Changeling Kingdom 9:00am
In the Changeling Kingdom, the Changeling King known as Thorax was seen packing his black coloured backpack on his studying desk in his bedroom. And the reason behind that is because he has a meeting with his teacher and friend Princess Twilight Sparkle at a book convention in Canterlot.
But, this days convention is not only for having a merriment time with reading books, this was also an opportunity for him to ask Twilight out for a date. Thorax has eyed Twilight for eight months now, everytime he visited and had lessons with her, she was always as pulchritudinous as a rose.
"Alright, just gotta put some sandwiches in and completed!" Thorax said with a smile, he has officially finished packing his pencil case, water bottle and two sandwiches in his backpack. "Now all I need to do is to go to Twilight's castle and go to the convention together." He added with his cheeks flushing slightly because, he is now in love with Twilight.
Thorax then shook his head and snapped out of his daydream when he noticed that he was just standing there. After that, he wore his backpack and turned around to face his bedroom door. Then, he walked towards it. Once he got to it, he grabbed the handle with his magic and pulled it open. And to his great surprise, he saw his brother Pharynx standing in front of him.
"Oh Pharynx." Thorax said with a nonplus expression "Didn't see you there bro, kinda gave me quite the scare there." He finished with a chuckle.
Pharynx then rolled his eyes in amusement and decided to change the subject.
"Thorax, are you going to Ponyville?" Pharynx asked.
"Yes I am." Thorax replied with a nod "I have a meeting with my teacher Twilight today, and we're going to go to a book convention in Canterlot." He told him with an exuberant expression.
"This will also be an opportunity to ask her out on a date." He added.
Pharynx's eyes widened when he hears this, he didn't know that Thorax was going to ask Twilight out on a date as well. He thought that he was just going to have another ordinary lesson with her considering that he is Twilight's number one and most discipline student. And what will happen if he marries her?
"What the? Thorax is going to ask Twilight out on a date?" Pharynx thought incredulously "If that happens then Twilight will eventually become a Queen and rule over the changelings as well. They might even get a son and a daughter." He added with a disgusted expression.
Thorax then looked up at a clock on the wall and noticed that it was 9:10am. The convention is going to start in 10:00am. Then, he looked back at his brother.
"Well, no time to talk I've gotta go." Thorax told him "Goodbye Pharynx, I'll see you at 2:00pm." He said as he embraced his brother in a hug.
After a brief moment, he released himself from his brother and turned to his right. After that, he rushed to the front doors of the Changeling Kingdom.
"And be sure to take care of the hive as well as showing some respect to our subjects while I'm gone!" Thorax exclaimed as he ran downstairs.
Pharynx was left standing there with an emotionless expression.
"Ugh, I sure hope that being an uncle won't be difficult and frustrating." Pharynx said indignantly as images of him getting aggravated by Thorax and Twilight's happy children in his mind.
Ponyville 9:25am
Thorax has arrived in Ponyville after flying for fifteen minutes. He touched down onto the ground and many of the ponies bowed their heads to the King of the Changeling Kingdom, and Thorax replied to them all with a wave of his hoof.
"Alright, to Twilight's castle." Thorax told himself, then he rushed towards Twilight's castle so that he can go to the convention with his teacher as well as asking her out on a date.
After running in town for two minutes, Thorax has officially arrived at the front doors of Twilight's castle. He raised his right hoof and knocked on the door three times.
*Knock knock knock*
After Thorax has knocked on the door, he was surprised to hear that there were no hoofsteps or the door opening. And that got Thorax very perplexed.
"Huh? That's weird." Thorax said with a bewildered expression "I thought Twilight said to meet her in her castle." He finished.
Thorax then raised his right hoof again and gently knocked three more times on the door again. He also decided to call for her.
*Knock knock knock*
"Twilight?" Thorax called, but he had no answer "Miss Twilight, it's me Thorax, your student." He added.
Again, Thorax didn't get the sounds of anypony coming. But then, after a brief moment, the right door of the castle was open. Thorax thought that it was Twilight, but to his great surprise, he saw his friend Spike.
"Thorax!"
"Spike!"
The changeling and the young dragon both embraced each other in a friendship hug. After ten seconds, they both released each other and let out a chuckle.
