Z-City is a large city on Earth. It consists of a business district, a residential district, and an abandoned, trashed area commonly referred to as the Ghost Town. Saitama and Genos are inhabitants of the latter area, which is home to many Mysterious Beings but is free to live in. It is rumored to contain incredibly powerful Mysterious Beings.
But lately there have been sightings of monsters appearing at night and going through the trash at night. And lights appearing in the Ghost Town at night. Than there was the blackout that happen last night with the workers finding that someone had cut the power cables on a power line. Which caused the heroes to start looking into all the sightings of the monsters. Mumen Rider and Cam Gal hearing the news went to see what was going on, teaming up when they ran into each other.
Mumen Rider on his bike ride around while Cam Gal took to the skies above him. Cam Gal is another C class hero who only has the power to fly, and that’s it. Like Mumen Rider she isn’t that strong or skilled fighter. But she makes it up by being like the police copters that keep an eye on things from the sky reporting in on anything that she sees, and during a chase keep an eye on the target. She also has a helmet camera that records all that she sees and hears.
“Mumen Rider I spotted something at the abandon school,” Cam Gal said over the com.
“I’m coming to you,” Mumen Rider said as he zeroes in on her using the GPS.
Reaching the spot in an alleyway, Mumen Rider joined Cam Gal who is spying on what’s going at the abandon high school. From where they’re at they could see what looks like monsters walking around in the school. They couldn’t see them clearly but Cam Gal with her camera helmet could zoom in and could see what looks like female monsters all walking around in the school.
“Looks like there are nothing but female monsters in there,” Cam Gal said.
“Well it is a girl school,” Mumen Rider said reading the school’s name in the wall that surrounds the school.
“Look there’s someone coming,” Cam Gal said seeing something coming to the school.
It’s a cargo truck that stopped at the gate for vehicles and waited for the gate to open letting the truck in and the gate closed behind the truck. Wanting to see what’s going on Cam Gal sent a camera drone to see what’s happening inside the schoolyard. The camera drone followed the truck where it stopped at the cafeteria. The driver a white haired woman stepped out of the truck dress in a one piece uniform that most truck drivers wear. But it didn’t hide how busty the woman is.
The woman open the back of the truck and lowered the gangplank to allow people to just walk up into the truck to get the cargo. The woman went into the truck and than came out holding what looks like a box of vegetables and walk into the kitchen by the back door. Seeing her chance Cam Gal sent the drone to look what’s in the truck and found, it’s full of food. Boxes of fruits and vegetables, can goods, soda, frozen meat and fish, cases of eggs, jugs of milk and other food stuffs.
The door to the kitchen open again and the same woman came out along with several other women dress as cafeteria workers. The camera drone darted out of sight and flew pass the women as they walk to the truck and got into the kitchen before the doors closed.
Inside the school kitchen was busy as the stoves have pots with something boiling inside of them or pans with eggs or meat or something else frying on them. A woman is lowering something into a fryer, another is coming out of the freezer with a slab of bacon. The ovens have things inside of them, being pulled out or put in. There is a woman wearing an apron chopping up meat into bite sized pieces, another is chopping up vegetables. In one of the large cooking vats to cook lots of food at once, a woman is stirring the stew as the women who were chopping things up dump their finish works into the stew.
Flying out of the kitchen the drone went to the cafeteria part where all the food is served. And found the tables laid out with plates of food as women devoured the food as fast as they came out of the kitchen. With women coming in to get something to eat and out of the cafeteria when they eaten their fill.
And all the women are monsters, monster women with some having horns, animal ears, tails, wings, strange skin colors and other things. They’re also all sexy monster girls wearing clothes that range from revealing to they might as well be naked. Many of the monster girls also have busty or ample bodies ranging in all types, with only a few having slender bodies.

Outside -
“You’re getting all of this?” Cam Gal ask over the com to the Hero Association.
“We’re getting it,” a male staff member said over the line.
“There must be hundreds of them,” Mumen Rider said.

Inside the school -
The camera drone was suddenly knocked out of the air and picked up by one of the monster women.
“What’s this?” the monster girl a purple slime woman who had spotted and extended her arm to grab the drone out of the air.
“I think it’s one of those toys that Sunset has been playing with,” a topless woman with leaves for hair said.
“She has been playing around with those toys the humans have,” a snake woman said.
“She is the queen,” a frog woman points out.
“Milfy you better bring it back to her,” a spider woman said.
“Yeah I better,” Milfy said as her human form sat on a ball of slime which rolled out of the cafeteria while Milfy kept on top of it.
The heroes and the workers at the Hero Association HQ watch as the camera continued to record. Thanks to the drone being held in a hand that’s made out of slime, the screen was covered by a covering of purple slime. The audio still work and they managed to hear monster girls talking to each other but only in pieces.
Milfy what do you want?” a new voice ask.
“I think it’s one of the toys that Sunset has been playing with,” Milfy said handing over the drone to the woman who is a purple snake woman with the purple slime covering the lens of the drone coming off giving the viewers a good viewing.
“I’ll take it to her,” the snake woman said.
“Thanks Alice,” Milfy said rolling away.
Alice entered what looks to be the library of the school, entering just in time for a dragon woman armed with a sword appearing out of thin air.
“Granberia I hope you learn not to try cutting power lines anymore. Just because you can be brought to life by Sunset after being killed doesn’t mean you should be killing yourself,” a large purple snake woman said to the dragon woman.
“I wasn’t aiming for that. I was aiming for that flying eyeball monster,” Granberia said.
“Mom where is Sunset?” Alice ask the older snake woman.
“Up here,” a voice called out on the second level of the library.

