Prologue: First step journey & a terrorist group rises.
Equis region, an Equestrian continent filled with wondrous humans and Pokemon.
Many children have always want to grow up of dreaming to be a Pokemon trainer, master, gym leader, elite four member, champion, breeder, coordinator, caretaker, artist, police, ranger, detective, doctor, nurse, you name it.
In several places of towns and cities, multiple human teenagers are taking a first step into a Pokemon Journey by making friends, battling rivals, and discovering life.
Twilight Sparkle; A smart bookworm, has said her goodbye to her family in Canterlot as she and her Sunshine aka Eevee take off to meet her group near Ponyville town.
Applejack; The strong farm cowgirl, waved goodbye to her family at her farm as went off, along with her companion Winona aka Lillipup to catch up with her group.
Rainbow Dash; An athletic tomboy girl, ran from her home along with her Tank aka Turtwig after getting an argument when her parents disagree with her going on an adventure as she goes back to Ponyville.
Rarity Belle; A rich gem girl, despite her parents protesting her go, she did promise them that she'll find the finest treasure along the way. So Rarity, along with her adorable cat Opalescence aka Glameow, packs up and goes to her group.
Fluttershy; A shy caretaker girl, has put her brother Zephyr Breeze to watch over her cottage as and her bunny Angel aka Bunnelby runs off to her group waiting.
Pinkie Pie; The hyper party girl, waves goodbye to her family at her rock farm home runs off while carrying her pet Gummy aka Sandile back to Ponyville with her group.
Sunset Shimmer; A cool girl. Having enough of her mother making a lot of rules, she runs away to make her own adventure, along with her companion Blaze aka Magby as they head off out of Canterlot toward challengers to battle.
Starlight Glimmer; The troubled hoodie girl. Not wanting to be bored and make fun of in Ourtown, she packs up and leaves, along with her Daisy aka Ralts she found weeks ago, goes off to mark her own adventure and discover new things.
Erich Weller; A former adopted boy. Having enough of his parents neglecting him, he ran away along with Typher and Tilly aka Bagon and Trapinch, to somewhere of finding a new home and perhaps make some friends there.
However, none of the citizens and their Pokemon in the Equis region know that a new dangerous threat lurks beyond in other regions. One who has risen from the depths and planning to invade this region soon as the thunder clouds have begun to form.
???POV;
I can still hear the wind of cries, agony, pain, and negativity sometimes in my head.
"Begin the operation of attack."
"Understood."
Months ago, I ordered an attack on all of the Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, and other regions. Not all of the regions completely, but only the important places I have marked. Specifically the research facilities, markets, hideouts, gyms, plateaus to the leagues, even the terrorists headquarters. While the rest of the units went to cause a lot of chaotic havoc, me and my commanding unit were heading to a nearby town that I personally wish to go.
Once we eventually got there, I have them split up until I give the signal. Me however, I disguise myself to blend in the neighborhood. The fools all around me have really no idea they are in deep terrible danger. After arriving at a laboratory, I placed several items in hiding corners so that none of the scientists or volunteers can find them. Placing the last one down, I walked away as I counted down on my fingers.
A few seconds later, a massive explosion has destroyed the laboratory completely. I also heard more explosions in different directions as a lot of people is screaming and running for help. Some of the Pokemon avoided me as they're very terrified in thinking that I was the one responsible for this whole mess. I ignored them and continue onward to a house. Outside of it was a Mr. Mime who looks to be shaking up from the chaos spreading around and seeing me walking closer.
I smile underneath my mask as I sent out Seviper, one of my partners.
"Seviper, be a good girl and play with your chew toy while I go inside the house, okay?"
She hissed in glee as Mr. Mime yelps and runs away from my partner. Shaking my head, I went up the door and open it before closing it behind me. I notice a woman who's currently in the kitchen cooking up something as she hums.
"Oh Mr. Mime, would you help inside the kitchen~?" Her voice says.
"Sorry miss, but I'm afraid your Pokemon is currently in big trouble right now." I coldly said.
Her whole body froze and she stops from what she's doing. She slowly turns around to see me, but not my face since it's hidden behind my mask.
"W-Who are you and w-w-what are you d-doing in my h-house?"
I didn't answer her as I slowly walk toward the woman. She goes for one of the knives by the kitchen sink and points it at me. Yet her futile attempt to defend herself is in vain as I knocked the knife out of her hand, making her flinch. I grab her by the throat and made eye contact.
"You know exactly on why I came here. Where is your child?"
I grip her throat tighter as she's struggling to breathe.
