Sunset Side Stories: Beat the Heat

After visiting pony Equestria for a social call, Sunset experiences bizarre effects from her pony form's estrous cycle.

Summoned to Ponyville to meet with the pony version of Twilight, Sunset makes the unfortunate mistake of forgetting about her estrous cycle, resulting in a state of discomfort that even persists once she returns to the human world. Luckily, her boyfriend can keep her out of trouble... and perhaps even "help" her.