"What brings you here buddy?" Spike asked.
"Oh well, I am here because I have a meeting with Twilight here and she and I will go to Canterlot's book convention." Thorax replied.
"Oh yeah." Spike said in realisation "Twilight did say something about her going to the book convention with you." He finished.
"Yes." Thorax said with a nod "Is Twilight home?" He asked.
"Yes she is." Spike said with a nod, but soon his smile slowly turned into a frown "But, she is not feeling well right now." He told him sadly.
"What?" Thorax asked with a perplexed expression "What do you mean?" He asked again.
"Come on in." Spike said as he opened the door and stepped aside "I'll tell you about it in the castle." He told him.
Thorax was perplexed at first, but then, he shrugged it off and entered the castle. Then, Spike started to guide him to Twilight's bedroom.
Thorax and Spike have been walking through the second floor hallway of Twilight's castle for one minute now.
"So Spike, what do you mean by saying that Twilight is not feeling well?" Thorax asked.
"You'll see once we get to her bedroom." Spike replied simply.
"Okay."
After walking in the hallway for ten seconds. Spike has officially finished guiding Thorax to the door of Twilight's bedroom. Before they entered, Spike turned around and looked up at his friend with a stern expression.
"Promise me that you won't freak out?"
"I won't."
"Good." Spike said with a smile. After that, he turned around and gripped onto the door handle of Twilight's bedroom. Then, he pushed it opened and entered.
Thorax then entered after Spike, and when he looked in front of him, he saw Twilights friends gathered at the back of Twilight's bed.
"Rainbow Dash? Rarity? Fluttershy? Applejack? Pinkie Pie?"
When the mane five all heard the intimate voice, they looked to their right and saw their friend Thorax.
"Thorax!" Rainbow Dash said with a smile.
"Why hello darling." Said Rarity.
"Nice to see you again Thorax." Said Fluttershy.
"Hello Thorax." Said Pinkie.
"Why if it isn't the Changeling King and Twilight's number one and most discipline student himself." Said Applejack.
"Hello girls." Thorax said with a smile. "What are you all doing here?" He asked them.
When the mane five heard Thorax's inquiry, they all frowned and looked back in front of Twilight's bed which made Thorax bewildered.
Thorax looked to where his friends were looking at and when he did, he noticed a large bump hidden under Twilight's blanket.
"Twilight?" Thorax called, but he didn't get a response back "Are you okay down there?" He asked. But again, he didn't get a respond.
Thorax then decided to go check on Twilight. He began approached the bed which made the mane five edgy.
Fluttershy tried to stop him but, she was too petrified to open her muzzle.
"Twilight? Are you okay?"
But, once Thorax was five centimeters from Twilight's bed, the blanket of Twilight's bed was pulled off and Thorax immediately took a step back in shock when he noticed Twilight's facial expression.
"Th-Thorax? Y-your h-here?" Twilight asked in a sick tone.
Author's Note
The first chapter of my new Twirax story has been accomplished! I hope you all enjoyed it.
Thorax has backed up twenty centimeters from Twilight's bed after witnessing her face. Her cheeks and horn were red, she has snot running down from her nostril, and she has bag under her eyes. The sight has scandalized him.
"Twilight?"
"Tho-Tho."
Twilight wasn't able to finish her sentence when a cough cut her off. She coughed into her hoof and moaned after the rough event. Twilight then reached out for the tissue box with her left hoof and pulled out a tissue. After that, she placed it under her nostril and blew her nose, and many snot were seen appearing on the tissue which made Rarity sick.
After five seconds, Twilight pulled the snot covered tissue away from her nostril and threw it into the rubbish bin. Then, she turned to her left and looked at her number one and most discipline student Thorax again.
"Thorax." Twilight said weakily with a smile on her muzzle.
"Twilight, what happened to you?" Thorax asked with a traumatized expression.
Twilight tried to reply, but just as she opened her muzzle, her throat started to tense again and she coughed in her hoof once more. Then, Applejack decided to tell Thorax what had happened to her.
"Well ya see Thorax, Twilight visited sugarcube corner yesterday and ate lots of ice cream and pudding." Applejack told him "And that resulted in her getting a sore throat as well as a cold and a headache." She finished.
