This story takes place in the alt. Universe where the Crystal empire under king sombra is advancing south to conquer the world. Swift Specter, a Pegasus and soldier of the Royal Guard, loses both Wings, but with the Help of magic and technology, he is able to fly and fight again. But he has nightmares, and he realizes soon enough that not all are just dreams.
