As she lay there, bleeding out in her own house from the bullet that just pierced her chest, she couldn't help but wonder why this didn't come sooner. I mean, she turned into a literal demon, for crying out loud! The fact that she had lived this long in this world alone was crazy. Surely she would of been ran over, hell, ate something she didn't know was allergic to, or downright starved. She was grateful for the life she had lived (asides from the whole demon thing) and was scared to go into the afterlife. Hey, look on the bright side: being a ghost wouldn't be bad, right? No hope remained for Sunset's survival on earth and she was hit with the faint beams of a car pulling up outside before her heart stopped and her vision was blinded with bright lights. She awoke, moments later. Her surroundings gave her a feeling of betrayal, as if they were going to collapse of eat her whole. "Am I dead?" she asked, unsure if she even wanted to know after what just happened. To her suprise, a voice called back. It echoed like the room was infinite, but in reality, she wasn't even sure where the voice was coming from, but she was happy to hear a voice. Sunset Shimmer. I welcome you. it said, chuckling a bit. "Who the heck is this?" Oh, how rude of me. It said, the figure finally appearing in front of her. It's sharp teeth looked as if it could kill her again if he wanted to. The hat with an apple and snake adorning it gave her some idea of who he was. My name is Lucifer Mange, but you may call me-" "Whoah, whoah, whoah!" She interrupted him mid sentence. The Lucifer? As in, the fallen angel?" He nodded. "Sunset Shimmer, I've been waiting for you for a while." Lucifer's voice lowered as he got closer to the girl. "You're special." The girl was taken aback. Lucifer nodded. "Come with me. We need to talk, and there are prying eyes and ears everywhere that have no business hearing." "WHAT DO YOU MEAN? CHECK HER PULSE AGAIN, SHE'S ALIVE! I JUST KNOW IT!" Twilight adjusted her glasses and gave orders to Applejack, sighing. Checking once more, she shook her head. "Sugar, ah know yer upset," she tilted her head to the others, who were bawling their eyes out. " But ya gotta accept that she was long gone before the ambulance showed up, heck, even the police. Speaking of police, here they are now.β The officer sighed, looking at the girls. "There were forces of a squatter living in her basement and it looked to be a random man, no connection to the girl, who was shot in the chest with a .44 revolver to the chest." Applejack sighed. "Thank you for your work, sir." "You'll be happy to know that she put up a fight before she got shot." Shining Armour said, "Multiple scars have been found as a result of a tussle of some sorts happening before Sunset was pinned to the wall and shot." " W-what about DNA? Surely be left some behind, right?" Twilight manager to get out, before falling back into the cowgirl's arms. Shining sighed and placed his hand on Twilight's shoulder. "You're my cousin, and we both know how hard this has been for us, especially you. Sunset was like another older sister to me, but, i have to follow rules. That information is confidential, and we both know it. Even if it wasn't, we need to scan it first. But, as soon as we find out, we'll let you know, okay?" Twilight just cried harder. "Wow! You're so..interesting..." He got closer. Sunset rolled her eyes, leaning away. "And I'm gay, so please don't do that ever again, thanks." "Bummer." Lucifer rolled his eyes. "Aren't you married?" "Arent you in hell?" Sunset stayed silent. Lucifer chuckled. "That's what I thought." Sunset sighed. "So, hell, huh? What crimes did I commit this time, because I swear I'm a changed person." Lucifer rolled his eyes. "One does not get sent to the underworld for recent crimes, one comes down to fire and flame because of lifetime crimes, and let me tell you, I've not seen a case as dark as you're in a long time." "You're going to bring up my demon transformation, aren't you?" He laughed. "How could i not? I mean, listen to this: "Demon Footage at Canterlot High: Real or Fake?" Tell me that isn't interesting!" Sunset rolled her eyes. Lucifer sas the pain in her eyes and stopped. "Tell me what that was like?" He asked. "What?" Sunset looked back up. "What having all that equestrian magic was like." Sunset stayed silent. "What, you don't think we only hold humans here? You were mistaken." Sunset facepalmed. "It felt like pain, but the pain that felt rewarding." "Like after you've worked out for a while and you're muscles ache, but you finally get that body you want?" "You could put it like that, yes. But I didn't do anything except put on a magical crown. And that magical crown hurt me mentally and physically