Prologue

BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP *Sigh* ‘Time to get up.’ I thought to myself as I turn my alarm off. I check my phone to see that it’s seven in the morning, so I head into the kitchen still in my boxers and brew myself a pot of coffee to drink, yes I drink an entire pot of coffee everyday I’m American so I’m fine, with pot in hand I head to the couch to finish watching The Rising of the Shield Hero and then finish season nine of mlp, what? It's a good show, so I go ahead and sit down and prepare to binge.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~A couple of Hours later~~~~~~~~~~~~

I get up and stretch as the ending song finishes on the show and smile because despite my misgivings at first it was a good show though they could’ve done season eight and nine much better but eh. After I’m done stretching I head to my room to put on some sweatpants and my Rising of the Shield Hero shirt on and head to the kitchen to make myself some bacon and eggs. After eating I head back to my room and look around it isn’t much but I’ve never cared for any fancy bed or posters and what not instead I made art in my free time but the real prize was mygaming set up it took me years to put the pieces together for this baby and it was worth it so I go ahead and power it on and go to the steam store, and continue searching for a new game

~~~~~~Two and a half hours later~~~~~

*sigh* “How hard is it to find a good game?” I said to myself as I continue scrolling through steam until I got a notification saying a new game by the name of Isekai Adventure curiously I clicked the notification and it brought me to its page and read the description aloud to myself.

“Welcome to Isekai Adventure a world of monsters, swords, and magic where you can embark on an adventure that’s different for every player, and once you play you won’t be able to stop!”-The Game Maker And with that slightly ominous note I looking at the screen shots and by god they looked so good from One Piece, and Bleach to Black Clover and The Rising of the Shield Hero but what really peaked my interest was a picture of a Timberwolf not your run of the mill one but a literal wolf made of wood in a dark dreary forest and I could only think of one place where those are found, Equestria. With a new found vigor I look at the price and find that its only 30 bucks after I click the button to buy in I was presented with a confirmation screen asking if I was sure I want to purchase this item clicking yes I see it start to download the game expecting it to take long I go to the kitchen and get a cola but when I come back It was strangely already downloaded shrugging it off as a stroke of good luck I open my soda and open up the program, but as soon as I opened it my power apparently went out cursing I go to check my breaker but before I could my computer screen turned white and a voice starts speaking.

“D0 Y0U W15h T0 P!AY?

“Uhh sure?’ I stupidly said.

“Th3N W3LC0M3.” It says.

I blackout.

I wake up or at least I think I do in a void and looking around I start to panic not because I didn’t know where in The nine hells I was, Though I did panic a little, but because I couldn’t see my body hell I couldn’t feel my body but before I could completely go insane a screen popped up Saying.

Start

So I did what anyone in my situation would do and yell. “Where the fuck am I?” To no response Sighing I go ahead and focus on the start button like it said to and to my surprise I was met with another screen that said.

World generation

To have your world randomly selected please focus on the icon below

Generate world

Not bothering to call out for someone this time I focus on the Generate World icon and see it go through possibly hundreds of worlds and after a minute it lands on a place called Eques. After that I’m brought to another screen that says.

Character creation

Here you get to make your character, or body I should say, anyway this time your able to choose your race and class/powers along with your looks of course. So enjoy!

About twenty seconds after that the screen disappeared only to be replaced with a character creation screen and true to the games words I could choose what I wanted looking through the races using my previous method of selecting stuff I found That I could choose all of the creatures from the mlp universe as well as a few I didn’t know about such as khajiit, centaur, demons, caribou, and surprisingly humans choosing the human option I’m met with another choice do I want to be a full human or a hybrid? After thinking for a bit a go with hybrid and choose demon, but as soon as I click on it I’m met with a whole bunch of choices from an imp to a devil being smart I choose devil. After that I’m met with a class selection screen, looking through it I find a few interesting ones such as devil fruit user and magic knight but what really got me excited was the class called Cardinal Hero clicking it I read the description. “The cardinal hero class is based upon the anime The Rising of the Shield Hero except the user of this class is able to wield all of them but cannot have more than one equipped at a time and items fed to one weapon does not affect the other weapons so choose carefully!” choosing the class I’m met with a character editor screen where I get to make how my character will look and configure it so that I’ll look like Naofumi Iwatani but I have small horns peeking out of my hair to show my devil ancestry and click OK after inputting Naofumi Iwatani as my name, what? If I’m gonna look the part I need to be the part, I’m met with a screen that says.

Are you sure you’re done? You won’t be able to change anything you have input.

Yes No

Clicking yes my vision fades out and the last thoughts I have are. ‘What the hell’s gonna happen to me and most importantly did I delete my browser history?’
