Chapters It was another fine day in Ponyville, everypony was doing their everyday thing. Some were opening their daily businesses, some were trading goods in the trade markets and others were talking to their friends or going to school. Speaking of school, standing right outside of the School of Friendship stood an aqua scale dragon who was looking at the school with amazement.
“So this is the School Of Friendship it looks bigger than I thought,” Aqua thought with amazement. “Ok, my sons here we are. The School of Friendship,” Aqua said, as she looked at her twin sons. Flame and Frost.
Flame and Frost look almost identical, but the difference between the two are their scale color. Flame has red scales with some black horizontal marks while Frost has cyan scales and white horizontal marks.
Flame and Frost look at the school with weird looks on their faces
“Question: why are we here?” Frost asks.
“To learn what else,” Aqua jokes.
“But why? We are already too smart to be in school and this school is full of ponies,” Flame replied to his mother not wanting to go to this pony school.
Aqua smiles as she lowers her head to them. “Well, because my friend Celestia told me about this school and how it teaches the importance of friendship and teamwork to many creatures. So, I thought it would be nice for you two to be in a friendly environment for once and not have to worry about survival a lot. It would be a nice break and change for you two since you are still growing,”
“Why didn’t you ask Uncle Blaze? He seems better to teach us the importance of teamwork and friendship. Beside the school name sound dumb,” Flame said, getting a nod of agreement from Frost.
“Agree,”
Aqua sighs as she rubs her forehead. “Because Flame, Blaze is a bit too busy these days and doesn't have time to teach you two on these types of things,” Aqua let out a giggle as she looks at the school. “And I do agree with you about the name. It sounds pretty dumb when you say it out loud,”
“At least she agreed on something,” Flame whispered to his twin.
“Well then let's get going and sign you up. I sure the principle of the school will be excited to see you two,” Aqua said, as she approached the door as the twins groan a bit
“Well, let's hope she is not super annoying,” Frost said, as Aqua opened the school doors to reveal the school lobby with many types of ponies standing around doing their own things. Some are wandering around looking for something to do, some are talking to their friends and others are getting ready for another day of school. When Aqua and her two sons enter the school some ponies notice them and start to whisper to each other saying that they are gaining new students and hope they would be friends with them.
Flame rolled his eyes and nudged his younger twin brother.
“Frost, I think I saw one of those frozen food stores when we flew over this pony village. So, when school is done, you want to go and try some frozen treats?” Flame asks, with a smile.
Frost looked at his older twin brother and nodded with a smile.
“Sure, as long as they have anything good for my liking,” Frost said.
As the twins were talking to each other Aqua looked around the school lobby trying to find the pony who ran this place till she spotted a purple Alicorn walking her way with a purple beside her.
“Hello there. Welcome to the School of Friendship. Can I help you with some?” Twilight asked, with a smile.
“Well, I'm looking for the pony who runs the place, do you know where they are?” Aqua asked
“Well, you are looking right at her. I am Princess Twilight Sparkle. The Princess of Friendship and Headmare of this school. And this Spike my number one assistant,” Twilight greeted.
“Hello,” Spike greeted.
“Greeting princess, Spike, I’m Aqua from the Isle of Armor and these are my two son Flame and Frost,” Aqua greeted.
“The Isle of Armor,” Twilight eyes sparkle with excitement.
“The Isle of Armor?” Spike asks
“Well, it's a place where,” Aqua started before being nudged by Flame telling her to hurry up. “Oh, right, we are not here to tell a history lesson,” Aqua giggled a bit knowing she was getting off topic. “So where are the sign up papers?”
Twilight summoned some papers and a pen and gave them to Aqua.
“Well, I'm glad that you came. Also, telling from the name Frost is an ice dragon am I right?” Twilight asks.
Aqua nodded as she signed the papers. “Well, yes he is. He gained his ice power from my side of the family,” Aqua said.
“And Flame gained his fire power from his father's side?” Spike asks.
Aqua let out a small giggle as she finished writing down the needed information for Flame and Frost.
“Yes, but Flame doesn't have the fire element,” Aqua said, making Twilight and Spike look at her with a confused look.
“If Flame doesn't have the fire element? Then what element does he have anyway?” Twilight asks, looking at Flame.
“Lava,” Flame spoke.
“Lava?” Spike asks.
“Yes, lava,” Flame said with a grin as lava started drooling out of his mouth and onto the floor which caused Twilight to freak-out.
“Hey! No drooling lava on the floor. We just have it clear,” Twilight said with an annoyed look as she cleaned up the mess with her magic.
Flame and Frost laugh at her reactions as Aqua finishes writing the needed information and gives the papers back to Twilight. Aqua smiles as she pets the twin’s dragon on the head with her wings.
“Well, I sign everything that you need me to sign. So before I leave to do some business in the Isle of Armor. There are some things I need to tell you,” Aqua said.
“And those being?” Twilight asks, looking at the paper
“One always keeps Flame and Frost together at all times. They hate when they are separated. Two when you give them food, give Frost any cold or sweet food and give Flame anything hot and most importantly never get into an argument with them. Trust me it won't end well for you,” Aqua asks.
“Really? Why that?” Spike asked, confused.
Aqua let out a small giggle. “Well, it's hard to put it into words and I don’t want to waste your time since it would take too long to explain,” Aqua said, before looking down at her sons. “Ok boys, I am leaving now and try to be nice to Princess Twilight here,”
Flame and Frost nodded as Aqua gave a kiss on their forehead before looking back at Twilight. “Ok Princess I will be going now. If there is any problem with my sons, ask Princess Celestia to send a letter to the Isle of Armor,” Aqua said, with a smile.
“Thank you and don’t worry your sons, they are in good hooves,” Twilight said.
Aqua nodded as she turned and left the school leaving the twins with Twilight and Spike. Flame and Frost look at the door for a moment before turning to Twilight and Spike. They stood in silence for a bit before Twilight spoke up.
“Well then let me show you to your room and after that you two will start your first day at the School of Friendship,” Twilight said before turning to Spike. “Spike, would you get some school supplies for them? I think we have a bag or two in my office,”
“On it Twilight,” Spike replied as he ran down the hallway.
“Well then,” Twilight said, turning back to the twins. “Would you two kindly follow me?”
The twins follow Twilight down the hall in silence, not saying a work. Twilight looks back at them from time to time to see if they are still following her. She doesn't know what to say to them since when she tries to make small talk the twins only make small grunt noises to her. So talking to them is out of the picture. It seems they are mostly the silent type of dragons when they are not in the mood to talk to any creature since when she and Spike were talking to Aqua they never said a single word besides from Flame saying lava.
Twilight sighs as she rubs her forehead as she stops in front of a bedroom door and turns to the twins with a warm smile.
“Well, here you are. Your very own bedroom,” Twilight said, opening the bedroom door and walking inside it. The bedroom is pretty small but big enough for the both of them to sleep in.
“Well, not the best looking, but you can make some changes toward your liking,” Twilight said.
The twins study the room quietly as Flame checks out the beds as Frost studies the nightstands. They did this for a few minutes till Flame turned around to look at Twilight.
“Anything else you want to show us?” Flame asked.
“Not at the moment. But all I have to say is to enjoy your time at the school and be sure you make many friends,” Twilight said with a big smile.
The twins looked at each other before looking back at Twilight.
“So question why did you choose a dumb name?” Flame ask.
“Huh?”
“What my bro is trying to say is that way open a school to teach friendship,” Frost said
“To teach those who don't have friendship. You know friendship is a very important and powerful thing,” Twilight said.
