1017, Griffonia. For ten years, Dawnclaw's Empire has been fighting a long, brutal war to wrest control over the Empire. In 1012, the Republic and their ally Aquilea attacked, intending to ignite the flames of Revolution once more. In 1014, the Riverlands joined, as Dawnclaw chose to protect Hellquill, and bring about a union of the two powers in their malicious, deadly goals.

The war has been at a deadlock. Nobody knows when any side will break, until a greater threat comes calling from across the seas...
