"Then I started to rapidly beat his head in" Jazz says cheerfully. A childlike smile forming on the colt's face. "That was my favorite part"

Limestone rolled her eyes.

"Sounds like I missed alot" Pinkamena mused. Said mare side stepped a pony that was just about to run into her. The pony on the other hoof was busy carrying a ton of boxes. As such he was too busy making sure not to drop them than to look were he was going. "Sorry" he mumbled. In reponse Marble stuck her hoof. Unfortunately the stallion tripped on said hoof. The boxes slipping out of his grip as he did so. What made it even worse is that said items didn't help break his fall in the slightest. As such the stallion landed on the ground face first. In response he screamed while holding his noise.

Marble smiled in satisfaction as she watched the stallion squirm.

"Hey!"

Slowly the grey mare turned her head. "Yes?' She asked while staring at the pegasus. Marble's voice was calm and collected. However the mare froze. Her eyes going wide with fear. The atmosphere around Marble was something the mare never experienced. To the mare Marble naturally exerted an air that screamed dangerous. What made it even worse is that the pegasus found herself unable to move. She could do nothing but stare at the pony in front of her. Said pony stared right back. Her eyes gripping the mare's soul.

"Is there a problem here? Pinkamena asked. The pink pony walked over to stand beside her sister. Jazz and Limestone was quick to follow suit. Marble tore her gaze away from the mare to glance at her siblings. For her part the pegasus let out a breath she didn't even know she was holding.

"Well?" Limestone snapped. The mare had her fill of dealing with stupid ponies for one day. Jazz on the other hoof stared at the pegasus. A wide eyed expression on his face. The mare gulped. A look of nervousness mixed with fear on her face.

"Well you se-"

"YOU CAN FLY?!"

The pegasus blinked. Jazz on the other hoof was busy shaking with excitement. "I used to be able to fly!"

The mare stared at him. A look disbelief clearly evident on her face. Limestone however merely rolled her eyes.

"You never flew Jazz."

Said stallion gasped and looked at his sister. "Yes I did!" His tone was that of bewilderment. As if he was confused on why she never knew said fact. Limestone snorted. 'Yeah right, you were probably just having another break down." Jazz glared at her. When he spoke again his voice came out as a slight rasp. "Says the pony without the slightest hint of a social life."

"Says the hypocrite!" Limestone growled. The two immediately locked eyes.

The pegasus however took this as her que to leave, and did so while the other two were distracted. Marble however waved a hoof at the mare as she galloped away.

"Just because you didn't see it doesn't make it any less true!" Jazz growled.

"Oh stop acting like a child!" Limestone sneered. In reponse he smirked. "Says the mare who needed a toy bunny to sleep at night."

"What did you say?!"

"You heard me."

"I will bury your head fucking head into the ground!"

"What's stopping you?!"

"ENOUGH! Pinkamena roared.

The two ponies stopped.

Slowly Limestone and Jazz looked over thier sister. Gone was mare's usual smiling figure. Instead they were greeted with sight of a disapproving scowl. Once she had thier attention Pinkamena spoke. "Now I love the sight of two ponies arguing as much as the next mare, but not when it's between two ponies I care about the most." The mare sighed. Immediately Limestone looked away. Jazz on the other hoof blinked in confusion.

"What were we talking about?"

"Nothing" Limestone quickly said. She didn't want to drag the situation on more than they already did. The mare knew that it was somewhat her fault to begin with. Jazz was known for having an active imagination. At least when he was a colt. Thier childhood wasn't exactly what a pony would call fun. Heck she remembers the times that he told her a drea-"

Wait.

"Jazz!"

Looking over at her said stallion smiled. It was one of those without a care in the world type of smiles.

"Yes?"

Limestone couldn't help but snort. "When you were flying were there mountains or clouds?" She needed to know. In response in reponse Jazz blinked.

"I went flying?"

It took every ounce of strength that Limestone had not to face hoof. Meanwhile Marble and Pinks were watching the scene before them. Both mares had amused expressions on thier faces. Pinkamena couldn't help but laugh upon seeing Limestone's near livid expression. The grey mare looked almost like a volcano the way her face turned red.

