Chapters Vengeance 3: Wrath of the Blizzard Prince
In the lands beyond Equestria, a window showed the skyline of an unnamed city. It revealed all kinds of creatures going about their business and strange sounds flowing everywhere, but through this window watched a very evil creature, a creature more evil than Tirek, one who did not even dare give up even if he was outnumbered or surrounded by defeat. This creature was on a mission to find Twilight Sparkle and her friends because he thought they were responsible, when it was really Tempest Shadow, but he had developed a strong hatred towards Equestria and wanted the ponies wiped from existence forever.
"They say if you want to glimpse the future, just look behind you." said the voice of this evil creature, his reflection starting to show, he had a voice identical to Jason Statham.
"I used to think that was bullocks." the back of his head was now in full view, he had frost like hair and what appeared to be a helmet on him.
"You can't outrun the past." he said as his face was now showing, he showed breath escaping from his mouth as if the room was cold, his wrists all the way up to his shoulders were covered in frosted icy snowy sleeves that glowed endlessly, his clawed hands oozing snow out. He had a white face, blue eyes, teeth like a wolves, and his body was all black and white, similar to that of the late Storm King. But there was one thing in common with that, this creature who had a freezing touch and emotion to everything was actually related to the previous evil villain, he was the Storm King's son!
He then turned away from the window and walked over to the now fixed statue ruins of his father, it was inside a small dome shaped room.
"When I was a kid, you taught me to stand up to fights with some of the most toughest bastards who ever came across our path."
The creature then used his ice power to drag an empty chair from a corner and sat down in it.
"But you were always the one to come out and finish them yourself, I'd steal every bit of loving aspect they cherished, but it was you who braved the old man's belt. I had hoped you'd understand it, that playing the adversary made you harder, smarter, better."
The unnamed creature then got back up and blasted the chair aside.
"But deep down, I guess I knew you'd always end up like this, despite everything you did teach me. Still, you're my flesh and blood, so you remain my cross to bear."
He demonstrated this by holding a cross necklace, the creature then picked up a spear from the floor then placed it in his father's stone arms, along with the cross necklace that he wrapped around it.
"You rest in peace now Dad, while I settle you one last score. I will not surrender myself to the ones who did this to you, I am the powerful successor of your teachings, the ones who did this to you will soon learn that revenge is a dish best served cold."
He powered up his ice sleeves as his talking continued with his cold breath coming out, "I am your son, I am....The Blizzard Prince!"
The Blizzard Prince then started for the exit, but not before stopping one last time to notice two cat guards cowering from him in a corner, this was in Abyssinia where Capper lived!
"You guard my father's statue," he said, "If anything happens to it, I'll freeze your asses to cubes!" demonstrating by his sleeves glowing out ice and snow again, he headed for the exit, but it was not good. The room he entered was completely in ruins, desks were clattered, tables were flipped, and cats everywhere were scrambling for cover as he walked through it all, even light fixtures had been discharged and sparked everywhere.
As he walked through the dismantled hallways towards the elevators, he walked by tons of dead bodies and scattered papers with his icy cold touch freezing the room up and causing tons of cats to turn into blocks of ice. The Blizzard Prince then got into an elevator and pulled out a pair of sunglasses to clean, once the elevator reached the ground floor, it revealed another destroyed area. This time, there a massive hole that was blown in, and there was fire crackling by the now destroyed reception desk.
The Blizzard Prince yanked a dressed guard, "hold this." he said giving the guards what turned out be a.....
"GRENADE!!!!!!!!!!!"
The Blizzard Prince then walked out the destroyed exit as the grenade he tossed to the guard exploded behind him. Outside stood ashes, broken wood, and carts up in flames as he put on his sunglasses, something else he had kept with him was also stowed in him, a picture. He went into his backside and pulled it out, this picture showed none other than Twilight Sparkle with Spike her friends, nieces, nephew, Luster Dawn, and Zodiac.
It was quite mysterious as to how the evil creature would possess such a picture, nor was it even known how he knew about the ponies or Equestria. But him obtaining this picture would help with information to their whereabouts, as well as knowing their identity, but there was Twilight Sparkle standing in the center of the picture smiling. Full crown and regalia, he stared down at the picture with a determined expression.
