke between my sobbing as I struggle to get back onto my feet “waaa...what do I do?”
In the distance I could hear screaming. My eyes widened as the urge to help was unbearable. The Voice was familiar. I wanted to move but I couldn’t I just stood there frozen.
Screams for help we’re coming from all around me in different directions.I thought it back-and-forth looking at the monsters in front of me.
I fell to my knees feeling defeated placing my hands on my head. “No” The monster started to approach me and as they did and I could see fire beginning to form in the distance within the trees. My breathing is frantic and I was hyperventilating. The monsters were pushing me closer and closer from all different directions. I couldn’t think I didn’t have time to react I couldn’t think of a plan and I hated myself for it.
The monsters began to charge at me I simply closed my eyes and excepted my fate. But everything became white.

I looked around frantically and found myself in a....familiar? place. I don’t know why but I remember this place, it’s like I’ve seen it before.
My surroundings was nothing but space and what looked to be stars. It was quite a beautiful site that’s for sure. As I looked around I noticed I could feel...a Presents?
“Hello?” I called as I looked around into the emptiness of space.
A moment of silence occurred as I slowly drifted weightlessly. Even that was kind of cool to experience zero gravity it was also starting to freak me out a little. I mean if I’m in space how am I not dead? That was until I heard a voice that echoed all around me.
“Do not fear young one. You are now safe.”
I soon saw a pony floating down from above until she gently landed right in front of me. She was an all blue pony and was slightly larger than any of the other ponies that I’ve met so far and Had both A horn and wings. As well as long flowing mane (I know it’s called a Mane now and not hair now) that seem to sparkle but when she got closer I noticed it was literally stars in her mane which was pretty cool to see.
“Wow uhhhh Who...who are you?” I asked as I tried to stop myself from floating away in this weird zero gravity place I was in.
She giggled a little as she used her horn to engulf my entire body in a blue aura. I felt myself standing on a solid surface which made no sense because... well when I look down, I was standing on nothing. As I looked down all I can see was the empty abyss below me.
“I am Princess Luna, ruler of the night, and guardian of dreams.” She said as she turned off her horn and allowed me freedom to move.
I looked around for a moment once again and came to the conclusion that I was in a dream.
“So...I’m in a dream. Wait i’ve heard of you You’re a ruler of a Equestria! Right?” I asked looking to her in surprise.
She giggled at my response and slowly walked past me and I seen followed her Walking on a path of nothing which was really starting to trip me out.
“Yes that is I, Another of my many rolls. I presume you have heard of me from Miss Twilight sparkle Am I right?” She asked looking over her shoulder to me.
“Yea she’s been telling me all kinds of things about a equestria. there’s a lot I don’t know.” I pause for a moment to look around my surroundings “like...a lot.”
She laughed at me for a moment seeing my dumbfounded expression as I just gazed off into the distance.
“ don’t worry I’m sure you’ll catch on soon enough.” She said as she slowly floated down in front of me.
But that brought up another question in the back of my mind but I held onto it for now. I don’t wanna ruin the moment. So I asked another question instead. “So... Princess Luna, why exactly are you here and why exactly is all of this happening?” I asked deep down I was hoping that I didn’t do anything wrong and I wasn’t in trouble.
“Why you where having a nightmare” she said looking over to me as she began walking forward onto a...light bridge? At this point nothing is surprising me.
I was able to stand on my feet properly as I followed Close thinking about what she told me for a moment.
“ I was having a nightmare?... I guess I was“ I said recalling the dream I was having earlier. “ i’m sorry“ I apologize quickly after hoping I didn’t cause any trouble for her.
“ please, there’s no need to apologize for having a nightmare.” She said stopping in her tracks and looking back to me again.
“ i’m sorry I just don’t wanna bother you with your...dream duty?” I said lowering my head.
“ Young Brady your dreams IS part of my duty. Especially after what you’ve done for my subjects it is the least I can do.” The princess picked up my chin with her hoof I looked me dead in the eyes she said this. I could tell she was being serious. And from my understanding of princesses back in my world. It was a little Bizarre, I always thought princesses where gonna be an uptight assholes then again I’m proven wrong about a lot of things lately.
