Spike was back in the human world, and was pacing around his house. He was debating between revealing himself, or use a ring that made him look and sound different. Spike knew either way, that he would have to show himself to Twilight eventually but not as Spike.

Spike was in his bedroom, and he looked around his room. The room looked more like it belonged to an adult. The walls were painted in light blue, and his bed was made out of yew wood that was surprisingly strong. His mattress was black coloured and his bed cover was dark blue. He had a wardrobe that was filled with different suits that was for his work.

Spike was currently in his working suit, and decided to head out. He still had some work to do. The UFO that princess Twilight called it, was somehow using a spell to hover. Problem was, it wasn't a spell which is why everypony in Equestria is getting worked up. Spike had a feeling it was Syndromnesians.

Syndromnesians look exactly like humans. They have disabilities, which they take pride in. Spike though Garble had joked, but when he saw the expression on his face, Spike knew then and there he was serious. Why they take pride in it, is because they are apparently smarter and peaceful. Spike had snorted at that, if murdering families because they don't have disabilities then they have a fun way of showing their peacefulness.

Spike took his school bag and walked out of his home. He would stop at Sugarcube Corner for coffee. He was lost in thought, but he knew exactly where he was. He saw Sugarcube Corner ahead, but he also noticed a girl who was absolutely beautiful. It was her, Sunset Shimmer. Spike smiled to himself, but he kept his blank expression on his face. He saw that she was outside Sugarcube Corner and she was there with this worlds Pinkie Pie. Spike smiled, she has friends that care about her. Spike walked inside Sugarcube Corner and noticed Mrs Cake at the counter. She smiled when she saw him.

"Hello dear, what can i help you with?" She asked, and Spike smiled right back at her. She was so much like Mrs Cake back in Equestria. He hadn't known the Equestrian one well, but she had excellent treats. He had to buy some when he goes back there one day. There wasn't really any difference between the human or pony one, but for some reason the Equestrian one just felt better.

"Hello, i would simply like black coffee and nothing else to it." Spike said, and Mrs Cake smiled at him and went behind the back. She came back a few minutes later with the coffee and Spike payed around eleven dollars. Spike then walked to CHS, and prepared for the day. He quite enjoyed walking in silence with the coffee he drank. It helped him wake up in the morning. He then felt his phone vibrate and he looked at the screen, and saw it was a text from Garble.

Garble: Canterlot, archive room. Equestria. Syndromnesians.

Spike sighed. It looked like he would have to use a clone. He walked back to his house, and went straight for the basement. He had another mirror there, when he touched it, there would be an exact copy of Spike and would even act as him. The replica looked around, then at Spike.

"Another situation?" Clone Spike asked, to which the real Spike nodded. "Wow, that must be a record. Usually, they call you almost every time something was up. Then again, you were in training so it was vital to show if you could do the job."

Real Spike could only sigh, as he agreed. Clone Spike nodded, and simply took real Spike's school bag and walked out of the basement. Spike also walked out of the basement and walked to his bedroom where his working uniforms where. He reached his room, and he started to put it on. He then quickly looked at himself in the mirror. He smiled a little, this was a job he loved but there is always a burden to it. That is having to stay away from friends and family, and murder the ones who you might know simply for them knowing to much of the truth. He had been witnessed everything princess Sparkle had done over the years he had been gone. Spike chuckled, if they knew about so called 'extraterrestrial' existence they would flip out. Spike then wondered. 'Why was princess Sparkle and her friends investigating the mysterious lights?' He could understand Applejack as she lives at Sweet Apple Acres, anypony or creature who lived anywhere and all of a sudden saw something other worldly, you would want to investigate to.

Spike shook his head. He had important stuff to do, and that apparently included stealing government files. Spike didn't exactly care about that, but he did feel a little surprised. He can steal without any problem, but Syndromnesians wouldn't attack Equestrians would they? Spike didn't know them well. The creatures in black were there to be as diplomatic as possible, and sometimes if the Syndromnesians were generous, they would keep themselves quiet for a few months.

Spike walked out of his room, and headed for the basement to prepare for his travel and mission. He probably would be payed extra for this, as those files inside Canterlot have information not even a high ranking guard could read. Princess Celestia, Luna, Cadece, and Twilight and some other royal families knew because they had to know. Now, the Dragon-In-Black and other creatures had read those files, and were grossed out by it. They didn't know how the royalty sleept through the night or day. Spike saw his portal and walked through it.