"Twilight Sparkle, you don't know me......" he said before taking his focus off of the picture and into the distance, showing hills and mountains where the land of Equestria resided, "....but you're about to!"
The Blizzard Prince then tossed the picture aside where the wind caught it in time, he then fired up his sleeves and blasted cold snow and ice at it. He must have been a good aim, because the ammo found its target, the picture was now frozen in ice like a stone-age cave man, The Blizzard Prince then dashed for his destination in hopes of starting his chance of vengeance.
Vengeance 3: Wrath of the Blizzard Prince
In the dazzling city of Canterlot, everyone was preparing for a full two weeks of being alone. Reason being, Princess Twilight Sparkle was going to Maretonia for that time because she had royal business to attend to with the King and Grand Duchess of that kingdom, meaning Spike, Captain Nathan, and Sergeant Zodiac were being placed in charge temporarily until she returned. Princess Twilight had managed to get most of her belongings packed and ready, her carriage had been inspected and cleaned up for departure, and the Pegasus guards that flew it were in their harnesses and prepared for take off.
"Now, before I depart, you do remember to patrol the streets and the castle right?"
"Yes your majesty." said Zodiac.
"And Nathan, you do hope to do the evening rulings?"
"Don't worry Aunt Twilight, Ah've got your back, and Kyle said he'll be right over with some of his men to help us out."
"And Spike...."
"Yes, I will be around them as well."
"That's good to hear."
Twilight then hopped on board her carriage.
"See you all in two weeks!" she said as the Pegasus guards flapped their wings and lifted the carriage, soon, Twilight turned away from their view as Nate and the others watched her take off into the sky and disappear into the clouds.
"I just hope you remember how to do this captain." said a guard.
"Don't worry, with mah' friend bringing us help, what could go wrong?"
"A creature taking advantage of it all." said Zodiac.
"Don't worry Zodi, we got this all covered, Twilight's taught us everything." said Spike.
"All right, since we are in charge of the kingdom, the best thing for us to do right now is to patrol the streets."
"With a little help from my men." said a familiar voice, Nathan and the others soon turned to see that Kyle had made it over with a medium sized garrison of SWAT officers.
"Kyle, you made it." said Spike.
"Anything to help out you all, I brought some of the best professionals over here with the most advanced weaponry." Kyle said pointing to his men who had tasers and advanced scope rifles clutched in their hands, Nathan and the others could not have been more grateful to have him here once again.
Zodiac stood in front of the posse, posing up straight to make a quick and simple announcement.
"All right listen up everypony, Princess Twilight has put all of us in charge of ruling Equestria while she is gone, and we need to prove to her that we are willing to make an exception for her. We are going to see to it that each and everypony can look up to us to protect them from whatever gets in our way."
"Yes sir." all the guards said.
"Assisted sections have been put in place, Captain Nathan will now direct them to you!" said Spike as he walked beside the massive crowd of guards.
"Team 1, y'all will patrol the south side!"
"Team 2 takes the west!"
"Team 3, takes the east!"
"Team 4 does the north!"
"Final team with me, Zodiac, and Spike, at hearing!?!"
"YES SIR!"
"NOW MOVE OUT!" yelled Zodiac as the teams departed for their assigned patrolling areas, Nate, Spike, and Zodiac took their team towards the castle.
"Do you really think we have a reason to patrol?" asked Spike, "I mean, we haven't had a massive attack in four years."
"Hey, just because we defeat villains does not mean we're free." said Zodiac, "There is always a new form of evil next in line, just waiting for their chance at anything."
"Exactly."
"And for the next two weeks, we're gonna be sure that our magic stays where it belongs!" said Nathan.
Later that evening, it had been all clear and clean for the guard team on the east side of the city, but they had to see to it that Canterlot stayed that way, so they resumed. As a few guards were hoofing down the street, a sudden noise from an alleyway stopped them dead in their tracks, it sounded like someone or something knocked over a pile of stacked bricks.
"What was that?" asked one guard immediate at the sudden sound.
"I'm not sure, it sounded like something crashed in this alley."
"Come on you all!" they all then walked into this alley with spears in their hooves, ready for whoever or whatever was there would not prevail. They kept strolling through the alleyway until the same sound they heard just two seconds earlier was heard again!
"WHOEVER IS HERE, COME OUT AND SURRENDER!" yelled a guard.
