Destiny 2: journey Act 2

The new day shines through the window hitting a helmet, but not just an ordinary helmet but the Guardian's helmet. He's a being not from this world he says he from a planet called earth, a planet that has been at war with many creatures. He was on an assignment to help someone until a portal opens to a world called Equestria a world filled with magic. And with Ponies, unicorns, and pegasus and also including dragons, bulls, and many more.

The Guardian has been in this world for some time now and he knows the whole history about everything. He is a warlock a mage that can see the future sometimes they read books nearly fast as the speed of light to understand the knowledge that they need to know. They hold special powers called the light. He has gifted the powers of the traveler to protect lives if they were in trouble. But he's not alone for him, he has a companion called a ghost a tiny robot made by the traveler to give there, Guardian the power of the light to fight or save others.

But the Guardians and their ghosts have one duty is to protect life from anything that tries to take the light to destroy enemies.

A hand grabs the helmet and puts it on. The Guardian adjusts his blue leather robe and gauntlets, reloads his weapons, and puts his helmet on. His ghost appears next to him and nods, and soon the two walk out the door ready for anything to come their way.

Buy then the strange humming returns making both you and your ghost look around. Find the source you look at the forest and hear the humming get louder. But not the thing you did not worry about, you're wondering why this sounds familiar. It sounds like a not complete song it talks about love and war and when the loved one returns home.

This song makes you think of "Ratchet" you mumbled, jumping down from the library you listen closely to the music. And you have that feeling in your body it's something you've not felt since you help stop the taken king. Sadness on the loss of his crimson bond, his companion. The more you think the more depressed you get. Ghost feels it to he enjoyed the conversation with sagra Ratchets's ghost if ghosts could have felt like guardians these two would be in love.

But just thinking about her makes you even sadder so you made up your mind and go home.

Two days later, you sit on your chair and look at a red helmet its been broken for some time now... You stop what you do and just sit.

"Guardian" you hear a voice behind you

Looking back you see nothing "Guardian" you hear again, looking back you see... You? Just standing there looking at you. The light in the room he's to your side leaving the other where another you stand in the dark. "W-what-"

"She's gone," the dark says to you. You shack your head "no"

"She's gone you stupid son of a bitch" the dark said grabbing your shoulders. "Face the facts you're stuck in another world not knowing if you can go home and save everyone. They're just keeping you here for you to suffer! You can't do anything but just wait!" The dark shouts at you before you get shoved to the ground.

"No your wrong they-"

"They are no help. They are useless!" The dark continues. And soon the boar appears next to the dark "this place will end you kill you ghost and kill you! Nothing is safe!" The dark said beginning to disappear

"Remember this your alone no one will never help you," the dark said before he disappeared.

You get up looking around the room but then back at the helmet then to outside. He's right you are alone no one can help you, you can only just wait and hope that you can go home and save everyone.

Twilight looks at the door to the Guardian's home with worry. He's been in there for three days and it's gotten the attention of the others. And twilight was the first to make her move.

"Guardian your home?" She said knocking on the door hoping for an answer.

Nothing, twilight frowns a bit and knocks again, and still nothing. Until a note falls on her head, she looks at it until she gasps and looks at the forest. She gonna need her friends to help with this problem cus the Guardian has gone into the forest to look for answers.

She runs back to her home wakes up Spike from him taking a nap and sends a letter to her teacher. She gathered her friends to meet them at Fluttershy's home to begin their search.

You continue your path through the forest hoping on finding something familiar like maybe a destroyed ship or fallen pikes. But find none. is this world making you go crazy? No, It has to be just you.

"Finding something in the forest will prove nothing," the darkness said

"Get out of my head," you said continuing on the path. But you then hear that humming again this time it's less quiet it more just normal. Follow g it closely you see a big rock blocking your path. Walking around it you give it a good inspection. It's just a grey rock that looks like it was meant to be here. But it looks very miss place for it only being there. There are flowers around it but it looks like something other than a rock was supposed to be there.

The humming makes it very clear that this thing is supposed to be moved. Charging up you're are on your right hand you throw the act bolt at the rock. But then you feel the light get strong in your body. But then the darkness grabs your arm and throws you away from the rock.

"How... Impossible a-a shard of the traveler here?" He said rubbing a hand on the top. You get up and push him away from it "leave it alone" you said.

"Or else what?"

"Or else I burn you into a pile!" You shout back

The darkness growls a bit "not if I kill you first!" He shouts back making a first before ice forms around his hands. You feel the light burn on you making you summon the daybreak sword. But you then stop and think 'light and darkness, Hawk and boar, Guardian vs Guardian.' It all makes sense now, you look at the dark how also did the same, and his powers fade away.

"That's it we fight cus were opposites"

The dark nods his head "we fight for our rights"

"But we need to do the right thing"

You both then look at the shard "we need to stop this rivalry" you said walking to it along with the dark, the humming returns making it clear what it wants.

"It wants freedom... This place... This forest is nothing but corruption for it" you said putting a hand on the top. The dark does the same putting it on the other side.

Soon and slowly the shard disappears flowing into the air. The trees leave turns from green to pink by the light passing through them. A dead tree slowly comes back to life turning into a beautiful tree.

"That's it. That's why Celestia and luna are immortal this shard saved them" you said looking around at the forest.

"Guardian!" Twilight said running out of a bush straight towards you along with everyone else.

"Where have you been?" Rainbow said flying next to you. "We were worried that you will never return home," Twilight said

Home... "I don't belong here," you said making the six look at you and all say "what!" At you.

"Look I know that everyone has gotten used to me but... Look at me! I mean I am a being from another system a thing that doesn't belong here" you look away and stare at the forest

"I may live here for now but..."

You look back at them and clear your throat and take your stance "I will return home but this... This is not my home" you said making it clear for them. They all give an upset look at what you said but they need to know that you don't belong here and that's final.

"But that doesn't mean that I won't miss the time here," you said. They look back at you and soon smiles nodding their head, twilight them walk up to you closer and

"Well then let go head back to town. You got everypony worried" she said leading the way. The other followed close and chat about something but you don't care. But as you leave you felt something cold tingled down your spine. You look back and...

Nothing it's just a beautiful spot to meditate. Your ghost appears next to you looking at you "come on we're falling behind" he said before moving to next Twilight.

"Yes," you said turning and following close to the group.

Logbook #79

Wow, it's been a while since I used this. Anyway I'm back for three years and well I had a thing like my darkness and light was coming together as one boy it was hard to deal with.

But the humming has stopped and my theory is right. A shard of the traveler was here an old one it was the one responsible for the humming but when me and my darkness worked together and put the shard to dust.

But I don't know what to do. I don't know when to go home. But I'm a guardian and I will stay strong.
