Once again the roads had led Trixie back to the streets of Ponyville, this time though she had a plan. She was going to make Princess Twilight pay for making her look like a fool. “Trixie just has to make this plan work, then everypony will respect her again!” She mused out loud, ignoring the curious glances from those passing by.
Unfortunately for Trixie; Like most of her plans, this one would end in disaster like all of the rest. It was a very short time before Twilight had caught on to the unicorn’s plan and she’d finally had enough of it. “You just can’t go around telling lies about ponies Trixie, you should know better by now!”
It had only been a few days; Trixie had begun to spread lies and Twilight had found her. But what could the Princess do to her? She hadn’t broken any laws, and she hadn’t really done anything that would warrant significant punishment. In her mind, Trixie was free from repercussions this time.
The purple alicorn trotted back and forth in front of Trixie, trying to think of what to do. “Of all of the things you could do Trixie.” Twilight scolded. “Here I thought you had finally learned your lesson, that you had grown up.” She said. “I guess you’re still going to act like a foal; So I’ll treat you like one for at least a week. Maybe longer if you don’t learn your lesson.”
“Trixie doesn’t know what you’re talking about, Purple!” Trixie snorted in disbelief, she thought if she just played stupid Twilight couldn’t possibly punish her. “I didn’t spread any lies or misinformation about you, or tell ponies that you like wearing diapers.”
Twilight rolled her eyes and groaned. “I watched you stand in front of your cart and talk about it.” She paused, turning away and lighting her horn as she began to look for a book from a shelf. “For fifteen minutes.” She added, levitating over the book she was looking for. “Here’s the one.” The book itself was rather plain but the words on the binding were clear. ‘How to take care of a foal’ was etched into the cover.
“Just what do you intend to do with a book on foals? Are you punishing Trixie by making her foalsit your friends sisters?” The unicorn said her voice dripped with sarcasm.
Twilight simply shook her head. “You know I’d never let you off that easy.” She mused. “My skills might be a bit rusty since Spike has long since been out of diapers, but I think with a few tips from this book here I can treat you like the foal you are.” She said, opening a door on the far side of the room. “After you, Trixie.”
Trixie grumbled to herself but followed the alicorn’s instruction. Her eyes widened in disbelief, she was greeted by the sight of a nursery, complete with an adult sized changing table and what appeared to be adult sized diapers. “Trixie is concerned and confused. Why do you have a nursery?” She asked, her eyes falling upon the diapers stacked neatly once more.
The alicorn guided Trixie over to the changing table, lifting the mare onto it with her magic using little effort. “For various reasons, but today it’s your punishment.” Twilight responded as she pulled a fresh diaper off of one of the stacks and levitated it in front of the mare. “Look at the cute little prints, perfect for a foal like you!” She teased lifting the blue unicorn’s rear to slide the diaper beneath. “They even have fading designs so we know when you need a change!”
The unicorn mare felt her cheeks growing warmer while her rear was lowered onto the cushiony padding of the diaper. “W-What are you doing to Trixie?” She would never admit it to anypony but the diaper felt really good, mostly with how soft it was. “You don’t have any right to treat me this way, I’m a full grown mare!”
Princess Twilight just ignored the protests from the other mare. She levitated a bottle of foal powder up and began to sprinkle it onto Trixie’s nethers before gently rubbing it in to prevent any rashes. “I’m the Princess, I have every right.” She explained as she pulled the front of the diaper up between Trixie’s legs; Taping one side and then the other into place before running her magic along the leg gatherers to make sure they were properly in place. At last the Alicorn gave a firm pat onto Trixie’s diapered behind, giggling softly at the crinkling noise. “Oh and I wouldn’t bother trying to take it off, my magic is a bit more powerful than yours.” She winked.
Frowning, Trixie reached her hooves down to the front of the diaper and tried tugging on the tapes. Finding that they wouldn’t budge no matter how hard she pulled, her blush deepened when she noticed a small lock symbol on the landing zone. “Did you lock me into this thing?!” She cried, crossing her forehooves and pouting much like a small filly.
“Not exactly my doing.” Twilight explained as she raised an unopened pack from below the changing table. “They come pre-enchanted with this spell on them so that the wearer can’t take them off on their own.” She explained. “I just made it a bit stronger so that there’s absolutely no way you can get that off unless I decide to give you a change, now up off the changing table, you have a big day tomorrow at daycare!” She smiled gesturing over to a crib. “I’ll get you a bottle and check on you throughout the night, you’ll certainly need to be changed by morning.”