Thorax's eyes widened when he heard what Applejack had told him. Because, he knew what this ailment was from what he had read from medical and virus based books.
"Oh my, Twilight must've gotten a strep throat." Thorax said with a shocked expression.
The mane five all looked at Thorax with bewildered expressions on their faces.
"A strep what?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"A strep throat." Thorax repeated "Its an infection you receive after you inadvertently ate food that are contaminated. A sore throat will happen quickly first then a day later, you will receive symptoms like: a fever, a headache, chills and fatigue." He delineated.
The ponies eyes widened when they heard Thorax's statement. They didn't knew that accidentally eating contaminated foods could lead to something so daunting like that.
"Are there any treatments for this sickness?" Pinkie asked worryingly.
"Well..." Thorax said as he rubbed the back of his head with his hoof "There are no sufficient or specific drugs for this ailment. The best way to heal up is by resting at home as well as eating some medicine to sooth your symptoms." He replied.
The mane five all frowned when they all heard that there are no treatments for a strep throat. This also means that Twilight cannot attend the book convention with Thorax today, in addition to that, they also cannot hang out with her.
"Sorry Thorax." Twilight said weakily "It looks like we cannot go to the book convention today, I'm so impulsive." She said as she cleared her throat.
"It's alright Twilight." Thorax told her in an assuring tone "You're sick and you need some rest." He finished.
Twilight let out a weak smile when she heard Thorax's assuring voice. But suddenly, her smile was put to an end when her throat tensed up again and she started to cough once more into her hoof.
The mane five and Spike all have edgy and petrified expressions when they saw that Twilight's condition was getting more worse and feeble. They decided to leave for their own safety.
"Ah well, I don't wanna stick around anymore, I don't want to get myself sick." Rainbow Dash said in an anxious tone, and her friends nodded in agreement.
"Agreed." Rarity said with a nod "Well, goodbye darling I hope you'll get better soon, and goodbye to you too Thorax." She said.
Then, the mane five and Spike all walked to the door of Twilight's bedroom and exited. Twilight wanted to stop them but, her voice was too feeble.
Thorax decided to leave and go back home too since Twilight was now in this rough and scary state, she needs some rest. So, he turned around and faced Twilight's bedroom door. But, before he could walk up to it, he heard Twilight sick voice.
"Th-Thorax." Twilight managed to call him through her frail voice.
Thorax then turned around and looked at Twilight.
"Yes Twilight?"
"Can you stay with me please?" Twilight pleaded with puppy eyes "I don't want to be all alone in here." She told him.
When Thorax heard Twilight, he started to ponder about this hypothetical situation. For now, Thorax needs to stay away from Twilight to let her rest without any intrusions as well as preventing him to get sick. But, her being alone with nopony to take care of her would make things even more worse for her. After ten seconds, Thorax has made his decision.
"Okay Twilight, I'll stay with you." Thorax said with a warm smile.
"Yay..." Twilight said weakily. But suddenly, a cough has cut her off again.
Before Thorax could walk up to her bed and take care of her, he needed some safety equipments first.
"Wait right here Twilight." Thorax said as he turned to her bedroom door again. "I have to send a letter to my home so that I can get something." He told her. Then, Thorax walked up to Twilight's bedroom door and exited her room closing it in the process, leaving Twilight lying on her bed with a depressed expression.
Once Thorax had exited Twilight's bedroom, he turned to his left and walked up to Twilight's studying room which is also the room where he had lessons with her.
Once he got to it, he gripped onto the door handle with his magic and entered the room. After that, he walked up to a purple table with a quill and a stack of paper in front of him.
Once he got to the table, he pulled the chair back and sat on it. After that, he activated his horn and levitated a sheet of paper up from a stack of paper that was on the top right corner of the chair. Then, he placed it on the table in front of him. And finally, Thorax levitated a quill up in the air and dipped some ink at the bottom of it. Then, he started to write the letter.
After one minute, Thorax has officially finished on writing his letter. He then levitated it up in the air and folded it. After that, he teleported it to the changeling Kingdom.
"There we go." Thorax said as he let out a sigh "Hopefully the Changeling Hive hospital will have enough equipments for me." He said.
