Minarus' Diary; The Equestrian Civil War

Just another morning they say... I call it a rude awakening... 'BOOM BOOM BANG BANG' is all I can hear as the cannons fired upon the enemy lines, hopefully they're defenses have been weakened enough so that their Machine Gun positions are severly weakened so that few casualties will occur, however, my unit of 5 men has not been chosen to go over the top yet.

Each of my 5 however seems loyal and determined. Flash, an earth pony who has been here for a few weeks now, is our Engineer, he's in charge of defusing mines, clearing barbed wire and sabotage, Longshot, our sniper, he provides cover for our troops giving use an easier time in crossing 'noponies land' as they call it, Fisher, Sinker and Charger are the MG crew of our unit, serpressing and holding back the enemy by well... Sending them to meet their maker in a hale of led and fire...

I wonder how long til we go over, and if any of our men returned... I hope for Luna's sake... They have...