"Oh my fu-"YES! Limestone screamed. Upon hearing this Jazz flinched. Limestone took in a breath. The mare knew that screaming will get her absolutely nowhere. At least not when dealing with a pony like her brother. "That's what you told the pegasus remember?" He thought for a moment. Suddenly his smile grew. "Oh yeah! It was really fun."

"I bet Limestone remarked dryly. "Now when you were flying were there clouds or mountains?" Jazz giggled. "Mountains! Clouds are really ugly."

Immediately Limestone felt like an idiot.

"Dreams" the mare mumbled. "Jazz was telling the pony about the dreams he had when he was a colt."

"Oh! I almost forgot about those!" Pinks giggled. Back in the day Jazz would quit often tell them about one particular dream he had. Said dream involved him flying over varies mountains. Why mountains exactly? No pony knew. However that didnt stop the Stallion's excitment at the prospect of it all. With that being said howver thier parents weren't exactly amused. As such Jazz would end up severely punished if so much as mentioned the word flying. This of course led to more time in the cellar. A place were Stallion's already strained mental state got worse. It was there that new aspects of his personality began to form. Said aspects don't exactly have life of thier own. Rather they represent his over all mental state. For example when he's angry it triggers something within his subconscious. As such all his anger due to neglect and abuse comes to the surface. All though this personality is slightly different it is still Jazz. As in he is still the pony he was five minutes ago. Just a different take on his personality. Unfortunately they do more harm than good. Because these aspects represent his destroyed physic they can often collide with one another. As such this leads to him having sever mental and emotional issues. Hence him having mental break downs. Fortunately there is way to mellow him out for the most part.

Killing.

Killing Is the only time his aspects can actually work well toghere. As such it is the only reason why Jazz isn't currently in a straight jacket. Committing such an act brings him temporary relief. As such afterwords he is remarkably easier to deal it. However that alone doesn't mean the breakdowns can't occur at any time. Take his interaction with the two police ponies for example. What killing really does is slow down the inevitable.

"I think it's time to go" Marble stated. Said mare points a hoof towards the crowd of ponies who have been watching them for awhile now. Upon being noticed said crowd quickly began to disperse. "The nerve of ponies" Pinkamena rolled her eyes. However just as she did so her eyes widened. "Oh! I almost forgot" the pink mare clapped her hooves. This served to get her siblings attention. "Mrs. Greenie wants us to cone in for work today."

Mrs. Greenie is a dark yellow unicorn mare with a tree for a cutie mark. Said mare runs a small diner in the middle of downtown. Ironically enough She named said diner Little trees. The mare herself was old and polite. In fact she's the second pony that the Pies consider a friend. Of course Pinkamena thought the mare as foolish, but said mare brought them in to work when no pony else would. Not only that, but she aslo taught them the ins and outs of the city. That alone made Pinkamena grateful. What made it even better is that the mare knew when to mind her businesse.

Upon hearing this Limestone sighed. So munch for avoiding dumb ponies. Jazz on the other hoof shook with excitement. "Yay! I get to be helpful!" The stallion grinned. In reponse Pinkamena rubbed her noise against his in a affectionate manner. "Your already a big help jazz!" The pink mare smiled. He giggled before nuzzling her back. Upon witnessing this Limestone couldn't help but roll her eyes. However there was a small frown on her lips. If there was one thing she hated about Jazz it was the way he thought less of himself. The pony often had problems with his self esteem. When he was largely stable that is. Upon glancing at her second eldest sister Limestone realized she wasn't alone. Marble aslo had a small frown on her face.

Pinks suddenly paused. Pulling away Said mare looked off into the distance as if searching for something. A calculated look on her face. The others were quick to notice this. "What's wrong?" Jazz asked in confusion. The stallion tried looking at the same direction as his sister was. Unfortunately he saw nothing but ponies going about thier daily lives. "Its nothing" Pinks stated. However the seriousness in her expression said otherwise. Marble looked at her sister in concern. She knew that the mare just lied to them. However she aslo knew that it wouldn't be without good reason. So unable to do munch of anything the pony kept her mouth shut. Less she runs the risk of upsetting her kin. "It doesn't look like nothing" Limestone stated. However her tone suggest that she knew better than to push the matter any further.

