Chapters The Parental Life Of Spike & Apple Bloom
Almost two weeks has passed, Spike already got a D.N.A test just incase and he is 100% the father, today is the day that his son arrives and he is nervous, Apple Bloom is there too.
His folks noticed this, "It's ok, was nervous myself when your brother was born", his father patted his shoulder.
Minutes later they saw a car park on the curve, the same woman from before exited the vehicle, then made her way to the back seat on the passengers side.
She unbuckled a baby car seat that has a baby in it, he has green hair like his father and wearing blue clothes.
She walked up to them looking down at the baby, "I like you to meet your family", he gave him to his grandmother, then walked back to her car to get his clothes.
She came back with a small suit case and handed it to Night Light along with small paper work that had the babys birth certificate.
"His name is Ruby Sparkle, anyways since my job here is done, I'll be on my way", she walked back to her car, then drove off.
The Sparkle family walked back in their home with their new addition to the family, the baby stared at the two teens and the two adults.
Velvet took him out of the car seat, "Hi there, I'm your grandma and this is your grandpa", she is carry him now.
Then hand him to her son, "I'm your daddy Spike and this is your mommy Apple Bloom", the baby stared at the two.
Then smiled hugging him, the apple farming teen took him in her arms causing him to lean his head on her chest and hug her, she is a mother now and hope she can be a great one too.
After awhile the rest of the family showed up, "Ruby...they are your auntie Cadence, uncle Shining Armor, cousin Flurry Heart, auntie Twilight, uncle Flash and your other cousin Stella".
"Your great cousin Thorax and his girlfriend Silver Spoon, your great auntie's Chrysalise Celestia Luna and great uncle Discord", Spike finished introducing the family.
"And don't worry, you'll meet your great grandma uncle and auntie later", the teen girl told her son.
Then a thought came to mind, "Hey Spike, do you mind if we give a middle name", she asked.
He nodded, "Sure, what name you have in mind?"
"Apple".
"So Ruby Apple Sparkle", she nodded.
"I like it, it's official", she thanked him giving him a kiss and hug.
After awhile, "Wanna show him around town Apple Bloom?", she nodded.
Then he headed upstairs, seconds later he came back down with a black stroller, they strapped him in after fixing Ruby a bottle.
"Don't forget about the diaper bag", Velvet told them.
"Oh yeah", then the teen girl headed to her son's new room.
As Apple Bloom is upstairs, "Never leave without the bag when you take Ruby for a walk, also make sure it has clean diapers, his bottle and his milk formula".
Twilight and the rest of the women nodded, "Done that once with Thorax", the pregnant woman explained.
That shocked her son turning to her, "Seriously mom".
"It was a mistake that only happened once", she explained giving him a hug, he became embarrassed when she kissed his cheek.
"Mom, Silver Spoon is watching", he whined with a red face seeing his girlfriend giggle.
The two were gonna take their son on a stroll, but Cadence stopped them, "Before you go, how about you two take a family picture with Ruby", they thought about it and nodded putting on a smile.
Many minutes later the teenage couple and their son are walking around town, they were showing him the shopes and stores.
"And that's the Ice Cream shop where me and daddy go for our date's", she playful told the baby giving her smiling boyfriend a kiss making him nod.
When they came across a game store, they headed inside and saw their gamer friend paying for something, they walked up to him.
"Hey Button Mash", the gamer turned to them, then saw the baby drinking a bottle.
"Is that him?", the gamer asked.
His friend nodded, "Ruby, meet Button Mash", he introduced his son to his friend.
"Hey there little guy", the baby just continued to drink his bottle.
The teen went back to the counter and the clerk gave him his receipt, "What did you buy?", Spike asked.
"I Pre-Ordered Resident Evil Village", that surprised the teen.
"Wait you can Pre-Order it now", his friend nodded.
Then he went up to the clerk, "I like to Pre-Order Resident Evil Village also", the man nodded and started typing on the computer as the teen got his wallet out.
Apple Bloom was looking at some Nintendo Switch game's, she never noticed her baby staring at a Mario plushy, then dropped his bottle and reached out for the stuffed figure.
This got the apple farmers attention, she smiled, "You want that plushy?", all her son did was reached out for it trying to grab it as she picked up the bottle.
"Spike?"
The teen turned to his girlfriend, he saw her grab a hold of a Mario plushy and toss him it, he caught it confused.
"What's this for?"
"Ruby wants it", she told him.
"Oh", then he started paying for it also, when the transaction is done, he walked over to his son giving him the plushy, the baby took it hugging the plush.
Then thought of something since he has a small family now, he ran back in the store confusing his girlfriend.
Seconds later he came back out with a large paper, "What's that for?"
"An Application to work there, wanna be able to support you and Ruby", he gave her a kiss making her smile.
An hour later of walking around and showing their son the shops and stores, the couple are eating some Ice Cream.
"Hey Spike, can we go to my place so my family can meet him?, he nodded, then they started walking again.
Many minutes later they arrived at the farm house, they headed inside as Apple Bloom called out, "Granny Big Mac and Applejack, will you come to the living room".
Seconds later the three adults walked in the big room, then saw the baby becoming confused, "Is that him?", her big sister asked.
The teens nodded, then turned their attention to their baby, "Ruby, this is your great grandma Granny Smith, uncle Big Mac and auntie Applejack".
Then noticed two people missing, "Where's Cheerilee and Apple Fritter?"
"She took her with her to put flowers on her parents grave".
"Oh".