"I-I-d-don't know w-w-why you-"
She didn't finish her answer as I threw her at glass decoration shelf, making most of the glass shatter in the process. Getting impatient and pissed off, I walked over and put my foot on her left hand, making her scream in pain. I bent down lower to put my right hand on her head, gripping her hair tightly.
"If I don't have an answer within the next minute, I'll gladly make you and your Mr. Playboy puppet tied up together so that the both of you will die in a wild house fire of torment. So I'm going to give you one last answer and I want the honest truth. WHERE. IS. YOUR. CHILD?!"
She flinches and whimpers as she gulps before answering truthfully.
"A-A-At the f-f-farm factory."
I nodded and before she says something, I kicked her head hard, knocking her out cold.
"Thank you for your cooperation."
I gave the coordinates on my earpiece channel to a loyal member of mine for the retrieval of the child as I dragged the unconscious woman out of the house. Outside, I can see my partner enjoy beating the crap out of Mr. Mime and squeezing him. I whistled to her as she saw me and dragged the Pokemon over to me.
"Take five Seviper, I'll let you play on another Pokemon some other time."
My partner sighs and tosses Mr. Mime to the unconscious woman beside me. Frowning at them, I grab another pokeball out and send out my other Pokemon named Dragonair. She gave a yawn and she looks at me as I pointed my finger at the house.
"Dragonair, burn the whole house down to the ground with Dragonbreath."
She nods and uses her move to ignite the whole house up. I watch as everything is in complete hot flames, all the hard work this woman has done is gone to waste, it's almost sad. When the top part of the house is collapsing, I heard the footsteps behind me and he questions in an angered tone.
"Identify yourself! Are you the one responsible for this whole town in flames?!"
I merely smile as I glance over at the detective.
"You'll find out in another time worm. Seviper, use Haze to mask our escape."
She uses Haze as our position and the whole place is covered in smoke. The detective cover his mouth and I punched him in the head, knocking him out cold. I manage to get away in time as I, along with my partners watch the whole town into chaos. A shame I didn't bring that bitch and her Pokemon as hostages, but oh well. My command team manage to rendezvous at my location spot and one of them spoke.
"Sir, we have completed our mission. All of the data we've copied and destroyed the systems."
"Excellent work, have they found the child yet?"
"Affirmative and we're placing the trainers under medical care."
"Hmmm, I need some information later on what happened in this sick twisted town. We better get going before the police and ranger force shows up. Contact all units in every region, tell them to leave a message on our enemy grounds, and prepare for a full retreat back into our hidden headquarter base."
"Understood sir!"
"Milotic?"
I stir up awake in bed, guess I slept for too long on this damn large boat. Next time I should set my alarm clock. I rub my eyes to see one of my partners name Milotic looking at me in concern.
"Hey partner, I'm feeling fine. Just having some bad dreams that's all."
She merely rubs my cheek with hers as I sigh, at least her coil bed helps me sleep better.
"Milo."
"Serp?"
I glance over to see my partner Serperior peeking her head at another room.
"Is the group alright Serperior?"
She nods and slithers closer to my bedside to join in with Milotic. While the two were getting comfy beside me, I looked up at the ceiling and check my watch to see it's getting close to midnight.
'It'll be a couple of more days before we arrive.' I thought to myself before turning bitter.
'Those blinded governments and special forces have no authority over me. All of this harmony and chaotic madness has gone too far this time. I swear, I won't rest until my important objectives are complete. Even if I have to tear down each regions, one by one.'
3rdPOV:
Inside the Canterlot lab, a research scientist named Celestia is examining fossils.
"Let's see here, this one is a Kabuto and the other a Lileep." She murmurs.
However, her research is interrupted when another scientist named Discord barges in.
"Pardon for the intrusion Celestia, but I have an urgent message."
Celestia grits her teeth in fume of Discord barging in the 40th time.
"How many times do I have to tell you?! Knock before you try to barge in to my lab! What could be so important to tell me that you have to interrupt my work every single time?!"
Discord froze at her outburst, but he sighs of not knowing how she'll take this news.
". . . Pokemon Champion Lance has called to you of an emergency. Not only that, but his medical team is currently stabilizing your sister Luna after she suffered an attack by an unknown terrorist group."
Celestia's world look like time has stopped around her, shocked that her little sister was in danger & injured.
"W-W-What?"
Author's Note
Soooooo. . . . . I've gotten a strange dark idea from watching Pokemon. Been a long time from watching Ash get his first Pokemon named Pikachu, making friends like tsundere-ish Misty and good ol pervy Brock, winning gym battles, losing in the Pokemon league in every region, team rocket encounters, and so on. In this story however, this will have humanized Equestria sentients with no magic, tails, horns, or wings. Yes, there will be possible deaths and I won't say who exactly since it's a secret.
