Chapters Everfree forest 11:00am
In the Everfree forest, Princess Twilight Sparkle of friendship, Starlight Glimmer, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo, Applebloom and Spike were seen walking to the Changeling Kingdom to pay their good friend Thorax a visit. And all of them had exuberant expressions on their faces.
"Alright everypony." Twilight called her friends "We just have to have a chat with Thorax To see how his Kingdom is running and then we can have a tour of it." She said.
"I can't wait to spend some time with Thorax!" Spike exclaimed gleefully "He said that he has some cool shapeshifting forms that he would like to show me!" He finished with an exuberant expression.
"Ah'm sure that our little sisters are going to like to play with the changelings as well." Applejack said.
"Indeed." Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo and Applebloom said in unison.
"I can't wait to see all of the animals in the changeling Kingdom guys!" Fluttershy said with an exhilarated expression, her mind was fillies with images of her playing with the animals.
"Are you sure that there are any animals in the Changeling Kingdom?" Starlight asked with a raise of her eyebrow in confusion "Last time I checked Thorax didnt kept any animals." She told her.
Fluttershy was going to correct Starlight, but a high pitched voice stopped her. And that high pitched voice belonged to the one and only Pinkie Pie.
"I can't wait to see what kind of fun Thorax has in the Changeling Kingdom!" Pinkie exclaimed with an exhilarated expression.
"Pinkie, you should be be cautious while playing with the changelings." Twilight told her sternly "They just got used to the idea of friendship and Chrysalis wasn't big on letting them have any moments of merriment. So you should probably take it slowly." She finished.
"Oh right." Pinkie said coming to realization "I forgot how much of a meanie Chrysalis was." She said with a frown.
"What about you Twilight?" Spike asked her "What do you want to do when we arrive to the Changeling Kingdom to greet Thorax?" He asked again.
When Twilight heard her inquiry, an image appeared in her mind. And in her mind was her and Thorax going on a romantic date in Ponyville, the image had them sipping a straw with a cup of smoothie underneath them.
"Twilight? Twilight!" Spike called her.
The loud yelling has made Twilight flinch, she looked down and saw Spike looking up at her with an indignant expression.
"Oh uh... yeah." Twilight said with a humiliated chuckle "I uh actually hope to have a nice chat with Thorax that's all." Twilight said with a weak smile.
When Spike heard this, he had a smirk on his face because, he can tell that Twilight is lying from the looks of that expression as well as the anxious reply. He knows that Twilight secretly has a crush on Thorax.
"Ah, why are we walking so slow?" Twilight asked changing the subject "Lets pick it up everypony, we don't want to be late." She told them. Then everypony started to walk faster to the Changeling Kingdom.
In the Changeling Kingdom, King Thorax was seen keeping his hive in good shape by helping his subjects with many things as well as playing with the youngs along with Pharynx.
"Alright, that's another great day of work for me today." Thorax said with a smile "I'm getting good at this." He added.
But before Thorax could get to work, somepony tapped on his shoulder from behind. Thorax turned around and saw his brother Pharynx.
"Pharynx!" Thorax said with a smile as the sight of his brother.
"Hello Thorax, I see that you are doing well at keeping your hive in shape." Pharynx said with a proud expression.
"Thank you bro."
"Your welcome Throax. Also, we have some visitors at the front gate." Pharynx told him, and that made Throax nonplus.
"Is it my friends?" He asked.
"Bingo."
When Thorax heard this, an exhilarated smile appeared on his muzzle. Because, he has received news that his friends will come and pay him a visit to see how he is holding up with his Kingdom.
"Oh sweet Celestia!" Thorax exclaimed, then in a blink of an eye, Thorax ran past Pharynx and to the front gates of the Changeling Kingdom. Leaving Pharynx standing their with a surprised expression.
"Oh wow, he is fast."
At the front gates of the Changeling Kingdom, the mane six, Starlight, Spike and CMC'S were waiting patiently for King Thorax to come and open the gates.
"What's taking so long?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"Be patient Rainbow." Spike told her "Thorax will come." He finished.
And on cue, the front gates of the Changeling Kingdom were pulled open. Everypony averted their eyes forward and saw the Changeling King Thorax.
"Salutations everypony!" Thorax said with a smile.
"Thorax!" Spike exclaimed as he ran up to him and embraced his best friend in a hug "Its so good to see you!" He said with a smile.
"Spike! I'm so glad you came!" Thorax said as he gently patted his best friend on the head.
"Hello Thorax." Twilight said softly with a blush.
"Howdy." Applejack and Applebloom greeted.
"Hello darling!" Rarity said.
"Hello Thorax." Said Sweetie Belle.
"Heya Thorax!" Greeted Rainbow Dash.
"Hi Thorax!" Pinkie exclaimed "Are you ready to party?" She asked excitingly.
"Hello Thorax." Greeted Starlight.
"I'm so glad that all of you could come pay a visit." Throax said with a smile.
"Indeed we did came, that is what friendship is about remember?" Twilight asked, and Thorax replied with a nod.
"Alright come on in my friends." Thorax said as he opened the gate "We have a lot to discuss my friends! I've got snack and drinks inside! Then after that, I'll give you a tour of the hive." He added.
