Author's Note
Starlight is looking to personally reform the changeling queen, but a princess stands in her way. Fortunately for the unicorn, she knows a few tactics to not only get her to agree, but to make sure she stays on board with it. And all it deals with is doing something that the princess has needed since the dawn of her reign.
This chapter was updated after approval from the commissioner; it is simply a character-building chapter, and has only setup duty when it comes to the main plot. And no, this will not count towards the word count that the commissioner wants; being as I already blew through a good portion of that with this one chapter.
Karmic Reformation - Prologue
Justice had been served, five years ago. Chrysalis, Tirek, and Cozy Glow were all in their stone prison, not to bother anypony again for the rest of time. Or, at least until their captors were sure they were safe enough to release for reformation. Well, at least, that's what she had planned to do. What she neglected to remember, is that someponies held these two in a different regard. In the case of Tirek, nopony was too different from the princess on his punishment, but they would hope he could be fixed at some point. Starlight looked at her. "Twilight, Cozy Glow is-- to put it simple-- a brat."

She tilted her head at Starlight, again. "And what would that be?"