The twins give her a dumbfound look with Twilight notices.
“Is something wrong?” Twilight asked.
“Yeah there is, you know friendship is not very important right,” Flame said.
“Friendship is an important thing Flame. What is more important than having friends?” Twilight asked
“Family,” Frost answered.
“Family,” Twilight asked, slowly
“Yeah, something that you don’t understand,” Flame said.
Before Twilight could ask, Spike knocks on the bedroom door getting the attention of Twilight and the Twins.
“Twilight, I have those bags that you ask me to get,” Spike said, holding up two schoolbags.
“Thank Spike,” Twilight said, using her magic to take the two school bags and gave them to the twins. “Here you go,”
The twins slowly grab the bag out of the magic and place them on their back.
“So question. Are there any other dragons here?” Frost started.
“Because we've been smelling another dragon in this school,” Flame finished.
“Yeah, there is and her name is Smolder. I think you guys would like her,” Spike said.
Frost nodded as he and Flame exited the bedroom and walked down the hallway disappearing on site.
“So did I miss something?” Spike asks.
“Nothing really. They mostly stay silences and didn’t say a word till now,”
“Oh,” Spike said, looking down the hall. “I wonder, how do dragons have twins anyway? Do the twins share an egg or do they have their own separated egg?” Spike asks while
Twilight thought deeply about this.
“That is a good question Spike. When Ember or Aqua come around I should ask them that question,” Twilight said, as the two left the room.
“So you want us to talk things out with the other students instead of attacking them? ” Frost asked, as he and Flame sat on the crouch. They have been talking to this Starlight pony for sometime down and every word that comes from her mouth makes no sense at all.
“And try to make some friends with the ponies,” Starlight said. “I know you two like Ocellus since she is not a pony. But I want you two to try and make some pony friends,”
“Yeah, that would be a problem,” Flame said, getting a nod from Frost.
“We understand where you are coming from. But making friends with ponies is boring,” Frost said, with a yawn.
“Boring how?” Starlight asks with a raise bow.
“Many reasons,” Flame said, as he counted on his figures. “Can we go now?”
“After you explain why you attack another student,” Starlight said, giving Flame a small glare. “And we can do this all day if we have to,”
“Oh really,” Flame said, as the glare at Starlight.
Both glare at each other as Frost gave a small sigh of boredom. Frost quietly got off of the couch and started walking towards the door.
“Flame, I'm going to look around the school or go to the next class. As much I want to stay here with you. I’m getting bored being here,” Frost said.
Flame turned around and smiled at him.
“Ok, just don’t have too much fun without me,” Flame said, getting a nod from Frost as he closed the door behind him.
“Now” Flame looks back at Starlight “Where were we,”
Frost quietly walked down the school hallway to find something to do. He doesn't know what his next class is and he doesn't care. He needs to find something to do as he waits for Flame to finish talking with Starlight.
As Frost looks around, he hears somecreature call his name.
“Frost there you are!”
Frost turned around to see Twilight is running up to him.
“Did Flame go to the Starlight office?” Twilight asks, getting a nod from Frost. “Good I'm….”
Twilight then stares at Frost's wide eyes as she notices that Flame is not with him. Remembering what Aqua has told her she started to freak out.
“Oh no! You are not with Flame and I am supposed to keep you two together!” Twilight said as she went into her freak out mode
Frost gave a sigh of annoyance as he watched Twilight freak out and start talking to herself as she paced up and down. This is one of few the reasons why the and Flame disliked ponies. They freak out over the simplest thing. So Frost place wing on Twilight mouth, causing her to snap out of her freak out state and look at Frost with an embarrassed look
“Sorry,” Twilight said, as Frost walked past her as she followed him.
“So I heard from Rainbow that Flame attacked another student and since you’re his twin. Can you explain why he attacked Blazing Storm?” Twilight asks, as the two walk
“Many reasons,” Frost said, as he looked at Twilight for a moment. “To be honest Flame has many reason attacking that pony students,”
“And what is his reason?”
Frost gave a small chuckle as the turn to look at the headmare.
“Many,” Frost said, with a grin “Starting with you,”
“Me?” Twilight asks confused.
“Yep, you, Me and Flame heard many things about you from your sun Princess,” Frost said, as he stopped and turned to look at Twilight. “And it's getting annoying which made me wonder. Do you ponies always believe friendship is the most important thing in life,”
“Friendship is the most important thing in life. Thanks to friendship, Equestria was found by the three ponies tribe and was at peace thanks to it,” Twilight said.
“Yes, I heard that story before and has to say I agree. But I have to disagree with you. What makes friendship more magical is when friends become family, which most of you ponies don’t have,” Frost said, as he turned around and started walking again.
“Wait, you are saying that your friendship is family? I understand family is important and all but…” Twilight started till she noticed Frost had stopped and was looking at something.
Twilight raises a brow as she looks down the hallway to see Silverstream talking to her yak friend, Yona. Twilight then looks back at Frost who has a small blush on his face. Twilight couldn't help but giggle.
“So,” Twilight said, getting Frost to look at her. “Like what you see,” Twilight smirk
Frost's face turned red as he looked away from the purple alicorn. “No,”
“Telling from the look on your face. You've never seen a hippogriff before?” Twilight asks.
“That's what she is?” Frost asks, getting a nod from Twilight. “Then yes, this is my first time seeing one. What is her name anyway?”
“Her name is Silverstream,” Twilight said, getting a small blush from Frost.
“That's a nice name,” Frost said with a small smile as he and Twilight watched Silverstream and Yona talk in silence.
“Did you know that a pony almost killed me and Flame,” Frost said.
Twilight eye widen in shock as she looks at Frost
“What?!”
“What?” Frost said, giving Twilight a raised brow.
“What where how?” Twilight said, confused. “Did you just say that some pony tried to kill you?”
“Probably,” Frost grinned. “But we talk later, I would like to talk to Silverstream so see ya. Yo Silverstream!”
Twilight stood in shock as she watched Frost flew other to the pink hippogriff and yak and started talking to them. The trio laughed at something as Silverstream saw Frost something in her book. Did he just say that he and Flame nearly were killed by a pony? Before Twilight could do anything she heard some footsteps behind her.
Twilight turns around to see a scorch Starlight with Flame biting her horn. Twilight couldn’t help but laugh.
“Note yourself, never anger a young lava dragon,” Starlight glared at Twilight as she used her magic to take Flame off of her. “They have worst temper, then normal dragons,”
“Noted,” Twilight said, as she looked at Flame who was looking his twin brothers. Is what Frost said is true that he and Flame were attacked and nearly killed by a pony. She wants to ask about it, but it is a topic for another time.
“So I saw you talking to Frost,” Starlight said, as she used her magic to clean herself off. “Did he say anything about Flame?” Starlight asks as she looks at the lava dragon
“He did, but he wanted to talk about it later,” Twilight said, as she walked up to Flame. “Flame”
Flame looked at her with a raised brow and gave a growl which caused the two mares to flinch.
“Before you attack or do something. Hear me out,” Twilight said, raising her hooves. “If I do something that makes you feel like home would you and Frost talk,”
Flame face changed from a super hated glare to a confused look.
“You would do that?” Flame asks.
Twilight nods
“I know you were born and raised on the Isle of Armor. So if I make the School of Friendship more likable and more like the Isle of Amor than would you talk about your past and stop attacking other students?” Twilight asks.
“So is some kind of deal?” Flame asks.
“In a way, yes,”
Flame stared at the purple pony for a moment before sitting down as he thought this over.