after. I felt powerful, but at the same time I was acting on instinct and not thinking properly, only focusing on getting my teenage zombie army to Equestria. But.. " "But...?" Lucifer pushed for an answer. " I got shot with a magical rainbow lazer." Lucifer didn't laugh. "I know if feels to be reduced to nothing. I was struck down by God unfairly. He created humans and wanted angels to bow down to them. The hairless ales had nothing except rocks and sticks. I refused and got struck down to here." Sunset was at awe. "The bible depicts you going to war, is that not right?" Lucifer chuckled. "Not in the slightest. Now, in regards to your human form: it won't do. I think you know where I'm going with this, correct?" "Yeah, yeah." Sunset said. "Demon form, act shocked and starts crying. Let's get on with this, I'm gonna need duck tons of a lot of drinks when this is over." Lucifer chuckled. "And a job, but I know where I can get you one." Hotel CrewView OnlineInto FireHotel CrewTwilight lay there and cried for what seemed like months. Her girlfriend was gone and needless to say, doing what she loved felt cold. She hasn't been to school for weeks and her homework was piling up on her desk. Twilight's mother knocked on the door. "Honey, i have some cookies for you. Could you please open the door?" Ruffling could be heard from the other side as she opened the door and took the plate. "Thanks." And closed the door. Her voice was dry and cold. As soon as she started to eat the cookies, she thought back to something Shining had said. "I know I'm your cousin." "Cousin? she thought. "Shining is my brother. How could he mistake that?" t looks like Twilight had one final thing to do. Hell wasn't as bad as she thought it would be. Sure, dead bodies lined the streets, and businesses had sick and horrible purposes, but other than that it was fine. As she flew along the skies with Lucifer, she left a shadow on the ground. Sunset was mixed about having power, and having basically all of the control to go with it. The last time, it almost knocked her out as soon as she turned the school into mindless, walking husks. That's why the elements were able to overpower her and defeat her so easily. Lucifer landed on the ground, and that was shortly followed by Sunset. "Are we here?" He knocked on the door. "We are! Now, please be polite, so to speak." The door opened. "DAD!" the voice said. It must of been a child or maybe a teenager, judging by the voice. While they were talking, she looked up. HAZBIN HOTEL Sinners Welcome! Although the sign was beaten up, she could read it and she grinned gently. "-and this is my..friend." Lucifer out an arm around Sunset, snapping her out of the trance. "Hi! Nice to meet you! My name is Charlie Magne, but you can call me Charlie! Come in, we're happy to have you!" Sunset laughed. "I think I'll like it here." Inside, there were a mix of demons. One by one, they introduced themself. None of them seemed interested except "Alastor." He looks like it a deer and a human. Well, he was a deer and a human, he had antlers coming out of his head, ya doof! He gave a cheeky grin. "Greetings, fair lady, I am Alastor!" What he said was shortly followed by an audience of static-y laughs. "I take it you arrived recently?" She nodded, ruffling the feathers on her wings a bit. "Last night. I guess Lucifer saw something in me when I arrived." Angel Dust peeked his head around the corner and chuckled. "What did the old man see in you? He hardly sees shit in any-demon that comes down here!" Sunset laughed nervously. "Rather not say, I actually hate what I became." "She turned into a demon on Earth!" He announced. "Very impressive feat, takes a lot of power to do that." he finished, quickly. "Now, me and your mother have some business to take care of us, so if you need us for anything, I'm sure your friend can help you." He slammed the door as he left, leaving Charlie to sigh and walk off. Vaggie chased after her, leaving a half passed out cat with wings manning the bar, a demonic deer, spider and a cleaner. "So.." What do you like to do for fun around here?" "Fuck and get hammered with cheap booze." Angel responded quite fast. "Nuthin' to do in Hell if ya ain't got money." Twilight looked up at the clock. 