"Woohoo!" Pinkie exclaimed with a happy expression.
"Lets go to the meeting room." Said Thorax.
Then, the mane six, Spike, Starlight and the CMC'S all stepped into the hive, and Thorax closed the gates behind them in the process. After that, Thorax started to guide them into the Changeling Hive.
While in the Changeling Hive, the mane six, Starlight, Spike and the CMC'S were seen walking down the hall. And all of them were astonished by their surroundings.
"Oh wow, the hive sure is very beautiful." Rarity said with a flabbergasted expression.
"Indeed it is." Twilight said with an astonished expression "Looks like Thorax has made some renovations after Chrysalis's defeat." She assumed.
"I bet so." Sweetie said as she waved at some of the young changeling drones.
After walking for two minutes, Thorax has lead his friends to the doors of the meeting room.
"Come on in guys." Thorax said as he pushed the doors open.
Then, everypony stepped into the meeting room, and once they did, they were all completely staggered by its beautiful designs and many more.
"Oh wow, now this is just beautiful and superb." Rarity said with an astonished expression.
"I can vouch for that." Rainbow said with a nod.
"My friends, welcome to my Kingdom." Said Thorax.

In the meeting room of the Changeling Kingdom, the mane six, Spike, Starlight and the CMC'S were seen seated on chairs around a large table which was the meeting table. During that time, five changeling servants entered the room and placed plates of snack, sweets and drinks on the table, and the ponies as well as Spike all ate gratefully.
"Wow, these snack are very scrumptious!" Pinkie said munching on a strawberry flavoured donut.
"Indeed they are." Rainbow said munching on a chocolate flavoured donut.
Then, everypony started to have a chat with each other on their comments about the Changeling Kingdom, and the heart warming comments gave Throax a warm expression on his muzzle. Then, Twilight decided to change the subject.
"So Throax." Twilight called him, and Thorax immediately averted his eyes towards her "How is it going with ruling and taking care of the Kingdom?" She asked.
"Eh, thongs have been going just smoothly." Thorax replied with a shrug. Then, his calm expression has turned into an anxious one "But I was pondering about this hypothetical situation that has been in my head for a while now." He told them, and that caught them by surprise.
"What hypothetical situation?" Spike asked with a perplexed expression as he lowered a cup of Apple juice onto the table.
"Have any of you guys heard about Chrysalis?" Thorax asked feeling a little edgy.
"Not really." Starlight replied with a shake of her head "There has been sightings of her in the Crystal Empire and Canterlot as well as some attempted attacks too." She told him.
"Oh really?" Thorax asked anxiously, and Starlight replied with a nod "What is her current location then?" He asked again.
"We don't know." Starlight replied with a shrug "We cannot exactly pinpoint her location." She told him, and that made Thorax even more edgy.
"And all of those false alarms aren't helping at all." Applejack added "It just keeps makin' everypony in Ponyville petrified." She said.
"And we had too investigate every single one of them as well." Rainbow Dash told him as she lowered her cup of Apple juice "Last time, it was just a funny looking cloud that was the same shape as her!" She exclaimed in a vexed tone.
Then, everypony in the room started to dispute about this hypothetical and aggravating situation that is making them all very frustrated and vexed. After shouting to each other for one minute, Thorax whistled loudly grabbing everyponies attention.
"Everypony calm down." Thorax said softly "Take some deep breaths." He said, then he instructed then to breath in.
The mane six, Spike and CMC'S all followed his instruction and breathed in. After that, Thorax breathed out, and the ponies and Spike all breathed out. Then, everypony were all relaxed.
"I know that all of you are currently feeling very stressed and aggravated about this situation but, arguing isn't going to solve anything, it will just provoke harm to your personal health." Thorax told them in a logical sense small of you must get rid of your irked state and remain equanimous." He said.
The mane six, Spike and the CMC'S took a second to think about Thorax's veracious statement. Chrysalis and her un-reformed changelings have been causing quite a lot of trouble to them recently in Ponyville from the sightings as well as some attempted attacks. But, arguing isn't going to get them anywhere.
"I guess your statement is coherent Thorax." Starlight said sitting back on her chair.
"Indeed, it has been quite a stressful month in Ponyville." Fluttershy told him as she also sat back down on her chair.
"Yeah, thank you for enlightening and relieving our stress again." Twilight said in a grateful tone as she sat back down on her chair along with her friends.
"You are all very welcome." Thorax said with a smile.
"Now that our stress has been relieved, how are we going to solve this cataclysmic issue?" Pinkie asked looking at all of her friends.
"I have no idea." Applejack said, then she got frustrated again "Ugh! Is one quiet week that hard to ask?" She asked.
"Yeah!" Rainbow agreed "All I want is to get back to the wonderbolt academy to train and become a great wonderbolt flyer." She said.
"I can vouch for that." Rarity said with a nod "All I want to do is to run my store again in peace." She told them.
They all started to argue again but then, Twilight stopped them this time.
"Girl calm down." Twilight told them "Remember what Thorax said, arguing isn't going to get us anywhere." She reminded them.
Then, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Rarity, Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy all took a deep breath and exhaled calming them down in the process.
