The Greenlight Project has been stopped dead in its tracks. After destroying the Broadcast Relay at Solovetsky Monastery, CIA Agent Bell, or Reed Cameron, alongside Alex Mason, Frank Woods, Lawrence Simms, and Helen Park are quickly recalled to the US by Jason Hudson and Grigori Weaver for their next mission.

A deep-embedded agent in the employ of the CIA has gone missing in South Africa. In this agent's possesion is a critical intel package on the Soviet "Omega Group". The prime suspect in the agent's disappearance is the international arms dealer and power broker called only "The Emissary".

Alongside four soldiers from the CIA Reqiuem Strike Team, Bell and his crew must stop the Emissary from unleashing the full force of nuclear war on an unsuspecting world, known as the realm of Equestria.