Outside -
“A monster queen who can bring monsters back to life?” Mumen Rider ask not believing what he heard. But the dragon woman did appeared out of nowhere.
“That’s bad. Even the S rank heroes could be overwhelmed if the monsters keep on coming,” Cam Gal agreed.
“Like a videogame,” the voice of King said.
“King you’re there?” Mumen Rider ask.
“Yes I’m at HQ being brief about what’s been happening around the ghost town of city Z. Listen I want you two to stay out of sight and gather more information. A monster who can bring their minions back to life in a game would be a summoner class. They’re either just as strong as their top summons or weak and depend on overwhelming numbers. Take out the summoner and the rest be easier to take care of. I've been sending orders to all the heroes close to your location to help out,” King explains.
"King are you commanding things there?" Cam Gal ask.
"There is no way I'll be able to get there in time. So I'm helping to set things up. With so many monsters all in one location, once that hornet nest is poke they'll be swarming out of there. We have no idea what level those monsters are and even if they're all low levels, the sheer numbers of them will quickly overwhelm the heroes close to there. We need to setup barriers and box them in before they know we're on to them," King said having played enough games to know how to command units. He already has all the heroes with long range attacks to set themselves up in buildings and roof tops to give the heroes on the street level covering fire.
"Demon Cyborg and Caped Baldy are here," Genos said.
"So that's the place huh? So do we just go and attack?" Saitama ask.
"Hold back you two. We need to know who the monster queen is before we do anything. The monster girls are all inside and aren't doing anything, the police need to get all the civilians into the shelters and the surrounding area before we do anything," King explains over the com.
"Oh yeah good point," Saitama said. "So what does the monster queen look like?"
"Still waiting," King said.

Inside the school -
On the computer screen the heroes who had access and ones at the Hero Association HQ watch as the snake woman name Alice made her way to another snake woman who is a pale purple. Her upper body is that of a pale purpler skin woman with long thick silver hair that's kept in twin pony tails by a huge skull like helmet. The lower half of her body is that of a long silver snakes. She wore what she passes off as a dress with more of the front missing, with two sections of cloth covering her breasts with a plunging neckline that just barely stays above her groin.
"What have you brought?" the snake woman ask who is sitting on a couch with her long snake body coiled up on the other end.
"A toy that Milfy found," Alice said giving the other snake woman the drone.
"Never seen this before," the other snake woman said.
"Why not ask Sunset, Shiva," Alice ask.
"Because she's sleeping," Shiva said uncoiling her snake's tail to reveal a young girl with long red hair and orange skin sleeping using Shiva's tail as her bed. "She does tries out when she brings one of us back to life you know."
"Still can't believe a girl like her became our new queen," Alice said.
"Why? Can't stand the idea that your little sister out ranks you?" Shiva ask.
"You and the other monster lords and mom are all wrapped around her fingers," Alice growls.
"Well what can you expect. She's just a little girl and even if she is the monster queen she still needs a mommy," Shiva said eyeing Sunset.

Outside -
"The monster queen is a little girl?" Cam Gal ask out loud.
"This is something," King said over the com.
"So what do we do? Do the raid or locate the girl's parents and have them come and get her?" Mumen Rider ask.
"Good question," King said. "I have no idea what to do."

Author's Note
1 - An idea I had rolling around in my head for awhile.
Around the abandon school groups of heroes are arriving from other cities and other S class heroes have arrived as well. The sheer amount of monsters inside the school meant that once the raid starts the hundreds of monsters inside will be pouring out. The heroes being brought in are to keep the monsters from spreading out. The police are setting up road blocks and barriers to help keep the monsters pin down.
The main problem is dealing with the issue of dealing with the queen of the monsters, being a little girl.
"The truck is registered belonging to a shipping company in Z City that was abandon by the owner and the truck was left behind. The money used to pay for the food was paid in cash. The girl Sunset is their queen and is the daughter of the pale purple snake woman. She can bring back to life the monsters in the school. Which makes it a never ending battle and depending on how powerful they are, will just overwhelm us. We also need to figure out what they’re planning,” King said over the radio reading off the data that’s been collected.
“So why don’t I just crush them?” Tatsumaki ask.
“Don’t know how powerful they are and how many are Dragon level. We also don’t know if there is anyone else in there. Just stay with your sister group, you and Blizzard working together can pull heroes out and give others backup. And be able to keep the monsters from spreading out,” King said.
“Hey look it’s Hammerhead,” Saitama said pointing to the former terrorist leader who is wearing a suit and walking towards the school.
“Is he working for the monsters?” Demon Cyborg ask.
“Child Emperor go and put a bug on him and we can gather more information,” King said.
“On it,” Child Emperor said.

