Chapters Princess and School of Friendship Headmare Twilight Sparkle felt a mix of stirring emotions within herself as she glanced down at her attendance book. It was mostly filled with green check marks, with a few red X's peppered over the page as students called in sick or had other matters to attend to. But what made her heartache were the three outliers on the page; Ocellus had missed almost every other day in the past two weeks, but seemed to be improving over the last three days; Sandbar had seventeen red X marks in a row as he approached his third week without setting foot in the school; and lastly, what was the epicenter of everycreature's hurting, Gallus; a long red line traveled across his entire row on both pages that were open, signifying that the griffon had dropped out. Within two days, he had his few belongings packed up, and he boarded the next train west out of Ponyville.
There was a gentle knock on the door of Twilight's office, pulling her out of her thoughts. She looked up from the attendance book to the doors.
"Come in." She replied somberly. The handle turned, the door slowly swung open, and her sister-in-law Princess Cadance poked her head in.
"Hey, Twilight. How are you holding up?" The Princess of Love asked, stepping into the office and softly closing the door.
Twilight let out a quiet sigh, looking down at the attendance record again.
"Admittedly, a little better now that you're here. Thank you so much for making the time, Cadance." Twilight answered as her sister-in-law took a seat on the other side of the desk.
"It's going to be far from pleasant, but seeing how I sort of had a hoof in getting them together, I feel some sort of responsibility. What happened?" Cadance asked, her voice full of concern.
"It's all happened so fast, I'm not even sure what the catalyst was. The first hint that I got was when Lieutenant Colonel Berrytwist had the semi-annual physical evaluations for Ponyville's E.U.P. The attending physician believed Gallus had clinical depression. Just when Fizzlepop recommended treatment... He quit. The Ponyville E.U.P. has largely remained a volunteer outfit, so it wasn't exactly complicated, but, still... It's been years since I've seen her that angry. She's since told me that she won't allow him to return to the guard if he ever decides to come back."
Fizzlepop's exact words had been far less cordial. And louder.
'If that's the bed the featherbrain wants to make, then he can fucking sleep in it!'
The Lieutenant Colonel's anger was understandable; she had invested considerable effort into building Gallus into a capable soldier with aspirations to go to the Canterlot E.U.P. She had recently returned from a one-week trip to Griffonstone, so that she could learn how to better hone Gallus' strengths and abilities.
"How's Sandbar?" Cadance asked softly.
Twilight swallowed, and gently tapped at the beginning of the row of continuous red X's on the attendance record.
"He hasn't been in school since Gallus took off. His parents have assured me he's eating, but beyond that... I don't know. He hasn't wanted to see anyone, and I've decided to respect that, for now, but it's gotten to the point where I wanted to call in an expert." Twilight told her, motioning across the desk to Cadance.
"Love is, tragically, a double-edged sword, Twilight. Falling in love is one of the most wonderful feelings one can ever experience... And falling out of love, especially unwillingly, is one of the most painful experiences in a pony's life."
"From what little I've heard, Gallus gave him next to no explanation... Just that he had been unhappy for some time. Didn't even say goodbye. Sandbar just returned to his bedroom, where the two of them had been living for the past year, and all of his belongings were gone. The rest of his close friends have taken this pretty hard, Ocellus especially. The three of them were, well, polyamorous."
Cadance nodded in understanding.
"It's a completely legitimate relationship choice, Twilight. But of course everycreature involved has to be careful, and communication has to be open and honest. Because when it's not..." Her sister-in-law trailed off.
"Like when somecreature pretends that everything is fine when under the surface things aren't?" Twilight finished, her soft tone inflected with disdain. She saw Cadance raise an eyebrow.
"Sorry, Cadance. Honesty. It's one of this school's core tenets. If something was wrong, he should have told us. His teachers. His doctor. His significant others. And because he didn't, there are quite a lot of creatures close to him that are confused and hurting right now." The headmare said.