"What else should we do?" Rainbow asked.
Then, everypony in the room including Thorax started to ponder about an idea that would be beneficial to drive Chrysalis away from Ponyville and other cities. After five seconds, Pinkie came up with a plan.
"Maybe we can annoy her to death with parties so that she will never ever come back?" Pinkie suggested with a large smile.
"You wish." Rainbow said with a roll of her eyes.
"Oh." Pinkie said with a frown.
Then, everypony started to think again. After another brief moment, Applejack came up with a plan.
"Maybe we can come together and kick Chrysalis and the un-reformed changelings out of here?" Applejack asked.
"I don't think that will work Applejack." Starlight said with a shake of her head "The changelings are now very fearsome than last time." She told her.
"Oh."
And yet again, everypony in the room started to ponder about a practical idea that would be very sufficient to fend off Chrysalis. After another brief moment, Throax has came up with a plan.
"Everypony, I may have came up with a plan." Thorax told them.
Then, everypony in the room all averted their eyes to Thorax.
"What is it?"
"Here's the thing, if we do not track Chrysalis down soon, something apprehensive would happen to both of our Kingdoms right?" Thorax asked, and everypony nodded "I suspect that she will start another hive very soon if we do not do anything to stop her, so that is why..."
"Why what?"
Thorax then took a deep breath and exhaled.
"I think I should transform you all into changelings so that we can fight back against her." He told them.

After Thorax have said those words, everypony in the room let out some sharp gasps, all of them had wide eyes and were all a bit traumatized. Rarity has fainted from the amount of shock in her head and she had to be caught by Pinkie who was also in the state of shock.
"Wait what?!" Twilight exclaimed with a traumatized expression "How are we even suppost to do that Thorax? And why?!" She asked with a furious expression which made Thorax feel a little edgy.
"Well, Chrysalis knows what you all look like after that Canterlot invasion." He told them "Changelings also have a very good sense of smell. You won't even be able to get a mile near her before she realizes that she is approaching." He informed them.
"So for that reason all of you will need to be turned into Changelings." Thorax told them "It might take about a week or days until the transformation is completed." He lectured them.
When everypony heard this, they all started to dispute against this daunting task that will change their lives forever, they also shot him some glares. And Thorax got a bit scared from all of their glares from them to him.
"Thorax! I've got a farm to take care of!" Applejack told him.
"I have to achieve my goal in being a great wonderbolt!" Rainbow said sternly.
"I have to take care of my shop!" Rarity exclaimed.
"Don't want to be a downer but, I have to take care of the sick and injured animals." Fluttershy informed him "I cannot possibly neglect them for weeks!" She exclaimed sternly.
"Everypony is too busy with their work for weeks to go through Thorax." Starlight told him sternly we should really think of something else." She counselled
"I'm sorry." Thorax apologized with a disconsolate expression "I forgot that you all have other responsibilities to fulfil." He said.
Everypony were all silent for a brief moment, but seconds later, four young voices spoke up.
"We'll do it!"
When everypony heard the intimate young voices, they all averted their eyes to their left and saw Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo, Applebloom and Spike standing there with confident expressions. All of them must assume that they were the ones who shouted those words.
"You three will do it?" Thorax asked raising an eyebrow.
"Yes." Spike said confidently along with the CMC'S.
But before the mane six and Starlight could interfere, the doors to the meeting room was slammed open. Everypony averted their eyes to the doors and saw a very infuriated Pharynx standing there with a towel wrapped around his torso.
"What's with all of the noises?!" Pharynx exclaimed indignantly "I was having a very peaceful bath playing with some toy boats and rubber duckies and..."
Pharynx immediately stopped in his sentence when he noticed that all of the female ponies were starring at him with their cheeks flushing a little.
"Um Pharynx." Thorax called him "You do know that this is a very presumptuous scene to these mares right?" He asked him in a logical tone.

Two chapters accomplished in a day! I hope you all enjoyed it! Sorry that this was short. I had to cut some parts.
The mane six and Starlight were all starring at the towel wrapped Pharynx with their cheeks flushing because of the unpleasantness.
When Thorax noticed their agitation, he turned to his brother.
"Pharynx, why don't you drop your things and wait for me in the tranaformation chamber?" Thorax asked politely.
Pharynx was a bit perplexed when he heard this, but then, he shrugged it off and turned around. After that, he walked out of the meeting room leaving the mares standing there with uneasy expressions on their muzzles.
"Well that was awkward." Rarity said with her cheeks flushing.
"Yeah sorry about that." Said Thorax.
After a moment of silence, Rainbow Dash was the first pony in the room to break the speak. She stood up from the chair and looked at Scootaloo with a ferocious expression.
"Scootaloo what are you thinking?!" Rainbow Dash asked sternly "You can't live your life as a changeling." She told her.
"Applebloom." Applejack called her "Your ma' little sister! How can you agree with this?!" She asked with an incredulous expression.
"Sweetie Belle!" Rarity called her "I will never permit you being disfigured into a changelings!" She exclaimed sternly, and that made Thorax feel very resentful because of the racism.
"And Spike." Twilight called him "Are you sure you want to do this?" Twilight asked with an uneasy expression.
