Sunburst and Starlight’s Interesting Day

After King Sombra explained his reasoning as to how and why he’s back, Starlight and Sunburst both turned to each other and then back to Sombra. Starlight then says, “so let me get this straight. Not only that you’ve came back because of a summoning spell, but also here because of us?” Sombra blinked, and says, “yes.” Starlight took a step back, and says “okay... but that still doesn’t explain as to literally how you were summoned, or literally why you’re here.” Sombra sighs, and then starts explaining some things; hoping that things will be simplified for the two unicorns to understand.

After what seemed like an eternity, Starlight simply nodded, and says “ooh, so that’s how. But wait; you sure that it was because of us? Or something else?” Sombra sighed, and stated “I have no idea if I’m being honest. But all I do know is that you two needed to destress somehow, and I think I can help with that. What’ya say?“ Both Starlight and Sunburst turned to each other and started whispering to each other. After that, both turned around, and Starlight stated, “okay, I think I’ve made my decision. However...”. Sombra sighs with a groan while putting a hoof to his face, and rolling his eyes. “What is it now? Is it fine if you tell me what the problem is right now? Or do I have to get you another villain or someone else to help you with your predicament?” Starlight waved her hooves, and says “no no, I’ve made my decision. However... um.. is it okay if.. I don’t know... um.. maybe we can... you know... still talk if you do this?” Sombra asked “what do you mean by that?” Starlight then just blurted out “will you just babysit us and turn us into infants that can still talk?” Sombra blinked again, but then says “I guess I can do that. But wait, you sure about that? I’m not so sure that it’s a good idea. And I’m the one who would usually get you two in trouble; not the way where you get yourselves in trouble, you know?” Both simply nodded, and Starlight continued “yeah... but... is it okay if you can babysit us? Just this once... please?” Starlight looked at him with puppy dog eyes. Sombra sighs, and says “okay now, but no causing trouble, alright? That’s my job.” Starlight nodded, and says “okay”, before backing up to Sunburst.

Sombra then blasts the two of them with his magic, and waits for the smoke to clear. Once it has, both Sunburst and Starlight are both foals again.

Sunburst and Starlight blushed whilst covering their diapers, but then turned to Sombra, and says “thank you” in high pitched voices. Sombra then smiled slightly, and says “you’re welcome.” After that, both Starlight and Sunburst started to jump up and down laughing because of not only their energy, but also because they’re excited. Sombra could only hope that this little adventure between the three of them would end well, because something deep inside him tells him that this is just the beginning...