"DO NOT HAVE ANY WEAPONS ON YOU!" screeched another.
As the guards slowly approached the end of the alley, they did not even bother noticing a back door from a deserted building was opened as they walked past it. As they did, the last guard behind the rest and past the unnoticed open door was quickly sucked in, causing him to gasp in shock. The rest of the remaining guards froze in terror at the sudden sound of the gasp and that's when they took look at the open door.
"Hey, guard?" said one as they walked in through the open door into the building. Once they all carefully entered, they were spooked at what they were entering, this building was dripping with water, bugs everywhere, broken windows and furniture busted. Their main focus though was to find what had just happened to the last guard that was behind them outside.
"Guard?" one asked again, there was still no reply, without warning, a shadowy figure came out. The remaining eastern side patrol were now afloat with horror as they pointed their spears at the figure, what they did not realize is that this creature had led them into a trap because his arms were now showing as the guards watched them powering up. The room temperature soon began dropping cold as they shivered in their armor, the cause was what appeared to be ice forming from the creatures arms. Before the guards could even make a move at him, the shadowed creature fired the arms of cannon ice at them, in a matter of seconds, the guards were frozen into solid crystal ice statues, as for the guard that vanished, the creature had quickly gagged him, tied him up, and removed his armor.
"Now I must find my way into that bloody castle, and thanks to my powers, I can get in easily!" said the creature revealed to be none other than The Blizzard Prince. He quickly scanned the body of the tied up pony guard and used another kind of power he had that he could use to shape shift himself into other creatures, like the changelings. The Blizzard Prince used this power to his advantage and turned himself into the guard he had tied up, putting on the guard's armor as well.
"And before I start turning Equestria into a frozen shit hole........." he activated his morphed arm and blasted his ice cannon at the gagged guard turning him into a block of ice as well.
"With this disguise, I'll have no trouble finding the magic library!" he said as he chuckled evilly. The Blizzard Prince then departed out of this wretched building and out into the empty dark streets, most ponies who were out and about didn't even know what was about to happen though.
Vengeance 3: Wrath of the Blizzard Prince
Something really bad was happening in Canterlot because now the whole east side patrol had been frozen in ice, to make matters worse, the one responsible for it had morphed himself into a guard that he had tied up and froze. The Blizzard Prince could now have easy access into the headquarters where all the most powerful magic spells were kept, here he was walking through the streets of the city passing by other guards who thought he was really a guard, which is what he wanted them to think. As he walked up and approached the doors that opened up into the castle library, he first checked to see if there were any guards looking or approaching, which to his gratefulness, there were none since the library was the least guarded area of the whole castle.
With one swift motion, The Blizzard Prince switched his shape shifted hoof back into his hand and used his cold powers to freeze the locks off the doors, then he was soon inside without hesitation, looking to find the books that contained the powerful spells to overthrow alicorns. What he did not know however was that the books he was about to go through, they had belonged to Starswirl the Bearded and since Starswirl had died years ago, Twilight had taken them for a bit, but she decided to pass them on to Nathan, so they were now Nate's books.
Once they were found, The Blizzard Prince then sat down and quickly went to work opening all of them up and taking notes with a pad and pen he had brought with him on his journey. Meanwhile, outside in the corridors, Nathan was patrolling through all alone now, he had sent Spike and Zodiac with the rest of the guards down one other direction of the castle for patrolling because he had to do this spot all alone. He also managed to have his horn lit up for use as a flashlight so he could see where he was going, as he strolled through the corridors, he noticed something strange when he looked outside the window. The doors that opened up into the castle library looked like they had the locks removed and were busted open, Nate quickly figured that something was not right, so he walked down the direction that led straight towards the library.
It did take a bit since the castle was enormous, but he finally managed to make it to the hall that led to the library. Once he went out the exit and approached the busted opened doors, he slowly but carefully walked inside to see what had happened, he now had a suspicion that someone or something had broken in here and whatever it was, it was not for the sake of good. As he approached the west section of the building, he noticed some kind of shadow glowing from a lit light showing on a corner wall, Nathan was now shocked as he realized that light was coming from HIS QUARTERS!!!!!!!!!