“I don’t want a bottle!” The unicorn protested, “Trixie demands you treat her, her own age not as some kind of foal.” She sat with her forehooves crossed on the changing table, refusing to move for the princess. “Trixie also doesn’t need diapers at night! At least not since she was a filly in magic kindergarten.”
With a small laugh Twilight lifted Trixie off of the changing table in her magic, carrying her over to a crib. “Well you’re going to be back in daycare with all of the other foals, you’re not nearly ready for magic kindergarten yet sweetie!” The alicorn teased as she lowered the blue unicorn into the crib. With a purple flash a bottle appeared and it was lowered down into Trixie’s hooves. “Oh I almost forgot! We have to keep the little filly warm.” Twilight said, spreading her wings and gliding over to the other side of the room. She rummaged around in a large wardrobe before returning with a pair of hooved pajamas. It wasn’t hard for her to get Trixie into them with her magic. “There we go, all nice and warm and ready for bed. That bottle had better be gone by morning, Goodnight Trixie.” She said turning out the light, leaving a nightlight on next to the crib.

Trixie woke in the darkness of night, she couldn’t tell the time but it must have been late. She felt the unmistakable feeling of a soggy diaper pressing between her legs. “Trixie hasn’t had accidents since she was a filly!” She said aloud. The mare panicked a little internally, had Twilight cast some kind of spell on her while she had been asleep?
“Oh I see you’re awake, don’t worry I’ll be done before you know it.” Twilight said with a small giggle. “I’m glad we put you in diapers before bed, you’ve soaked this thing!” The alicorn said as she placed a hoof on Trixie’s diaper to hold it in place while her magic tore open the tapes.
The blush on Trixie’s cheeks magnified tenfold when she heard the sound of the tapes tearing. “I didn’t ask for a diaper change.” She grumbled, avoiding eye contact with the other pony. She squirmed feeling the cool evening air hitting her nether region, realizing she was no longer in her crib and on a changing table.
“You don’t have to ask, you’re a young filly, and young fillies don’t know when they need changed.” Twilight said firmly as she levitated some wipes over to clean the unicorn before enveloping another diaper in her magic and bringing it to the table. “Besides you were about to leak. Legs up!” She said, lifting Trixie’s hind legs up into the air so she could slide it under her plot. Gently the mare threaded the other mare’s tail through the tail hole before lowering her legs back down. “Good girl.” She praised bringing over the foal powder. “Almost done.”
The unicorn sighed in relief, the feeling of the foal powder being sprinkled onto her most sensitive region brought back memories of a more simple time. “If you tell anypony about this I’ll tell all the tabloids about your weird adult nursery.”
Twilight simply let out a giggle before taping the new diaper tightly in place; Completely ignoring the other mare’s statement. “Now be a good filly and don’t squirm while I get you back in your nice warm pajamas.” She said, threading Trixie’s hooves into each leg hole one by one. Before long the pajamas were back on and the alicorn gave Trixie’s diapered rear a firm pat before lifting her in a purple aura and levitating her back over to the crib. “All nice and dry!” She cooed. “Sleep tight silly little filly.” She said leaving the room before Trixie could say anything further to her.
Trixie pressed her hind legs together, the warm embrace of the thick diaper brought back memories of when she was a filly. “I can’t believe I’m going to say this, but I kind of liked that.” She said aloud quietly. “It made Trixie feel loved.”

The next morning Trixie awoke in the crib, the all too familiar feeling of a thoroughly soaked diaper greeting her again. She blushed, knowing Twilight would walk in any moment and comment about the state of her diaper. “Stupid milk, stupid Trixie wetting the bed again.” She complained grumpily.
It wasn’t long before Twilight entered the room, opening the curtains with her magic to let the sunlight in. “Goodmorning Trixie, how did you sleep last night?” She asked, reaching a hoof into the crib to press against the unicorn’s diaper. “Oh my, you’re very wet again! I didn’t know that your problems were this bad at night; Let’s get you into another fresh diaper.” She said, lifting the mare out of the crib and over to the changing table.