“Wow, I thought he was gonna say no but this deal you gave him made him think things over,” Starlight said.
“Yeah, when I talk with Frost, I gain a better understanding of him and Flame and know that they were born on the Isle of Armor. So I thought it would be better if we make the school more like home for them and make them warm up to the pony race,” Twilight said, getting a nod from Starlight.
“Well, I agree,” Flame said, getting the attention of Starlight and Twilight. “If you do a good job of making this school feel like home, then I tell you about my past,”
“Really” Twilight said, with a smile.
“But If you mess things up. We will have a word,” Flame said, as he pointed at Twilight. “Words,”
“Ok ok I get it,” Twilight giggled, as she and Starlight walked past Flame. “But It will take us some time to get thing ready,”
Flame watches as the two ponies disappear down the hallway as Flame turns around to see a blue griffon and orange dragons. Both stood in silence as they stared at the lava dragon with confusion and interest. Flame stared back as he gave a weirded out look.
“What?
“Nothing,” The griffon said, as he and the female dragon walked up to Flame. “Name Gallus,”
“And I’m Smolder yours?”
“Flame,” Flame said, as the point at His twin brother who is apportioning up behind him. “And my other half is Frost,”
“Over half?” Gallus asks, as Silverstream and Yona walk up to their griffon and dragon friends.
“What Frost means is that they are twins,” Sliverstream said with a big smile. “And wow, I didn’t know that dragons twins share an egg,”
“Yeah, twin dragons seem way different than normal dragons,” Yona said.
Gallus had a confused look on his face as Smolder nodded in agreement.
“Agree, I mean from what I heard, some twin dragons share the same mind,” Smolder said, as she looked at the twins.
Flame and Frost thought for a moment before nodding.
“Well, yeah us twins do share the same mind. Me and Frost are not on the same level as the twins back home. But,” Flame started
“But we are on the level that we can tell what each other is thinking,” Frost finished.
Gallus, Silverstream, Smolder, and Yona stared at the twin in silence as they took in the information.
“So you are saying that you two can tell each other is thinking but not on the same level as the other twin back where you live?” Gallus asked.
“And what the highest level do dragon twins have?” Yona also ask
The twin dragons thought of this in silence before Frost spoke up.
“To the point that the twin is literally one mind. Think like a hive mind, but for dragons,” Frost said, getting a shocked look from the members of the young six. Did he say where they really from that twin dragons really share one mind? That is creepy and also pretty cool.
“Wait, you're saying that from your home nation,” Silverstream started.
“Isle of Armor,” Flame said, getting a nod from the hippogriff
“Right, Isle of Armor, that some of the twins really share one mind. Like one mind, one mind. How does that even work?” Silverstream said, getting a nod of agreement from her friends.
Flame and Frost chuckle a bit as they start to walk down the hallway.
“We don’t know for sure, but if you want to know more about us,” Flame started as he turned around to look at the four of the Young six, giving them a smirk.
“You have to wait and find out,”
Author's Note
Frost hint why he and Flame dislikes ponies so much and the twins meet the rest of the Young Six. So, I am going to write an episode fanfic for next chapter and want to ask. Which episode should I do. The Field Trip episode where Applejack and Rainbow take the student on a field trip or Horse Play
Flame and Frost were sitting in the school count yard as Frost placed his claw in the school fountain in boredom while Flame ate a flower. These past few days attention of the School of Friendship is somewhat enjoyable. The only good part about this school is when they met the young six.
Well, they don’t like Sandbar at first, but over time they grew to like him since he is friends with Ocellus and the others and they like his chill and ongoing personality. But overall this school is pretty boring and they wish something good would happen.
“Flame, Frost,” Twilight calls out, getting the twins' attention.
Flames and Frost look up from what they are doing to see Twilight along with the Young Six walk up to them.
“There you two are. I have an assignment for you two,” Twilight said
The twins stare at Twilight in boredom.
“That being?” Flame asks.
“A teamwork field trip. Since you eight are very good friends. I thought it would be great for you eight to go on a field trip together and import your friendship in teamwork,” Twilight said as she looked at the Young Six. “And I think it base for you two out get out and has some fresh air,”
“And are you leading this field trip?” Frost asks.
“No,” Twilight shook her head. “Two of my friends are,”
“And who are they?” Flame asks.
“Applejack and Rainbow Dash. Now come on, I don’t want to keep them waiting,” Twilight said, as she led the twins and the young six to one of the fields.
As they walk Flame and Frost listen to their friends talk about this field trip. Ranging from Ocellus not being on a field trip to Gallus saying that they can get out of class.
“Yak best at field tripping,” Yona said, as she trips herself and fall to the ground
“That's what we're doing! So fun” Silverstream said with excitement as she copied Yona.
Sandbar chuckled a little as he looked at the dragon twins who were listening to their convention.
“So Flame, Frost,” Sandbar said, getting the twin attention.
“Yes,” Frost said, as all of the Young Six look at them.
“Are you guys excited for this field trip that Twilight has planned for us?” Sandbar asks.
“No,” Flame said bluntly, as he sat down next to Silverstream.
“Why?” Ocellus asks, getting a look from the twins. “I mean, why are you guys not excited. I thought doing outdoor activity is your thing,”
“Yes, we enjoy doing outdoor activities, but not with ponies from equestria. No offense Sandbar,” Frost said, looking at the green earth pony.
“None taken,” Sandbar said.
“And we've been on the field with ponies before and it sucks. Those ponies have too much pride,” Flame said
“Like you,” Siverstream said with a grin.
Flame eyes lit up with annoyance and a small hit of anger as he glared at SIlverstream.
“That's it!” Flame shout, as he tracked the laughing hippogriff to the ground as they began to wrestle with one another. Slowly, one by one, each of the young six joined the wrestling match, leaving Frost, who was about to join, but looked at Twilight along with Applejack and Rainbow Dash who stared at them in shock and amusement.
Frost gave a small smile as he joined the wrestles match.
“Wow, the twins really love those six. He didn’t even hurt Silverstream for calling him out,” Rainbow dash said, as she watched the students.
“Well, I think they have a soft spot for them, even Sandbar. I am shock and suspend that they open up to Him. From what Starlight said, Flame and Frost dislike us ponies since their early childhood and,” Applejack pauses for a moment as she whispers to Rainbow Dash and Twilight.
“Did you two see those scars on them?” The farm ponies said, getting a nod from her friends.
“Yeah, most of them are deep and when I see Frost scars it sends me chills,” Rainbow Dash said.
“And the bite mark on one of Flame legs. It look like whatever Flame was fighting nearly took off his leg,” Twilight said, getting a shock look from her friends
Before either of them could say a word, Twilight walked over to the wrestling students. When she got to them, Twilight cleared her throat, getting the Young Six and Dragons Twin attention.
“Ok, fun time over guys. Mrs. No Fun is here,” Flame said, getting a small laugh from his brother and friends and a small glare from Twilight.
“That was a fun time Flame. Hope Yona and friends do it again,” Yona said, getting nods of agreement from her friends.
“Well, if you guys finish having your fun it time for the field trip,” Twilight said, as she motioned Applejack and Rainbow Dash to come forward. “Today, you will be learning the importance of working together,”
Flame raise a claw.
“Yes Flame,”
“We already know how to work together,” Flame said.
“True and this field trip will help to improve your teamwork and a strong friendship,” Twilight said.
“All the preachers all with their lies,” Frost whispered to Flame who nodded in agreement as Twilight stepped aside to let Applejack and Rainbow Dash talk.
