Chapter 4 New teammates and coming home

Spike was heading to the library when three girls called out to him.

“Hey Spike where you headen?” Asked Apple Bloom as she Sweetie Bell and Scootaloo caught up to him.

“Oh, hey girls I was heading to the room right next the library. How about you?” Said Spike looking throw his bag.

“Why are you heading to the War room?” Questioned Scootaloo holding he hands behind her head.

“Well, I'm going to try out to join the gunpla warfare team.” Spike informed them before stopping. “Wait, why do you call it the war room?”

“We don't really have an official name for it, but everyone started to call it the war room.” Chiming in Sweetie Bell.

“It was supposed to be a extra filing room for the library but all it had in it was three filing cabinets and some boxes, so we got permission to use it for the warfare team.” added Scootaloo.

Spike hummed as they were getting closer to the library as his grabbed onto a small box in his backpack.

Reaching the door Scootaloo grabbed a hold of the doorknob. “Spike with all the time it took to clean I give you the war room.”

Scootaloo opened the door and waved her hand in front of her in a mock bow.

Spike walked in and looked around and saw tables lining the walls with small plastic shelfs with some gunpla standing on them with some standing in a diorama and on another table are two paint station sitting near the windows.

And in the middle were seven large hexagonal tables with one in the middle and six surrounding it and standing next to the tables were Twilight and her friends and they look like they are in some sort of argument.

“Rainbow Dash, I'm telling you; we don't need to do this!” Yelled Twilight leaning on the table and having one of her hands on her forehead.

“And I'm telling you we do!” Roared Rainbow Dash slamming her fist on the table. “We can't just let anyone in because you know them, Twilight. “

Applejack cut into the argument an looked at Twilight, “As much as I hate to agree with Rainbow Dash when she gets like this, she has a point we have to see what he can do.”

“I have no problem in showing you what I got.” Piped in Spike walking up to the table and placing down his bag next to his feet and then cracking his knuckles.

“See even he thinks so.” Shouted Rainbow throwing her hands in the air before looking at Spike.

“You ready to do this greeny?” Rainbow asked as she walked to the opposite side of the table pulling a small case out of her bag.

Smiling Spike pulled out his own case, “Whenever you are.”

“Alright this is the trial match for Spike Dracon pilot rank not know and his opponent for the trial is Rainbow Dash pilot rank Newtype.” Cheered Pinkie Pie before stopping and looking at Spike.

“Spike what is your Pilot rank?” Asked Pinkie a little sheepish but with a big smile on her face still.

Opening his case spike looked up at Pinkie. “Oh Coordinator.” he replied.

“OKAY! Spike Dracon pilot rank Coordinator, now present your gunpla!” Ordered Pinkie.

“I hope you're ready to lose cause I'm going to win this, now say hello to my partner the Chaos Rainbolt Gundom!” Rainbow called out putting down a blue Gunpla on the table.

Standing on the table was a sky blue gunpla that looked like it was made for flight and speed with its backpack was made to look like a spaceship with two pods thrusters protruding out its sides.

And the upper part of the backpack can come over the head leaving the arms and chest exposed, the body was a flat sharp angle.

The waist had and long back skirt and the two long side skirt that looks like fuel canister that have two beam sabers on each hip.

Its legs were normal until you got to the knees with a blade like protrusion folded down on the calf matching a set of blades on the feet.

“A Chaos Gundam. You know Gundam Seed make no scene.” Said Spike pulling out his own gunpla.

“What!? How can you say that? It has such a great story, and the mechs are so cool!” Roared Rainbow Dash before stopping and glaring at spike. “Wait a minute, it's because of Kira Yamato, isn't it?”

Shaking his head. He grinds at Rainbow Dash, “Yes the show has cool mechs and an okay story and yes the plot armor is strong with Kira, but no that is not what doesn't make scene.”

Rainbow Dash crossed her arms under her breast and arch a brow. “Oh yeah? What is it then?”

Spike grind again before saying. “Neutron Jammer.”

Getting a loud “huh!?” for everyone in the room.

“Let me explain how the Neutron Jammers does not work. You see in the lore of Gundam Seed the Neutron Jammers is supposed to stop all forms of neutrons from moving from both nuclear bomb and plans, but that's no possible for starters they use two different forms of uranium.” Spike said looking at the girls confused looks.

“What's the difference Darling? I thought they use the same thing in both?” Asked Rarity sitting down in a chair.

“Well Nuclear bombs use a form of uranium 235, which is only a small part of the bomb maybe the size of a basketball at most that is cut in half to keep it from going off an then that is wrapped in TNT and when the bomb goes off the TNT explodes and force the two half of the basketball to gather to make a bigger explosion. So even if the neutron jammers stopped the nuke from going off the TNT will still explode it just won't be as bad. Now nuclear power planes use uranium 238, and it is design to releases energy at a slower rate to heat up water to turn steam turbines and the reactor is supposed to have shielding to stop all forms of radiation from going in or out.” Spike explained placing down his gunpla.

