AKA: Discord's New Hatchling
Just outside the town limits of Ponyville, where city ordinances and decency laws couldn’t reach any independent businesses, there stood a lone structure the size of a small hotel building out in the middle of nowhere. For most of Ponyville’s citizens, the establishment was one that was fairly well-known, but rarely discussed out in the open. It had only been built a couple years prior, just as the community was expanding with the inclusion of the School of Friendship, and with that a large plethora of multicultural students and families. It may have not been the first immigrant-founded business to be built; heck within Ponyville’s limits, a good number of restaurants (including a butcher shop of all things) were founded by non-Equestrian citizens. But in the case of that particular building, which had a sign on the outside named ‘Once in a Lifetime,’ it was one of the only businesses in the area that was run by Changelings.
Just as the sun went down, a good number of ponies and creatures alike would visit the place under the cover of darkness. Whether they were staying for a full night, or just an hour or two depending on price, ‘Once in a Lifetime’ was one of the only notable brothels in the tri-county region to cater to Ponyvillians’ interests. While there may have been some opposition from more prudish citizens, the vast majority knew that it wasn’t their place to judge what ponies did with their hard-earned bits.