With ease Twilight removed the pajamas and observed Trixie’s soaked diaper. “My goodness! You’ve almost leaked again! These diapers take a pretty big soaking to get close to leaking!” Giggling at Trixie’s predicament she tore open the tapes, lowering the diaper and pulling it away. Swiftly she cleaned the mare’s nether region with wipes before lifting the unicorn’s plot with her magic, lowering it back onto another thick diaper. “If you keep wetting this much I’ll have to put you in thicker diapers.” She said, applying a thick layer of powder before pulling the new diaper into place and taping it on. “All done, now let’s get you dressed for daycare.”
“Daycare?!” Trixie cried in frustration. “This is going way too far! I put up with being put into diapers yesterday, and being changed by you twice, but daycare? I refuse. You can’t make Trixie!” She stamped a hoof on the floor, threatening to throw a foalish level temper tantrum.
“You’re just grumpy because you woke up wet twice in one night.” The alicorn teased, retrieving a cute lavender dress from a nearby wardrobe. “I think you’ll look very pretty in this.” She said, using her magic to hold Trixie in place as she slid it into place. The dress itself was rather short, a smooth fabric at the front with a frilly skirt that only seemed to accentuate the diaper rather than hide it. With another flash of magic Twilight tied the ribbon into a bow around the base of Trixie’s tail to hold it up, exposing her diaper.. “Now let’s go get you some breakfast before we go to daycare.”

Trixie stood outside of a large wooden door, holding Twilight’s hoof, blush very apparent on her cheeks. “I didn’t need you to hold my hoof, I was perfectly fine walking here by myself!” She huffed, her diaper crinkling audibly in response to her movements. “This outfit doesn’t hide Trixie’s diaper at all, and you didn’t have to lift her skirt to check it in public!”
“You’re just nervous because it’s your first day of daycare.” Twilight said, turning Trixie around before lifting her skirt once again and pulling the back of her diaper open with her magic. “Still clean, good girl!” She praised as she led the mare into the daycare. “Now I want you to be on your best behaviour, I know the other fillies and colts are older than you, but that’s no reason to be mean to them.” She explained as they entered a crowded hallway filled with parents and their foals.
Trixie’s face drained of colour save for the blush that was covering her muzzle. Actual foals; She was in a daycare with actual little fillies and colts, most of which were old enough to be out of diapers, the rest of them were mainly in pull ups, very few were actually still in diapers like she was.
A cream coated pegasus mare approached Trixie, a warm smile on her face. “You must be little Trixie!” She said ruffling her mane, her hoof reaching back and firmly pressing the thick diaper into her, checking for any signs of wetness. “I’m Daisy Ray, but you can call me Miss Daisy!” She said cheerfully, gently taking Trixie by the hoof further into the daycare. “Princess Twilight told me all about your little arrangement, I’ve been told you’re a very naughty filly and I’ll have to keep my eye on you.” The mare smoothed down Trixie’s dress and gave her a gentle pat on the bum, “For what it’s worth, I think you’re a very brave little filly going to your friend and asking for help to be the little filly that you feel you are inside; Now go play with the other foals.”
“Trixie is not a little filly, and she doesn’t want to be one either!” She whined before resigning herself to her fate. She took a seat at one of the small tables where some fillies and colts were currently drawing with crayons.
Princess Twilight smiled at Daisy. “She’s just used to having to deny it.” She lied. “I’ll put her diaper bag in the changing area, she’ll probably need to be changed soon.”
“How come a big pony like you is wearing diapers?” A small yellow earth pony filly asked, setting down the crayon that was in her hooves onto the table.
Trixie sighed dejectedly. “I was a bad pony, I did some very mean things to other ponies out of spite.”
“What does spite mean?”
“It means I intentionally hurt another pony.” The unicorn explained, cautiously grabbing one of the crayons from the center of the table. “I have to wear diapers and stay here with the rest of the foals since I was very bad.” Trixie smiled at the small filly.
Trixie became suddenly aware of a growing need to use the fillys room. She hadn’t used her diaper since last night and Twilight had made sure she drank a lot of juice with her breakfast. Crossing her hind legs, she fought the growing urge to release her bladder. “S-Say what’s your name?” She asked stuttering, drawing more attention to herself.
“Cherry Bloom!” The filly said cheerfully, pointing to her pink cherry coloured mane. “Mommy said the cherry trees were in bloom when the stork pony delivered me to her and Daddy’s house.” She noticed Trixie growing more unsettled with each passing second. “What’s the matter, do you have to potty?”