Pinks shook her head before gigling. "Naw, nothing you need to concern yourselves about just yet." Her tone implied that she knew more then what she was letting on. Howver the sisters could do nothing but nod. Jazz on the other hoof was urging them forward. "Come on! Were gonna be late!" Pinks laughed. "Alright. Alright you heard the stallion girls, and with that Pinks hoped forward with Jazz folowing close behind. The other two ponies merely looked at each other before following suit.

.....

The doors leading inside Little trees diner burst opened. A second later two familiar ponies hoped inside. One pink while the other was as black as the night itself. However it wasn't long before two more ponies entered the establishment. "I win!" Jazz says victoriously. However Pinks was quick to deny that fact.

"No way!"

"Yes way!"

"No."

"Yes."

This continued until a unicorn mare popped her head out from the kitchen. Upon recognizing said ponies the old mare couldn't help but smile. "Why it isn't my favorite workers." She quickly existed the kitchen. The ponies who stared at the trio as soon as they entered tore thier gazes away. "Hi mrs. Grennie!" Jazz waved. Pinks did as well. Though instead of shouting at the mare she chose instead to nod respectfully.

"Hi" Limestone greeted flatly. Marble however gave the unicorn a little smile. Mrs. Greenie greeted them all back in turn. "Hello everyone! I was hoping you'd make it." Pinks shrugged smirking. "It's not like we have munch of a choice." Mrs. Greenie chuckled. "True, but it's not like I would fire you just like that." Pinks agreed with a smile. The pink mare was always in charge of the conversations. Mostly becaus out of the four of them she was the most capable in a normal conversation. "Can we start now!" Jazz whined. The stallion was all too eager to get to work. Upon realizing this mrs. Greenie laughed. "My, my, well don't let an old mare like me stop you." Upon hearing this Jazz dashed towards the kitchen. Limestone rolled her eyes for the tenth time today. Her other two sisters on the other hoof merely smiled.

"You heard the mare" Pinks stared looking over her shoulder "It's time to get to work."

Now said work consisted of ponies playing thier part. For instance Marble and Limestone were in charged of tables. Said Job was hardly difficult for the pair. Especially sense it only consisted of taking other ponies orders. Pinkamena on the other hoof was the cook. Said mare had a talent of putting delicious meals toghere. Especially the sweet kind. Regardless she took her job very seriously. Aa such she hardly smiled. Instead she chose to put all her focus in getting everything right. Jazz for his part was the dishwasher. A boring job for many, but for the stallion it was something else entirely. Plus no one can leave a plate sparkling clean quit like he can. Mrs. Greenie herself was tasked with taking care of the register. Not exactly all that difficult, but the pony took pleasure in it all the same. Toghere these five could give any fancy restaurant a run for it's money.

Suddenly Pinkamena paused. Turning her head the mare stared at nothing in particular. Afthere a moment she noded.

"Hey Jazz?!"

"Yeah?!

"Can you do me a favor and throw away the garbage gatherd from last night?

He noded.

The pink mare waited.

Once she heard the back door open and close she whistled. She didn't have to wait long before Marble popped her head into the kitchen. Looking back at her sister Pinkamena smirked. "In two minutes I want you to sneak out and go towards the dumpster." Slowly Marble nodded, but not before giving her sister a look of confusion. Turning back towards her work the mare grinned.

"Pretty soon were gonna have some company."

.....
Gwen stood on a rooftop outside the diner. Making sure not to be seen by the very few ponies out and about. She's been following her targets for two days now. As far as she can tell they didn't look like munch of a threat. Sure the light grey one can definitely fight, but not at the level of someone trained in her profession. The Griffin tense as she saw a stallion exit through the back. Ah it's the strange black one the others seemed to care munch for. The female Griffin watched as the stallion crossed the street. A large garbage bag flung over his shoulder. Gwen couldn't help but smirk. The hit Griffin knew to take out her target when she saw the chance, and with very few ponies around now seemed liked the perfect opportunity.

With one flap of her wings the Griffin was on top of the next building in seconds. Looking down she saw that the stallion was busy trying to open the lid for the dumpster . Suddenly Gwen felt a tense sensation in her stomach. Ignoring it the Griffin silently drifted down next the stallion. Her talons not making a sound as she landed. Her eyes narrowed in concentration. So far the he has yet to notice her approach.

Good.

