Saving Pinkie’s Pie
Sunset Shimmer was checking a souffle her friend Pinkie Pie had made.
"Adagio Dazzle,Aria Blaze, Applejack, Apple Bloom, Big Mac, Chestnut Magnifico, Chumbly-Bonk-Bonk..."
"Er, Pinkie?" asked Sunset.
" ...DJ Pon-3, Flash Sentry, Fluttershy, Gloriosa Daisy, Juniper Montage, Lily Pad, Lyra Heartstrings, Maud Pie, Muffins..."
Sunset gasped. "But you forgot to set the timer!"
" ...Octavia Melody, Photo Finish, Rainbow Dash— Shhhh! Zecora, Zephyr Breeze, Zipporwhill... Done! I stopped using the timer after I realized a soufflé takes the same amount of time as saying all my friends' names in ABC order!"
Sunset looked confused at Pinkie Pie, whilst she took the souffle out of the oven.
"So, what's this for?" asked Sunset.
Pinkie sighed. "Every year I have a holiday tradition with Rarity, when I give a treat that is just as elegant as she is. And every year, she asks me why it's all deflated."
"I'm confused."
"Anyway, we have 7 minutes to get to Rarity's house, so give me that timer, woman! Now this year, I have it all planned out. The route, the speed, the exact angle I need to hunch over at to protect the soufflé from the wind. There will be no deflation this year!"
The 2 girls ran out of the house. Applejack saw Sunset and Pinkie. "Ambuuuuuuush!"
Sunset grabbed Pinkie and jumped over a wall. The souffle slid out of Pinkie’s hands. It landed on the snow with a soft thud, in mint condition.
"Phew!" cried Pinkie Pie.
Near them, was the sound of chattering teeth and heavy breathing. Fluttershy was cold, clinging onto her was Trixie Lulamoon. The Apple family were ready to fight.
Sunset stood between Applejack and Pinkie. "HOLD UP, EVERYONE!” she yelled. “PINKIE AND I AREN'T IN THE GAME!"
"What game?!" cried Granny Smith. "This is war! Fire in the hole!"
Applejack, Applebloom and Big Mac started chucking snowballs everywhere. Sunset and Pinkie ducked.
"One hit and this thing's finished!" cried Sunset.
Near them, Snails was looking for his other boot. He screamed when someone hit him.
Sunset peeked over the wall. Applejack stood on a wall, a giant snowball over her head. "Real life ain't the same as those silly ol' video games, ain't that right, Sunset?!"
Sunset clambered onto the wall and she quickly rolled a snowball in her hand, crushing Applejack's massive snowball with her foot. "No one calls Tickle Fruit 2 silly!" she cried, throwing a snowball directly at Applejack's stomach. Applejack fell back, and hit her head on the wall.
Sunset looked at Pinkie Pie determindely. "Rarity is getting that soufflé, and you're gonna get it to her! Flash Sentry! To me! Double time!"
Flash ran, panting. " Reporting for duty! And seriously, thank you, Sunset! 'Cause, like, I've been wanting to come on one of your adventures for so long 'cause, I mean, you guys do so much cool stuff, and I—"
Sunset looked at her boyfriend sternly. "Flash."
Flash blushed. "I promise I won't mess this opportunity up."
"Whatever! Stop talking! Are you ready?" cried Sunset.
"I was born, 'are you,'" said Flash.
Sunset took a handful of snow and turned it into war paint.
"Ready." said Flash.
Flash got hit by a snowball and slipped.
"PINKIE, RUN!" cried Sunset.
Suddenly, a snowball hit Sunset in the left eye.
"Sunset!" cried Pinkie, turning over her friend. She was unconscious.
"Sunset!" shouted Pinkie. "HELP! HELP! ACCIDENT!"
Twilight came running from where she was hiding. "Hey, Pinkie." she looked at her best friend. "Oh, I see what you meant."
Sunset started coughing up snow. "Tell-Rarity-OW!"
"You okay?" asked Twilight.
"Yeah, I fell on my keys." said Sunset, shaking out snow from her eye.
"Not just that, you banana, your keys slashed your leg. I'm taking you to the Canterlot hospital now." said Twilight.
"Just go, Pinkie!" cried Sunset.
Pinkie sighed. "Alright, good luck!"
Pinkie Pie ran.
"Who threw those cheap shots?!" cried Sunset. "Was it you?!"