“N-No!” Trixie said loudly, “Trixie does not have to go potty.”
“Nu-uh! You’re lying!” A high pitched voice said as a young pegasus filly walked over to them. “You’re doing all the stuff you do when a pony has gotta pee real bad!” She teased poking at Trixie’s diaper. “I would know cause I’m almost potty trained! I got special pull ups that my mommy got me, see!” She explained pointing to her rear, the slightly faded wetness indicator clearly showing that Trixie was being lectured about the potty by a filly who’d wet herself. “I know cause I used to be little like you! And that's what I did when I had to pee!”
“You’re being mean Breezy! Trixie said she didn’t have to go potty, so she doesn’t have to go potty.” Cherry Bloom said nearly shouting at the other filly. “And you’re not almost potty trained! You just stopped wearing diapers full time a couple days ago, your Mommy said you were still in them at home!”
“Am not! I’m just saying she looks like she’s gotta pee!” Breezy explained, pointing toward Trixie’s diaper. “But she’s wearing diapers anyway so it don’t matter!”
Trixie tried to drown out the sound of the two fillies arguing with each other, she became acutely aware of the pressure in her bladder, nearly overwhelming at this point. Finally growing tired of their squabbling, she sighed in relief, the dam finally breaking. A soft hiss filled the room, stopping the arguing immediately.
The two fillies watched the front of Trixie’s diaper grow suddenly darker then become yellow tinted. “I told you she had to potty!” Breezy exclaimed pointing at the wet spot on the mare’s diaper. “She had to potty!”
“What’s going on over here?” Miss Daisy said, walking over to the three ponies followed by Twilight. “Breezy! You know better than to tease your younger classmates! What did I tell you last time about teasing the other fillies and colts about their diapers?”
The pegasus filly frowned and looked down to the floor. She mumbled something but it was inaudible.
“Breezy. What did I tell you?” Miss Daisy asked.
“Th-that if I teased the other ponies about their diapers I would have to wear diapers for the rest of the day to see how embarrassing it is...” Breezy whispered meekly, her eyes downcast and a blush spreading across her cheeks.
“That’s right. Now apologize to Trixie!” The daycare mare said sternly, “And after you’re done we’ll see about getting you back into diapers, I can see that you’re not quite ready for those pullups after all.” Daisy scolded gently, gesturing to the lightly faded wetness indicators of the fillies garment.
Trixie was mortified, she realized the entire class of foals was now staring at her, some of them staring at the now smudged wetness indicators. She wanted to cry in shame but Trixie was a grown mare, she wasn’t going to cry over a wet diaper! Especially not in front of all these foals. “T-Trixie just had a small accident, it's nothing to be ashamed of.”
Miss Daisy smiled at Trixie. “It’s okay sweetheart, accidents happen, especially for fillies your age.” She said, gently lifting Trixie’s skirt to check the state of her diaper. “You’re wet, but that diaper can take a lot more, so I’ll check you again after snack time.”

Trixie sighed in relief while lining up with the other foals coming in after recess, her now thoroughly soaked diaper had swollen to several times its normal size and now hung low between her legs. ‘If I don’t get my diaper changed I might leak, and that would make Trixie feel really awful.’ She thought to herself.
Daisy seated the fillies and colts at their tables and made her way around, checking each of their pull ups or diapers. She stopped at Trixie and eyed her diaper carefully, scrutinizing the clearly soaked garment. “Trixie, sweetheart, we need to get that diaper changed.”
The unicorn blushed, while she did want a change, she wasn’t quite sure how she felt about Daisy doing it. “Trixie thinks her diaper is just fine!” She protested, trying to hide the completely soaked diaper from view. “You said these things can take a lot of soaking.”
The earthpony shook her head. “That may be so sweetie but this one is ready to leak, and you don’t want to leak in front of all of the other fillies and colts do you?” She asked, gently taking one of Trixie’s forehooves in her own and guiding her towards the changing area.
Trixie blushed crimson, her sodden diaper was starting to bother her and she felt the need to go again. “T-Trixie has to go again…” She said quietly, she was beginning to worry the diaper would leak.
Daisy walked Trixie over to the changing area; It was a rather open area next to a small bathroom that featured two changing tables against the wall with several shelves above with diapers and pull up packs with the names of various fillies and colts written on them. “That’s okay sweetie, you can go again after we get you changed.” She said, slowly helping the unicorn onto one of the changing tables, laying her down on it and pushing up her skirt so that it was out of the way of the diaper.