He felt the same swirling sensation he usually feels when he travels through there. He then landed in the creature in black headquarters. Spike smiled, and headed for the vehicle area. He needed a ride, and he knew he would have to be invincible driving around. Spike walked through the clean hallways, and the walls and floor was made of the strongest alien metal there was, but Spike didn't know the name of it sadly as he was never given that information. 'Then again, i never did ask about it.' Spike though, to himself. Spike finally reached his destination, and saw all of the normal human cars and bikes. The car Spike liked to drive around in was a 1955 Bentley, made from the human world. It was expensive, but worth every bit. Spike saw it in front of him. His car, he walked towards it and opened the car door and sat in the drivers seat which was on the left. Spike opened a small box that contained his Bentley key's. He took them, and started the ignition. The car came to life, and Spike put on his poker face.

Spike was outside of Canterlot Castle, and knew the archives where here. Spike stopped the car and got out. It must have been weird for some ponies who didn't know what he had for intentions, and knew he hadn't been there 0,5 seconds ago, and all of a sudden there is a creature in a rather strange attire there, looking determine for whatever. Spike walked with steps that didn't make a single sound.

Spike made sure nopony looked his way, and made himself invincible. He then walked into the castle and towards the archives. He walked through the beautiful halls that were coloured with light blue crystal. There was a red mat that lead to every possible room, and there were several paintings, photos, and souvenirs. Spike didn't pay any of this heed. He walked with determination, and only stopped to make sure he remembered everything correct.

He reached the archives and saw that it was locked. Spike took of his left glove and inserted his claw and used it as a key. It worked. Spike put on the glove again, and took of his invincibility. He forgot to close the door but didn't mind. Spike walked through several files filled with information. He knew he was looking for anything Syndromnesian related files, and looked for the unexplained files.

It took five minutes, but he made it. He found the file he needed. He knew he would have to give it to Twilight. This was something the creature in black already knew, actually, this was 'baby' information to him. He decided to just do it immediately, so he could be done with it. He pulled the file inside his trench coat, and was about to move, when his senses told him not to. He saw the open door, and a night guard moving around. Spike decided to humour him a little.

"You know, you could have knocked. I don't ming though, your doing your job and I'm doing mine." Spike said, in a voice that sounded like a adult. The night guard didn't jump, but he did stop in his tracks. He pulled out his spear and aimed it around. Spike chuckled quietly.

Finally he got to have some excitement. Spike saw that he was a couple of shelves down, so he decided to climb on top of the shelves to then quickly dash down the corridors so he could escape. Spike did all of this quietly. He watched the night guard carefully, who still hadn't said anything. Spike jumped between shelves quietly, but on the last one, he stumbled a little but still didn't make a single sound. The night guard all of a sudden spun around, and saw Spike looking at him with a small smile. He raised his spear at him, but Spike looked like he was watching a funny foreign play. Spike walked slowly forward.

"Stay where you are!" The night guard spoke. Spike chuckled. He never expected to hear the guard say anything at all. Then again, it maybe was a part of his job not to say anything. Spike looked at him with a smirk.

"So, I heard the element bearers were working on something called Project Blue Book, is that correct?" Spike asked, casually. He rememeberd that he had read it on the file on what had been going on in Ponyville but never addressed it. The night guard just looked at him, not saying anything.

"Well, sadly, you cannot live. At least because you know how I act and most importantly how I look. If the princess of friendship knew her long lost friend was alive, I don't know what she'll do." Spike said, confusing the guard. Spike quickly pulled out a glock 17 with a silencer and shot the night guard in the head. The pony was caught by surprise, and feel down... dead. Spike walked towards the body and pulled out the bullet. He then saw a pair of wings that looked like bat wings. "Bat-pony," Spike mumbled to himself. He then left the archives room and walked out casually. He made no sound, and he was lucky that there weren't any other guards there. Spike walked out to his 1955 Bentley and drove out in the night.

The drive to Ponyville was rather quick, and uneventful. Spike just looked at the road ahead until he reached Ponyville. When he was right outside the Friendship Castle, he got out and started to look around the castle. He looked for an entrance and found a open window near a kitchen window. At least it looked like a kitchen. Spike climbed in through the window, not making any sound, and saw the kitchen table. Spike put the files there, and looked around.

The castle was quite big, but Spike didn't have time to explore. Not that he could see much anyways. He climbed back out through the window and walked for his car. He didn't notice that seven mares had seen him do all of that. And perhaps it was for the best.
