Oh the things we've seen

Dear Celestia,

These past two months have been difficult. From the appearance of the humans, to falling for Trixie, to learning about you… my life has been turned upside down.

However, I managed to persevere using friendship. All six of us bearers are friends with the new arrivals. Trixie and I have connected on entirely new levels. And the humans have made amends, where they were willing to kill each other when they arrived.

Her father has been arrested for abuse, and her mother remains unfound. Her father threw a plate at her when for no reason. Her mother… the verdict is pending there.

The worst offence in my mind is her education. For math, she drew symbols! For example, 2 plus 2 would become a fish with a line through its tail! It is terrible what some stallions do!

As of now, the trial is set for next Wednesday. I hope to see you before then,

With a sigh, Twilight sends the letter through Spike. After a few seconds, a piece of crumpled paper appears. Twilight snatches it out of the air and stares at it.

"What's it say?" Trixie slumps on top of her marefriend. "Let me see!"

"It says 'you'," Twilight starts to freak out. "What?! I don't know what to do! I'll fail, and the-"

"Calm down, Twilie!" Twilight smiles at the pet name. "You'll be fine! In fact, maybe even better!"

Spike gives his two bits. "I… does that mean I'm in charge of the library for a month?"

Twilight sighs. "Yes, I am afraid so,"

"Awesome! I ca-"

"You can not put comic books everywhere,"

Spike slumps down. "Whatever," he mutters, getting up to walk off.

Twilight starts to feel overwhelmed by all of the expectations. "I mean… I'll just be in charge of a bigger library, right?"