Thorax has been waiting in Twilight's castle hallway for his requested equipments from the Changeling Hive hospital for a while now. But after ten minutes, five changeling doctors have arrived at the castle and provided their King with the equipments he needed. Thorax said thank you to them and the changeling doctors all returned to one of the hive's hospital.
Now, Thorax was seen suiting up in Twilight's dressing room.
"Alright, now all I need to do is to pull this zipper up." Thorax told himself as he pulled the zipper up with his magic. After that, he looked at himself in the mirror and smiled in delight when he saw his reflection. "Now I look ready." Thorax said.
"Alright, time to head to Twilight's bedroom." Thorax said to himself. After that, he grabbed the stuffs he requested with his magic and turned around to face the changing room door. After that, he walked up to the door and exited the room. And finally, he rushed to Twilight's bedroom.
In Twilight's bedroom, Twilight was seen lying on her bed with a sick expression. She has been coughing and sneezing for the past ten minutes now and her symptoms were getting worse now. She also had no medicine with her, and there was also no way for her to send a letter to her parents, brother and sister in law Cadence because of her frail state.
"Mmm." Twilight moaned weakily "I shouldn't have eaten too much of those sweets and snacks." She said to herself. She then closed her eyes and tried to go to sleep. But suddenly, her throat tensed up again and she coughed.
"Ugh, my throat hurts and itches so much." Twilight said in a pained voice as she placed her left hoof on her throat.
Then seconds later, Twilight's room door opened again. She tried to turn around and see who it was but suddenly, her throat once again tensed up and she coughed three times, and she wasn't able to cover her muzzle with her hoof.
After five seconds, Twilight has finished coughing and tried to look at who was at her door again. But suddenly, her throat pained again and she prepared to cough once more, it was like this sickness wasnt giving her a break. But miraculously, her upcoming cough was put to an end when something sweet entered her mouth. When Twilight felt this, she closed her muzzle and started to chew what was in in her mouth. After twenty seconds, Twilight has finished crunching what was in her muzzle and she gulped the thing into her stomach.
Twilight tried to open her muzzle again but then, a gloved hoof was pressed onto her muzzle. She looked up in front of her and saw Thorax. But something was different about him.
"Don't try to talk Twilight." Thorax told her sternly "Your cough will become more worse when you try to talk." He informed her.
Twilight looked at Thorax and managed to see what was different about him. He was wearing a white suit, a blue coloured mask was covering his muzzle, and he was wearing goggles.
When Thorax noticed Twilight's bewildered expression, he must assume that she has inquiries on what he was wearing. So, he removed his hoof from her muzzle and back up five centimeters from Twilight's bed so that she could have a better look at him.
"I assume that you have inquiries on what I am wearing Twilight." Thorax assumed, and Twilight nodded slowly in reply "This is my newly invented medical suit called the hazmat suit, specifically designed to protect me from contracting a disease. The reason why I am wearing this suit doesn't necessarily mean that you're in great danger or I'm scared of you. I need this suit to protect myself while taking care of you." He delineated.
Twilight's mind was filled with astonishment when she heard Thorax's scientific statement. She didn't knew that Thorax was inventing these sorts of technology, it must've been because he had a ton of lessons from her about magic, medical, astronomy and science as well as learning how to knit from Rarity. But then, another question came into her head.
"Tho-Thorax, what was it that you gave me?" Twilight asked, her throat was feeling a bit better now but, she still feels a bit dizzy and weak.
"Oh that was a sore throat medicine that I got from one of the hospitals in my Kingdom." Thorax told her, he then activated his horn and levitated the sore throat medicine box in front of Twilight's face "Here's what it looks like." Thorax said.
Twilight then looked at the white box and saw that the top reads 'sore throat medicine', and on the side it has a picture of the medicine, it also has description about its use, safety and expiry date.
"Here's a bonus, the medicine can make your throat feel better in just a day." Thorax told her with a smile "It is one of the most effective and greatest medicine that me and the doctors have developed." He finished.
"Now that's cool."
"Indeed it is Twilight." Thorax said with a nod "I also brought a few more medicine as well." He told her
Twilight was going to ask Thorax some more questions about this fascinating phenomenon of a medicine that he and his subjects have invented as well as the other medicines he brought, but then, the sound of her stomach rumbling have stopped her.