Nate slowly walked over towards the room that was his office with an angered expression on his face, once he was at the door, he got a quick glimpse of the one who busted in here. He attempted to reach for a spear, but took notice that his spear was actually in his office, right behind the creature just within reach, Nathan quietly entered the room and loudly cleared his throat to get the creature's attention.
"Just one sec." said the creature pointing his left finger up upon hearing the throat clearing, yet not even looking.
"You sure as hell ain't no librarian or guard, so you better start talkin' before Ah' break that finger six different ways and stick it right where the sun don't shine."
"Captain Nathan Cadenza, right?" asked the creature as he kept his focus on the spell books.
"That's right," Nate answered, "Ah'm also the last pony on earth who's books ya' wanna be snoopin' around in. Ya' just earned yourself a dance with the Cerberus boy, you're under arrest."
"I don't care about your bloody books." replied the creature, "I'm in here looking for spells that can kill alicorn asses, especially the ones who crippled my father."
"The ain't no damn magic that defeated your father, it was friendship. And the pony responsible was not who ya' think it was, it was another pony, and she's long gone somewhere else."
The creature gave an annoyed growl, "It's time for all this friendship rubbish to end for good, you all may have defeated previous enemies, but I'm one enemy you or your fucked up pony family will never defeat, not even with your so-called friendship."
"Friendship is what Equestria was founded on!"
The creature then folded a paper written with spells he had found, "The ponies were right, you are a terrible liar!" he said quickly flipping a table over and began to engage Nathan in a brawl. This brawl was far beyond anything Nate had experienced from previous fights because the creature he was battling had an icy cold touch and every time their limbs or faces made contact with sense. They went out punching and bucking until Nathan grabbed the creature and then leaped over a wrack onto a lowered section of the library which contained glass tables, Nathan overpowered the creature despite his icy touch and managed to break a table into pieces as they crashed onto it. The table was made of solid glass as well, because once it broke to pieces, the glass shattered all over it.
"Damn worthless phony librarians!" Nathan said through clenched teeth, pinning the creature to the floor. It did not stay that like the way it was because the creature managed to pick up a piece of shattered glass, using it to his advantage and slicing Nathan's hind legs causing him to squeal in agony. The creature saw the moment and leaped onto the ceiling, breaking a light off the ceiling and smashing it on Nathan's head, the impact from the force of the light made him stumble backwards onto a couch and fell back.
Luckily, Nate managed to get back onto his hooves and quickly starting firing blasts of magic at the creature who was getting further from his reach. But the thing was, the creature's cold touch was not the only thing that was dangerous, he also could protect himself with ice and show walls that he could form from his winter cuffs on his arms, and that is exactly what happened. No matter how hard or many times Nate blasted rounds of magic, the creature was able to block each round with an ice wall, suddenly, Nathan was joined with Spike and armed S.W.A.T. forces Kyle sent because they had seen the library's doors as well.
"HALT!!!!!!!" yelled one officer as he fired a gun.
"ON ME!" Nate shouted as he continued blasting rounds of magic at the enemy, when they weren't looking, the creature reached into his pocket, pulled out a small explosive device and activated it. He then threw it toward their direction, Nathan could soon see the explosive device and hearing it beep, what was worse, Spike was near it!
"SPIKE!!!!!!!" screamed Nathan as he managed to get Spike and the officers out through a window, the glass shattering as they fell outside onto a parked carriage, crushing the top part as the building exploded. The Blizzard Prince walked over to the blown up section to see his enemies laying unconscious before making a quick escape.
Back on the ground, the group managed to quickly get up, but as for Nathan, he was not so lucky. Despite being an alicorn, he could not be able to flap his wings in time, therefore he was badly injured, his right hind leg was fractured and ribs were cracked really bad.
"Nathan, are you okay?!" asked Spike as he tried to help his cousin up, but it was no use, Nathan was in too much pain to get up.
"What do we do?!" asked Spike in great concern.

Vengeance 3: Wrath of the Blizzard Prince
The word of the library attack had quickly spread throughout Equestria, now there was widespread panic right into Ponyville all the way to the Crystal Empire where Nathan's sisters ruled. But the nightmare was only beginning, Nathan, Spike, and the guards had been victims of the attack, but Nate was the only one who appeared to be badly injured, his left hind leg was fractured, and his right side had been burned from the explosion. Therefore, seeking serious medical attention, Spike and the guards quickly got him to Canterlot Hospital for treatment, now they were faced with problems bigger than before, they had no idea who this creature that attacked them was, and if he was hired by someone to kill them or to kill them in revenge for something.
