An Unlikely Friendship

The sun had just started to lower to make way for the moon, and the party had came to an end. “Well, that was one mighty fine party if I do say so.” Applejack said shaking Cheese’s hoof. “Now come here Winona, we’ve oughta go home to harvest some apples.” Applejack said to Winona who barked goodbye to Cheese and Peanut. Applejack waved and walked away with Winona.

“Well, that was a great party wasn’t it Peanut?” Cheese asked.

“It was!” “I loved Winona, she was so friendly!” Peanut laughed.

“We should get going, it’s getting later by the minute, but one question, do you have anywhere to sleep?” Cheese asked Peanut. Peanut sighed and looked away, only to reply with a gentle “no”. Cheese frowned “maybe you could stay at the laugh factory?” She asked Peanut. Peanut looked up with a smile on her face.

“Really?” Peanut asked.

“Really.” Cheese replied smiling.

“Thank you so much!” “I don’t know what I’d do if I never met you!” Peanut cried happy tears and hugged her new friend.