Hey, all you want to get out there to learn the apple family way,” Applejack said as Rainbow Dash cuts in
“And this is going to be the Best field trip ever in history with me in charge,” Rainbow bloat.
“With us in charge,” Applejack internship as the two ponies glare at each other
Flame and Frost roll their eyes, knowing this going down badly.
“I had a bad feeling about this,” Flame said.
“About what?” Sandbar asks.
“This field trip and them,” Frost pointed at the two ponies. “Apple and Rainbow Crash may get us all kill,”
Both ponies give the young dragon a glare as Rainbow Dash flies up to him.
“What did you just call me,” Rainbow said with a glare.
“A Rainbow Crash, what else,” Flame grows as the two about to throw down till Twilight stops them.
“Ok, no fighting here and Flame and Frost. Not insult the teachers or else I'm giving you a failing grade,” Twilight said as she looked at her two friends. “So what activities do you two has today?”
“Canoe racing/Cabin building,” Both said, giving each other a confused look.
“No way. We get to do both? ” Silverstream said, excitedly as she lump into the air
“Well, I like Canoeing,” Frost whispered, which Twilight heard as she has a small smile on her face before looking at AJ and RD.
“I bet that's exactly what your teacher has in mind,” Twilight said, as Applejack and Rainbow dash look at each other in confusion.
“You started with shed building first,” Twilight said, as Applejack gave Rainbow Dash a knowing smirk.
“Don’t mind if I do. Follow me every creature,” Applejack said, as every creature besides from Flame Rainbow Dash and Twilight follow Applejack.
“I check in later to see how it's going. Remember to work together,” Twilight said, as Rainbow Dash gave a small groan as she slowly followed the others.
Twilight was about to leave till she noticed Flame who was looking at her with a worried look which surprised her. She never saw Flame like this before.
“Is everything ok Flame?” Twilight asks, as she walks up to him.
Flame stay silences for a moment before saying. “Do they have a rivalry?”
“They do,” Twilight said, “Why do you ask?”
“Well,” Flame paused for a moment before shaking his head. “Never mind, see, ya Twilight,”
Flame walks where the group not noticing a confused Twilight. Before Flame reach the group who were at their shed building area. Flame stops in mid walk as he turns around to see Twilight walking back to the school. Flame stared for a moment or two before having a sudden chill down his spine.
Flame eyes widening from the sudden chill as he charges up his lava element as he stares at the tree line waiting to blast the first thing that moves in the trees. What felt like hours, Flame noticed something move in one of the trees which caused him to blast it causing the tree to fall down. Flame then noticed something that was trapped under the falling tree and from the look of it. The creature seems to be knocked out when the tree lands on it.
So Flame slowly walked up to the falling tree, reading up a mold rock to blast the creature that was trapped under the tree. Before Flame could see or blast the creatures, he was suddenly jumped by creatures as it and Flame began to brawl destroying everything in their path.
Frost felt a sudden chill as he brought down the happen hard on Gallus claw causing the blue griffon to cry in pain.
“Ow!” Gallus yelled in pain getting the attention of his friends, Rainbow Dash and Applejack who gave looks of worry
“Gallus are you ok?” Ocellus asks, as she runs over and checks on the Ocellus
“I'm fine, but ow! Frost!” Gallus said, as he glared at the Ice dragon before noticing a shock on his face, which caused Gallus to give a worried look of his own. Something is wrong with Frost and he wants to know why. “Hey Frost you ok?
Frost snaps out of his shock state as he looks around for his twin brother. Where is Flame?
“Nothing, I just have a small chill that all,” Frost said, as he looks around for Flame
“Wait, you get chills? How?!” Silverstream asks. “I mean you a ice dragon and from what I know that Ice dragon don’t get chill,”
“Not that type of chill. The chill that you know that something is bad is going to happen,” Frost said.
“By the way where Flame?” Sandbar asked, as he and the rest of the young six looked around for the lava dragon.
“Stange, swear that he was with us when we left school,” Smolder said
“Maybe Flame left the field trip,” Yona said, causing Rainbow Dash to laugh
“See AJ, your way of doing things scare Flame off,” Rainbow Dash, whisper, while getting a glare from the farm pony.
“Don’t be pointing hoof at me Rainbow Dash and beside Flame may be talking to Twilight about…”
Suddenly there was an explosion that was so loud that it caused Applejack, Rainbow Dash and the Young Six to cover their ears. The group looked where the explosion was heard to see a mini nuke that looked like a mixer of smoke, ice and lighting which caused Frost eyes to widen in shock and fear. His brother, his other half, his own flesh and blood is in trouble.
“Flame!” Frost shouted as he flew toward the forest.
“Frost! Wait up!” Gallus shouted, as he followed the ice dragon.
One by one each of the Young Six, Rainbow and AppleJack follow the Isle of Armor student through the small forest wondering what is happening. They never see Frost this worry before and whatever happens to Flame is something that they need to hurry and find out before it is too late.
“What's happening,” Smolder asks, the group as she few thought the tree lines.
“I don’t know Smolder but what it is we need to help Frost and Flame since whatever the explosion is caused Frost to be super worried,” Applejack said, as she ran through the forest. She worries that if they didn’t make it in time that Flame and Frost may end up injured or worse.
Before any creature could speak up, there was another explosion as a lightning bolt was shot in their direction, causing the group to stop in their tracks and take cover behind some trees.
“Lighting!”Gallus shouted, as the lightning passed them and struck a tree causing it to fall down.
Applejack, Rainbow Dash and the Young Six stare in shock at the falling tree. Before any creature could say a word, a yellow dragon that looked like he was around Flame and Frost age, crashed into a tree as Flame flew in with a lava ready to punch the lighting dragon who dodges the attack and tackle Flame to the ground and started punching the lava dragons.
The group stares at the two dragons in amazing and fears and before either one of them could move a muscle, a huge blizzard came their way, causing Applejack, Rainbow Dash and the Young Six beside Yona to silver in the coldness.
“C..c..cold” Ocellus commented as she hugged Yona for warmth.
The Blizzard stopped and out came Frost and another dragon that looked like it had the same scale color as Frost but more white and smooth. Frost tackles the dragon to the ground and place a claw on the dragon chest holding it down. The two look at each other as Frost moves his eye to see Flame holding the living dragon by the neck.
“Flame!” Frost shouted, getting the attention of his twin brother as he tossed the dragon that he was holding to Frost. The lightning dragon lands roughly as Frost places his other claw on his crest, growling at the two.
“Whoa,” RD said in amazement as she, Applejack and the Young Six watch as Flame walked over to the two dragons. “Has to say that was awesome,”
“But, why did they attack Flame?” Silverstream asks.
“And do they know each other?” Sandbar asks.
“Not sure, but we won’t be getting any answer from standing here,” Applejack said, as she walked up to the twins and the two unknown dragons. She took it slow because she was not sure if these dragons would attack her or any of the students.
“Howdy,” Applejack said, quietly, as she stopped by Flame and Frost and looked at the two dragons. Now getting a good look at them, AJ notices that the white dragon is a she and looks prettier up close. “So I want to ask, why do you attack Flame and Frost?”
The two dragons stay silent as he glares at the earth pony then back at Frost. Frost gave a small sigh as he looked at Applejack with a bored look.
“Hey teach,” Frost spoke, getting the attention of the Earth pony.
“Yes, Frost,”
“It....fine,” Frost said, slowly as he motioned the other to come. “And you guys don’t have to worry about these two,”
“Why?” Yona raises a bow. “These two attack you two and twin dragons is fine with it,”
“And why did they attack you?” Silverstream asks, causing the Twins dragon to look at each other and back at the group.