Either way, Nathan was going to find out one way or another, and thanks to the surveillance cameras that somehow were not affected by the explosion, he could manage to record the creature and see if he could get a matching identity. And that is exactly what had happened, once the research and photos came back, Luster Dawn and Thunder Clash managed to arrange all the research and information about the creature and readied it for Nate. Anyway, here he was lying in a hospital bed with a cast around his left hind leg attached to string and connected to a monitoring system that measured his blood pressure and pulse rate at every second, also in the room with him were Apple Tart and Lone Star who were now 4 years old, they sat in a chair and read a children's novel Kyle gave to them for Hearth's Warming.
To his side was a small table containing hospital food and on his bed stacked a bunch of magazines, this was never appealing to him. Reason being, he had not been in a hospital since he was shot by Tirek and when he was a child (human), he went to the hospital for falling through a window. He really preferred being at the one he went to when he was a kid, but since he was a pony now, he adjusted to going around with pony ways of life and just read the magazines. He was reading one of them when Luster Dawn came into the room, which was being patrolled by guards, with the folder containing the research and information about the creature that attacked them last night, Zodi and Spike followed into the room behind her, Spike stood by the outside guard.
"Here you go Captain, your files you requested." she said levitating two folders to him. Nathan was not hesitant enough to open them both and revealing easy information about the creature. The front papers in them showed pictures of the creature taken for mugshots from a prison headquartered in Abyssinia where Capper lived, Nate first read the top of the sheet from how it was shown:

FAMILY: THE STORM KING - FATHER (DECEASED)
WANTED FOR: MURDER, TERRORISM, ROBBERY, ASSAULT ON ROYALTY, MAGIC FORGING
WARNING: THE BLIZZARD PRINCE EXPOSES AN ICY COLD BLAST FROM HIS ARMS THAT WILL FREEZE UP ON HORNS AND DESTROY MAGIC, STAY AWAY FROM HIM IF YOU ARE A UNICORN!
"Oh man, this is even worse than Tirek!" he thought as he closed the folder.
Zodiac and Spike smiled to see him recovering.
"We risk life and limb to save a free world from utter destruction and what do you get out of it; chocolate cake, and a butt load of pointless magazines." Zodi said referring to all the paparazzi that the caretakers and nurses aided to him.
Nathan gave a single chuckle, "Ya' know it's got its perks, but the sponge baths ain't all that bad."
"Dad!" exclaimed Apple Tart.
"Ah'm sorry sweetheart."
"Dad?" asked Spike, confused as to how the twins had grown up so fast.
"Apple Tart, Lone Star, Ah' wanna introduce y'all to a couple of mah' best, y'all were just babies when they saw ya', go on and say 'hello'."
The twins got up from the chair they were sitting on and walked up to Spike and Zodiac.
"Spike and Zodiac right?" asked Lone Star.
"Sergeant Zodiac, kid." Zodiac corrected.
"Our Dad said, he bucked asses for you all once." said Apple Tart.
"Young filly, watch your mouth." Nathan said as he gave a funny expression, Luster Dawn doing the same.
"Your Dad's on heavy pain medications." Spike said as Nathan gave another chuckle, "I can understand that his history is a little hazy."
"We doubt that." said Lone Star.
"All right y'all, that's enough, Ah' want y'all to go get somethin' to eat with Luster while me and the guys have a talk, ya' hear me?"
"Come on you two, let's go get a snack." Luster Dawn said, once the twins had left with their foalsitter, Spike and Zodiac then entered the room all the way.
"So, who's the creature responsible for what happened last night?" asked Spike.
"Y'all remember the Storm King? The one who turned Celestia, Luna, and mah' mother into stone? The one who stole all the magic and imprisoned everypony at the Festival of Friendship? Well, this is his big bad son, take a look at this." Nathan said as he gave Spike and Zodiac the folder, Spike opened it while Zodi read it with him.
"The Blizzard Prince." Zodi said reading the name out loud.
