2-Where the Queen Falls

Now, I want you to breathe in, slowly... That's it... In... and now, release... Good, again... In... And out... Repeat this, at your own pace... no need to think it through...

Now... I want you to imagine yourself lying down in a grassy field... With whatever clothing you so desire... Looking up at the stary sky... So pretty, is it not? So calming to look at... So relaxing... So at ease... You want to be at ease... You want to relax... To not have to think of anything unecessary... I can think for you... Slowly... Let's descend... Deeper... And deeper...

Suddenly... A star from the sky disappears... Along with it, a thought that was stressing you all day... No need to fret about it... It'll all be okay... And Pop... Another thought gone, just like that... It is so easy to let go of those thoughts as the stars vanish from the sky, and your troubles vanish from your head right along...

Pop, Pop, Pop... The sky is almost clear now... only two stars left... I shall tell you what those are for now... You shall forget anyway...

Pop... The star resembling your memories of what brought you here, gone... You don't need it, you don't need to think why you were so stressed in the first place... Until suddenly...

Pop... the one with your name in it, gone, fear not... I shall give you a new name, but for now... just going deeper and deeper into trance...

You're doing so well... Now, your new name... Your new name shall be "Queen", and whenever you are called by that name by me, you shall return to this state of pure relaxation and joy...

And whenever you hear your normal name, you shall awaken from this state, all the stars will be back in that sky, and no memory of what happened to you shall remain in your head...