The cream coated mare began untaping Trixie’s diaper. One tape, then the other, before letting it fall open with an audible thump. “My somepony sure is a bit of a super soaker!” She commented as she began wiping Trixie’s nethers down with foal wipes before tossing them into the old soaked diaper, rolling it up and throwing it in a nearby pail. She then grabbed a fresh diaper from the package labeled ‘Trixie’ and laid it flat on the table. “Legs up please.”
Trixie was speechless, she could only let out a soft squeak while she lifted her legs for the other mare. Once the diaper was safely below her, she sat back down, her bottom sinking into the padding. She sighed in delight, the secure feeling of a fresh diaper was something she was beginning to grow used to. “P-Please don’t tell anypony, but Trixie really likes wearing diapers again.” She said softly, watching the diaper be pulled up between her thighs and being fastened shut.
Daisy smiled down at the blue coated unicorn, “Don’t worry dear, there’s nothing wrong with liking diapers or wanting to be a little filly again. Maybe this wasn’t so much a punishment as it was somepony who cares about you, helping you be the little filly you need to be again.” She helped Trixie down from the changing table, giving the grown filly’s bottom a gentle pat. “Now, I believe you said you still had to go potty dear?”
Trixie blushed heavily and nodded. She spread her hind legs apart and sighed, opening the floodgates once more. Urine rushed into the thirsty padding with a loud hiss, the morning’s juice quickly working its way into her diaper. The diaper began to swell in response to the volume of liquid, its wetness indicators going from a cute childlike drawing of Princess Twilight to a smudged print, to nothing but a blurred mess.
The earth pony smiled at Trixie and took one of her forehooves and led her back to the tables, seating her between the two fillies she’d made friends with earlier. “Now be a good filly, we’re having cookies and milk for snack time today!” She explained.
The unicorn mare sat between her two friends, she felt a pressure building inside her bowels but chose to ignore it for the time being. “Milk and Cookies? Trixie loves cookies!” She said happily.
The young pegasus turned to Trixie as the cookies were being distributed to all of the fillies and colts. She blushed as her rear crinkled with her movements. “I’m sorry I was mean to you Trixie.” She said softly. “I didn’t mean it!”
“Trixie knows you didn’t mean it, ponies sometimes tease the ones they want to be friends with.” She said frowning slightly when a sippy cup of milk was deposited in front of her. “A sippy cup, really?”
Twilight, who was helping Daisy pass out the snacks, just let out a small laugh. “Well Trixie, it’s policy here that those who don’t know how to use the potty don’t get open cups. I could get a bottle if you’d prefer?”
“N-No, a sippy cup is fine!” Trixie exclaimed quickly, going back to her cookies. The uncomfortable pressure was beginning to bother her again, she shifted back and forth in her seat trying to get comfortable again.
Breezy frowned as she took a bite out of one of her cookies. “You look like you have to go potty again!” She exclaimed poking at Trixie’s already wet diaper.
“Do you have to go potty, Trixie?” Daisy asked from across the room, walking a small filly to the diaper changing station.
Trixie shook her head, blushing as she fought the pressure building up. “N-no, thank you.” She managed as she began to drink from her sippy cup. She was growing desperate to go but she wouldn’t admit it, she didn’t really want to do that in her diaper.
“It’s okay I already peed my diaper too!” The young filly said to Trixie as she finished her cookies. “You’ll feel better if you just relax!”
Turning to protest, the unicorn opened her mouth to respond but the sudden lapse caused what she had been fighting all along. With a single motion her tail raised itself and her back arched as she felt herself suddenly filling her diapers. Her eyes went wide as she had her accident, a genuine accident at that. Her blush grew to cover her whole face as she struggled to find words. Just before she could say anything to anypony she heard Daisy speaking.
“Alright everypony! It’s nap time! Find your friends and get a nap mat!”
“B-Breezy, my diaper is full. I really need a change.” Trixie whispered, finding herself being tugged along to the nap area. She watched the younger filly lay out their nap mats frowning the entire time.
“Don’t be silly, your change can wait till after naptime!” Breezy said laying herself down on the mat, “Besides it can’t be that bad.” She said with a giggle, draping a small blanket over herself and Trixie. “It’s not like your diaper is actually full!”