"Special forces assassin wanted out of Abyssinia for, at least, three counts of murder, assaultin' royalty to their king and queen, and six counts of terrorism on governmental property. Accordin' to reason, this monster is blamin' us for puttin' his Dad in that stone, and he'll stop at nothin' to see to it that his revenge gets accomplished without any interference."
"What is he going to unleash?" asked Spike.
"Well, from what Ah've found in the research info, The Blizzard Prince has sleeved fur arms containin' a special custom formed ice and snow power that can easily freeze a pony in just two seconds. However, this power he conjurers ain't no ordinary power, his icy power is a threat to our magic and even our lives."
"How so?" asked a guard.
"Thunder Clash did a different form of research from his body and told me this a few hours earlier. If a unicorn or alicorn comes face to face with him, he will freeze their whole body in a block of ice, but this ice and snow that he shoots contains a neurotoxin formin' a ball of tiny insect like bacteria that forms on the horn. When the bacteria forms fully, it uses mandibles to chew itself into the horn and floats inside the body until it finds the unicorn's magic source."
Spike, Zodiac, and the guards gasped in shock at this.
"Once it finds the magic, it sprays a complex enzyme venom onto it dissolvin' the magic out until the horn goes numb and wobbly. Makin' the pony completely weak and then, once they are out of the ice, the unicorn is killed!"
Now it was really a shocker, this creature had to be defeated one way or another, they had to get to him before he got to them!
"What are we gonna do?" asked Zodi.
"Ah'll tell ya' what we're gonna do, we're gonna protect Equestria at all costs, we cannot let this monster destroy our magic!"
"Guards!"
"Yes captain?"
"Ah' need y'all to go throughout Equestria and issue lock downs, show the ponies pictures of this creature and warn them of what he does."
"Yes sir!"
"Sergeant!"
"Yes sir?"
"Go to the Crystal Empire and have mah' sisters issue protection orders on the ponies there, and have them form a shield around the Crystal Heart!"
"Yes sir!"
"Spike!"
"Yes?"
"Notify the Grand Duchess to have Aunt Twilight come back here ASAP, we're gonna need her help with this!"
"Yes sir."
"And when we find that son of a bitch, let's make one promise...."
"What's that?" asked Zodi.
"Do not miss!"

Vengeance 3: Wrath of the Blizzard Prince
There was now an even bigger disaster being exposed from this new evil creature known as The Blizzard Prince, he was vowing to destroy everypony's magic and seize control of Equestria for himself. The beginning of the attack had left Nathan badly injured, and one guard frozen, but Nate and the other had vowed to bring him down as they did with other villains they had defeated, because they were not going to have their magic abolished. While Nate remained in his hospital bed, Spike and Zodiac, along with whatever guards and officers remained functional, did what he had commanded them. In the kingdom of Maretonia, Twilight was sitting in a kitchen discussing issues with the Duke and Grand Duchess while they sipped tea.
"So you see Princess, your actions have brought hope and friendship to all of Maretonia. Which is why we request a signature of these papers, granting us permission to abide by the guidelines of your teachings in our schools."
Twilight silently smiled and levitated a quill pen dipped in ink, but just as she was about to sign it, the sudden sound of the doors slamming open interrupted, causing Twilight to lose her focus and causing the quill and bottle of ink to drop and fall on the floor. At the foot of the open doors stood one of the Duke's guards, and he had a look of horror as if he had just seen a terrible atrocity take place.
"Guard, what is the problem?" asked the Duke.
"Sir, this is not the time, this is about Princess Twilight's kingdom." responded the guard.
"What happened?"
The guard walked up to Twilight and gave her a scroll.
"Princess, you need to read this, it is urgent!"
Twilight lit up her horn and wrapped the scroll in her aura, once she unrolled it, it read.
"Dear Princess Twilight"
"We have a new problem here in Canterlot, a very dangerous and toxic creature managed to find his way into the city last night. Somehow, he managed to take out one of the guards and froze him in ice, the creature was also able to sneak an explosive weapon in, blowing up the research library and injuring Nathan!"
Twilight gasped in horror at what she was reading.......
"Nathan is in the Canterlot Medical Center recovering, but he managed to get some info about this monster, please come back and assist us immediately!"
"Your Royal Advisor" "Spike"
"Oh No!" Twilight exclaimed.
"Princess, is there a problem?" asked the Grand Duchess.