"Oh, are you hungry Twilight?" Thorax asked.
"Yes I am." Twilight replied with a nod "I didn't even ate any breakfast today because this illness have prevented me from getting off the bed." She told him with a sad expression.
Thorax's eyes widened when he heard that Twilight hasn't eaten any breakfast, if a pony or changeling doesn't eat any breakfast, then their sickness would get even more worse.
"Oh my." Thorax said in shock "Do you want me to cook for you Twilight?" He asked.
"By all means." Twilight replied simply.
Thorax nodded and turned around and faced Twilight's bedroom door. After that, he walked up to the bedroom door and pulled the door open with his magic. Then, he made a left turn and walked down the hall to the stairs where he will get to the kitchen.
Thorax has officially arrived at Twilight's kitchen after a one minute walk. He took off his hazmat suit, gloves and mask and hanged them over a chair. He then looked through Twilight cupboard to see what he can make for Twilight. Of course he cannot make stuffs like macaroni, pasta, cupcakes or other bad stuffs for Twilight, otherwise, her symptoms will become drastically relentless. So, he has to find an alternative.
Thorax was looking in the cupboard at the bottom for two minutes now but, he still couldn't find anything healthy for Twilight.
"Come on, there's gotta be something good for Twilight." Thorax said, but in the end, he didn't find anything suitable for Twilight in these bottom cupboards. Just some sweets, macaroni, snacks, lasagne and many other non-suitable things.
"Great." Thorax said in an aggravated tone. He then stood up and closed the cupboards "Should I go to the markets instead?" He asked himself.
But, before Thorax could finish making his decision, he noticed another cupboard on top of him.
"Huh? What's in there?" Thorax asked himself with a perplexed expression.
Thorax then activated his horn and gripped onto the small handle of the cupboard with his magic and pulled it open. Then, his eyes went wide at what he saw in the cupboard. Inside the cupboard was a pack of oats.
"Oh goody! I can make some porridge with these oats." Thorax said with a smile. Then, Thorax activated his horn again and grabbed the oats box with his magic. After that, he closed the cupboard with his magic and placed the oats on the kitchen countertop. "Okay, time to commence the cooking." Thorax told himself.
He then levitated a pot and brought it to the sink. He then turned on the faucet and filled the pot with water. After five seconds, Thorax closed the faucet and placed the pot on a stove. Then, Thorax activated his horn again and grabbed the oats pack. He then poured some oats in and placed the box aside. And finally, Thorax turned the left rotary switch for the left stove with his magic and fire appeared on the stove.
"Alright, commencing the cooking process." Thorax said with a smile, he always loved cooking.
Twilight has been resting on her bed in her bedroom for six minutes now, and during that time, Twilight has caught the smell of something very good coming from outside.
"Ooh, what's that smell?"
Then, the door to Twilight's room opened again. Twilight turned her head to her left and saw Thorax with a bowl of porridge in his magic. He was also wearing his hazmat suit as well as some gloves and a mask.
"Is that oats Thorax?"
"Yes you are correct." Thorax said with a nod, he then grabbed a nearby chair with his hoof and pulled it near Twilight's bed. "These oats will be very good for you and can make you vigorous in no time." He told her.
"Th-that's good to hear." Twilight said as she breathed from her nostril's.
Then, Thorax sat down on the chair and activated his horn. He then gripped onto the metal spoon with his magic and scooped up the oats. He then levitated the spoon up in the air and started to bring it near Twilight's muzzle. When Twilight noticed the incoming spoon, she sat up straight so that she could eat more conveniently.
"Say ah."
Twilight did what he told and opened up her muzzle while saying 'ah'. Then, the spoon entered Twilight muzzle and she clamped onto it. After that, she pulled her head back and the oats were in he muzzle on her tongue. Three seconds later, Twilight swallowed the oats and looked at Thorax with a pleasant smile.
"Wow, this is very scrumptious Thorax." Twilight said delightfully "Thank you for doing this for me." She told him.
"You're very welcome Twilight." Thorax said with a smile "Like you said friends should always help friends." He told her.
Twilight smiled in delight when she saw that her student has remembered everything she taught him, then a warm smile appeared on her muzzle and her cheeks started to flush slightly. She is now in love with her student Thorax.