“Because…” Flame pause for a moment before smirking. “They are our cousins,”
The look of the Applejack, Rainbow and Young Six was priceless which almost made the four dragon's laugh.
“WHAT!” Every creature yelled in shock.
“Cousin!” Smolder yell, grabbing the lava dragon. “Are you sure you didn’t hit your head on something?!”
“Yes, we sure,” Flame said, as he turned to see Frost and the other two dragons sitting down. “Ain’t I’m right Bolt, Snowy,”
“Agree and we would have beat you if Frost hadn't shown up on time,” Bolt, the yellow dragon, said.
“And that's the most fun we had in days since you guys left,” Snowy said, the white dragon said.
“Bolt, Snowy,” Rainbow Dash said.
“Cousins,” Gallus said, as he sat down on a fallen tree. “Are you guys sure that you didn’t hit your head on something?”
“We sure Gallus beside…”
Before Frost could finish the group heard footsteps behind, causing Flame, Frost, Bolt and Snowy to turn and ready to blast the intruders before noting who it was.
“Oh, it's you,” Frost said, as Twilight ran up to them.
“Applejack, Rainbow Dash! What happened!?” Twilight asks, as she stops in front of the group. “I hears an explosion in this direction and I was worried that you guys are hurt or worse,”
“Well, you see Twilight…” Rainbow Started.
“We met more of Flame and Frost family,” Applejack finished as she pointed to Bolt and Snowy. Who was sitting by their two cousins.
Twilight looked at them as she gave a blank stare at the four dragons.
“Family?”

Field Trip Part 2- Meeting The Cousin
“Wait cousins!?” Twilight said in shock as she looked at the twins and the newcomer.
Twilight always has a feeling that Flame and Frost have other family members back on the Isle of Armor and she wants to ask them about their family tree so she can use the info for her next class. But do to the twin disliking ponies. She never gets a clear answer if they have other family members or not.
“So, are you telling me these two are your cousins!?” Twilight asks the dragon twins.
Flame nods “Pretty much,”
“Do you have a problem with that?” Frost asks, giving a small glare at the purple pony
“No, I don’t,” Twilight said as she laughed nervously before looking at Bolt and Snowy. “But I need some answers like why are you two here anyway?”
That is a good question. Why are they here?
“Good question,” Flame said, as he looked at his cousins. “Why are you guys here? You must have a good reason to be here,”
“Well,” Bolt starts “we got into a fight with one of our cousins,”
“Which one, if it’s Pyro then we would have a talk with him,” Frost said, as he cracked his knuckle and was about to go back to the Isle of Armor.
“What no!” Snowy said, shocked at what Frost just said. Yes, she may be annoyed with the guy, but she doesn't hate him. “It’s not Pyro we get in an argument with. It Tide,”
After hearing the name both Flame and Frost gave a groan of annoyance. They should have known why Bolt and Snowy were here. Tide is one of those creatures that is too serious and is no fun. Which causes problems for rebels like creatures like them, Bolt and Snowy.
This is one of the few reasons why Bolt and Snowy love their twin cousins. They let them be them.
Flame starts to walk up and down as he tries to figure out what he should do with his cousins. He should send them back since they are not supported to be here. But then again, Tide is the reason they are here in the first place.
So, there is only one option to do and Flame may get in big trouble not only from his mother and aunt but also from Twilight as well.
Flame gave a heavy sigh as he looked at Bolt and Snowy.
“Bolt, Snowy,”
“Yeah Flame,” Both replied
“You two don’t mind attending the school that we are at?”
There was a moment of silence between the four till Bolt and Snowy burst out in laughter which caused the other, beside the Twin, to have shock reactions when Flame asked this question. Bolt and Snowy continue to laugh till they notice Flame's face which told them that he wasn’t joking around.
“Are you serious?” Snowy asks, wondering if this is a joke or not.
“I’m serious,” Flame said.
“But,” Bolt started as he pointed at Twilight, Applejack and Rainbow Dash. “They are ponies and from what we remember you dislike ponies?”
“And you can’t make that decision without talking to me or your ruler,” Twilight said, as she walked up to the group and looked at Flame. “Yeah, I don’t mind gaining new students, but you can’t bring that out of the blue and without telling me or anycreatures back in the Isle of Armor,”
“Yeah, I did this without asking you or anycreatures back home, but it is my responsibility to keep these two safe till after things to cool down after their argument with Tide. So the only logical thing to do to have them attend your school till we figure out how to fix this problem with Tide,”
Twilight has to admit that this seems logical. She doesn't know what their relationship is like with this Tide character. But telling from the tone of their voices when they talk about Tide. It seems they don’t like him or her. And Twilight doesn't mind having more students.
“Ok, they can stay but they need to be on their best behavior since it is stressful enough to deal with you two,” Twilight said, getting a few chuckles from the twins
“What did you guys do?” Snowy asks, giving a small smirk to Flame and Frost.
“We attack students here and there, you know the drill,” Flame said, till something clink in his head.
How could he forget, he never introduced them to their new friends yet.
“Twilight, you and your friends,” Flame gave a look to Rainbow Dash and Applejack. “Stay here and let us introduce our cousins to our new friends. After we finish, we carry on with the field trip,”
Twilight gave a slow nod. “Ok, but don’t take too long,”
Flame gave a look before grabbing Snowy arm as Frost gave Bolt and went over to the Young Six and immediately started talking.
“So,” Rainbow said, breaking the silence. “Are you sure it's ok to let them join? I mean it's hard keeping Flame under control, but now it's going to be harder with their cousins,”
“I agree Twi, it's hard to keep those two under control. Frost is easier to talk with than his twin but still. And adding their cousins to the mix will be harder,” Applejack said, as she thought over what she just said. “Or is it be easier since Flame and Frost always talk about family,”
Twilight slowly thought over what her friend just said till something clink in her brain when Applejack said easier and family. Maybe, just maybe she could learn a thing or two from the Isle of Armor dragon and why they think family is stronger than friendship.
“Applejack, you are a genius!” Twilight said, excited, as she gave a confused earth pony a hug.
“What?” Applejack said, confused.
“Let me explain,” Twilight said, as she gave her idea to her friends.
With the Young Six and the elemental dragons. Snowy was giving a death bear hug to the young changeling.
“It's so nice to meet you,” Snowy said, crushing Ocellus' bones.
“Nice...To...Meet...Please let me go..”Ocellus please as she feels her face turning into a dark blue. “I can’t breathe,”
Snowy drops the young changeling while giving a sorry look.
“Sorry, it just, but you're just so cute and I just want to hug you so badly,” Snowy said.
Ocellus gave a small chuckle.
“It's fine, but boy you are stronger than you look,” Ocellus said, getting a nod of agreement from her friends.
“Yona likes Snowy. Snow dragon reminds Yona of home,” Yona said, placing her arm over the snow dragon shoulder
“Well, Snowy is stronger than she looks since she has to train harder than the three of us due to her element,” Bolt commented.
“Really?” Gallus asks, as he studies Snowy. “Are snow dragons that weak? No offense,”
“None taken,” Snowy said.
“And to answer your question. Snow dragons are strong, but due to their snow element begin a sub element to ice. Most snow dragons, mostly female, don’t have that muscle defense and mostly rely on their speed,” Frost said, knowing that he got the worst end of the stick when he fought Snowy for the first time.
“And pure snow dragons like Snowy here are pretty rare,” Bolt said.