Silently the Griffin pulled out her dagger. Said item was her signature weapon. It aslo help that it was aslo cursed. One scratch from this baby and you was guaranteed to die. Grinning Gwen slowly inched closer. The stallion was too busy mumbling something under his breath. What exactly it was she didnt exactly care. It's not she'll actually remember his last words anyway. Once she was in place the Griffin raised her blade. "Sleep tight" she mumbled quietly. As soon as she did so she lunged. Intending to perice the stallion right through the chest. However it was in that moment she was able to hear what he was saying.

"Insects are eating my insides."

What happened next Gwen hadn't a clue. One second she was lunging at the pony. A blood thirty smile on her face, and in the next her body was being slammed against the wall. The Griffin blinked rapidly. Trying her damndest to clear the stars from her vision. Once she did so howver she immediately tensed up. That was because the stallion she was supposed to kill was staring right back at her. A blank look upon his face.

'Spiders whisper in my sleep."

Looking around Gwen realized that her cursed blade was right behind the stallion. Said item laid motionless on the floor a few feet away. Oh well Gwen didnt need the item to kill a pony anyway. Glaring at her target she spat out a mouth full of blood. "Your gonna pay for that." In response Jazz blinked.

"In the dark the hanged mare speaks."

Gwen lunged forward. Intending to impale the stallion with her talons. Jazz side stepped the Griffin. Causing Gwen to miss her mark entirely. As a result the female Griffin stumbled for a few seconds. As such Jazz struck her side with his hoof. The force was enough to put the griffieness momentarily on her knees.

"She tells me the truth without a hint of a lie."

Growing Gwen jumped into the air. Spinning around the Griffin aimed to kick him in the face.

"She tells me were all the bodies lie."

Jazz duck, grabbing her foot as it practically soared over his head.

"Under the ground sick and rotten."

With a yank Gwen found herself on the floor face first. Growling she jumps back to her feet. Turning she intended to dispatch Jazz's head from his body. Only to be met with a hoof to the face.

"They whisper to her Begging to be forgiven."

Another hoof planed itself firmly onto the Griffin's right knee. Immediately the force alone caused her to drop half way to the ground. In witch she was then met with a vicious head butt.

"Begging for one more chance to go to heaven."

The Griffin's vision exploded in a multitude of colors.

Howver in truth there is no such place."

Just as Gwen began to fall backwards Jazz caught her. Grabbing her arm he gave it one good yank. Immediately Gwen screamed as he dislocated her shoulder.

"There is only darkness and despair."

Screaming in rage Gwen swung her other arm towards his face. Fortunately Jazz saw said move coming a mile away. Catching her other arm with ease he yanked. Causing Gwen to scream once again. Once he was done Jazz threw her towards the wall. He did so as if she weighted little more than a pound.

"For the ones who decided to hang the hanged mare."

Going In and out of consciousness Gwen could do nothing but look up at Jazz as he approached. In his hooves he held a dagger. The very same dagger that was cursed with black magic. Unable to do anything but watch Gwen briefly wonderd if this was how her past victims felt.

Probably.

Looking down at her Jazz's expression changed. He was now grinning like a mad stallion. His eyes shining with childlike glee. Throwing his head back he laughed, and to be honest it creeped Gwen the hell out. "Fun, fun, so munch fun!" Jazz laughed. He did a little dance as he mumbled the word fun for what felt like minutes.

It was in this moment that Gwen realized just how truly fucked up in the head he was. Unfortunately that didn't make her feel any better. Afthere a few more moments Jazz stopped. Without a word he raised the dagger into the air. A mad gleam in his mixed colored eyes. Gwen shut her own and prepared for the pain.

It never came.

Opening an eye The griffieness saw a dark grey pony in front of her. Said pony had somehow gotten in between her and the stallion in record time. The dagger itself stopped just inches in front of the mare's face. Despite this she didnt even flinch. Instead she looked Jazz directly in the eyes. Jazz for his part was busy tilting his head in confusion. "Not yet" Marble stated in a quite voice. Her tone was not of a mare who's life almost ended. Instead she sounded somewhat amused. Lowering the dagger the stallion noded. Turning towards the griffieness Marble smiled. However it wasn't a normal kind of smile. It was a sick twisted one that promised pain and retribution. When she spoke her tone was almost musical.

"Now, how about you make it easier on yourself and tells us who you work for."