"I'm not judging, Twilight, and I do appreciate the insight. It'll help things going forward. Gallus has clearly made a conscious choice, and because of that, I think the best choice of ours right now is to not worry about him. Like you said, there are other creatures right here that are hurting because of his choices. They should be our priority. Sandbar and Ocellus."
Twilight nodded in agreement.
"Ocellus has been staying at the dormitory, and she's made a concentrated effort to keep attending classes, and she's been trying her best, but there have been days where she can't. I've spoken with Thorax, and he's told me that bursts of incoming negative emotions can make a changeling physically ill. When you combine that with her own emotions that she must be dealing with right now... I'm amazed she's doing any better than Sandbar right now. Thorax has told me to send for him immediately if she feels she needs to talk, or return home."
"So, Sandbar then?" Cadance asked. Twilight nodded.
"I think he needs the most guidance right now. If we can get him back to school, great. I don't want to hope for too much, but if we can get him and Ocellus to talk things through together, I think that would the best we can hope for. But we really should take things one step at a time."
Cadance agreed.
"I'll go and talk with his parents, and see if I can speak with him."

Princess Cadance made her way down the street leading through the suburbs of west Ponyville as the afternoon sun shined overhead. She waved cordially as several of the passers by recognized her, but she didn't slow her pace towards Sandbar's home. Twilight had given her the address from her student records, and she had set off after a light lunch while the headmare headed to her next class.
Turning down the fourth dirt road, she kept an eye on the mailboxes out front beside each front walk, and began up the pathway of the third house on the right. She raised a shoe-covered hoof and softly tapped on the front door. A few moments later, the door opened, revealing a light yellow earth mare with a wavy pink mane, and her eyes widened when she realized who her guest was.
"Oh, oh my. Princess Cadance!" She greeted.
"Hello. High Tide, right? I'm here to talk to Sandbar, and if you like, to you and your husband. I understand your son's been dealing with a, rather painful situation."
The mare's expression turned somber, and nodded.
"We'd certainly appreciate some expert advice, your highness."
"And I, some details on what happened. I understand Gallus was living here before he took off?" Cadance asked as High Tide ushered her inside, and led her to the living room, where her husband, Beachcomber, was already sitting.
"Princess Cadance," Beachcomber began, surprised at their royal company. "Welcome to our home."
"Cadance is here to check on Sandbar." His wife told him.
"I guess news of what he's dealing with is starting to get around."
"Well, when one of Twilight's top students at the school ups and leaves, ponies notice. Sandbar came to me for advice on Hearts and Hooves Day a couple years ago before he asked Gallus out, so I figured he could talk to me if he wants to. Twilight is beginning to worry."
"He hasn't left his room since he left the school, except for the bathroom. We've told him he can have all the space he wants to deal with this, as long as he eats. Beyond that, he hasn't said much, done much..."
Cadance nodded understandably.
"How were things leading up to this? It's my understanding that Gallus was living here."
"From what we've gathered, he began corresponding with somepony over in Las Pegasus. We, and Sandbar, assumed it was some sort of pen pal. For nearly a year, they wrote each other back and forth, and he and Sandbar didn't really seem any worse off. For a couple weeks a few months ago, it seemed like Gallus was losing his appetite, but it didn't last. Then he started growing distant, for like a week, and then... He was gone, with barely a 'sorry', and he was on the first train headed west. I don't know if he even told Sandbar goodbye; he left while he was at school." High Tide explained.
"From what Princess Twilight has told us, the attending physician for the Ponyville E.U.P. was in the process of diagnosing him with clinical depression, and his commanding officer wanted him to seek treatment." Beachcomber added.
"She's told me the same thing. Lieutenant Colonel Berrytwist is none too happy with him." Cadance replied.
"To be honest, neither are we, Princess." Beachcomber told her.
"I think you're in plenty of company currently. I helped Sandbar take the first steps into asking Gallus out two years ago, so I feel that I have to do my best to help him now. I do have to warn you, though, even when I'm finished here, and get him to take these next steps... This could be something he deals with for quite some time."