“Right, Snow dragons are rare are they,” Smolder said, as she remembered the fairy tale of snow dragons.
“So how rare are we talking about?” Sandbar asks.
“And do we have a chance to see more of them?” Silverstream also asked.
“Well, on the Isle of Amor, yes, outside of it. There is a 1% chance of you meeting one,” Flame said.
“So unless we go to the Isle of Armor, we have no chance of meeting other snow dragons?” Gallus asked.
“Pretty much,” Bolt replied.
“Well, I would like to see more snow dragons since when Snowy hugs me she feels cold yet so warm,” Ocellus said.
“Wait, really,” Silversteam said, as she hugged Snowy, who yipped in surprise, as Silverstream gave a look that some creature tried to figure out something. “ You’re right Ocellus. She does feel warm,”
“Oi!” Snowy yelled, as she smacked the hippogriff with her wings. “Give me a little head up next time,”
“Sure,” Silverstream grin
“So,” Bolt said, getting every creature's attention. “You guys are on a field trip or something?”
Oh yeah, with all the excitement, they forgot about the field trip.
“We are on a field trip and learning about teamwork,” Sandbar said.
“And we were building a cabin till you two came along,” Smolder said.
“Right,” Bolt looked back at Twilight, Rainbow Dash and Applejack before looking back at the group. “So who was leading you guys?
“Professor Applejack and Rainbow Dash,” Yona replied. “Why is Bolt asking?
“Well, before we jump Flame. We noticed that those two have a history with each other when we saw you by the school,” Snowy said
“Well, they are friends after all. Of course they have some...” Silverstream pauses for a moment as she goes over what Snowy just said till something clink in her head. “Oooo, you mean they have a some kind of rivalry,”
When Silverstream said that, each of the Young Six slowly remembered the history between the two. Besides Sandbar, who was probably there at the Running of the Leave, they heard that Applejack and Rainbow Dash had a big rivalry during the race. That both came last due to the fact that both ponies try to one up each other.
“Now you mention it,” Ocellus started.
“Those two do have some kind of rivalry,” Gallus added.
“And they are probably using this field trip to try to one up each other,” Smolder finished.
“And next we are going to go canoeing and since you brought it up Bolt. I had a feeling it wouldn’t go well with them having a rivalry,” Sandbar said, giving a sad look. “I much I love the teachers, but I don’t want to risk my life over some rivalry,”
“And Yona is not a very good swimmer,” Yona said, getting a look from the elemental dragons.
“Really?” Frost asks.
“Not trying to sound rude, but due to your size and thick fur. It would make it hard for you to swim,” Flame said, before jumping in the air angrily. “In fact, why would she pick this idea if one of her students can’t swim!”
Flame looks at Bolt with a business look which Bolt picks up on.
“Bolt, let has a talk with our teachers,”
“Right,” Bolt said, as the two flew over to Twilight and the others while Frost, Snowy and the Young Six stare in wide eyes.
“Should we stop them?” Ocellus asks, worried.
The two dragons thought about it as Frost spoke
“Nope, I think we should see how this play out,” Frost said
Bolt and Flame land next to Twilight, Rainbow Dash and Applejack as Twilight finishes telling them her plan.
“Oh, you guys finished, so we can continue the field trip,” Twilight said, noticing the two dragons.
“Before we start, can I ask you something,” Flame said.
“Sure, what's on your mind?” Twilight asks.
“Why did you pick these two to lead this field trip?”
“What…” Twilight started, but was cut off by Flame.
“My friends told me that these two have a rivalry,” Flame points at Applejack and Rainbow Dash. “And yet you pick them to lead us for this field trip. Why?”
“Because I thought they would be a good choice to show teamwork in this field trip,” Twilight said, as Flame look at Applejack and Rainbow Dash with a glare.
“Is there more to this than just leading the field trip?" Flame asks.
Applejack was about to say something, but Rainbow Dash beats her to it.
‘So, I can get the next Teacher of the Mouth, that way,” Rainbow said, pridefully, as Applejack pulls her tail to glare at her
“No, I will get the next Teacher of the Mouth, Rainbow Dash,” Applejack said, glaring at the rainbow pony.
“No, I will,” Rainbow Dash said, as the two ponies glared at each other.
Before they could do anything everypony could feel the air and grounds around them getting hotter. Applejack, Rainbow, and Twilight jumped in fear when they saw Flame who was giving them hateful look and he was heating up so much that they could see streams.
“So you're telling me that you're doing all this so you could get a Teacher of the Mouth reward?” Flame growls getting a nod from the two.
“Yes,” Rainbow Dash said, fearly.
Flame growls more as Twilight slowly walks up to him.
“Flame, I know you're mad, but I need you to calm down,” Twilight said, trying to reason with the lava dragon but was stopped by Bolt.
Bolt shook his head before saying. “Better not since it's your fault for picking these two. In fact Yona said that she can’t swim and you want to know what happen if you let these two take them to a body of water,”
Twilight eyes widening knowing the answer. She knows that Applejack and Rainbow have a rivalry and if their rivalry got out of hand and if the canoe was somehow destroyed. Then Yona may have died.
“Yes,” Twilight said, knowing that she messed up on her dissension. “I know they have a rivalry and I thought they would be a good choice for leading this field trip. But since you mention that Yona may have died if they went canoeing. I would have a student die on my hooves and may cause a war with the yak,” Giving a sigh, Twilight gave a look that told to calm down Flame as she talked to her friends.
Bolt nodded as he walked over to Flame to calm him down as Twilight talked to her friends.
“Rainbow, Aj, as much this hurt me, but you two are no longer leading this field trip,” Twilight said, shocking the two ponies.
“What! Why?” Rainbow Dash said, in shock.
“Why are you doing this Twi?” Applejack asks, wondering why Twilight is not letting them lead the field trip.
“Flame and Bolt brought up some good points. You guys are doing this because you want to be the Teacher of the Mouth and this rivalry won't help. Being on the Teacher of the Mouth is gaining the vote and love from the students and Fluttershy is a good explanation of that. Even Flame and Frost loved her and gave her their vote. Also, if this rivalry got out of hand during your canoeing part of this field trip. Then Yona, the creature who can’t swim, will probably die and we would have a war on our hooves thanks to you,” Twilight said, disappointed.
As much Applejack and Rainbow Dash want to argue. They couldn't help and agree with Twilight. The two have always been rivals ever since the two met and every time they have their competition. Most of the time they cause harm to themselves or to others. Giving a sigh, both ponies look down to the ground in regret.
“We understand Twilight,” Both said, with regret, knowing that if this continued they may cause harm to the students.
“Good, now go back to the school and I look over the students till I figure out what to do with them,” Twilight said, getting the nod from her friends as the two went to the school.
Giving a sigh, Twilight turned to the students waiting for her to say something. Twilight thought for a moment till she gained an idea.
“Who wants to see Fluttershy?” Twilight asks, getting excited looks from the students till Bolt asks the questions.
“Who Fluttershy?”
Hours later
Twilight and Aqua stood in amusement as they watched Flame, Frost, Bolt and Snowy carrying Fluttershy around as the Young Six tried to get their professor from the elemental dragons. It seems Fluttershy enjoys being carried by the four dragons since they mean no harm to her.
“It seems Flame and Frost are opening up to ponies,” Aqua said, as they watch the four young dragons drop Fluttershy when Silverstream tackles Flame to the ground and bursting out in laughter.
