Sunset Shimmer was eating lunch with her 6 friends, Soarin, and Flash Sentry. They were talking about their day so far, and obviously, the latest gossip, the romance. It was pretty obvious that Flash really loved Sunset. Sunset herself felt the same way. She didn't reveal it. Everything was going smoothly until someone called out:
"Bitch! Sneak!"
"Anon-a-bitch!" called out Thunderlane
"Anon-a-miss!" shouted Lightning Dust
"Demon!" cried another student.
"Freak!" spat someone else
Sunset Shimmer ran out of the cafeteria, hiding her face behind the curtain of red hair. She tried to suppress a sob. Her friends glanced at each other.
"Sunset!" cried Flash Sentry, running after her. "Wait!"
Flash glared at Thunderlane before rushing out. "How could you say that?" he cried. "Rarity, do you know where Sunny may be?"
The first place he looked was in the girls' bathroom. She wasn't there. Next was the gym. Not one person. The 3rd and final place was the roof of Canterlot High. Flash climbed onto the roof. Sitting hunched up against a wall was Sunset Shimmer. Sunset's amber face was hidden by a mass of red-gold hair. Flash lifted the curtain aside, stroking her pale orange face gently. Flash remembered his favourite movie, the Greatest Showman.
"You know I want you," he sang. "There's not a secret I try to hide.
I know you want me
So don't keep saying our hands are tied.
Flash's blue eyes met her cyan eyes. "Sunset, you mean more to me than anyone else. Yes, you've been horrible. You've been mean. And yes, I won't be able to forget the bad things." Flash gasped as he looked deeper. Sunny, you've been drinking! I can tell."
"Flash, I'm glad you followed me, kind of. But the drink and the drugs won't flush her out. Demon Shimmer. That's from Remains. I've been reading Power and Conflict Poetry recently." Sunset said, with a small smile. "Flash, love isn't as easy as ABC. Remember last time. Flash, the thing is, I do love you. But I'm scared. I'm scared I'm gonna hurt you again. I don't want that to happen.

Flash sat down next to her. "It won't." he said gently "I dated the old you. I want to date the present you, the real you. The sweet you. Come on Sunset, let down your guard. Please, Sunset, don't be so distant. I need to see the real you. You're always studying with Twilight. Anon-a-miss has passed. So has the memory stone. And I want to take you on a date to Equestria Land. So, will you accept?"
"I-I think so." said Sunset. "But if I do anything to you, you can leave me if you want."
"It doesn't matter what the past was like, but who you are now, Sunset." said Flash.
"And that is why I love you. And since we're here, and you've calmed down, you wanna… um… kiss?"
"Um, sure." whispered Sunset.
Flash leaned towards her and cupped his hands around her face. He planted a kiss on her cheeks.
Sunset gave a small sniff. "Thanks, Flash. This meant alot."
Flash smiled. "I know."

a rollercoaster of friendship
"EQUESTRIA LAND, HERE I COME!" cried Rainbow Dash. "Whatcha wanna do, Fluttershy? The Giant rollercoaster? The ferris wheel?"
Fluttershy really wanted to be with anyone, even with Flash and Sunset or even Applejack, but not with Rainbow Dash. "Um, Dash? Could we go on the little one?"
"A WARM UP?" yelled Rainbow Dash. She earned some very strange looks. "Sounds like a plan!"
Fluttershy whimpered all the way, Rainbow patting her back.
As they clambered onto the gigantic rollercoaster infront of them, Fluttershy shut her eyes.
"Are you scared, Fluttershy, are you saying you wanna get off? Are you screaming your head off? Are you yelling STOP THE RIDE!"
The ride came to a standstill. "That was fun!" cried Fluttershy
Rainbow's legs were like jelly. "Y-yeah. That was fun."
"Can we go again?" asked Fluttershy. "Hey, Dash. Are you okay?"
"No, I feel sick BECAUSE I AM SCARED OF ROLLERCOASTERS!"
"But..." said Fluttershy. "I thought you were tough and brave!"
"Not... when... it... comes...to... rollercoasters!" Rainbow Dash cried. Then she vomited.
"Urgh, Rainbow Dash! Here, shall we get slushies?"
"N-n-no." stammered Rainbow Dash. Regaining her composure, she said, "I'm just gonna head to the toilet to vomit."
"Okay," said Fluttershy cheerfully. "I'm sure Rarity and Twilight have something to do."
Flash and Sunset were walking around with Twilight. "What do ya think, Sunset?" asked Twilight. "Flim and Flam?"
"They're troublemakers," said Flash. "Come on. Let's find someone else."
Fluttershy was walking with Vignette Valencia, talking about the show. One swipe of Vignette's phone, and she was gone.
"Um, hello?" whispered Fluttershy.
Applejack bumped into Pinkie Pie, who handed her a 'fun inspector' badge. Applejack rolled her eyes. A guard came up to her. He dragged her to his office against her will. But then, she saw Rainbow Dash with Vignette and then, poof! She disappeared. Applejack knew at once it was Equestrian Magic.
"Rainbow!" cried Fluttershy. "Oh, I'm so glad to see you!"
Rainbow smiled at Fluttershy. "Did you get your picture taken too?"
Fluttershy nodded.
Flash, Sunset, Twilight and Pinkie were being fitted. Applejack ran up to them. "Flash! Sunset! Rainbow and Fluttershy have disappeared. And ah think that Vignette had somethin' to do with that thing."
"Oh, really?" said Vignette. "Prove it."
She handed over her phone to Applejack. "And now, watch your mannequin DISAPPEAR!" Nothing happened. "Urgh, why can't ah get these fandangled apps to work? Ugh. I sound just like Granny Smith!"
Applejack stomped her foot. "I can't prove it, but ah swear that they disappeared with a swipe of your finger!"
"Applejack, don't accuse Vignette of such bad things!" cried Rarity
"Well, she's your 'new best friend'. What happened to the rest of us?"
"GUYS!" cried Sunset. "This isn't like you!"
Both girls stopped arguing. "Why is it always me who has to make peace? Girls, please, remember what happened with the Sirens."
"Well, I do care about our friends! But this is a fantastic business opportunity for me!" retorted Rarity.
"I should... I should just go..." said Applejack.
"Yeah, GO!" yelled Rarity.
Applejack ran off.
Rarity put her head in her hands. "Oh my!" she said. "What have I done?"
"Vignette, you know, Applejack does have a point," said Flash. "Where are our friends Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy?"
"That's for me to know but for you to find out."