"Any advice you have for him would be welcome, from us at least. But before you go in, there is something you should probably know. We've allowed Sandbar to embrace a... A kink of his, around the house. It's called ageplay. A lot of items of a foalish nature. It's the happiest we've ever seen him since he had met Gallus. He hasn't really used any of it since he left, but we just didn't want you to be caught off guard, or judge him in any negative way." High Tide told her.
Cadance smiled at them reassuringly.
"I'm certainly no stranger to kinks and lifestyles that ponies keep behind closed doors. I will not judge him, you have my word."
"In that case, down the hall, second door on the left." Beachcomber told her.
She nodded in thanks, and got up, turning to go down the hall, to the second door on the left side. A wooden plaque of Sandbar's cutie mark had been mounted on the top half of the door. She took a breath, raised a hoof, and knocked softly. Getting no reply, she tried the knob, and it turned in response. She turned it the full ninety degrees, and softly pushed the door open.
Her mind took it in as fast as she could; the room was effectively split in half; a teenager's room on the right, and a foal's room on the left. On one of two beds on the right side, laid Sandbar, facing the wall. Cadance took note of the bottle of pink antacid medicine on his nightstand that was three quarters empty, next to a plate with a half-eaten hayburger on it. Attuned to emotional energies the way she was, she felt the aura of sadness that emanated from the young stallion on the bed, but was experienced enough to stomach it, unlike the more unfortunate Ocellus.
She took in as much of the left side of the room as she could as she quietly approached the two beds. It was largely a crib and changing table, both clearly built for fully grown ponies. Having arrived at the bed, she gently put a hoof on Sandbar's left shoulder, and the metal horseshoe prompted him to turn his head and saw his visitor. His eyes widened and immediately began to tear up when he saw that same comforting gaze, that same sympathetic smile as when he first came out to her. He slowly rolled over as his shoulders heaved, his breathing quaked, and he barely sat up before he broke down into sobs, throwing his hooves around her as she sat down in front of the bed, allowing him to bury his face in her barrel.
The Princess of Love held him gently as he wept into her coat, rubbing his back and draping her wings around him in a reassuring embrace.
"Wh-wh... Why didn't he want me? Why wasn't I good enough...?" Sandbar choked out, trying to swallow his tears.
As Sandbar continued to cry, but calm down ever so slightly, Cadance glanced back at the other side of the room as an idea confidently dawned in her head.
As Sandbar was shuddering and sniffling in the Princess' grasp, he suddenly felt himself go weightless as Cadance's magic took hold of his body, and began to levitate him to the other, more infantile side of the room. He was laid on his back on the changing table, and his eyes widened as he saw a diaper being pulled from the shelves in the Princess' magical aura, and begin to be unfolded. He laid there, blinking away tears, half his mind wanting to object, his cheeks flushing red at this side of him being exposed to royalty.
But before his mental objections reached his lips, his flanks were raised off of the table by his back hooves being lifted with her magic, no different than a foal, and the diaper was swiftly placed underneath him with the top set of tapes being fastened around his tail before he was gently set back down. Next, she magically grabbed the bottle of foal powder, twisting the cap open, and gave his diaper area a quick dusting.
He almost wanted to hide his face behind his front hooves, but when he risked looking at Cadance, he saw no judgement whatsoever. She was completely silent and focused on the task at hand, as if she was the most professional foalsitter ever just doing her job, and diapering a 17-year-old stallion was the most normal thing in the world.
Closing the foal powder bottle, she brought the front of the diaper up, magically smoothing it against his stomach, brought the back wings up, and fastened the tapes. She sat him up and levitated him over to the open crib, sitting him on the edge of the mattress, before sitting down next to him.
"Feeling any better now? Just a little?" Cadance asked him, rubbing his back.
Still blushing, Sandbar silently nodded, sniffling and wiping his eyes. He had forgotten how safe and happy the crinkly padding between his legs made him feel.
