Comfort

Spike then sat down on the bed and began speaking with Starlight.

"Starlight I heard what happened at the Sombra attack." Spike softly spoke "Cozy Glow told me."

"What?! The only pony I told about the whole thing was Discord, and that was just because he needed to know what he did." Starlight said in shock backing up in a fetal position.

"She probably overheard you then, why didn't you tell me about this Starlight I'm your friend." Spike asked holding Starlight's hoof.

"Because I did not want to be a burden to you and the rest of my friends." Starlight answered ashamed of herself.

Spike then made Starlight look at him "Starlight you are not a burden you were never a burden. It doesn't matter what happened I'm your friend I'll always be there for you." Spike said hugging Starlight.

Starlight blushed and hugged the dragon back she felt safer in Spike's arms and felt warm inside.

Spike also enjoyed the hug he really cared about Starlight ever since she reformed he always felt safe around her in fact he might even love her.

Spike then widened his eyes and realized what he was doing and what he was thinking and then let go of Starlight and then awkwardly rubbed the back of his head "Well I should go see what's going on with the former villains, see you soon."

Spike then ran to his room who seemed to accompanied by Cozy Glow and Tirek,, he didn't know why they were in his room and he didn't care but he had to collect his thoughts so the dragon began pacing around the room.

"Spike is there something wrong?" Tirek asked curiously.

"Yeah you look stressed." Cozy Glow added concerned for her friend.

"Guys I think I'm in love with Starlight." Spike said to the two creatures.