The gunpla looked like a sleek design all most looking like a knight with its rounded legs jutting up into a u shape knee pads over a boxie thigh armor and connecting to the side skirts armor giving the legs more protection and going up into a small waist and brad chest and half circles pauldrons on each arms that had a large shield hung over the left arm and a mega cannon hanging of the right arm and two pontoons on its back and it's head looked even more like a knights helmet with its single slit visor under a diamond v-fine looking like trident and a feather mohawk fine curving back.

“This is my partner the Tallgeese Drake!” proclaimed Spike ready to start the match.

“Alright let's get the match STARTED!” yelled Pinkie turning on the gunpla battle system.

[Gunpla battle combat mode, startup.]

the table begin to start to hum to life as the computer was turned on.

[Model damage level, set to C. Please set your GP Base.]

Both Spike and Rainbow placed a device the size of a smart phone onto a doc on the table.

[Beginning Plavsky particle dispersal. Field 9 Canyon.]

the table glow and let out blue particle before the particle form into a canyon and a hexagon formed around both players.

[Please set your gunpla.]

both setting they're gunpla on to a circle in front of the GP Base.

“Alright Rainbow Dash in the Chaos Rainbolt Gundam, Taking off.” Said Rainbow Dash as her Gunpla's head raised up and it eyes shined blue, and its thrusters turned on and a catapult launched into the battlefield and turned into its mobile armor mode.

“Spike Dracon in the Tallgeese Drake. Taking off.” Spike spoke in a cool voice as his gunpla launch.

“So it's a Tallgeese III, you don't see many people using one of thoughs very often.” Applejack said leaning on one of the tables as the other sat down in some chairs to watch the match.

“Why is that?” Asked Pinkie Pie.

“Because the Tallgeese in and of its self is a high mobility suit, it's speed a loan can git you a ring out if you can't handle it and that's why you normally only see pros using it.” Said a new voice walking up to the girls, “So who's fighting?”

Applejack looked at the new voice to see a girl sitting down next to her, the girl had on a light blue shirt with the sleeves rolled up and a yellow tie green skirt her blond hair draped over her back one of her gold eyes watch the match just starting an the other was look going up and to the right as she pulled out a captains hat and a eye patch both having the skull and crossbones on them.

“Oh hey captain. It's just Rainbow Dash trying to show off again and as for her opponent is Spike Dracon a new recruit wanting to try out, and you know how Rainbow Dash is.” Applejack sighed out the last part as the girl put on the eye patch and hat.

Rainbow's gunpla flow over the canyons as she looked for her prey. “Alright where are you?” She said before warning sounds went off and her screen flashed yellow as a beam landed in front of her making her squawk in shock stopping her gunpla in it's tracks.

Her gunpla transformed back into gundam form and look up to see the Tallgeese high up above her it's mega cannon fully extended electric sparks dancing it the split barrel. “I thought I say a proper hello before we get this going.” Spike said as the tip of his shield began to drop out looking like a chain whip.

“I'm imprest you didn't ring yourself out yet.” Said Rainbow looking up at Spike's Tallgeese its barrel shrink in on itself.

“Please. I've using a Tallgeese since I was little, what do you take me for Skittle a newb?” Spike Grind as he saw Rainbow's Chaos gundam thrusters put out more power.

“OH hoho. You have jokes, but I should warn you. If you want to try and taste this rainbow, It's SPICY!” She cried out rocketing up to meet his Tallgeese her beam rifle firing up at him.

The Tallgeese flew down to meet her shooting his own mega cannon at her the chain whip began to turn red.

Both Spike and Rainbow Dash flew around each other in a deadly dance as beams of plasma raced around them.

Every time Spike tried to get closer to get into melee, Rainbow would firer off missiles to force him to fallback.

Spike looked at his energy reserves for his mega cannon to see he had enough for one more shot at full power so he began the charging process and aimed it at the Chaos Gundam.

Rainbow Dash noticed what Spike was doing and launch another volley of missiles at him.

As the missiles where half way to the Tallgeese's beam cannon was charged a yellow beam came out and blasting through the missiles.

Rainbow Dash was barely able to dodge the beam grazing past her when she thought she was in the clear both her weapon pod and beam rifle explodes.

Spike smirked as he detached his mega cannon and launched foreword his chain whip trailing behind.

“What? You not going to finish me off with your mega cannon?” Asked Rainbow Grabbing one of her beam sabers to bat away the Tallgeese's chain whip before she fire some missiles out of her left weapon pod.

Spike moved dodged the missile salvo they're explosions surrounding him. “Nah, even with how strong my mega cannon is even it can run out of ammo. Now lets finish this.”