Hammerhead -
Hammerhead was nervous as he made his way to the school in the abandon part of Z City. He’s been looking for a job and he got a call for an interview from the job listing that he found online. He did notice that there are cops setting up barriers on his way to the job interview. He stuck to alleyways to get to the school.
Hammerhead found the front gate unlock and enter the school grounds. Reading the email on his phone, Hammerhead walk to the building where he would meet and talk with the person who would interview him. He didn’t notice a small bug attaching itself to the collar of his suit. He sent a message from his phone to tell the person he’s going to see that he’s here, and got a message to wait at the door. He waited at the door for a couple of minutes before it open revealing a young slender woman with long black hair and red eyes. She is dressed in a many layered kimono of different shades of red. She's like one of those dolls that are dress up in kimonos.
“Hammerhead?” the woman ask.
“Yes,” Hammerhead said.
“My name is Lei Ling and you’re here for the tutoring job?” the woman ask.
“Yes,” Hammerhead said. The job listing asked for a tutor for a young girl to learn about the outside world. With no experience needed or degrees, just someone who can teach a young girl how to interact with the world. Really strange but he’s been looking for a job for awhile now.
“Good come in and follow me,” Lei Ling said letting Hammerhead inside.
Hammerhead followed Lei Ling down the hallways of the school. He followed her till the reach the school library. A dusty skin beauty with black hair that moves on its own came out of room. She’s so tall that she had to crouch down to go through the standard door. She has her long black hair done up making it look like there's a circle on the back of her head, held by a large hair piece that looks like a hat. She's wearing a green kimono that is worn loose revealing her shoulders and her large bust.
“So this is the tutor?” the tall woman ask looking down at Hammerhead.
“He is Sei Mei,” Lei Ling said.
“Well let’s see if Sunset likes him or not,” Sei Mei said.
“Sunset?” Hammerhead ask.
“The child you’re going to be tutoring,” Lei Ling said.
“She’s inside,” Sei Mei motioning for him to enter.
Going inside Hammerhead found the library like the one of his old school, but with toys shattered around here and there. He walk deeper into the library where a small girl with orange skill came out from behind a bookshelf. She stops and looks up at him.
“Hi are you Sunset?” Hammerhead ask which the girl just stared at him
“Now Sunset there’s no need to be shy,” a woman’s voice said from behind Sunset.
Hammerhead was taken aback as a large woman appeared and Sunset hides behind her. She wore what she passes off as a dress with more of the front missing, with two sections of cloth covering her giant breasts with a plunging neckline that just barely stays above her groin.
“This is a good time to reveal that everyone here are monster girls. I’m a naga, Lei Ling is a orochi and Sei Mei is a nurarihyon,” the snake woman said.
“Oh,” Hammerhead said looking up at the bigger woman.
“My name is Shiva, Sunset’s mother and you been hired to help us to learn about this world, the snake woman said.
“Learn about this world?” Hammerhead ask.
“Yes we found ourselves in this world and been hiding here. You humans don’t get along with monsters do you?” Shiva asked.
“The monsters do attack and kill people,” Hammerhead said.
“Well unlike the monsters of this world, we're from another world with other rules. And seeing how we’re from another world we need to learn about this world and how to interact with the humans here. After all we monster girls are very friendly with our humans. Especially males,” Shiva said.
“Males?” Hammerhead ask.
“We’re monster girls as in there is only females, we only have female children. So to have children we mate with human males. As you can clearly see how attractive I am, it’s mostly to get men to want to mate with me. Which all the other monster girls are too, all eager to mate so that we can have children,” Shiva said. (1)
“Really?” Hammerhead ask.
“We can live for hundreds of years and we can have non stop sex and lucky to have one child. We’re not that fertile and our need to raise children has made us sex starved. But seeing how we’re in a new world we need to learn how to interact with you humans of this world. Seeing how there are heroes who kill monsters,” Shiva said.
“We’ll have any of you been attacking or harming people?” Hammerhead asked.
“No,” Shiva said.
“Well they wouldn’t have any reason to attack any of you than,” Hammerhead said.

Outside -
“He’s right there isn’t any reason for us to attack them,” King said over the radio.
“The worse they’re doing is trespassing in the abandon school,” Saitama adds.
“That is in an abandoned part of the city,” King said.
“So what do we do? Go in there and just talk with them?” Tatsumaki ask.
“Good idea,” King said. “Everyone stand down while we figure things out on our end.”