The CMC'S and Spike all looked at each other for a brief moment then back at Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Applejack and Rarity with confident expressions on their faces.
"Yes." They all said in unison "We all want to volunteer to assist." They finished.
"What the hay Applebloom?!" Applejack exclaimed with an incredulous expression.
"You can't be serious Scoots!" Yelled Rainbow Dash.
"Sweetie Belle why?" Rarity asked.
"All of you are the protectors of Equestria!" Sweetie Belle replied to her big sister.
"Sweetie Belle is right!" Scootaloo said "All of you are needed to protect the lives of everypony in Equestria, so let us handle it." She volunteered confidently.
Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Applejack and Rarity wanted to object and persuade them to refuse and change their minds. But again, both Ponyville and the Changeling Kingdom would be in great danger from Chrysalis if none of them act soon. Then, the four mares all sighed in defeat.
"Alright, we can do it." Twilight said in a depressed tone. Then, she looked at Thorax "What's the plan Thorax?" She asked.
"I guess that all of you have agreed to the terms and request." Thorax said with a weak smile "Follow me please." He told them.
Then, Thorax turned around and lead the mane six, Starlight, Spike and the CMC'S out of the meeting room. Once they were out, Thorax started to lead them to a private room which was the transformation room.
Thorax has been guiding the mane six, Starlight, Spike and the CMC'S downstairs at a basement level of the Changeling Kingdom. The area had brick walls and lights on the roof.
"Wow, looks like Thorax has made some renovations." Pinkie commented with an awe expression.
"Indeed." Twilight said with a nod so am truly flabbergasted by his skills and knowledge." She added.
Ten seconds later, the whole group stopped in front of a large steel door. Thorax then raised up his right hoof and knocked on it three times.
*Knock Knock Knock*
There was a brief moment of silent then ten seconds later, a changeling worker in a white laboratory jacket opened the door.
"Why greetings King Thorax." The changeling greeted with a smile "What can I do for you?" He asked.
"We would like to enter here please for some duty." Thorax replied politely.
"Sure, come on in." The changeling said as he pulled the steel door opened.
Then, Thorax looked back at his friends.
"Come on in guys."
Then, Thorax and his friends all stepped into the room. And when they did, the mane six, Starlight, Spike and the CMC'S saw astonishing things. The room had torches on the walls, a large desk and office chair was on the left.
"Whoa." Twilight said with an astonished expression "What is this place Thorax?" She asked.
"Everypony, welcome to the transformation chamber." Thorax told them.

The mane six, Starlight, Spike and the CMC'S were looking around the place with flabbergasted expressions on their faces. This room is extremely big and has lots of scientific equipments in it. They are known as: Bunsen burner, safety goggles, masks, laboratory coats etc.
"Wow, just wow Thorax." Twilight said with an emotionless expression "Just how did you make all of this?" She asked him with an astonished expression as if she was very eager to know his skills.
"Oh it's simple. After I had reformed and taught my changeling some peace and friendship, I was very keen on science which lead me to building labs in the basement area of the hive as well as purchasing some equipments in Ponyville." Thorax delineated.
Twilight was left there with a flabbergasted expression. She didn't knew that Throax also loved to read books as well.
"Thorax you read books?!"
When the mane five, CMC'S, Spike and Starlight all heard that sentence, they all had some aggravated expressions on their muzzles.
"Oh here we go again." Rainbow Dash said with a roll of her eyes.
"I have read many books about science after I have declared peace. But my most favourite ones are genetics and biology." Thorax told her "This topic has gotten me very interested." He added.
"Cool!" Twilight exclaimed with a wide smile "I am more into astronomy but, those two sciences are very intriguing as well!" She finished.
"Cool, I like astronomy as well to be honest." Thorax told her "I like to know the sun, moon, the stars, nebulae and many more!" He said.
That statement has made Twilight's smile go wider than before. Her eyes were glittering in an enthusiastic way when she hears that Thorax is also into astronomy. But, before Twilight could talk further, somepony cut them off.
"Oh will you two knock it off already?" Rainbow Dash said with a vexed expression "We have work to do Twilight." She reminded her.
When Twilight heard Rainbow Dash's statement, her cheeks flushed in embarrassment and she let out a humiliated chuckle.
"Oh right hehe yeah." Twilight giggled with a humiliated expression.
"So Thorax." Spike called him "What do we do?" He asked him.
Thorax then looked at the scientist on his right and gave him a nod telling him to grab the material from one of the mini freezer.
The scientist nodded to the King and pulled open the small door of the mini freezer which released some water vapour in the process.
During that, Thorax looked up at the CMC'S and Spike.
"Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo, Applebloom Spike. I need you four to sit here please." Thorax said as he pointed at the middle of the room.
The CMC'S and Spike nodded in unison and walked to where Thorax pointed. Once they got there, Thorax told them to sit down and the three ponies and one dragon all sat.down next to each other in the room. After five seconds, the changeling scientist walked up to Thorax with a bowl.
"Here's the cream as requested King Thorax." The scientist said with a bow.
"Thank you doctor." Thorax said as he grabbed the bowl with his hooves. The mane six and Starlight were able to see what was inside the bowl from where they are standing. They saw what looks to be like green glowing cream.
