"Well, I promised to help Pinkie bake a cake today. So I'm heading over to Sugarcube Corner now."

"So, what's the first step in baking a cake?"

"Beating eggs? Okay, done."

"Why am I not using my magic? Well, I'm trying not to use magic for a full day. So, what next?"

"Mixing in flour, sugar, and milk? I'll let you handle that."

"You want me to put it in the oven in a large circular pan? Okay."

"I think that I'll be continuing this when the three layers of the cake are done."

"Okay, I'm back."

"So, Pinkie, what do we do now?"

"Put the frosting on? Okay."

"Great, that's done. What did you say that you needed this cake for, Pinkie?"

"M-my birthday? Ugh, I completely forgot about that. Well, what time will it be at?"

"7:15? What time is it right now?"

"4:30? Okay."

"I'll see you then."

"Okay, it's 7:15 now and I just got back to the castle, and I still have not used any magic today."

"Now, I should sign off now before I walk in. I know that there's a bunch of ponies in there."