“I thought you'll never ask!” Cried Rainbow Dash having her Chaos Gundam to lunging foreword to spear Spike's Tallgeese head with her beam saber to win.

As her beam saber got close the Tallgeese seam to disappear and the chain whip was all she saw as her monitor went red and her gunpla stopped moving. “What the? What give!?”

Everyone was watching the match as both gunpla bob and weaved and as the match went on Pinkie started to take bets on who would win and how long it would take.

“Anyone want to bet on who would win? And how long it takes for them to win?” Asked Pinkie holding up a basket as a twenty went in.

“Twenty on the new guy.” Said a new voice walking up and sitting down next to pinkie pie.

The girl smirking as she sat down her red curly hair bounced around her head as she crossed her arm under her chest her purple top straining to keep her chest from popping out and crossed a leg over another. “Rainbow Dash need to be taken down a peg or two again.”

“Oh, hey Adagio.” chirped Pinkie as more money went into the basket.

As Pinkie was taking bets Twilight was sitting there a bundle of nerves as the fight when on her head in her hands.

When a loud gasp of, “that move?” forced her head to shoot up and see Spike's Tallgeese sanding on Rainbow's Chaos Gundam's back his chain whip wrap around it.

“Oh no.”

Standing there on top of the Chaos Gundam Spike started to heat up his chain whip and retract it making the Chaos Gundam creek and moan. “Heat Rod Guillotine.” he said coldly pulling back and watched the chaos Gundam break and explode.

[Battle end.]

the game ended and Spike watch the particle went down and show his gunpla sanding over the other gunpla its parts around it.

Spike looked up and saw a gob smacked Rainbow Dash. “How do you know that move? No one ever been able to do that move but Dragon Lord Jade. I want a rematch!” She Cried not wanting to believe it.

“No need. I've seen enough, he's in.” said the captain walking up to Spike.

“What!? But captain?” Wined Rainbow Dash.

“You can fight him again some other time Rainbow Dash.” the captain said to Rainbow Dash and held her hand out to Spike.

“I'm Ditzy Doo, but everyone calls me Muffins. I'm the captain of the Gunpla Warfare team.” Smiled Muffins Shacking Spike's hand.

“Spike Dracon coordinator rank, it's nice to meet you.” greeted Spike as the others walk up.

'How do you know the Heat Rod Guillotine?” Asked Applejack

“I'm not surprised Jade taught her son one of her best moves.” Said Principal Celestia from the doorway a long with Vice principal Luna.

They walk up and behind Spike and Celestia gives Spike a hug and Luna cleared her throat getting everyone's attention. “Everyone I like to introduce you our godson Spike Dracon, and as you may have already gathered, he is the son of Fang and Jade Dracon, or as you may have known them Dragon knight Fang and Dragon Lord Jade.”

Celestia chimed in with. “I'm sorry to say this everyone, but we'll have to cut practice early today we have to set up for Jades and Spike welcome back party.”

the group to groan then cheered and packed they're stuff and started to head to the door.

“Adagio, Aria and Sonata do you want to come?” Asked Luna watching them leave.

“Sorry Vice Principal Luna, it's taco night and you know how Sonata gets.” Adagio said walking past the door and Pinkie Pie grabbing some money on the way out.

“Mom makes the best tacos.” Gushed Sonata practically dancing out the room and too grabbing money.

“Taco Tuesday baby!” Yelled Sonata down the hall.

“It's Thursday you moron!” Aria called out grabbing money from Pinkie.

“Well, what about you miss Doo? Would you like to join us?” Asked Celestia looking at Muffin.
Muffin was taking off her hat and eye patch and all from of seriousness leaving her. “No sorry but I was going to tell everyone practice was canceled today. I've already told everyone else.” Muffin said walking out the door getting some money too.

Pinkie through off a clear green sun visor getting up out of the chair by the door. “Oh man, if I know we were going to have a party I would have restock on some supplies. Looks like I'm going to have to get into me emergency stash.”

Celestia giggled at Pinkie's antics. “Come on everyone let's head home, so Spike can finish moving in and we can get the party ready.”

“What do you mean principal Celestia?” Asked Twilight.

“Hmm... Oh Jade and Spike are moving in.” Celestia said walking down the hallway to the front doors and out into the parking lot.

Spike got into Celestia and Luna's car and watched the others off to two bike a car and a truck.

The drive was a quiet one as everyone enjoyed the peace as Spike looked at his Tallgeese and before he knew it a hand reached out and land on top of his gunpla getting him to look up and see Luna looking back at him with Celestia looking through the rear-view mirror as a gate opened and a mansion that looked more like a castle came into view.

“Welcome home Spike.” They said as they stopped in front of the house.

hey, I'm going to start leaving the gunpla that is being use in the author's notes and I may and go back and put in the others gunpla in the first chapter as well.