"What is that Thorax?" Fluttershy asked with a curious expression.
"This Fluttershy is one of my latest creations." Thorax told her "I call it, the transformation cream." He stated.
The mane six and Starlight were all left baffled by Thorax's statement. But, Twilight was the first to get the confusing state out of her head. A large smile appeared on her muzzle.
"Oh my, how did you invent such a phenomenon Thorax?" Twilight asked with an eager expression to know.
"I have created this with the combination of changeling DNA and a magic spell to create this cream." Thorax told her.
Twilight's smile grew wider, she didn't know that Thorax was a book reader like her. She was very enthusiastic to know more of his intelligence. But before she could ask him a wave of questions she has in her mind, a frustrated groan was heard behind her.
"Ugh, will you two eggheads knock it off already?" Rainbow Dash asked with a vexed expression "We have a bigger picture in front of us!" She exclaimed.
Twilight then let out another embarrassed chuckle when she heard Rainbow Dash's frustrated statement. Then, she looked at Thorax again.
"So Thorax, what do we do with this fascinating thing of yours?" Twilight asked.
"Okay here's how it works guys." Thorax told them "I just need to pour this cream on top of the CMC'S and Spike, after the cream has been poured, a cocoon will eventually appear and wrap them in it, and after a week, they will appear out of their cocoons as changelings." He stated.
Rarity, Rainbow Dash, and Applejack were feeling a bit uncertain about this, they were petrified that there was going to be a daunting side effect.
"There won't be anything bad happening them during the process right?" Rarity asked with a concerned expression towards her little sister.
"Nope." Thorax said with a shake of his head "There are no adverse reactions during the process." He assured them.
"Applebloom, are ya sure ya want this?" Applejack asked with a perturbed expression towards her little sister.
"Sweetie Belle, there is still time to change your mind you know." Rarity told her.
"Scootaloo, you can't do this."
"Spike, are you sure you want to do this?" Twilight asked with anxiety.
The CMC'S and Spike all replied to them with confident expressions on their faces.
"We can do this." The CMC'S and Spike all said in unison.
Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Rarity and Twilight wanted to object again but, they were cut off when the CMC'S and Spike all looked at Thorax.
"We're ready Thorax."
"Okay, commencing the process now." Thorax told them.
But before he commenced, Thorax wore a laboratory coat and safety goggles first. Then, he looked at the mane six and Starlight.
"You all might want to cover your eyes." Thorax inforned them.
The mane six and Starlight were all perplexed at first, but, they did what he told them to do and shielded their eyes with their hooves.
After that, Thorax lifted the bowl up in the air and poured the cream onto the CMC'S and Spike who had their eyes closed so that the cream doesn't touches their eyes. After five seconds, a bright glow illuminated which made the mane six and Starlight grunt a little.
"Now I know what he meant by covering our eyes." Rainbow said to herself quietly.
After fifteen seconds, some weird wrapping noises were heard. Then, the glowing stopped and Thorax placed the bowl back onto the table where the scientist will put it back in the mini freezer. Then, Thorax looked at the mane six and Starlight.
"All of you can open your eyes now."
The mane six and Starlight did what they were told and lowered their hooves away from their eyes. And what they saw in front of them astonished them completely, in front of them were Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo, Applebloom and Spike wrapped in green cocoons.

One week later
It has been one week after Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo, Applebloom and Spike have all been wrapped into cocoons in the Changeling Kingdom under the assistance of King Thorax as well as the changelings of the Changeling Kingdom.
The mane six and Starlight have all visited the transformation chamber for some news from their friend Thorax, but everytime they visited, Thorax only told them that the process is still continuing so they could only wait. And an era of anxiety have been lingering in them ever since the start of the cocoon process.
Twilight Sparkle was seen reading some books in her library in order to relieve some of her anxiety and stress about the CMC'S and Spike. But, what else had gotten into her mind is that Thorax was also an avid book collector and reader.
"I wonder how many books Thorax has?" Twilight asked herself "A hundred? Thousands? Millions?" She kept assuming.
Everytime Twilight kept thinking, the smile on her muzzle kept widening. Then, ten seconds later, she has fallen for him. Her cheeks are now flushing slightly and she is currently daydreaming about herself and Thorax together on a large hill with flowers.
But suddenly, Twilight's daydream was put to an end when her library door was pushed open violently. The unanticipated event has startled Twilight that she fell off of her seat. She then turned around and saw her friends standing by the door.
"Oh, hey girls." Twilight said as she stood up "What brings you all here?" She asked them.
Rainbow Dash replied by pulling a long rectangular piece of paper and holding it in her right hoof. Then, she swung her hoof back and tossed the paper directly towards Twilight.
When Twilight noticed the paper, she activated her horn and started to levitate the paper towards her. Once she got it near her, she turned it around and saw that it was a letter.
Dear mane six and Starlight Hello guys, how are you all? I have some exciting news and updates that I would like to disclose to you all. Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo, Applebloom and Spike's cocoon transformation process has been completed. They should hatch by today so, you all should come here right now. From Thorax
When Twilight read the message, her eyes widened.