Once Thorax noticed that Twilight was finished swallowing the first scoop of oats, he decided to continue feeding her. He scooped another into the spoon and brought it near Twilight.
When Twilight noticed this, she repeated the same process she did before. She opened her muzzle and clamped onto the spoon. After that, she pulled her head back and swallowed the oats.
Six minutes after the lunch, Thorax has done multiple things with Twilight during her path to recovery. These include: reading a book, playing with some pony figurines, talking about how their lives are going, asking each other how they are doing with both of their Kingdoms and many more.
But, just as it got late at night, Twilight has caught a severe headache right now and she was in absolute agony from the symptom.
When Thorax noticed this, he supplied her with a headache pill from the Changeling Kingdom, and the pill managed to sooth her excruciating headache for a while now.
After the headache pill, Thorax pulled out a medium sized box. He pulled the cover off of the box and pulled out an ice pack with his magic. He levitated it up in the air on top of Twilight, and gently placed it down on her forehead. And Twilight managed to calm down.
"There you go Twilight." Thorax said softly "The ice pack will surely be able to dull the headache. Now take a deep breath and let it out." He instructed her.
Twilight followed his instructions, she took a deep breath and exhaled it. After that, Twilight now feels a bit better now.
"How's that?" Thorax asked.
"I feel a bit better now." Twilight told him with a warm smile "Thank you so much for taking care of me Thorax, I appreciate it a lot." She said as tears of happiness started to form in her eyes.
"Oh it's nothing." Thorax told her with a chuckle "This is what friends are for after all." He told her.
"You're doing more than what a friend would do Thorax." Twilight told him "You are acting like a parent." She finished.
Thorax's eyes widened when he heard Twilight's statement. His cheeks flushed a little and he let out a chuckle. And Twilight giggled back in return.
After five more seconds, Thorax has decided that it was now the time for the final step into assisting Twilight on her recovery.
"Alright Twilight, I'm gonna go down the kitchen." Thorax told her "I'm gonna prepare you the final medicine for your road to recovery." He finished.
When Twilight heard this, she frowned a little but, she managed to overcome it because, Thorax was going to help her recover.
"Okay." Twilight said with a nod "But, please be quick? Being here alone in the dark is extremely petrifying." She told him.
"I will do the best that I can Twilight." Thorax assured her.
"Thank you."
"You're very welcome."
After that, Thorax stood up from his seat and walked past Twilight's bed to the door of her bedroom. Once he got to it, he pulled it open and walked out. Then, he made a right turn and headed towards the stairs of the castle where he will get to the kitchen.
One minute later, Thorax has arrived at Twilight's kitchen again. He hanged his hazmat suit and gloves on a chair and started to create the final medicine for Twilight's recovery. He placed a book based on herbs and medicine on the counter and began to flip the pages. After five seconds, Thorax has flipped the book to the page that he is finding.
"Aha, page number one-hundred and twenty-two." Thorax said, then he started to read the requirements for the medicine for Twilight's ailment "Alright, so this requires two herbs and some vegetables." He said.
After Thorax has finished reading the description of the soup, he pushed the book aside and brought out a mortar and pestle he got from one of Twilight's utensil cupboard. He then put two herbs and vegetables into the mortar and started to crush it with the pestle.
One minute later, Thorax has finished in crushing the herbs and vegetable. He then put the pestle aside and lifted the mortar up in the air with his magic above the pot which was filled with vegan powder in water. He then flipped the mortar upside down and the crushed herbs and vegetables were dropped into the water which scattered the powder. Then, Thorax put the mortar aside and twisted the rotary switch for the left stove. After five seconds, flame appeared in the stove.
"Alright let's cook."
Twilight has been waiting in her bed for four minutes now, and she was daydreaming about her student Thorax. She never knew that a changeling like him could be so friendly and kind. He even cared for him.
"Thorax is so handsome." Twilight said with a dreamy expression.
Ten seconds later, Twilight heard her room door opening again. She averted her pupils to her left and saw Thorax coming in with a bowl of soup levitated in the air with his magic.
"Hello Twilight." Thorax greeted "I have brought you some soup." He told her.
"Nice, and thank you."
"You're very welcome Twilight."