"Now Sandbar, I want you to listen, and listen carefully. This is not your fault. Do you understand me? Gallus was pretending everything was alright, when things clearly weren't, and he wasn't doing anything about it. That is where my pity for him stops. He deceived his closest friends, and instead of getting professional help and advice for his unhappiness, he abandoned everything he had built here for something new and exciting that a stranger offered. Depression is not curable, but it is treatable. If he wants to decline treatment, abandon his friends, and chase extremes like that, that's not going to solve anything, and it'll be a self-destructive cycle until he gets help. With his choices and actions, he has absolutely no one but himself to blame for his unhappiness. You don't need to worry about him anymore, Sandbar. You didn't do anything wrong. But wrestling with this bitterness is going to take a long time. When you've been wronged like this, it might be for the rest of your life."
Sandbar sniffled again as he took in the Princess' words and advice.
"I really thought that he was just making a long distance friend. I had no idea that it would get to this." He confessed.
"Believe me, no one here is looking at his choices sympathetically or kindly."
Sandbar had experienced a crazy spectrum of emotions the past few weeks, and if he was honest with himself, anger and outright fury had been among them. One night he imagined Gallus coming back to town and tearing out his flight feathers one by one, after everything he had done for him.
If others were just as angry with the griffon, it made him feel just a little bit better.
"I don't want you to go through this alone, Sandbar. Princess Twilight tells me that you two had a partner? A polyamorous relationship?" Cadance asked.
"Ocellus." Sandbar answered, nodding.
"Twilight tells me that she's been having just as hard of a time dealing with this too. I know you two can help each other through this if you try. I want you to take some time to get a handle on your emotions, and when you think you've done so, Twilight and Ocellus would love to see you back in school. Do you think you can do that for me?"
Sandbar swallowed the lump in his throat, and nodded. He felt a few pieces of his shattered confidence and resolve begin to come back together when he imagined Ocellus as crushed and abandoned as he had felt.
Cadance leaned over to hug him again, and got to her hooves.
"And if you don't mind me saying, you do look pretty adorable like that."
Sandbar smiled embarrassingly as his cheeks lit up red again.
"Alright, let's all get settled down so I can take attendance." Headmare Twilight said.
Ocellus sat in the front row of desks as Twilight took her seat and opened her planner. The headmare taught two sessions of Modern Equestrian History per week, and the changeling was determined to try not to miss any more classes.
The Princess of Love, Mi Amore Cadenza, or as she preferred to be called, Princess Cadance, had visited her in her dorm room three days ago, before the weekend had arrived. She assured the changeling that Sandbar had been eating, and that when he was ready, he would be back in school. The waves of anger she had felt over what Gallus had done to them both made her grateful that her magic wasn't attuned to anger like the Kirin species, lest her emotions would be a clear and present fire hazard to the building. As the class began to quiet down, Twilight began to make marks in her planner as her eyes scanned the rows of desks.
"Sorry I'm late, Headmare Twilight." A familiar voice said. Ocellus looked over to the door, and saw Sandbar, a half-hearted smile on his face, and saddlebags around his midsection. Headmare Twilight smiled back.
"No problem at all, Sandbar. I'm so glad you're back. Find your seat whenever you're ready." Headmare Twilight replied, going back to her book, smiling as she put a green check mark next to Sandbar's name for the first time in weeks. Ocellus felt her eyes tear up as she watched the pony walk down the front row of desks and took her seat right next to hers, but was determined to keep herself composed. Their eyes met, and for the first time in nearly a month, Ocellus felt the warm, fuzzy taste of love in her stomach.
"Welcome back." She whispered, holding her tears back, for now. He smiled back.
"Thanks, Ocellus. Really, thank you."

I just want to apologize to the readers of my other in-progress stories I promised to update before I started this one up. I don't know what else to say other than this is where my creativity has been for the past few weeks. I'll get to those as soon as my head and heart feel they can.