"The cocoon transformation has been completed?"
"Yes." Rainbow Dash replied with a nod. "Lets go now!" She exclaimed sternly.
Twilight then stood back up from the ground and she and her friends rushed out of the library and took off to the Changeling Kingdom.
The mane six and Starlight have all been running through the Everfree forest for five minutes now and they have all arrived at the front gates of the Changeling Kingdom with two guards standing in front of them.
The guards both jumped out of the way when they saw the incoming ponies, and the ponies all pushed the gates opened and proceeded to rush to the transformation chamber room.
When Twilight and her friends got into the Changeling Hive, they all started to rush to the transformation chamber room where Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo, Applebloom and Spike were wrapped in cocoons.
While running, the mane six and Starlight have rushed through many changelings who jumped out of their path in a startled manner, but they were too anxious to cease in their path. Then, the mane six and Starlight have encountered the staircase where Thorax took them down to the transformation chamber.
"Down there girls!"
Then, the mane six and Starlight all started to rush downstairs.
At the front door of the transformation chamber which was the one that Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo, Applebloom and Spike were in, the changeling scientist which was the one who gave King Thorax the special cream was seen guarding the door while reading a book. But then, his reading has came to a conclusion when a shout was heard in front of him.
"HEY YOU!"
The changeling was startled by the loud shout. He then looked in front of him and saw the elements of Harmony and Starlight in front of him, and Rainbow Dash was far in front with her hooves pointed forward.
The changeling tried to run away but before he could, Rainbow Dash pinned him against the door violently.
"Wh-what do you want?"
"Where are Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo, Applebloom and Spike?" Rainbow Dash asked menacingly.
"Th-they're in this room h-here, but you guys might-"
The changeling wasn't able to finish his sentence when Rainbow Dash threw him aside and kicked the door open. Then, everypony entered the room.
Once they were in, the mane six and Starlight looked around the room in search for the CMC'S and Spike.
"Sweetie Belle?" Called Rarity.
"Scootaloo?" Called Rainbow Dash.
"Applebloom?" Called Applejack.
"Spike?" Called Twilight.
At first they didn't get a reply, but then a brief second later, they got a reply.
"Twilight?"
The mane six and Starlight recognized who the voice belonged to, it was the one and only Spike. But before they could call him, he walked out of the shadows along with Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo and Applebloom.
The mane six and Starlight were all completely traumatized and surprised at what was in front of them.
In front of them was Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo, Applebloom and Spike all in their changeling forms. They have a structure body of a changeling, eyes of a changeling and many more.
"Oh hi girls." Thorax said coming out of the shadow while still in his laboratory coat and wearing safety goggles. "Great to see you all here again." He finished.

The mane six and Starlight were standing in front of the metal door of the transformation chamber room with traumatized and nonplussed expressions on all of their muzzles at the sight of the CMC'S and Spike.
"S-sweetie Belle?" Asked Rarity.
"S-Scootaloo?" Asked Rainbow Dash.
"A-Applebloom?" Asked Applejack.
"S-spike?" Asked Twilight.
"Is that you?" Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Applejack and Twilight asked in unison.
"Yep!" The CMC'S and Spike said in unison.
"Applejack check this out." Applebloom said.
Applebloom then lifted up her shells at the left and right sides of her torso and revealed some wings. Applebloom then started to flap them which made some noises in return. After that, Applebloom hovered upwards.
"Y-you can fly?!" Applejack exclaimed in shock.
"Of course ah can." Applebloom said with an exuberant expression "Even Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo and Spike can fly as well." She added.
Then, Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo and Spike all spread their shelled wings as well. After that, they flapped them and hovered upwards to the same height as Applebloom's.
Twilight, Rarity, Applejack and Rainbow Dash were starring at the CMC'S and Spike with nonplussed and shocked expressions at the sight of their new ability to fly.
"Pretty cool huh?" Thorax asked walking up next to Spike "They have just hatched from the cocoons ten minutes ago, I had to give them some pills to sooth their headache as well." He told them. Then, he looked at the CMC'S and Spike again.
"How do you four feel?" He asked.
"We feel great!" They all exclaimed in unison.
"That's good to hear."
The mane six and Starlight were all still very traumatized at the sight in front of them. But after they said that they all felt very good, their stress has been relieved. But, Twilight has lots of inquiries.
"Thorax, how do you know all of this? How did you know how to manage and transform them?" Twilight asked with an eager expression to know.
When the mane five and Starlight heard this, they all rolled their eyes in aggravation. But, Rainbow Dash was the most frustrated one.
"Oh come on!" Rainbow Dash grumbled indignantly.
"Oh it's very simple Twilight, I had to study some genetics and biology by purchasing some books in Ponyville, I then studied four hours a day and got very intrigued in science." Thorax told her "After studying science subjects countless of times, I then built some laboratories in the basement area of the Changeling Kingdom for research and experiments." He finished.
Twilight was truly flabbergasted by his statement. She didn't knew that Thorax was very adroit and keen in science, although she is more into magic and astronomy but the science topics that Thorax studies are very cool as well.
Twilight was going to ask Thorax some more questions. But before she could open her muzzle, Rainbow Dash let out a frustrated groan.