She started throwing snowballs at Bulk Biceps.
Sunset had to lean on Twilight to the hospital.
"Oh my poor sweet little souffle!" sobbed Pinkie Pie, as she crawled to Rarity’s house. "All I ever wanted was for you to be torn apart and digested by my friend Rarity so she could feel the same kind of joy she brings to me!"
Rarity’s feet was near. “Rarity?” asked Pinkie Pie
Rarity gasped. "Is that this year's souffle?" She took a bite out of it. "It's heavenly!"
"YES!" cried Pinkie Pie, doing a jig. "I FINALLY DID IT!"
Rainbow Dash pulled off her Snowman mask off. She grunted. She laughed. "Sneak attack! Bet you weren't expecting this!" She threw snowballs at Rarity. Rarity blocked it with her magic.
"Awwww! Not fair! I spent 2 days as a snowman for that!"
"Rainbow, wait! Message from Twilight!"
Hey,
Applejack has been knocked out and Sunset has broken her left arm, slashed open her leg and twisted her ankle. We're at the Canterlot Hospital now.
Twilight x
"We need to be there right away!" cried Rainbow Dash. "Come on!"
The 3 girls ran to the hospital where Fluttershy and Twilight were waiting for them.
"What happened?" asked Rarity.
"Apparantly, Applejack threw a snowball at Sunset so Sunset retaliated and hit AJ in the stomach. Bulk Biceps threw a snowball at Sunset and she fell on her keys.” said Twilight, gesturing the 2 girls
"Ouch!" cried Rainbow Dash. "That must hurt!"
"It did," said Pinkie Pie. "I saw it all happen."
“And lucky you did,” said Fluttershy. “Otherwise who’d have alerted Twilight?”
“No one,” said Rainbow Dash.

Blizzard or Bust?
Ring. Ring. Ring. Twilight’s alarm clock sounded at 7:30 am. Twilight Sparkle woke up with a jolt. Opening her eyes drearily, she checked the time. Twilight gasped. “I can’t believe we overslept!”
Twilight shook each of the girls awake. Over by the window sill was Rainbow Dash, staring out of the window. “Urgh.” groaned Sunset. “We’ve got that big test today.”
“Not if I can help it!” shouted Rainbow Dash, leaping down from the window sill. “Whilst you were all napping, I had this really cool idea if we somehow make a FAKE SNOW DAY!”
“WHAT?!” yelled Twilight. “Are you mad? Do you know how much trouble we could get into?!”
“Anyway,” said Rainbow Dash, ignoring Twilight. “Who’s with me?”
The others nodded wearily.
“Then let’s get going!”
Each girl had a job to do. Applejack was hauling blocks of ice to Fluttershy and Fluttershy was telling her woodpeckers to peck the ice. Sunset Shimmer was painting a beautiful scenery. A snowflake fell on her hand. Her eyes flashed white and her body stiffened as she saw Camp Everfree. Sunset gently blew the snowflake away. Twilight was helping Applejack haul the snow with her magic and Rarity was knitting a scarf. Pinkie and a racoon were fighting over some potatoes. Fluttershy looked sternly at them. Pinkie then made a potato snowman.
The girls stood back and hid under Principal Celestia’s window.
Cranky Doodle Donkey came into the office. “The snow day is a hoax! That girl, Rainbow Dash is behind it all.”
Of course, the girls heard that. Rainbow didn’t believe it. Applejack led everyone but Rainbow Dash behind a bush.
Twilight summoned a piece of tape to cover Pinkie’s mouth. Principal Celestia came out and looked sternly at Rainbow Dash.
“Where’re your friends, Miss Dash?”
Rainbow Dash shrugged. Principal Celestia dragged the rainbow teen into the school.
“Detention.” she said, pointing at the classroom
Once the doors shut, the girls sighed with relief.
“Guys,” said Sunset. “I’m going to tell Principal Celestia we were involved too. I don’t want to see Rainbow in detention. Who’s with me?”
Applejack and Twilight nodded. Twilight opened the door and knocked on Principal Celestia’s door.
“Principal Celestia. We’d like to say that the rest of us were involved in the snow day but it was Rainbow’s idea.” said Sunset.
“Thank you girls,” said Celestia, “For being honest. I’m not going to give you detention, it’s not your fault. Sunset, I did expect better from you.”
“Sorry, mom.” whispered Sunset. “I got carried away.”
