On the Last Day, when the apocalypse rained doom on Equestria, some ponies fled to the safety of vast underground chambers called Stables.  In time, a pony from Stable 2, commonly known as the Stable Dweller, brought peace to Equestria by defeating the pony Red Eyes and the Pegasus Enclave, as well as activating the Gardens of Equestria.  Her sacrifice is commemorated and peace once again came to Equestria.  But War.  War never changes. After the defeat of Red Eyes, remnants of his slaver army fled west, past New Applossa and into the Ponave Desert.  Most, still stuck in the depraved mindset of the past, vanished in the desert but a few changed their ways.  Those that survived found a land ripe for the picking.  Surprisingly, the Ponave Desert was not a target for zebra missiles and the ponies in the desert were as naïve as a Stable Pony.  Tales soon spread of a city completely untouched by the war, a place where a Pre-War civilization thrived: the City-State of Neigh Vegas.  A sister city to New Pegas, Neigh Vegas was run by a mysterious pony known only as The Donkey. Several years have passed.  Only one of Red Eye’s slavers has survived.  Known as ‘The Colonel,’ he is in charge of the pony settlement/slaver colony Reigno.  Though his mare has been deceased ever since entering the Ponave, he has been left with two sons: Cards, an earth pony, and Deuces, a unicorn.  As the two colts grew, one thing became certain to The Colonel: Life in the Ponave is about to get interesting.