12:32am. So far, trying to balance finding a killer and finding out why her own brother called her "cousin" . After 20 more minutes do writing, she had finally came to 2 conclusions: It was a squatter and it was definitely and unrelated attack, and Shining Armour was just tired that night. He was a murderer and was under the influence. Although #2 made no sense, she's have time to correct it over the next week before confronting him with factual evidence. For now, if was time to sleep. Her research has been moved aside and she climbed into bed. Sleep took her quickly without issue as her closet door opened up, revealing a grinning brother. He stepped out and his mask, gloves and .44 pistol with a silencer shone in the moonlight. Walking to the side of her bed, he took one final look at his sister. "I have to cover my tracks." he thought to himself. "She's too close to finding out." With one final sigh, he aimed the pistol at his sister. "Right between the eyes, fast and easy. No pain." He shot, a single tear falling as he turned around and opened the window. He didnt even care that the alarm was going off and his parents were about to wake up. He disappeared into the night. Sunset, after all-too many beers, decided it was best to turn in for the night. As she settled into her room, the girl was curious to see what Hell's TV was like. After all, there was one in her room, albeit small. A jingle began to play as a single demon began to play. "Don'tya even think about it!" Angel said, standing in the doorway. "Imp's are the lowest of the low to begin with, an' trusting them with your dirty work is bad. Giving them money, which you don't even have, by the way, is way worse. If i were you, I'd leave them alone n' wait for your dude to die naturally." Sunset raised an eyebrow at him. "That what you did?" "Correction: doing. One o' these days, I'm sure of it." "You know, all we need is $100 and we can get 2 kills." Angel stayed silent. "$700." he said. Sunset opened her mouth to speak, but Angel beat him to it. "Details tomorrow, I'll wake ya up. Put the money in the bottom draw, remember it for tomorrow. You forget it, i kill you myself, capieshe?" She nodded, putting the money in the bottom draw and turning off the TV, that was blasting some more useless ads about apartments. Shining Armour's gonna shit himself when he sees me. It was wide open so, despite her being dead, and in Hell, she decided to do her morning routine. She stepped out to see Alastor at the last minute, who stuck a foot out, causing Sunset to fall. She got back up and looked at him. "Why'd you trip me?" He laughed. "Sunset, i just needed your attention. And now, i seemed to of got it." "You could of just came to my room and knocked, you know?" He scoffed. "Where's the fun in that?" She rolled her eyes. "What do you need? Come to kill me again or something?" "Darling, no! Plus if I wanted to, you'd be dead before we made eye contact." His eyes went all static like, almost like a tv. "But anyways, back to my original point." Sunset raised an eyebrow. "Which would be what exactly?" "We have a little gift for you, downstairs." He pointed down the hallway. "Come when you're ready, alright?" She nodded and Alastor walked down the hallway. Sunset clutched her fist and released it a few seconds later. "I wonder how powerful he is.." Twilight glided along the skies next to Lucifer, of all people. Was it demons or people down here? God, this is all so confusing. Was it Lucifer or God?i "So..." Twilight said, trying to make small-talk with a demon so powerful he could kill her in a second. "Where are we going exactly?" "Well," he started. "You're going to need some better clothes than those." Lucifer pointed to Twilight's ripped shirt and pants. "We're going to see a tailor, and, I'm guessing you want to stand your ground here?" "I guess, is that an important thing?" Lucifer chuckled. "Of course it is, darling! The more ground you hold here in hell, the more respect and allies you make! That's important down here, ya know." "Power isn't something I've wanted for a while, sir." Lucifer rolled his eyes, chuckling a bit in the process. "No need for that, and you know it! Anyways, nothing screams fearsome more than a suit, what do you say?" Twilight sighed. "I don't know. This is all a bit too-" "You can go buckwild with the designs and make it cheap as fuck or expensive, if that's what you see in yourself, and I see a lot in that brain of yours." Twilight, once again, sighed. "Fine, but can i make 2?" He nodded. Sunset walked down the stairs, to the main floor, where Charlie and Vaggie were standing. Husk was already drinking, Nifty was excessively cleaning anywhere she could and Angel was nowhere to be seen. "Happy first day at the hotel, Sunset!" Charlie said, handing her a box. We pulled together," "And by we, she means only me and Charlie." Vaggie corrected. "Yes, thank you, babe." She said. Clearing her throat, she began again. "We pulled together and got you this! It's not much, and I had to throw some strings together, but it was worth it!" "Wow, I don't know what to say... Thanks!" She said, unwrapping the box. "So you like it?" Vaggie asked, looking nervously at Charlie. "It's so cool!" Sunset exclaimed. "I had no idea Hell had phones!" "Phew, for a second there I thought that would turn bad." Charlie looked at her, confused. "Vaggie, how would things get bad over us giving her a phone?" She shrugged. "Angel's outside, by the way." She pointed to the door without a second thought. "Thanks!" Sunset walked outside and found Angel, talking on the phone. "Yeah, yeah, Val." he said, not noticing Sunset was at the doorway. "I know, it's just that-" a voice on the other end yelled at him. "Hey, you fucking know how better this hotel is compared to that fucking excuse for a club! Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going. Dickhead." He hung up. "What was that about?" Sunset appeared out of basically nowhere and scared Angel a bit. "Oh, it's you." He said. Just some work shit I go through on a daily basis. Nuthin' special, just annoying." "I heard you mention a name, is he like, your boss?" Sunset asked, feeling a bit of sympathy towards someone. "Yeah," Angel scoffed. "Not much of one, if ya ask me. I try and do that fella one favour, and he punishes me! I fuckin' hate him." "I feel bad for you, Angel. People, well demons like that can't be changed." Angel laughed sarcastically. "Don't be, sugar. It's my fucking' mess, I dig my way out, got it?" She nodded. Sunset somehow convinced Angel to fly on her back for the way to wherever they were going, she wasn't sure where these assassins where located. "Hey, Angel?" She said, out of the blue. "Yeah, hothead?" "How strong is your boss? Is he like, an overlord or something?" "Yeah," Angel said. " I'm pretty strong dude, but one time I got pissed with him after a show, and threw a glass at him." "And?" "That motherfucking moth bitch broke my arm and threatened to break them all of I pulled something else like that again." The rest of the flight was in silence, asides from an occasional direction order from Angel. They arrived in Imp City, to the fear of other Imps, which was to be expected. "Any sign of these guys?" asked Angel, who has given up already. Sunset nodded. "I see a billboard for them in the distance. Why so much money, anyways?" Angel chuckled. "Well, $100 for you to get 2 hits off your list of you want, and they charge $300 to get an item from the overworld and $150 to go to the overworld with 'em." "That doesn't add up, Angel." "Well excuse me for wanting some fucking snacks, okay?" "Damn, forget I asked then." "Already done, hothead." he laughed. Sunset has to stifle a small laugh as they walked into the office buildings hoping to get even with Shining Armour. Her and Lucifer took up in the air once more. "Why those two colours, if I may ask?" Lucifer pointed to the suits in her arm. "They don't really clash well together." Twilight smiled. "It's okay, and they are mine and Sunset's colours. She was a-" "Girlfriend in the overworld?" Lucifer finished. "She's in hell. Came right before you, actually." "Really?" She exclaimed in pure joy, almost dropping the contents in her hand. "I figured that because I'm down here because I turned into a demon, It'd be expected that she's be down here! Do you know where she is?" Lucifer nodded. "She's hopefully at the place we're going next." Sunset and Angel walked into the hotel, to the relief of everyone, except Husk, who always seemed to be drunk or high most of the time. "Ah, the two have arrived." Alastor said. "How was it?" Sunset grinned. "It got a bit hectic towards the end but, as always, I pulled through and got this!" She showed everyone the book. "Uh, what is it?" Vaggie asked, coming closer. "Looks like a normal book to me." Sunset awkwardly laughed. "You're half right. it's a book that I can hopefully use to contact my friend from another world. "Sunset are you okay?" Charlie asked. "You know stuff like that doesn't exist, right?" The girl in question leaned against the wall, pulling out a pen. "Watch." She began to write, just like she had done in the human world and soon enough, she got a response. I'm alive, but dead at the same time. Sunset, are you okay? Is this even Sunset? Everyone was at a loss for words at the sight of a book glowing purple. "Anyways, I'm going to turn in for the night! Have a good one!" Sunset walked away with the guitar and book in her hand to her room. "Wait, Sunset!" Angel called for her but she didn't hear. He sighed and followed after her. Knocking on her door, it opened. "Yeah, what do you need?" "Look, I'm sorry if we got off on the wrong hand, but I need help with my boss." Sunset sighed, rubbing her temple. "Keep it brief for now, tell me in full detail tomorrow." He smiled and let himself in, closing the door. "Okay, so remembered when you were in the human world of whatever?" "How could I not