"Duke, Grand Duchess, I'm afraid these documents are going to have to be put on hiatus."
"What do you mean?"
"According to the letter, there has been another attack on Canterlot, and it is far worse than anything Tirek did!" said the guard who gave the scroll to Twilight.
"How can it be worse?!"
"From what they say, it's a creature that can not steal magic, but destroy it!"
Everypony gasped in horror, was this really true?!
"Whatever the case is your highness, you should get back to Canterlot as soon as possible!" said the Grand Duchess.
Twilight quickly wasted no time into packing her things and getting her carriage ready for immediate take-off, but not before writing a letter to Spike and Zodiac about her return.
Back in Canterlot, the library where Nathan and the Blizzard Prince dueled last night had been closed off from the public, the remaining guards, the ones that encountered his dangerous powers from the alley, had managed to locate Spike and Zodiac and quickly showed them the empty building that were attacked in. They managed to free the gagged and tied up guards who had accidentally been left there, while the one who was frozen in the toxic ice did not do well, they got his body out, but the venomous bacteria from the ice coursed its way into the guard's horn. Just as Nathan, Luster, and Thunder warned, this guard had his magic poisoned and caused him to get really sick.
"Oh no, it's true!" Spike exclaimed.
"The Blizzard Prince's ice powers are venomous to magic!"
A few of the functioning guards who still had theirs quickly helped up the sick unicorn guard and helped him home. As they left with him, Thunder Clash had managed to find them with some urgent news.
"Sergeant, Spike, I just received this notice from the Princess!"
Spike took the scroll out of Thunder's aura and unrolled it, what was written in it made him sigh with great relief.
"Oh good!"
"What does it say?" asked Zodiac.
"She's on her way back here right now."
"Let's just hope she has a cure and a plan."
The trio was now frozen in puzzlement, this was a monster they had never dealt with before.
"What cure would Princess Twilight have for a toxic ice that destroys magic?!" asked Thunder Clash
"Come on Thunder, you know her, she always has ways." answered Zodi.
Spike nodded his head in agreement, "I side with the Sergeant, if she founds ways to return stolen magic, she can certainly find a way to repair destroyed magic."
"That may be true Spike, but we are dealing with The Blizzard Prince, a very evil and venomous creature that we have never seen before. He froze one of our guards in his toxic ice, which might end badly if we do not have a solution soon."
"Have faith, we defeated Tirek, we can certainly defeat The Blizzard Prince."
"I hope so." Thunder said in a fearful tone.
Back in the hospital, Nathan was still laying in his bed angered over what he had been through. One thing was for sure, he wanted this jerk defeated one way or another, but without certain experience, it would be a difficult challenge, without Twilight that is.
"Nathan!" said an exclaimed voice, Nate turned to see none other than his aunt, who showed great concern. Twilight wasted no time walking into his room and gently embracing him, once they finished hugging, they immediately went straight to business.
Nate wanted a good plan to defeat The Blizzard Prince, and now that Twilight was back, it could be done!

Vengeance 3: Wrath of the Blizzard Prince
In the Crystal Empire, the crystal ponies had been forced into a lock down by order of Nathan and Zodiac, some of the guards who were commanded by them had given them a good description of The Blizzard Prince and his venomous ice powers. Now there was massive panic around, in the palace, Skyla and Flurry Heart had looks of concern over not only their brother being badly hurt, but the sake of the rest of Equestria.
"Oh Skyla, how can some creature even have power to poison magic?!"
"For the last time Flurry, I don't know."
"I would hope we can get a cure and a plan of defeat eventually."
"Do not worry princess." said a crystal guard, "We have everypony safe in their homes, plus we have put a shield around the heart."
"I still do not think it is enough."
Before they could go any farther, a sudden sound of screaming coming from behind the closed doors caught their attention, followed by the sudden sound of an evil cackle. The guards protecting Skyla and Flurry Heart readied their spears as Skyla wrapped her sister around her in protection, they could soon hear someone undoing the outside door handles.
"WHOEVER IS OUT THERE COME IN HERE WITH NO WEAPONS, AND YOUR HANDS OR HOOVES IN FULL SIGHT!!!!!!!!!" yelled one guard, on cue, the doors slammed wide open to reveal.........
"The Blizzard Prince!?!" asked Skyla in anger.