“Well, yeah, it seems Fluttershy and Sandbar are the only ponies that they like and they have no problem talking to other creatures,” Twilight said, as she looked at the adult dragons. “Frost somewhat told me of what happen,”
Aqua gave Twilight a look before nodding, knowing that one of them would bring it up.
“Both of them almost got killed by a pony at a young age. You can’t blame them for disliking ponies since they were young at the time. But it seems some of that hate is melting away,” Aqua said.
“It seems so,” Twilight agreed. “They still have that dislikeness toward ponies, but it seems they have a type that they could trust and bond with. Which reminds me, how long would Snowy and Bolt be starting here?” Twilight asks.
Aqua thought for a moment, knowing the argument between Bolt, Snowy and Tide. She knows that Snowy,Bolt and the Twins dislike Tide and if they got into a bad argument, it would take a while to fix things.
“I can’t tell, but they will be here for a while and I will send you a message when everything calms down on my end” Aqua said, getting a nod from the purple princess.
“Ok, is there anything I need to know about Bolt and Snowy?” Twilight asks, worried that they may be like Flame and Frost.
Aqua gave a light heart giggle as she placed a claw on Twilight's head.
“Just let them be them,” Aqua said.
“Let them be them?” Twilight asks, wondering what she meant as the two watch the elemental dragons and the young six playing with Fluttershy.

Fun fact: Flame and Frost are a day or two older than Bolt and Snowy
“Hey Flame, can I ask you something?” Frost asks, as they enter a classroom with the other students.
“You just did, but go ahead,” Flame said, looking around the classroom for a seat.
“Do you like nature dragons?” Frost asks, as Flame leads him to their seats.
“I do. Why?” Flame asks, as they sit down in their seats. Flame knows something is troubling Frost and it is not good.
“Well, this classroom reminds me of one of our teachers' training grounds,” Frost said, motioning his claw at the natural theme classroom. Mostly everything in the classroom is related to nature, ranging from books all the way to pictures of plants and animals. “And you know that I hate that training session I still have those scars from that training,” Frost said, lifting up his left wing to show three deep scars.
Flame lets out a hiss of pain as he saw the scars. He remembers that training and it didn’t end wield for Frost. Mostly all the scars under his left wing started from his shoulder and ended near the start of his tail.
“Yikes, I see your reasons,” Flame said.
“Wow, those scars are deep,” A quiet voice said.
Flame turned his head to see a cyan bug looking pony who had a shock and painful look on her face.
“You saw those didn’t you?” Frost asks, glaring at her with making her flit a little
“I did, sorry if I saw them,” The changeling said, quietly, as she tried not to make eye contact with the twins.
The twins' hearts melt at the cuteness they are witnessing. Yes, they dislike that she saw Frost scars, but something about her made them forgive her on the spot.
“Holy drake you’re so adorable,” Flame said, making her blush. “What is your name?”
“Ocellus,” Ocellus whisper.
“Did she say Ocellus because if she did then it made her even cuter,” Frost commented, making Ocellus blush even more.
“Stop, you're making me blush,” Ocellus said, trying to hold in her laughter.
“Sorry, it's just you so cute,” Flame said. “By the way I’m Flame,”
“And I’m Frost,” Frost said.
“Nice to meet you both. Say, do you two know Smolder?” Ocellus asked.
“Smolder?” The twins ask, with brow raise before remembering the name.
“Oh Smolder. No, not yet anyway,” Flame said.
“But if you know her then you can introduce her to us if you up to it,” Frost said.
“Sure?” Ocellus asked as the teacher spoke up.
“Ok class, can you quiet down please? Today we will be learning to show kindness without hurting others feelings,” Fluttershy said, as she wrote on the broad
“Also, if you are wondering, I'm a changeling,” Ocellus said, getting a nod from Flame and Frost as they listen to Fluttershy lessons.
An hour later
“So did you guys enjoy professor Fluttershy class?” Ocellus asks, as they walk out the classroom with the other students.
“She seems ok not the best teacher in our book, but,” Flame started.
“But she is one of those we don’t mind having for a teacher,” Frost finished.
Ocellus giggled. “That is true. Professor Fluttershy is one of the best teachers in this school and every creature seems to like her,” Ocellus said, as she looked at Frost left wing. “So does it hurt?”
Frost shook his head. “A little if somecreature touch it, but overall it’s fine,”
“Well, I hope you get better. Say what your next class?” Ocellus asked.
“Our next class is with a pony name Rainbow Dash,” Flame said.
“Oh, I think you guys are going to like that class since it is mainly gym class for the school,” Ocellus said, getting an interested look from the twins.
“Really?” Frost asks.
“Yes, I may not know you two for a long time, but knowing boys they ten to like anything sport related,” Ocellus said, getting a nod of agreement from the twins.
“That's true,” Frost said.
“And are you going to this class Ocellus?” Flame asks, wanting to know if Ocellus is going to be in gym class.
“No, my next class is Professor Applejack but we could meet each other at lunch,” Ocellus suggested.
“It’s settled then,” Flame said with a smile.
“We see you at lunch,” Frost said, as he and Flame took another hallway, heading toward their next class.
“Bye Flame, bye Frost,” Ocellus waves as the twins disappears out of sight.
The twins continue to walk down the school hallway till they reach Rainbow Dash classroom. When they entered they were somewhat amazed at how the class was designed.
“Wow, this reminds me of those cloud dragons back at home,” Flame said.
“Agree,” Frost stood as they stood with the other students as they watched a rainbow hair pony get her gym ready. As they watch a green earth pony notice them.
“Hey, are you two new here?” The earth pony asks, as he walks up to them.
“And what is it to you,” Flame growls as the pony raises the hoof in defense.
“Sorry if I offend you. I want to be friends with you,” Sandbar said. “Also, my name Sandbar,”
“Well, Sandbar,” Frost said with a glare. “We not a huge fan of ponies and I advise you not to talk us right now,”
“But you're talking to me right now,” Sandbar said, getting an annoying groan from the twins.
“Oh wise guy are we,” Flame said, about to throw down with the green pony.
“Ok everycreature listen up!” Rainbow Dash shouted, getting everycreature attention. “Today we are playing dodgeball,”
Rainbow Dash held up a ball as she flew over the student before notice the twin dragons.
“And it seems we have new students here. What are your names?” Rainbow Dash asked.
“Flame,” Flame said
“And I’m Frost,” Frost said
“Flame and Frost,” Rainbow said with a smirk. “Cool names,”
Rainbow Dash then flew away from them and placed the ball with the other dodgeball before calling out the team. As she does that Sandbar whisper to the twins.
“So your names are Flame and Frost?” Sandbar asks.
“Yep,” Frost said.
“Telling from your attitude you dislike this school or just dislike ponies in general,” Sandbar said, getting a nod from the twins. “Right,” Sandbar said slowly, unsure what to say. They almost like Smolder when she comes to the school of friendship.
“So have you two made any friends yet?” Sandbar asks.
“A Changeling name Ocellus,” Flame said.
“And unlike you ponies she fun to hang out with,” Frost.
Sandbar is about to say something till Rainbow Dash calls them.
“Flame you on the red team, Frost blue team and Sandbar red team,” Rainbow said.
“Well, good luck Frost,” Flame said, as he and Frost fist bump
“You two,” Frost said, as he went over to the blue team.
Flame and Sandbar walk over to the red team and wait for the games to start. Rainbow checks to see if the teams are even before blowing the whistle. Both teams ran to the middle of the room and tried to grab as many balls as they could. Flame and Frost grab two balls before backing up and dodging all the incoming balls.