With a final swipe of her quill, Ocellus finished her last homework sheet of the afternoon, and slipped it back into her saddlebags, ready for class tomorrow. It would be about another hour before the cafeteria was going to begin serving dinner, so she had a little time to herself. She could always read ahead, staying one step ahead of the class, something she had grown lax in for the past few weeks, ever since Gallus had run off.
She glanced to the far end of her bed, where a single package of adult flower-patterned diapers barely poked out from under the bed frame. Gallus and Sandbar had given her those for when they couldn't get together and she was still in the mood for some playtime. It was also something she had faded from in the wake of the last few weeks. But if she did want to indulge, it would most likely mean skipping dinner, or settling for a small snack here in her room; the diapers were the only ageplay items she had, she didn't have half of her room transformed like Sandbar did.
Before her mind began to focus too hard on making a decision, there was a soft knock on her door. She got up from her desk, went over, and opened the door to meet her visitor, which turned out to be a familiar sea green earth pony.
"Sandbar, hi!" Ocellus greeted, an open smile forming on her face. Sandbar managed a faint smile in return.
"Hi, Ocellus. Sorry I was so quiet during lunch today. I was wondering if we could talk?" Sandbar asked.
"Of course. Come in, come in." Ocellus replied, stepping aside and ushering her friend into her dorm room. The pony stepped inside, and the changeling offered him her desk chair while she sat on the bed across from him.
"It was really nice having you back in class today." She immediately told him, still smiling at him.
"It was nice to be back. I wanted... Well, I wanted to come to apologize for being so distant lately."
The changeling's eyes widened at Sandbar's confession. After what he had been through... He was actually apologizing?
"Sandbar... You don't have to apologize for anything . With how you were feeling, it was probably best you stayed away. I tried visiting you a couple weeks ago and..."
Sandbar held up a hoof to stop her. He had heard how she had spent the next couple days in bed feeling sick. It honestly made him feel even worse.
"I know, but still, I shouldn't have forgotten that you were going through something very similar after Gallus left. He left you too."
Ocellus swallowed as her eyes teared up for a moment, but was determined to remain composed as her close friend was finally opening up.
"Well, if you feel you have to, then apology accepted. You're here now, and we're finally talking." She replied.
"Listen, Ocellus. I've been doing a lot of thinking these last few weeks, and after Cadance came to visit, I did considerably more organized thinking. I've come to the conclusion that there is absolutely nothing I could have done to save my relationship with Gallus, even if I did realize something was wrong. The choices were all his; he chose to refuse treatment, he chose to run away, and he chose to deceive his friends and abandon everything he had built here."
Ocellus slowly nodded with a determined smile. She was glad Sandbar wasn't continuing to think that he had done something wrong to the detriment of his relationship. She had also gone through that; she had felt that the emotions and love coming from Gallus had changed somewhat, and by the time she was ready to bring her concerns to light, it was too late. But even before Cadance had come to talk to her, she had decided that she wasn't going to burden herself with any blame that was not hers to bear.
"I'm glad you've come to that conclusion." Ocellus told him with a smile.
"And, also... That just because he was willing to abandon you, and the relationship he had built with us, it doesn't mean I want to. I don't want to walk away from what we had developed with you. What I had developed with you."
Again, Ocellus' eyes widened, and her mouth parted just a bit, as her mind processed what Sandbar was saying. Was he... Was he willing to...?
"Ocellus, would you like to go to dinner with me tonight?"
The tears returned to the corners of the changeling's eyes, but now she couldn't blink them away, and when she tried, they trickled down both of her cheeks, as the sweet, tingly taste of love returned to her tongue. With a smile and a sniffle, she nodded.
"Yes. Yes, Sandbar, I'd love to."
Author's Note
Sandbar and Ocellus were expecting to grab a couple slices of pie and skirt on back to the bedroom, but as luck would have it, Beachcomber and High Tide found them rummaging through the fridge. Per the house rule of being regarded as a foal if he was outside of his room in diapers, Sandbar was told to go bring his high chair back out to the kitchen, and a few minutes later, he was placed in it, with Ocellus sitting next to him in a regular chair at the dining table, with Beachcomber cutting up pieces of double chocolate pie for Sandbar, and High Tide doing the same for Ocellus, who was internally hoping that the scent of the foal powder, urine, and chocolate pie was sufficiently masking the smell of their son's seed which was continuing to seep out into her diaper.