Then, Thorax walked past Twilight's bed and sat on the chair. After that, he brought the soup near Twilight's muzzle.
"You have to gulp it all down Twilight."
Twilight nodded and Thorax brought the soup near Twilight's muzzle. Once Twilight has managed to grab it with her lips, she started to drink it but suddenly, Twilight backed away and coughed a little because the soup was too hot.
"Ah! That's hot!" Twilight said in pain.
"Sorry Twilight, but this will make you feel better quicker when you drink it in a hot temperature." Thorax told her "So, do you think that you can be brave and drink it all down?" Thorax asked kindly.
When Twilight heard his kind pleading, she stuffed her agitation down and looked back up at him with a confident smile.
"Okay Thorax."
"That's the Twilight I know." Thorax said with a proud smile "Always very brave and elegant." He added, and his statement made Twilight blush as red as a tomato.
"Alright, let's try this again." Thorax said as he brought the bowl near Twilight's muzzle again.
Twilight then took another deep breath and exhaling it. After that, she grabbed the bowl with her lips again and started to gulp the soup down again. Despite the intense heat, Twilight managed to endure it and drink the soup, she is the leader of the elements of harmony as well as the Princess of Friendship after all.
After thirty seconds, Twilight has finished drinking the soup.
"Well done Twilight!" Thorax exclaimed with a proud expression. Then, he teleported the bowl back into the kitchen.
"Thank you Thorax, and the soup was wonderful." Twilight said with a grateful smile.
"You're very welcome Twilight."
Twilight was going to ask Thorax about how he made this soup but suddenly, she felt very exhausted now.
"Wh-why do I feel very sleepy?" Twilight asked as she let out a yawn.
"The soup has made you very tired now and is very normal, this is a sign that you are recovering." He told her "So, you should sleep right now." He finished.
Twilight then eventually did what Thorax told her to do and slowly closed her eyes. After that, she started to sleep comfortably in her bed.
Thorax let out a warm smile when he saw that Twilight is now asleep while snoring comfortably.
"Another auspicious medical operation." Thorax told himself with a smile. "Hope you'll get better soon Twilight." He said with faith.

The second chapter of my new Twirax story has been accomplished! I hope you all enjoyed it! This is definetly one of the cutest chapters ever! And apologies if some of the sentences were repeated a lot of times.
Ponyville 9:00am
It is now a wonderful day in Ponyville, many ponies were seen greeting each other, as well as doing their work. And many of the youngs were seen playing with each other in playgrounds and in parks.
In Twilight's castle, Princess Twilight Sparkle was seen sleeping in her bed comfortably without any coughs or sneezes interrupting her. The medicine and soup that Thorax gave her really healed her up greatly.
Then, the sunlight shined through Twilight's window and into her face. That resulted in her moaning and opening her eyes. She then let out a yawn and rubbed her eyes with her hooves.
"Ugh... what time is it?" Twilight asked as she sat up straight. But then, she found something oddly suspicious, she wasn't coughing or sneezing, and the pain in her throat was gone. "What the? I feel better now!" She exclaimed happily.
Twilight was currently squealing in merriment when she found out that she is all healed up and wasn't feeling ill anymore. But, her exuberance has came to a conclusion when she saw Thorax sitting on her buttoned chair with his hazmat suit, gloves and mask taken off.
Twilight then pulled off her blankets and got off of her bed. After that, she got off her bed and walked up to Thorax.
Once she got to him, she started to scrutinize him and she noticed that he had a little bit of bags under his eyes probably because he was making sure that she was okay last night considering that he was still taking care of her while she was asleep last night.
"Oh Thorax." Twilight said with a sorrowful expression "Thank you so much for taking care of me." She told him quietly with an extremely grateful expression.
Twilight then started to ponder on what she should do for Thorax in return for taking such good care of her yesterday and last night. After ten seconds, an idea has appeared in her head.
"Wait right here Thorax, I've got something for you." Twilight told him with a smile.
Then, Twilight walked up to her desk and grabbed a piece of paper. After that, she started to write down on the paper with a quill. After twenty seconds, Twilight has finished writing the letter. She then levitated it up in the air with her magic and placed it on her bed.
Once she has finished those, she turned around and walked to her bedroom door. Once she got to it, she pulled it open with her magic and turned to her right and started to run to the downstairs of the second floor hallway.