remember?" She chuckled at the recent memory. "My boss called and he wants to meet you. One o' his goons on the ground saw us, i think his name is Flint or something. Real creepy dude. Just..be up early for tomorrow, I guess. Sunset nodded. "Sure." "Alright Hothead, g'nite." he said, closing the door. Sunset rolled over to attempt to get to sleep for once. Once again, she woke up to knocking on her door. "Come in!" She yelled. The knocking continued, so she had no choice but to get up and open the door herself. "Did someone lock my door?" She thought to herself. "Listen Angel, I-" Twilight giggled. "Hey, cutie." Sunset's jaw wouldn't close. Twilight did that for her with the lift of a finger and pushed her back into the room, gently closing the door behind her. Sunset ran into her arms for the first time in a while. "I tried to stay strong, i thought you were still alive, or in heaven!" Twilight held Sunset in her embrace. "Well, I'm here now. I got you something too." Twilight handed her the suit with purple and black mixed together for the sleeves. "Where's the bottom part?" Sunset asked. "Not many demons wear pants, so I thought why do we? I got you this instead." She handed Sunset a robe. It has her cutie mark on the back of it, and to make it even better, it was merged with Twilight's mark. "Did you get the same too?" She asked.i Twilight nodded. "Get in the bathroom, I wanna see what you look like with it on." Sunset shook her head. "I've got an important meeting tomorrow and i don't wanna ruin them. It's like 2am, so I'm going back to sleep. care to join me?" Twilight rolled her eyes. "You know me too well." "Hey, Sunset-" Angel had walked into her room unnanounced. But hey, the view could be worse, right? Twilight was on the bottom peacefully sleeping away. In her arms, Sunset was there, and she loved it. Too bad Angel didn't live up to his name. "WAKE UP, SLEEPYHEADS!" he said, banging on the wall with his fist. Sunset and Twilight both woke up and gave Angel the death stare. He walked out of the room laughing. Sunset yawned. "I better get up. Got a meeting today. Be back soon." Twilight acknowledged and rolled over, deciding to sleep some more before she herself got up. Sunset, on the other hand (claw?), decided to get dressed. her suit fit perfectly and the cape was just beautiful. After a few minutes of self gloating in the mirror, she stepped out only to run headfirst into Alastor. "You okay Al?" She asked, lending him a claw. He accepted and grinned. "I'm doing fabulously, thank you very much!" Alastor said, taking a look at her outfit. "Where did you get that outfit? It fits you deeply!" Sunset blushed. "Thanks, but I have no clue. You're going to have to ask Twilight...when she wakes up." Alastor nodded and walked on down the hallway, past Twilight's room. Sunset went th opposite way to the main lobby, where only Angel was. "Where is everyone? Shouldn't they be up by now?" Sunset asked. "Al's upstairs, you probably saw him on the way up, correct?" Sunset nodded. "We keep bumping into eachother when I leave the bathroom." "Oh. Anyways, Husk is black out drunk, Charlie and Vaggie were needed at the castle, and Nifty keeps deep cleaning this place, it's honesty concerning, but none o' my buisness." "You know, you can be concerned about others without feeling weak, right?" "You callin' me weak? Cos I ain't weak, suga'!" Sunset backed off a bit. "Okay, jeez. Sorry. Now, let's go to your boss." Angel Dust and Sunset were sat opposite Valentino, the moth demon, and overlord. "Angie, go work the corner for your..absence." he said, clearly mad. Angel got up and was about to leave, but Sunset slammed her fist in the table. "He stays." Val scoffed. "What if I choose he goes to work? He's my toy, sugar." Sunset growled. "First of all, stop treating Angel like an object! He makes basically all of your greasy money you probably don't even fucking use! Second of all, never call me sugar, doll or anything else because SATAN HELP ME, I'LL SHOVE A GUITAR SO FAR UP YOUR ASS, YOU'LL SHIT OUT THE LATEST SONGS" The room was silent. "So, " Valentino began one more. "Making threats to Hell's most powerful overlord on your first month, huh? Interes- what are you doing?" Sunset looked out the window. "What? You mentioned making threats to Hell's most powerful overlord, right?" "Correct, but why are you looking outside?" he asked. "Nobody's out there" Sunset smirked. "I was looking for Alastor. Thought you were in about him, but you're on about a low-life moth demon who runs a strip club. My apologies." She sat back down. "Angel, are these the kinds of low society bitches you hang out with?" Sunset slammed her fist on the table, splintering the wood a bit. "Get on with whatever the