Flowers for Gotha

Devin was walking through the maze that was Canterlot. He wasn’t sure what he was going to say to the Night Guards.
He still had a few hours until their shift started, so he decided to look at the shops for a while.

He wanted to get that pretty mare something nice as a gift, but he didn’t know what to get her.

After a bit of walking, he came across a flower store. There was a big sign that read: ‘Roseluck’s boutique’

He knew flowers were romantic, and made a good gift, so he went inside the store.

“Hi, can I help you?” A very feminine voice was heard, as a pretty mare emerged from the back door.

“Hi there, I’m Devin, and I’m in need of some flowers.”

“Ah. Well I’m Roseluck, and that’s my specialty.” she replied happily.

“So who are you shopping for?” She asked.

Dev blushed for a second.

“There is this beautiful mare that I like.” He started.
“I want to get her something special.” Was all he said.

Roseluck smiled at him.
“Well there is something special that I have.” She replied cheerily, as she lead him to the flowers, pointing at them.

“These are called Wild Night flowers.” She presented the flowers, holding them up for him to see up close.

They were a shade of purple, and looked so beautiful. They were very exotic as well. Roseluck told him that they come from Baltimare only 5 times every year.

Devin decided to buy them. He payed 50 bits for the whole bundle.

“Have a nice day Devin.” Roseluck said, while counting the bits.
“Hope you’re special somepony loves them.” she finished, handing him the bundle.
Dev smiled at her

“Thank you Roseluck.” Dev replied with a happy smile.

And with that, he left the shop.