Thirty minutes later
Back in Twilight's bedroom, Thorax was seen still sounded asleep while sitting on Twilight's buttoned chair. But suddenly, his sleep was put to an end when the sunlight was shot at his face. And that made him wake up in the process.
"Ugh... is it morning?" Thorax asked as he slowly opened his eyes. And when he did, he realized that it was indeed morning time considering the bright sunlight shining through the window of Twilights castle window. "Huh, so it is morning." He said.
But, when he looked in front of him, he noticed that Twilight was gone, she wasn't in her bed anymore.
"What the?! Where did Twilight go?" Thorax exclaimed with a perturbed expression.
Thorax then looked around the room and noticed that Twilight was nowhere to be found, and her bedroom door was mysteriously opened as well. But, when he averted his eyes towards her bed again, he noticed that there was a piece of paper on her bed.
"Huh? What is this?" Thorax asked as he stood up from the chair. After that, he walked up to Twilight's bed.
Once he got to it, Thorax activated his horn and levitated the piece of paper up in the air in front of his face. And when he did, he noticed that the paper was actually a letter. So, he started reading it.
Dear Thorax
How are you Thorax? And hey just to inform you, I am now in my living room cooking some breakfast for you and me in a gesture of gratitude for taking good care of me yesterday and last night, and I am feeling very vigorous right now. Either than that, please meet me at the kitchen.
From Twilight Sparkle
Thorax's eyes widened after he read the letter.
"Twilight's feeling better?" Thorax asked with a perplexed expression "I should check her out in the living room." He told himself.
Then, Thorax placed the letter back onto the bed and walked towards Twilight's opened bedroom door. Once he got to it, he exited her room and turned to his right. After that, he started to walk towards the stairs of the second floor hallway.
Thorax has arrived at the doors of Twilight's castle living room after walking for two minutes. He then activated his horn and gripped onto the door handles with his magic. After that, he pulled the two doors opened. And when he did, he noticed that there were two bowls of salads on the table in front of him.
"Huh? What's this?"
Thorax then approached the table and looked down on the two bowls of salads. He sniffed it and noticed that it was just well cooked.
"Did Twilight make these?"
Then suddenly, Thorax received his answer when Twilight tackled him from his right side. After that, Thorax and Twilight were both sent falling on the couch with him on his back and Twilight on top of him.
"Hahaha! Hello Thorax!" Twilight exclaimed happily.
"Twilight!" Thorax exclaimed with a smile "I see that you are feeling very robust right now." He said.
"Yes I am." Twilight said with a nod "And it is all thanks to you Thorax." She told him.
"Ah, it's nothi-"
Thorax wasn't able to finish his sentence when Twilight pressed her lips against his and gave him a kiss. Thorax's eyes widened when the kiss happened, this was their first kiss and it felt very good. Twilight's lips were soft and warm and it just feels very comfortable. Then, Throax closed his eyes and kissed back.
After thirty seconds, Thorax and Twilight both broke their kiss and breathed heavily. A thin strand of saliva was the evidence of their past exertion with their tongues.
"How was that?" Twilight asked between breaths "That was our first kiss Thory." She told him.
Thorax blushed slightly when he heard the adorable nickname given to him by Twilight.
"It felt great." Thorax told her. Then, Thorax decided to change the subject and ask her something very important. "Hey Twilight, mind if I ask you something?" He asked.
"Yes Thorax?"
"Wou-wou- you li-like to go on a date with me?"
When Twilight heard his inquiry, her eyes widened and a wide smile appeared on her muzzle. She then let out a squeal and hugged Thorax tightly.
"Yes! Yes! Yes!" Twilight screamed.
Thorax smiled happily when he heard that Twilight has accepted his date request. Then, he wrapped his hooves around her back and embraced her in a hug.
Five years later
After five years of dating each other, King Thorax and Princess Twilight Sparkle have decided to tie the knot and get married. Their wedding was held in Canterlot and many ponies and changelings including the mane six, Spike and princesses were very happy for them.
And another year later, Thorax and Twilight both have a son named Alistair who is the Prince of friendship as well as the Changeling Kingdom. His best talent and interest are chemistry, magic and medical.