fuck you wanted with me, or I'll feed you to a damn bird myself, you oversized moth!" Valentino got up close and personal, and so did Sunset. She never took shit from anybody on Earth, and that wasn't going to stop now. Val eventually backed up. "Sit down," he gestured, lighting a cigarette. "I want you to help me." "With what?" She asked. "I'm not becoming a stripper or anything like that." "Be a technician for us. it pays well and you can avoid hanging out at redemption city. ." He said, simply. Summer's eye twitched. "YOU BROUGHT ME ALL THE WAY HERE FOR THAT? Learn something yourself like the rest of us you absent minded prick!" Angel, who had been quiet all this time, laughed a bit. "Sunset, do you have anger issues or something?" Sunset nodded her head. "I think it's obvious by the fucking anger on your boss's face." Angel looked at his boss, who was fuming. "SUNSETWENEEDTOGO" as he ran to the door, half expecting Sunset to be behind him, afraid of the moth. It was too late, as a fight had already broken out between the two, and suprisingly, Sunset was overpowering the long standing overlord with minimal effort. She had him pinned against the wall by his chest and arms with just a simple push of her hand. Valentino was clearly struggling in a desperate attempt to get free and eventually his eyes went a bright gold colour as their positions were swapped. Still, Sunset greatly outmatched the pathetic excuse for an overlord. "Did I just hear "I'm going to let you free without hurting you, Angel and Sunset?" She asked. Valentino laughed. "No...You're going dEAF." Sunset tightened the grip around his neck. although he could never die, It still hurt. "KEYS ARE ON MY DESK, MONEY IS IN THE SAFE!" He yelled. "What's the code?" Sunset asked. He stayed silent, knowing most of his money would all be taken."I will do that again. And you will pass out within seconds. let me ask again. Where is the code? "1962." He said as Angel robbed him or his money. "This is fucking humiliating!" Sunset grinned. "Angel, take my phone." "Don't gotta tell me what t' do!" he said as he unlocked the phone and began to record. "Hey, Sunset, do what ya did earlier! Make him feel weak!" Sunset, with a grinning face, happily obliged as she did the same thing she used done earlier. Without touching him, he was losing conscience fast. Angel pointed the camera at sunset while she did this. "Hey, hothead, how long ya been in hell?" Sunset have a demonic cackle as her voice got deeper. "Not long enough, Angel, not long enough." she said, as the wall behind him fell. he was knocked out. Angel backed up to get a full shot of Sunset. "Hell's newest overlord, people!" "Quite the embarassment, if I do say so myself. " Tom said. "Getting defeated as an overlord is embarassing, but by a newcomer is just pathetic!" Katie nodded. "We do have a clip, filmed while the incident was happening, and filmed by Angel Dust, no less! Roll the clip!" After a few seconds of awkward silence, she lost it. "ROLL THE FUCKING CLI-" "Hey, Sunset, do what ya did earlier! Make him feel weak!" Angel said, off camera as Sunset pushed him further into the wall, eventually almost cracking it fully. Before their little word exchange could turn into a full on argument, a voice yelled from up above. "Hey, shut the fuck up!" The demon in question leaned over the banister. He had white and black horns and half of his face was covered in white. "Official I.M.P business here! Now, who the fuck are you and why are you here?" Sunset laughed. "We need you guys, coincidentally. You open?" "Maybe," he growled. "You here for buisness?" "Let me make this clear, you want to come with us? Do you know the risks?" Blitz said, looking at her. "Lets just say this isn't the first time I've done travel between worlds in my life." She shot back, smirking. Blitz laughed. "Alright, fork over the cash and we can get started." Sunset smiled, and handed over the right amount. "Angel isn't coming, by the way." "Alright, let me get the others and some weapons for us, and we can get over there. Looking around, she was near an all too-familiar school. "Does he work as a school?" Millie asked, getting between Blitz and Sunset. Sunset shook her head. "Police officer. I know where he lives, but I wanna stop by my apartment incase things to south and we can't get the book." "Or," Moxxie started. "We can split up. There four of us here, so it'll be easy. Me and Blitz will go to the house, and kill Shining Armour, you two to to Sunset's and we meet back up when we're both done." "Our client needs to give us directions first, you small minded dick!" She reached into her pocket and got a picture of him, somehow. " I don't have a single clue how I got this picture, but I stopped