Emerald & Snowflake at University

"Emerald have have you seen which bag that damned mane dryer is?"
"Snowflake watch your language! Mother and father would not be happy if they heard you swear........" She never finished when there was a knock at he door.
"This better be fucking important classes start in an hour!" When she opened the door their neighbors stood there, the gray earth mare hoof moving forward for another knock............it slammed into Snowflake's face.
"Damn you cunt!" The two collided, threstral and earth pony trying to choke the other out. Vinyl and Emerald pulled them apart. When things settled and Snowflake hurried to finish getting ready Emerald nervously sat waiting.

Day 2-Disonance

The music hall was filled with promising futures were waiting to try out for a place in the university orchestra.
This was set to try quartets, the first group was four unicorns, floutest, cellist, pianist, and a tuba player. The floutest was absolutely dreadful couldn't keep a beat to save her flank; cellist would do her own thing, pianist couldn't even find middle c on the piano........the tuba player was holding the group together so she stayed.
After several grueling hours of listening to crap, Snowflake, Emerald, Vinyl, and Octavia took the stage. The first few minutes was of them arguing and playing over each other.......... Vinyl just dropped enough bass to drown everypony out Snowflake was trying to outplay Octavia and you had Emerald tapping at the piano humming a tune.
Vinyl finally hit a breaking point at the same time as Emerald and they said in unison, "What the fuck you two can we do this as a solid unit?" The hall became so quiet that you could smell the scent of antique wood hear the god-awful AC units and a pair of ponies making out somewhere in the very back.
Vinyl set a beat, Emerald followed with a tasteful jazz swing, Octavia fell in step steadily sliding out a jazzy swing melody Snowflake tied the knot by playing in key soulfully letting her now calmed mind guide her.
The conductor kept the whole group, even though they made the first half hell but the second half redeemed then All.