Sunset, Flash, Twilight and Pinkie disappeared.
Rarity gasped. Creating a shield with her magic, she blocked Vignette's antics. Rarity ran.
"Applejack, wait!" shouted Rarity.
Applejack turned. "Rarity! I'm so sorry! You were right."
"No." said Rarity. "You were right. Friends are more important. I see that now."
The 2 girls shared a hug.
Rarity then told Applejack about Vignette.
Applejack got a call from Twilight. As she walked closer, Applejack opened the door. Sunset was fuming they were in a white room all this time.
The friends and Flash then ran out to find Vignette.
"Hand over your phone. Tonight is cancelled!" cried Rarity
The crowd gasped.
"Good one!" shouted Applejack.
Vignette looked at the 7 girls and Flash.
"You can never beat the EGs." said Flash. "I know that, because Sunset is MY girlfriend!"
The girls ponied up and a laser beam hit the phone.
"NOOOOOO!" cried Vignette. "Now how can anything be perfect?"
Rarity held her hand out. "I know you have 3 million followers and no friends. Well, you have us now."
Rarity glanced at her friends. They nodded.
"We still have our real intsruments up there," said Sunset.
"Yeah!" cried Flash. "I'll support ya all the way!"
Flash leaned closer to her, letting his lips slide over hers.
"Sunset." he whispered. "I love you."
"What?" she whispered back. "Hang on, Flash. I do feel the same way about you but..."
"You're scared that you'll hurt me." laughed Flash. "Really? I can take care of you. And, you did help Twilight at Everfree."
"True," shrugged Sunset.
"Are you ready, or what?" shouted Rainbow Dash.
"Oops." said Sunset. "Better dash."
The girls plugged their instruments in.
"A blemish on the surface," sang Rarity "Of a perfect happy pic
Just add a fancy filter
And that's an easy fix
But behind that perfect snapshot
Are the people who you love
Don't forget those happy moments
Are because of,"
"Our memories together," replied Applejack
"They can last forever," said Rarity
"We won't let this break us," sang Applejack
"We'll get through whatever!" replied the girls "Side by side on this adventure
Our friendship will never, еver end

"'Cause it's you," said Applejack
"And me," smiled Rarity
"This is how it should be," harmonised the girls
"The whole world stands before you
Full of things to see," sang Applejack "Pay attention or you'll miss it

Don't lose sight of what's important
Give more than you can take
There's so much to strive for
So many friendships you can make."
"All those likes can't measure," said Rarity
"The fun we have together," replied Applejack
"When we'rein the moment," the 2 friends sang
"Everything is better!" cried the Rainbooms "Side by side on this adventure
Our friendship will never, ever end
Side by side, besties forever
We know that it's more than just a trend!"
"This is how it should be..." finished Rarity and Applejack
Everyone clapped. Flash clapped the hardest for his friends. "GO RAINBOOMS!" he hollered.
Sunset blushed. Not now, Flash, she thought