"Oh will you two eggheads knock it off already?" Rainbow Dash asked with a vexed expression "We have more significant things that are in front of us." She told them.
Twilight then grumbled in aggravation when she heard her statement.
"Alrighty then, since all of us are here and the transformation has been accomplished. Why don't we all introduce the new changelings?" Thorax asked.
Smiles appeared on the CMC'S and Spike's muzzles when they heard Thorax's statement. They were all very exhilarated to see their changeling friends.
"Heck yeah!"
"Then let's go!"
After that, Thorax, the CMC'S and Spike all rushed out of the transformation chamber room to get to the changeling hive. And the mane six and Starlight all followed up from behind.
Two minutes later, Thorax, the CMC'S and Spike have all arrived at the town of the Changeling Hive, and the mane six and Starlight were the last to arrive.
And when they did, every changelings in town including some young drones were seen looking at the transformed CMC'S and Spike with shocked and nonplus expressions on their muzzles.
"My fellow subjects, I would like to introduce to you the new members of the Changeling Hive." Thorax told them "Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo and Spike." He finished.

The changelings in town were very shocked and nonplus to see the CMC'S and Spike all turned into one of their kind. The CMC'S used to be ponies, and Spike used to be a dragon.
"Hello Changelings!" Sweetie greeted with a wide smile "Me, Scootaloo, Applebloom and Spike are all Changelings now!" She exclaimed with an exuberant expression.
"Yeah! This is awesome!" Spike said with an exhilarated expression "And I can shoot flames as well but, I won't demonstrate it here." He told them in a logical tone.
"Ah wonder what we are gonna be doin' here now since we are all changelings." Applebloom wondered.
"I don't know Applebloom." Scootaloo said with a shrug. Then, she looked at the Changelings "Check this out Changelings, I can still fly!" She told them.
Then, Scootaloo spread her shelled wings and flew up into the air to demonstrate her adroit flying skills. She did a few flips as well as some barrel rolls which astonished the Changelings as well as some young drones. But suddenly, Scootaloo's front left hoof was now stuck onto Sweetie Belle's head.
"Ah get off of my head!" Sweetie Belle exclaimed.
"Hey Sweetie get off of my hoof!"
The two were struggling to get each other free, the mane six and Starlight wanted to help but, they are afraid that they will get hit by their struggling. Then, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo both gripped onto a wall.
"Get off my hoof so that I can fly again!"
Then, five seconds later, the two were free from each other and they both bumped into each other and fell on the floor on their backs with a thud. After a brief moment, they both stood back up again.
"Ow."
"Oh hehe yeah, after the cocoon process some of the slimy areas are still attached onto your hooves so I would advice you all to be careful." Thorax informed them.
"Thanks for the advice Thorax." Sweetie Belle said with an indignant expression.
Thorax let out a chuckle when he heard Sweetie Belle's aggravated response. He must assume that it was because he didn't inform her and her friends about this condition after they have hatched from their cocoons. Then, Thorax looked back in front of him and at his subjects.
"My subjects let's give the CMC'S and Spike a tour shall we?" Thorax asked them.
All of the Changelings looked at each other for a brief moment and started to whisper to each other about their thoughts on the transformed CMC'S and Spike. After another brief moment, all of the Changelings in town looked at Thorax, the mane six, Starlight, the transformed CMC'S and Spike with wide smiles.
"I'll take that as a yes then." Throax acknowledged with a nod.
The changelings were about to give the new addition of the hive a tour of the town. But then, a light blue changelings pushed through the crowd and starred at the CMC'S and Spike with a shocked expression.
"Ocellus?"
"Sweetie Belle? Scootaloo? Applebloom? Spike?" Ocellus said looking at them "Is that you guys?" She asked with a perplexed expression.
"Indeed it is us Ocellus." Spike said with a nod "We have all turned into changelings." He told her.
"Yeah, and it is very cool!" Scootaloo exclaimed "But which of us do you think are cooler?" She asked.
When Ocellus heard Scootaloo's inquiry, she scrutinized the Transformed CMC'S and Spike for a while to see which was better. Then, after ten seconds, she has made her decision.
"So, have you made your decision?"
"Yes I have Scootaloo." Ocellus replied.
"Then who do you think is cooler?"
"Sweetie Belle." She replied.
"WHAT?!"
"Just kidding, all of you look cool." Ocellus told her with a giggle.
Scootaloo let out a relived sigh when she heard that, and Sweetie Belle was snickering from the hysterical event that had just happened.
"Alright cut the chatter." Applebloom said "Let's explore this place!" She exclaimed with an exhilarated expression.
"Aww yeah!"

Another chapter completed! I hope you all enjoyed it! And apologies that it took a while, I was busy with some other stuffs as well as writing some Twirax stories.
The CMC'S and Spike were all seen talking to each other in a joyful and merriment manner at the sight of each other. Ocellus was extremely shocked by their transformation. They look exactly like her and her kind. All except for Spike who had claws and dragon like wings.
"Wow, you guys look-"
"Colourful?" Asked Sweetie Belle.
"Awesome?" Asked Scootaloo.
"Beautiful?" Asked Applebloom with her cheeks flushing slightly.
