Centuries ago, the Zebras ruled an Empire that spanned the entirety of Equestria. Under the rule of Zebra Emperor and the backing of many allies, Zebra-pya had entered a Golden Age that was blessed by the gods themselves. This “Golden Age” came to an end when Celestia took a power that did not belong to her during a scared ceremony. Within only a few days, Celestia had brought ruin to the once proud empire. Destroying it and removing it from history till the once great history of Zebra-pya and its long standing history was forgotten by all except a few.

Now, after so many years of planning, the Zebra's and their few remaining allies that survived the sun's wrath have begun their advance to reclaim what was lost. Now with the blessing of the few remaining gods after Celestia's onslaught. Zakia, the one blessed to lead them, has arrived in Ponyville, and he shall bring about the birth of a new Zebra Empire; no matter what it takes, he will reclaim what belongs to his people and take back what the false sun took all those years ago.