“So...” I started feeling a bit awkward tension between us. She tilted her head slightly wondering what I was about to say next. “ am I not going to have these nightmares anymore?” I asked curiously, wondering if I was going to continue having nightmares and she was going to continue being in my head which I still don’t understand exactly how that works to begin with.
“Well no, I can only assist You in understanding why you’re having these nightmares. but it is up to you the face your fears” As the princess spoke as she sat down at the edge of the light bridge. I followed suit and sat down next to her thinking about what she just said.
I just sat there and thought for a moment longer she said I needed to face my fears but what I feared isn’t something I can just get over. I looked over to her for a moment trying to think of what to say.
“ well princess with all due respect I’m not sure if what I fear is something I can. Well not fear....in fact I think it was a good thing that I was scared, it kind of helped me... that fear help me make decisions... I mean if you can show me someone that isn’t scared of a giant pack of Timberwolves, stone golems, and dragons... well...well I can show you a fool!” I got a little emotional not gonna lie and I raise my voice a bit at the end of my little speech. I got scared for a moment thinking that I cross the line I didn’t mean to raise my voice like that it seems in this weird dream world I’m able to express myself a bit easier unconsciously.
As I looked at her I leaned back a bit thinking that she was going to lash out at me but instead she just laughed. This came as a surprise to me but instead of dragging on I thought I just roll with it I made a princess. laughed I think that’s a pretty good accomplishment.
“Oh brady” she said before wiping a tear away from her laughter. “Do not worry I fully understand. I don’t expect you to not be afraid of things such as that and I fully agree with you. It would be quite foolish to not fear such beasts. and your situation is quite unique. I have not seen someone go through such a hardship in a long time.....And I am partly to blame as well.” That last part caught my attention as I watched her expression change. She looked down with a sad expression on her face.
“ what do you mean by that princess?” I asked calmly worried that I had done something to make her upset. But what she said did catch my tension. why would she blame her self?
“Well The ones that you call “stone golem‘s” That you had encountered inside the castle of the two sisters...my old castle. Was one of my traps I had created.”
“What?” I asked a little shocked. She made those things?
“Me and my sister went a little overboard when making traps for are castle. And we went a little overboard I always try to best my sister in everything I did... and with my childish drive I have caused another incident that resulted in someone else’s suffering.” Princess Luna had a sad expression as she just stared off into space. I recall one of the mini stories twilight was trying to tell me (or will bombard me) and one of those stories was a nightmare moon I don’t remember much but I think I know what she was talking about.
“ if you are upset with me that is fully understandable. I take full responsibility and I am sorry that you have gone through such hardship. The princess said as she looked to me as a sad expression that hurt my heart to see.
“Now hold on!” I called out standing onto my feet “I never said I was upset. and that wasn’t your fault. I got myself in that situation poking my nose around in something I shouldn’t have. And besides those things you made a pretty cool. You made a pretty convincing security system that’s for sure.” I said as I look down to her with a bright smile.
She looked at me just for a moment it seem like she was in shock a little bit. Smile crapped across her face he began to giggle.
“ you are quite a strange creature Brady“ she said as she stood to her hoofs.
Suddenly everything in my surrounding started to move a bit faster. I looked around for a moment until I started feeling myself beginning to move.
“Wow what’s happening?” I asked as I begin to float uncontrollably now.
The princess just giggled she watched me float above her “ you’ll be waking up soon“
“Oh... ok then. Hey princess Luna, will I see you again?” I asked as I begin to move faster and faster.
“ do not worry Brady we shall meet again soon perhaps sooner than you think. And you can just call me Luna I would prefer that much more.” That’s the last thing I heard from her before everything started moving extremely fast then everything went black.

Yo my dude’s!!!!!! I made this thing!!!!
I wanted to do a lot more with this “dream sequence” but I held back it’s no problem after all I can always make him dream again.
I hope this one was !!at least!! a little bit more well put together than the other ones.