Flame blocks some of the incoming balls with the ball, he is holding and throws the balls so hard that it sends some of the ponies flying or hurts them really hard. Same with Frost, but with less force.
After a few minutes of playing each team are slowing their members only live Flame and Sandbar on the red team and Frost and three ponies on the blue team.
“Wow, you last this long Sandy. I thought you would be out in the first minute,” Flame said.
“Well, if you have to babysit your baby sister a lot and play a lot of volleyball. You become good at dodgeball,” Sandbar said, as they dodge the incoming balls as Sandbar grabbed a ball and took out a pony.
Flame and Frost try to take each other out, but can’t since their training on Isle Armor and knowing each other very well. Frost tost a ball as Flame dodge it as he looked at Sandbar.
“Do you know Ocellus?” Flame asked.
“What,” Sandbar said.
“Do you know Ocellus, you have her small on you,” Flame said.
“How, I mean the last time I touched Ocellus was yesterday and it was a light touch and I'm pretty sure I wasted it off. So how can you smell her on me?” Sandbar asks, a shocked look on his face.
“Well, you see I have a very good…” Before Flame could finish, he felt a ball on his side.
“Flame you out!” Flame heard Rainbow Dash's voice.
Flame has a deadpan look as he stares at the green pony. Did someone just hit him?
“Sandbar,” Flame said.
“Yeah Flame,” Sandbar said, a bit nervously, knowing that the pony who took him out is in deep trouble. Sandbar doesn't know Flame too well, but he can tell that Flame is about to give that pony a world of hurt.
“Who just hit me?” Flame ask.
Sandbar slowly looks over to the blue team to see Frost and the two reminding ponies. Frost had a small smirk on his face as the pony who took Flame out had a confused look on his face wondering why Flame hadn't left the field yet.
“Well, it's one of the ponies who took you out,” Sandbar said, slowly not wanting to anger the lava dragon.
“Yo, Flame,” Rainbow lands next to Flame side. “Didn’t you hear me, you out of the game,”
Flame slowly looked at Rainbow Dash with a cold glare before looking at the pony who took him out. Flame slowly power up his lava breath which Rainbow noticed.
“Flame,” Rainbow said, as she noticed the heat is building up in Flame mouth
Flame lets out a threatening growl as he short molten lava at Rainbow Dash which she dodges in the nick of time. The molten lava flew through the air as it almost made impact with the pony that Flame was arming at.
“H-h-h-hey!” Blazing Storm, the pony who took him out, yelled in shock as he dodges the molten rock. “What are you doing?!”
Flame didn’t answer as he kept on shooting moltening rocks at Blazing Storm who is trying to dodge the molten rocks. Which fear most of the students move out of the way from the lava dragon as others try to stop him, but fail due to the fact the Flame keeps on heating up his body to burn them off of him. After a few minutes of shooting molten rock, Flame shot Blazing Storm in the leg, causing him to scream in pain as Flame leaped onto him and started punching the poor pony to death.
“Never ever take me out in a game while I gather information!” Flame yelled, as he kept on punching the unicorn pony.
“I'm sorry!” Blazing Storm cried out, trying to block the punches from the dragon.
Flame about to punch him again till Rainbow Dash grabs his arm and tries to hold him back. Rainbow tries her best to hold the arm, but fails due to the fact that Flame is way stronger than her.
“Flame calm down before you kill him! We don’t need a student death at the school,” Rainbow Dash Said, trying to reason with him.
“Oh, I am planning on that,” Flame said, heating up his arm burning Rainbow dash hooves. Rainbow let out a low hiss of pain as she felt her hooves are burning.
“Frost!” Rainbow turns to the ice dragon. “Come and calm your brother down before he kill somecreature!”
“Why would I do that,”Frost said with a grin.
“Because you are the only one that could talk sense into him! So get your butt over here or I call Headmare Twilight!”
Frost mumbled under his breath for a moment.
“Fine! I will but I'm only doing this because this is getting boring anyway,” Frost said, as he walked up to Flame. “Yo Flame as much I want you to punch this pony in the face all day. But could you calm down and get off of him,”
Flame stared at Frost for a minute or two before throwing Rainbow Dash off of him and getting off of Blazing Storm. The crimson pony whispers to himself as he crawls over to his friend in pain.
“Fine, I stop because he is getting boring to hit anyway,” Flame said, as he walked over to Frost.
Rainbow Dash looked around the classroom to see it was a complete wreck. Almost every part of it was covered by molten rocks and half of her students were injured or in shock of just what happened. She can’t blame them for it. She wondered why Flame wanted to kill the pony in the first place.
Rainbow Dash let out an annoyed sigh as she walked up to Flame. She knew what she had to do.
“Flame, since you tried to kill Blazing Storm today, I need you to go to Counselor Starlight. I don’t know what your problem is but you need to talk it out with Starlight,” Rainbow Dash said as she looked around the classroom again. “And I need Twilight help for this,”
“Well, next time you ponies need to learn that if a dragon is talking to some creatures, don’t bother them while they're talking, hothead” Flame said.
Rainbow Dash was about to show this dragon who's boss before calming herself down. She can’t harm a student in any way or else she gets in trouble with Twilight.
“Professor Rainbow Dash,” Sandbar said, getting Rainbow Dash attention. “Is it ok, I show Flame where Counselor Starlight office is, It was somewhat my fault of causing this,”
Rainbow raises a brow as Sandbar continues.
“Well, I started talking to them while having Flame asking me if I knew Ocellus which caused him to go on a small rampage. If I didn’t talk before the game, then Flame may haven’t gone on his rampage,” Sandbar said.
Rainbow Dash stared at Sandbar for a moment before sighing.
“Well, if you feel guilty about it, then I find it ok for you to take Flame to Starlight. It gives me less work to do,” Rainbow Dash said, as she wrote something on a piece of paper before giving it to Sandbar. “Give this to Starlight when to get to her,”
Sandbar nodded as he grabbed the paper and started walking toward the door, followed by Flame and Frost.
“Frost where you are going, you are not in trouble,” Rainbow said.
“I’m going with my twin,” Frost said.
“Why?”
“Because he is my other half,” Frost said, placing an arm around Flame neck “And twins are the same creature, but in different bodies so if Flame is in trouble then I’m in trouble,”
Rainbow Dash stares at the ice dragon before reliving that Frost is right. She doesn't have a huge knowledge on twins, but there always a saying that twins can feel each other's emotion, thoughts and pain.
“Well, ok then you can go since you are his other half,” Rainbow said, as she started cleaning up the mess. “Now get going,”
Flame, Frost and Sandbar exit the classroom and start making their way to Starlight office. The trio quietly walks through the hallway till they reach the counselor’s office. Sandbar knocks on the door and open it.
“Counselor Starlight,” Sandbars said, as he walked in the room.
Starlight looks up from what she is doing and smiles a bit.
“Oh hey Sandbar do you have a problem?” Starlight asks.
Sandbar shook his head.
“No, I just bought two students that have a problem. Well, one of them does,” Sandbar said, as he placed the note on her desk. Starlight picked up the note with her magic and gave a worried look.
“He really did that?” Starlight asks, while looking at the twin dragons.
“Yep,” Sandbar said.
Starlight gave a sigh. “Well, you can go back to class now Sandbar look like I lots of work to do,”
Sandbar nodded as he left the room while the twins watched him leave. After the green pony left Flame and Frost looked at Starlight with a blank stare. Starlight cleared her throat as she put the papers that she was working on away.
“So, which one of you is Flame?” Starlight asks.