questioning shit years ago. This is him." Moxie and Blitz began sneaking down the street and Millie and Sunset began to sneak through the thick leafage to get to her road path of her street. "Almost homebound..." she thought to herself. Suns's apartment was now in sight. The only problem? Police were still there, investigating about her death. Sunset and Millie watched as they patrolled, almost in a pattern. "How do you wanna take it?" Sunset asked. "You're not going in yourself, and killing them would be too suspicious." "How would it be suspicious?" "Plot convince." Sunset shrugged. Millie rolled her eyes. "You can fly, right?" Sunset nodded. "We fly to a window, I sneak in, and find the book for you, we fly away back to the others." Sunset thought. "We only have one shot at this, thought. If we get spotted, we have to kill everyone and i don't wanna do that." "Sunset, what if we have to because they found us?" She sighed. "I don't know." " Doesn't matter anyways. They're leaving." Sunset looked over and the remaining 2 officers were leaving. That left the plan open and say more easier. "Lets go." They were inside the dark apartment, looking for a dumb book. Sunset awkwardly fiddled for the lightswitch and eventually found it, illuminating the room way more. "I think I found it!" Millie exclaimed. "Show me." Sunset demanded. Sure enough, it was the book used to communicate with Equestria, more specifically, Princess Twilight. She reached over for a pen and began to write. "I kind of life when I said it was a family heirloom, y'know." Millie sighed. 'I can tell when someone's lying, and that's fine. So, what's so imp-" The book began to glow purple. "It's like a magical phone," Sunset explained, opening the most recent page. Princess Twilight, are you there? Sunset? "Still works too!" She closes the book and nodded. One more thing I wanna get, though. Sunset made her way to the her bedside table and removed a picture of her and Twilight out of a bloody photographs and put it in her pocket. "Alright, let's go-" Police sirens wailed outside as Blitz and Moxxie jumped quickly through the window, shattering it in the process. "What'd you guys do?" Sunset asked. "I had a fuckin' golden shot on the guy in some bushes but he moved at the last fucking second. He chased me and Moxxie to here. We thought it was abandonded, but turns out it's just your apartment." Sunset sighed. "Millie, can I trust you with this book?" She nodded and Sunset carefully handed it to her. "Is Shining outside?" Blitz nodded. "He chased us all the way here." Sunset grinned. "I'll be back in a second." She climbed out the window and onto the roof. "SHINING ARMOUR." she yelled, getting everyone's attention. For once, the police feared her. He stepped out of his car and immidently, all colour drained from his face. Jumping down, she landed on two feet and stuck her arm out in a quick motion. All officers and cars near her flew back. Cars landed on their side and officers cowered behind them. "Tell me, who do you think murdered me?" Sunset mocked. "We're n-not sure yet." He responded, paralysed with fear. "Let me ask that question again, officer." she said, pulling the shotgun out and aiming it directly at his head. "Who do you think murdered me?" "I did it.." "Speak up, bitch. I want every officer to hear this." Sunset made her point clear that she had the weapon. Shining growled in anger. "I DID IT, OKAY? " His voice was loud, just how Sunset wanted it. "AND why did you do it, officer?" "I WAS TIRED OF TWILIGHT SPENDING ALL HER TIME WITH YOU! DAY IN, SAY OUT ALL I HEAR WAS HER TALKING ABOUT HOW AWESOME YOU WERE! I JUST WANTED MY LITTLE SISTER BACK!" Sunset grinned and looked around at the officers in shock that their boss, hell, anyone would do such a thing. They started clutching their pistols. Sunset snarled at them. "Weapons down. I'm handling this my way. They did as they were told. She looked back at the man who showed no remorse. "Now, all your life, you used money to escape problems you didn't want to solve yourself. is that true?" He looked up, grinning. "Yeah." "There's one thing you can't buy your way out of, Shining Armour." He laughed. "What would that be? You're dead and a pathetic excuse of a demon! You can't touch me!" Sunset rolled her eyes and shot both shells into his head. "I was going to say death, but you had to fuck up the moment, just like always." "Oh, and." She turned to look at the terrified men cowering behind cars. "Take this as a lesson. Don't be a fuck up." And with that, she walked back into her apartment. Blitz stood before an open portal. "Wow, some show that was. Who's up for pizza?" Eerybody smiled and walked through the portal as she noticed her guitar laying there.