"So, son. Spring break is coming up next week. Did you make any plans, or did you want to come with us and your sister to Winsome Falls?" Beachcomber asked him as he fed him a piece of dessert.
"I was actually planning on staying in town with Ocellus, if that's alright. Silverstream is bringing her brother up from Mount Aris, and we were gonna show him around Ponyville."
"Well, it wouldn't be the first time you've had the house to yourself. Just be safe, be responsible, and clean everything up." High Tide told him, but glancing at both of them.
"I will, I promise." Sandbar replied, as he received the last bite of pie from his dad's fork. For a foal, a second piece was out of the question, and seeing that Ocellus was nearly done as well, Sandbar slid out of the high chair, hugged his dad and mom goodnight, and returned to his bedroom as Ocellus was swallowing her last piece.
"I know I've said it before, but I just want to say it again; thank you for accepting me, for allowing me and Sandbar to continue seeing each other. This is a really painful time we're going through, and it means a lot that we can be there for each other through it. Not to mention how lucky he is for you to embrace this side of him. I know it's helping a great deal, I just know it." Ocellus told both of them, getting up from her seat at the kitchen table.
She received gentle, reassuring smiles from both of them.
"We'll be honest with you, Ocellus. We were rather worried about the polyamory. The odds of those kind of relationships working and lasting are never in your favor. But we've been told that love takes on an entire additional concept for changelings, and we're honored that you find so much of it in our home." High Tide told her.
"Gallus' choices amount to little more than pure cowardice," Beachcomber continued. "We helped him get Equestrian citizenship, he had a promising military career ahead of him, he had creatures that cared about him, and for reasons I frankly no longer want to know, he threw it all away for something thousands of miles away. I sincerely hope he never has to come back here, because I can't imagine he'll get much of a welcome, from anycreature. But we've since decided that his choices shouldn't undermine our belief in and support of interspecies relationships. You love our son, and he loves you. As long as that holds true, then you have our blessing to make each other as happy as you can."
Ocellus swallowed the lump in her throat as she teared up, and came forward to embrace the two ponies.
"Th-thank you so much."

Alright, well, this is end of what I had initially planned, but Sandbar and Ocellus' naughty, kinky adventures will continue in an additional story, since I have been graciously offered some artwork for a cover.
This story also served as a very small part of my ongoing efforts to cope with my marriage ending, and I'm very glad I can dramatize some of my struggles. My goal (apart from the fetish and clop, obviously) was to state that embracing your kinkier sides is a fantastic way to deal with the more painful chapters of life, and that I only sympathize with depressives as long as they seek help. As of now it is an incurable disease, but if you do everything you can think of to treat it yourself, everything except get professional help, then I believe you are 100% responsible for the relationships you destroy in the process.

"I have to admit, when you invited me over for dinner, this is honestly not the first thing I had in mind." Ocellus quipped, before Sandbar's hoof came forward with another spoonful of mashed carrots, popping it in between the changeling's lips, and pulled the utensil out nearly clean as she swallowed, back legs wiggling around her fresh diaper as she sat in the high chair that he had pushed into his bedroom.
"Well, you mentioned how you hadn't done this in awhile, and neither have I, well, before Princess Cadance visited, at least," Sandbar explained, feeling his cheeks flush at the recent memory. "So I figured we could spend tonight just... Unwinding a little, ya know? We've both been dealing with a lot these past few weeks."
Sandbar was also diapered, but Ocellus was clearly the one being babied tonight. He had told his mom and dad that she was spending the night, and while they initially worried a bit about her becoming ill again, but he assured them that it wouldn't be a problem now, and that he had decided to continue seeing her romantically. They weren't overly ecstatic about their son's decision, but they trusted his judgement, and had said nothing further.