"Wh-Why are you here?!"
The Blizzard Prince angrily stormed up to them, the guard tried to stop him, but he easily overpowered them with his ice powers. Even though his powers were poisonous, it was a direct miracle that all the guards patrolling were earth ponies and Pegasus were not affected as it only consumed on unicorns and alicorns combined. On the bad side of it, this was of no right way for Skyla and Flurry Heart as the Blizzard Prince resumed walking towards them angrily and evilly.
"What do you want?!"
"How did you even get here?!"
"I usually always make the weakest and wimpiest ones speak the information to me!" the evil monster said, without a moments hesitation, he snatched Flurry from Skyla's grasp and easily due to him being powerful. He then grabbed her by the throat and pinned her to the wall aggressively!
"HEY, GET YOUR CLAWS OFF MY SISTER!!!!!!!!!!!" Skyla shouted as she ran over to him, but she was not quick enough, for the evil prince blasted his ice at her, quickly freezing her. For Flurry Heart, this was worse enough seeing that the ice was already developing the venomous magic eating bacteria.
"Now, I'm gonna ask, where is Twilight Sparkle?!" he asked through a fused voice.
"S-She left for royal business!" Flurry Heart choked.
"Where?!"
"Why do need to know?!"
"Because, she's the one who put my father in that wretched stone, she's gonna pay one way or another!"
Flurry Heart kept silent on her answering.
"So be it, if you or your creep sibling won't tell me......." The Blizzard Prince then blasted his ice at her as she screamed in terror.
"Twilight Sparkle, I will find you, one way or another!" he said as he left the room, leaving behind two frozen princesses and guards, now feeling symptoms of poisoning. He did not know that she was already back, and was actually in Canterlot with everypony.
Back in Canterlot, Twilight was in the room Nathan was staying in.
"How did all of this happen?"
"Let's just say, it started with one frozen guard to an attack in the library, to me in this hospital bed."
"I would just hope that whoever this Blizzard Prince is, he does not come for destroying anymore magic."
"Aunt Twilight, this monster is out for more than just destroying our magic, Ah've got a feeling he's out for the one who crippled his father, and he thinks it's you."
"But I didn't put the Storm King in that stone, Tempest Shadow did."
"Ah' know, but he still believes it's your fault."
"What about the ponies he's already victimized?"
"We tried to help them, but the venom from his ice crawled into their horns."
Twilight was shocked at hearing this, she could now understand that the Blizzard Prince was on the verge of destroying all the magic in Equestria for a purpose. But now it was much worse than that, for two surviving crystal guards had quickly found their way to Canterlot to warn Nathan what had just happened.
As they landed, they were soon greeted by Spike, Thunder Clash, and Zodiac.
"Guards of the Crystal Empire." said Thunder.
"Yes, we've come here with disparaging news, the Blizzard Prince managed to get through our shields in our kingdom."
"How?!" asked Zodiac, "There's no way that...."
"We've just learned that his ice powers can pertain to Chrysalis's when she took out the shields during the attack here."
"What about the rest of the Crystal Empire, the ponies, Skyla and Flurry?" Spike asked.
"They were......." the guards shook in their armor, having a flashback at what the Blizzard Prince did to them!
"You don't mean he......."
Spike, Zodiac, and Thunder stared at each other in horror, they had quickly figured out what the evil monster had done. He froze them in his ice, and the poisonous bacteria was most likely starting to enter their corpses!
"WE'VE GOT TO GO THERE AND HELP THEM BEFORE THEY DIE!!!!!" Zodiac screamed.
"But we need Nathan for it!" said Spike.
"Him and Twilight."
"Guys!" yelled a couple of guards from nowhere, Spike and the others turned to see the guards approaching them.
"Sergeant, Spike, and Thunder Clash, we have good news."
"What is it?" asked Zodiac.
"Princess Twilight has returned, now we can all find a way to stop this."
"I'm afraid it is worse, from what the crystal guards here say, the Blizzard Prince managed to find his way into The Crystal Empire. He's already poisoned the strength of Skyla and Flurry Heart's magic.
The Canterlot guards were now in deep shock at hearing this as well.
"What do we do?!" exclaimed a guard.
"We're gonna get Twilight and Nathan, and we're gonna go over there and help them out!
