The beastmen, idols of corruption, perversion, cruelty and all things beastial roam the lands in a state of eternal war. War both with themselves and war with the favored children of the gods. Even without shamans, each and every beastman feels in their heart the hatred that the world has for them. They don't expect to survive the gods awakening and so the plunged themselves further into their depravity and hedonism, for the last generation of beaatmen that will ever be born that short life should be spent in mindless ecstacy.

That is, until King was born.

The bastard runt of a human woman who was defiled by a beast man. Born a mutant even by the standards of the beasts. A goat headed creature bearing four eyes, an abomination beyond even the most foul nightmares his mother could dream. Yet even with her visceral hatred of the child she could not kill him, and so, King was cast out into the twisted woods to be reunited to his putred kin.

It was then the treasonous Arch Magi Texig found the newborn runt and his eyes glowed brilliantly. The fate of the runt was shown in all of its glory as it burnt the Magi's eyes from his head. Even through all the pain the gods dealt the Magi knew that he must protect the child, for he was the manbeasts only hope against the gods.