"Hey Sandbar, can I ask you something?" Ocellus asked, after swallowing the last bite of carrots.
"Anything." Sandbar replied.
"Are you still... Mad? You know, about what Gallus did?" Ocellus asked as the earth pony lifted the high chair tray out of the way so she could drop down to the floor. When they stood face to face, Sandbar nodded.
"Yeah, yeah I am. I don't think there's anycreature in Equestria that I despise more right now. And Princess Cadance said that anger and bitterness would ebb and flow for a really long time, possibly for the rest of my life."
"Yeah, she told me the same thing. I guess part of me is worried about accidentally taking some of that anger out on each other." Ocellus said as they went over to sit on the crib mattress.
"I get what you're saying. I was kinda afraid of asking you if you wanted to continue our relationship, I wasn't sure if it would be moving way too fast, it's just that I didn't want to dance around it forever, and I didn't want either of us to deal with this thing alone... Not if there's a way to go through it together."
Ocellus smiled at him, putting a leg around his shoulders.
"And when these waves of anger and resentment do come... I think we should just... Let it out, right? We shouldn't keep it in, because I think that would just hurt us in the long run."
Sandbar nodded in agreement.
"But it should be let out in healthy ways." He said, grabbing the bottle of apple juice from the night stand and began to take a drink.
"Just have to figure out some healthy ways. Buckball, kickboxing... Angry sex...."
Hearing that last suggestion come from the changeling's mouth caused Sandbar to nearly choke on his mouthful of juice. He went into a string of coughs as Ocellus started laughing at what she had caused.
"Yeah, yeah, those are three good suggestions." Sandbar replied when he had gotten all of the juice out of his airway.
"And how would you feel about one of those suggestions tonight?" The changeling asked, her arctic blue cheeks turning pink.
Sandbar's eyes widened for a moment when he quickly realized what his friend was suggesting.
"Well, I don't know how, well, 'angry' it would be, because I feel pretty okay at the moment. But... I mean, if you want to."
"It's just not about what I want, you know. Do you want to?" Ocellus asked the pony.
"Honestly, I think we're both overdue. I'm rather amazed I haven't started turning blue back there." Sandbar replied, rubbing the back of his head as he finished the apple juice that was in the bottle.
If Ocellus was honest with herself, this sort of felt like their first time, and in a way, it was. Before, when she had fooled around with them, it had always been the three of them together. Gallus had always been present. The two of them had never been alone.
As her cheeks flushed red at what her mind wanted her to do next, she gave into instinct, slowly leaned towards Sandbar, and pressed her lips to his. He leaned into it, putting a leg around Ocellus, pushing her deeper into the kiss. It was honestly a little sloppy; he hadn't gotten any practice with the griffon. But we've got a couple hours before bedtime, so who knows, maybe we'll be ready again. You want to go get some dessert?" She asked, sitting up, and lowered the side bars of the crib. Sandbar followed, both creatures getting to their hooves.
"You read my mind. Come on, I think there's some pie in the fridge."
Ocellus got up out of the crib, and already felt Sandbar's deposit begin to leak out of her, slowly dripping into her flower-patterned diaper.
"And do start to think of some of those fantasies for me, Sandbar," Ocellus told him as they walked to the door together. "Because if you don't, I'll have to start using my imagination."
The changeling opened the door and stepped out to head to the kitchen. Sandbar was about to follow, when he spotted the face down picture frame on the nightstand across the room. He walked over to it, and lifted it up, revealing a photo of himself, Ocellus, and Gallus. He stared at it for maybe a moment, then unlatched the back of the frame, removed the photograph, and dropped it into the small trash can next to his bed.
"Fuck your happiness, you sky dropping." The pony muttered under his breath as he turned to leave the bedroom, following his friend out to the kitchen.

I was originally planning on ending it here, but I think I can squeeze a little bit more out of this story as Sandbar and Ocellus explore more of their fetish and fantasies together.
