“Oh, well, I promised him he’d get a good game night with Spike and Big Mac so…” Clypeus replied.
“That simply couldn’t have been it…” their wife remarked. “There has to be more to it than that…”
“Well, okay, I have to join him next game night,” Clypeus shrugged. “I don’t like O&O but… well, little sacrifices right?”
“Oh, it’s not that bad,” their wife remarked. “I think you’d do a good Bard…”
“How do you…” Clypeus asked before his eyes widened. “Wait, you play?”
“Level 11 Rogue, with a Proficiency for Animal Taming,” she replied. “Natch.”
“Yeah, sounds like you,” her mate laughed.
“You know, you don’t have to stand outside…” Fluttershy purred, making an impossibly sexy version of the classic ‘come hither’ gesture.
They’d have had to have been blind to miss the obvious invitation, Clypeus mused.
Slipping into the waters, Clypeus wrapped their arms around her wife and held her close. She turned a full 180 degrees, and pulled them into another passionate kiss. The two squirmed and writhed in each other’s grip, Clypeus stroking their wife’s mark as they fell against the shower walls still kissing intensely.
Running their fingers through their wife’s soaked mane, Clypeus re-aligned themself and began pounding her. Fluttershy shook and shuddered in their grip, moaning and gasping. But that was then, and this was now. They had each other, them against the world, and really, wasn’t that all they needed? Sure, they were an odd couple, Fluttershy admitted, but the good kind of odd. Clypeus, they were so, so kind. Attending to her every need, and backing off to give her some space whenever she needed it. Maybe it was a bit cheesy, and a bit corny, but it was like she was living a real-life romance novel. She was always on a kind of high, a euphoria.
Most ponies like this, there was always a catch. They wanted something in return. But Clypeus put all of them to shame. They were real.

She had ponies coming over to talk to her about her sanctuary tomorrow, and the day after, she had a seminar about kindness at the School of Friendship. She didn’t hate any of this, she loved carrying on her work, but all the same… she needed a break. Or… Or just… well, something!
Quickly running a brush through the fringes of her mane and spitting some toothpaste into the sink, she let out a sigh as she took off her bathrobe. Letting it fall to the floor, she grabbed some proper day wear and dressed herself. A simple shirt and jeans combo, basic but functional.

It didn’t have to be some big event, a big spectacle of some sort. Honestly, Clypeus didn’t actually understand why they had to be married at all, it was just some slip of paper.
Of course, this was because they had some changeling rituals that would bind them, but Fluttershy? She wanted something explicitly romantic, something that would allow her to feel like a fairy tale princess. Yeah, they didn’t do the whole fairytale wedding, but the sentiment was there at any rate.
She heard a soft ‘rap rap rap’ on the door, and let out a musical: “I’m coming!” before she strode to the door.
Opening it with a creak, her eyes widened in shock before she smiled seeing her spouse.
“Oh, there you are, dear…” she said. “Missed you this morning.”
“Apologies, sorry sorry!” Clypeus said, looking tired and beat up. Downing a potion, their weariness seemed to vanish, and they smiled seeing their mate. “I just had some things to get out of the way before we got down to business.”
They continued smiling warmly at her. Fluttershy’s heart went and fluttered, she always loved it when they smiled. They always managed to light up the whole room.
“Busted some clouds, got that out of the way for today, and talked to Discord, basically meaning…” Clypeus started rambling before grabbing their mate and kissing her with an unexpected passion. “We are completely free.”
“F-Free?” Fluttershy stammered out. “...wait, you talked to Discord? What did you…?”
“I managed to get your lunch date moved forward a few days, I know you don’t like it when I take charge of your life but…” Clypeus continued to ramble. They were most certainly right, Fluttershy thought to herself with a fit of righteous, indignant anger. She decided these sorts of things! “...you’re tired, exhausted. Your week is a mess, and you’re already fragged. Look at you…”
“...Yeah, I am, but all the same! You shouldn’t have done that!”
“Oh, he agreed, by the way,” Clypeus explained. “Like, 100%. He said to me: “Clypeus, you need to be with my dear Fluttershy. She needs a release. Several actually.”
“...He said that?” Fluttershy asked in shock, her hand over her mouth.
“Yep,” her partner said, popping the P. “I don’t like it either, taking charge of your life I mean. I hate it, you need to make your own decisions. But today? Today is a day just for us now.”
Well, Fluttershy thought to herself, she’d admit a day devoted just to her and her partner did sound fun…
“What’d you have in mind?” she asked.
“Sex,” Clypeus purred. “Lots and lots of sex…”

She tossed what remained of the fruit bar in the garbage, knowing her partner was behind her. They’d been brewing a pot of coffee. Yanking them away, she shoved them against the island, and lifted herself up onto it as they continued kissing.

“Well, this day is for you, so…” Clypeus said, placing a hand on their beloved mate’s cheek. “Lead the way!”
With a giggle, she grasped the still almost completely nude changeling by the hand and led them out of the house and deep into the forest. Not so deep that either of them would be in danger, but still just deep enough so that they’d have some privacy.
And what a spot to make love indeed!
In front of them was an oasis, cool tranquil waters as the evening sun shone down and a chilly wind gently blew through the branches, making them sway back and forth. The sky was a nice mix of oranges and yellows, and leaves were falling off the trees into the gentle waters below.
Tossing her shirt to the side, abandoning it for the time, Fluttershy waded into the oasis. She giggled, feeling the cool lake waters against her fur and feeling them tickle her feathers. Smiling seductively at her mate, she felt a wave of love come from the changeling.
The evening sun illuminated her form, giving her a sort of ‘glow’ in the fading evening light. In an hour or so, night would fall, and maybe then they’d have sex under the stars, she thought with a smile.
A waterfall was to her back, and she could feel the spray splash up against her. Pulling Clypeus close, she pulled them into the waterfall and up against the smooth wall behind it.
“I should let you take the lead more often…” they breathed out. “You sure you’re not a changeling in disguise, because…”
“Obviously, no, but Princess Cadence and I do talk. She… suggested a few ideas on how to improve our love lives every now and again,” Fluttershy said as she felt her partner enter her. “As soon as she mentioned ‘location, location, location!’ I knew exactly what she meant. This place… this paradise, I like to come here every now and again, just to think and get away from the world. And now we’re getting away from the world for a while!”
She giggled before that giggle became a gasp and she threw back her head. Clypeus took the invitation and began sucking and nibbling at her neck, their wings buzzing again. The water splashed beneath the two, the waterfall masking their shouts and their cries. Her wings were splayed wide against the rockface, one of her hands grasping her partner’s own.
Flipping around, they swapped positions mid-coitus and now Fluttershy took the lead. Okay, sooooo, yeah.
I wasn't expecting to write a Non-Binary character for this, but... While writing, I realized Clypeus, originally coded as a cis male, could easily be written as Trans. Like, especially with their backstory. OceanBytez over on Quills and Sofas pointing out to me that a lot of changelings are probably gender-fluid due to their shapeshifting didn't help.
Probably going to piss a few people off here, but... tough break. Besides, there's not enough Trans Character related smut on here anyways.
To answer your question, no Fluttershy herself isn't trans. I just used the 'they' and 'them' a
bit too often. ...actually, I'm amazed my grammar checker didn't have a minor conniption. But what can you do, eh?
For obvious reasons, I will be keeping a watch on the comments. I don't want to have to disable a comment section again, but I will. The first person who makes a Transphobic remark will be blocked and their comment deleted, understood?
Also, I think I've changed all of the 'him' pronouns to gender-neutral ones, but if I've missed any, please do inform me.
