Sisters/MLP

The summer sun celebration had finally come. Celestia trotted up to the microphone in front of the stage where she would raise the sun and Luna would lower the moon with guards flanking them. Celestia held her head high as Luna, who had dark circles under her eyes stood beside her. Occasionally grumbling to herself.

Celestia made the decision to ignore her sister at this moment as most of Equestria was standing in front of them, looking at them as if they were gods. Which is accurate. She cleared her throat and started her speech.

"Dear ponies of Equestria. We-"

She was interrupted when Luna jabbed her with her wing. Celestia rolled her eyes and glared at her younger sister who was scowling back at her. She couldn't help but wonder if this would be the start of her sister's second downfall because she couldn't remember what she recently did that has Luna scowling at her.

"Tia. We need a summer moon celebration."

"S-Seriously? I am in the middle of something!" Celestia hissed. She quickly apologetically smiled at the crowd before turning back to Luna. "Could you not have talked to me...I don't know...Last night?"

"Well, I was kind of doing my job all night and you were talking to stuffed up ponies who think they are the most important pony to be made!" Luna snapped. There were a few gasps from the crowd. Luna and Celestia ignored them. Already knowing that it was the stuffed up ponies who were insulted. They muttered to themselves as ponies shushed them so they could hear the argument between the Royal Sisters.

"I really don-"

"Tia! Please consider it!" Luna begged. Celestia put her hoof on her chin as if she was giving it thought.

"Hmmmm, no."

"WHY NOT!?" Luna yelled in rage. Jumping into the air and looking down at Celestia. Celestia gritted her teeth and stared up at her sister.

"We can't because there is already a holiday dedicated to you!"

"This isn't about me!" Luna replied. "This is about the moon!"

"The moon is a big rock in space, Luna! The Moon doesn't care about either it has a holiday or not!" Celestia argued. Poking her hoof into Luna's chest and flapping her wings to join her sister in the air. To meet at eye level.

"Neither is the sun, yet here we are!" Luna cried out. Celestia scoffed at her and let out a laugh.

"We have this celebration because of you! Because I defeated you! Technically, this is about you!"

"Alright. Fine. Let's use that logic. So according to you, I am based on two festivals because I was an evil pony who was defeated and might eat fillies and colts!"

"Well, when you put it like that-"`

"So we can have the festival!?" Luna said. Giving her sister a giant smile and grabbing her. Celestia yanked her hoofs off her shook her head.

"No."

"Excuse me?"

The crowd erupted into commotion on who would win among themselves. Drowning out the two royal sisters as they continued to debate. Celestia and Luna settled to the ground to continue their argument.

"I said, no! Because we have too many festivals!"

"That is a lame excuse and you know it! You could simply delete one!"

"That is not how it works! Furthermore!" Celestia continued. "The summer Moon celebration sounds stupid!"

"You literally added two once I was defeated. Basically the same thing. You're stupid!"

"You're stupider!"

"That isn't even a word!"

"Yes, it is! Look it up in a dictionary, Luna!"

"Tia! I can not believe that you are this big of a moron!"

Suddenly, Celestia turned at the sound of somepony clearing their throat over the chaos. Both of the sisters turned to see Twilight Sparkle, the purple unicorn and Princess Celestia's faithful student. She wiped the sweat from her brow and gave them a big fake smile.

"Princesses! Maybe we can...resolve this with friendship." Twilight nervously suggested. Celestia and Luna stared at her as if she had lost her mind. Celestia pulled herself together and used her wing to comfort Twilight for what she was about to say.

"Twilight. My faithful student. Friendship can't fix a stubborn sister refusing to accept reality." Celestia delivered with a cheeky grin to a fuming Luna.

"Check yourself before you wreck yourself, Tia." Luna growled. Celestia narrowed her eyes at her and slowly trotted towards her.

"Did. You. Just. Threaten. Me?"

"It depends," Luna said with a confident smirk. "What is your answer about the Summer Moon Celebration?"

"Nah." Celestia uncharacteristically let out. Luna's horn flared up. Her eyes turned white as she flew into the air. Twilight and Celestia backed up with their ears down and eyes wide with mouths agape. Luna fired at Celestia, Twilight quickly deflected it, then deflected the shot Celestia fired back. She used her magic to grab them and shove them to the ground.

Twilight was pissed. At this point she was tired, pissed, annoyed, and quite frankly didn't care who they were anymore, she was just done. She stood over the collapsed Princesses who were looked at each other, wondering who just slammed them to the ground. Who would dare do that!?

"I AM DONE!" Twilight yelled at them. Stopping the crowd from their own conversations and to the main three. "I have tried to help you two! I have tried really hard!"

Celestia and Luna raised their eyebrow at her. Even Twilight knew that she was lying to herself but as usual was in denial and the guards had decided not to get involved. They either didn't want to get yelled at by Twilight or the Princesses.

"You told us to use friendship-" Celestia started but was silenced when Twilight shoved her hoof against her mouth to Celestia and Luna's shock.

"You are sisters! Siblings have a form of friendship!" Twilight snapped, moving her hoof away from Celestia's mouth. They both scowled in disagreement.

"You clearly have never had a sister." Luna jumped in. It was Twilight's turn to glare at Luna.

"I have a brother." Twilight reminded her. Celestia and Luna let out a laugh, it took them a few moments to control themselves but they did eventually.

"And we have been alive for centuries. I think we know sibling relationships better than you." Celestia said. Twilight simply stared at them with a stare of disbelief, blinking several times with confusion.

"D-Did you just...Pull the immortal card on me!?"