"Magnificent?" Asked Spike.
"All of the above." Ocellus replied. And that made the CMC'S and Spike smile wider.
Thorax, the mane six and Starlight were all looking at Ocellus, the CMC'S and Spike with warm smiles on their muzzles. All of them are getting along pretty well and quickly.
"They sure are wonderful friends." Twilight commented.
"Indeed they are." Thorax agreed with Twilight with a nod "It is all thanks to your wonderful lessons that you have taught me and my subjects." He told her with a smile.
"Why, you're welcome Thorax." Twilight said with her cheeks flushing slightly.
The adorable sight has made the mane five and Starlight heart warmed. But then, a playful smirk has appeared on Rainbow Dash's muzzle.
"Aww, two eggheads in love in a heart warming egg." Rainbow Dash said in a sarcastic and insulting tone.
When Twilight heard this, she blushed as red as a tomato. Then, she turned around and faced Rainbow Dash with a glare on her face.
"What was that?" Twilight asked furiously. And that made Rarity, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Applejack and Starlight back off.
"Oh you didn't heard me?" Rainbow Dash asked. Then, she repeated what she had said "You and Thorax are like two eggheads embraced in a warm egg." She repeated.
That made Twilight even more angrier.
"Why you!" Twilight exclaimed. Then, Rainbow turned around and flew away "GET BACK HERE!" Twilight shouted as she started to chase Rainbow Dash through the Changeling Kingdom.
Thorax, Rarity, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy and Starlight were left standing there with a dumbfounded and perplexed mixed expression at the sight of what has happened.
"Well that was unexpected." Pinkie said with a nonplus expression.
"Indeed, those two have been insulting each other for the past few weeks as well." Fluttershy included with a worried expression.
"Yeah, those two sure are crazy rivals." Starlight commented.
"Hopefully they'll get through this heated argument soon." Thorax said. After that, he decided to change the subject "Anyways, who wants a tour of the Changeling Hive?" He asked the CMC'S, Spike, Rarity, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Applejack and Starlight with a smile.
"We do!"
"Wonderful!" Thorax said with a smile "Now let's go!" He said cheerfully.
Then, Thorax started to guide Rarity, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Starlight, the CMC'S and Spike around the hive for a wonderful tour along with Ocellus.
First, Thorax brought them all to the animal area of the hive. The area had animals held behind glass panels with grass, bushes, trees, water and many more. The top also has a glass panel which can make sunlight phase through the large glass.
"What do you all think?" Thorax asked them.
Applejack, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, the CMC'S and Spike were all very astonished at the sight of the animals in each enclosures. Starting of aquatic, reptiles and exotic. But Fluttershy was the most flabbergasted one.
"Wow just wow Thorax, do you feed them?" Fluttershy asked.
"Yes I do sometimes." Thorax replied "The job is handled mostly by the animal workers." He told her. And that made Fluttershy even more astonished.
After visiting the animal area, Thorax has brought his friends to the boutique area of the Changeling Hive. And the ponies and Spike all saw astonishing things.
The boutique area has many female and male changelings doing fashion and polishing them with many fashion.
"Wow just wow!" Rarity exclaimed with glittering eyes. She then zoomed around the area to scrutinize the equipments used by the changelings. And the unexpected motivation has startled them. Then, Rarity returned to Thorax with her face close to his "Thorax darling! You sure to have a sense of fashion here!" Rarity exclaimed with sparkling eyes.
"Uh... thanks Rarity." Thorax said with his cheeks flushing slightly from the close position "I just studied a lot and here I am right now." He told her.
"And that's just marvelous!" She exclaimed.
"Okay Rarity, Thorax needs his personal space." Applejack said as she pushed Rarity away from Thorax. "Sorry about that partner." Said Applejack.
"Its alright, she just got very exhilarated, and it's very normal." Thorax said in an assuring tone "Anyways, let's continue." He told them. Then, the tour resumed.
After the boutique, Thorax has brought his friends to the farm area of the Changeling Hive just outside. And it was inside an industrial curtain. Inside the farm were changelings farming crops, planting seeds and many more. And the sight has astonished Rarity, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Starlight, the CMC'S and Spike completely. But, Applejack was the most flabbergasted one.
"Wow Thorax, your subjects sure do know how to farm crops." Applejack said.
"Indeed they do Applejack." Thorax said with a nod "Took me a while to edify them." He told her.
And finally, Thorax finished the tour by bringing his friends to the large canteen area of the Changeling Kingdom. And in the canteen were lots of changelings including some young drones eating some foods like: potato, salads, fruits and many more. They also had lots sweets.
"Wow, that sure is a lot of food." Starlight said with an astonished expression.
"Indeed, had to buy and grow them." Thorax told them "Now why don't we all-"
Thorax wasn't able to finish her sentence when Pinkie Pie zoomed past him and started to grab some of the foods and sat on a bench with some other changelings. Then, she started to talk rapidly with them. And that made them very uncomfortable.
"Dig in." Thorax finished.
"Its normal Thorax." Spike told him "That's just Pinkie Pie on her always hyper mood." He finished.
"Yep, and that's what we like about her." Throax said with a smile.