Seconds of silence, "Well it's nice to have another great grandchild, welcome to the family dear", the elderly lady told the baby as he just stared at her.
The young adult smiled also, "Nice to meet you sugarcube", AJ told her nephew.
"Apple Bloom, you sure you're ready to be a ma?", her big brother asked.
She nodded, "Of course I am, besides how hard could it be being a parent....what's the worse that can happen".
Her big brother sighed, "Ok then, but as long you know how to take responsibility of being a parent", he put on a smile looking down at the baby that's looking up at him like he's a giant.
"Welcome to the family nephew, when you get much older I'll teach you a few things", he playfully told him.
"I'm gonna spend the night with Spike tonight", her family nodded in understanding.
Hour's later it is dark and time for bed, the baby is asleep as the two teens are getting in bed ready to sleep, "Night Spike, love you", she gave him a kiss.
"Love you too Bloom", then they closed their eyes to sleep.
Several hour's later they stired and tiredly woke up to crying from the other room, "Ruby's awake", the male teen mumbled.
His girlfriend slowly got up and walked out, then walked in her sons bedroom, she saw him crying in the crib so she picked him up.
"Shhhh, it's ok...mommys here", then felt that his diaper is wet and realise he needs a clean one, she laid him back down and started taking his Pajamas off.
Seconds later she finished putting a clean diaper on him, then yawned picking him back up and started to get him to fall asleep again.
"So this is life of being a mother....hope it won't get any difficult then this" , she thought to herself gently rocking him in her arms.
The Parental Life Of Spike & Apple Bloom
The next morning the teenage couple were still sleeping, the alarm on his phone went off and they shifted, Spike groaned and hit the Snooze before going back to sleep.
Downstairs with the parents, they were up along with Ruby who being feed baby food, they were wondering why the two teens ain't up yet.
Seconds later the woman walked in her sons bedroom finding him and his girlfriend asleep still, "Spike....Apple Bloom, time to get up because breakfast is ready".
The two mumbled before waking up, they got out of bed stretching and yawning, then turned to each other, "Morning Spike", the teen girl gave her boyfriend a morning kiss.
Then they noticed the woman in the bedroom, "Morning mom, wait what time is it?", he grabbed his cell and checked the time.
"It's Ten o'clock", his mother told him.
"Really....man we must of been tired".
"Why were you both so tired?", Velvet asked confused.
"Ruby woke up in the middle of the night crying, I changed his diaper and made him a bottle", Apple Bloom explained.
That caused the woman to smirk, "Did we forget to mention that, also welcome to parent hood, anyways breakfast is ready", then the three headed out the room.
Seconds later they walked in the kitchen, the teen walked up to her baby with a smile, "Morning Ruby", she kissed his head.
Then her and her boyfriend sat down to eat as she was next to her baby, she noticed the food on his bib and around his mouth.
"You feed him already Mrs Velvet?", the woman nodded.
After awhile Apple Bloom is ready to go home and change since she showered, "I'll be back later ok", she gave Spike a kiss as he is holding their son.
Ruby gave a wine and held his arms out to her, she took him in her arms, "Don't worry, mommy will be back", she kissed his check before giving him back to her boyfriend.
Soon the baby is playing with his toys while Spike is finishing up his job application, seconds later he is done, "Now all I gotta do is turn this in".
"Hey mom!", the teen called out.
His mother came into the living room, "Need something sweetie?"
"Can you look after Ruby will quick, I'm gonna go turn in this application", the woman looked at it and saw it is a Job application.
"You're gonna start working?"
He nodded, "Sure I'll watch him", he thanked her.
Then turned to his son, "I'll be back ok, be good for grandma", he gently ruffled his hair before grabbing the application and heading out.
Minutes later at Sweet Apple Acres, the apple family are doing their chores, Caramel is living with them so he can help out everyday and be with his girlfriend.
Apple Bloom is inside her home doing her chores, suddenly she stopped and sighed sadly before turning to the picture of her smiling parents.
Her grandma saw this becoming concerned, "Something wrong?"
"I just wish ma and pa were here to meet Ruby", she spoke sadly.
"I'm sure they would have loved him and would be very proud of you", the teen girl put on a smile.
"Thanks Granny".
"How about tomorrow you take him to the Cemetery", her grandaughter nodded at that.
With a pregnant Chrysalis, the woman is thinking of a name to give her unborn daughter, "Jenny...no, Jessica..nah", she continued to think.
Her husband walked in, "Hey Discord, what would be a perfect name for our unborn daughter?", she asked.
"You already thinking of a name", she nodded.
"Ok....hmmmm, how about Ocellus".
"Ocellus?"
Then she smiled at the name, "I like it, ok Ocellus it is then", she placed a hand on her large stomach.
Suddenly she asked out of nowhere, "Dizzy do I look fat to you?"
"Oh no not this again" , he thought.
"Of course not honey, you have a body of a model", that made her blush thanking him.
She carefully got up and walked up to him, she gave him a kiss and started heading to the kitchen for a snack, he sighed when she is out of ear shot.
"Never thought I would go through this again...but it's nice knowing I'm gonna have a daughter" , he thought.
After awhile back with Spike, he walked in the Gamestop store seeing that it's two different employees, "Hi".
"Hi, can I help you something?"
The teen walked up to the counter placing the paper on it, "I'm just turning in my application that I got yesterday", the employee nodded in understanding and got his boss's attention.
The manager walked over and started looking the application over, "So you only looking for part time right?", the teen nodded.
"Ok we'll give you a call when we have a spot open", again the teen nodded and thanked him, then he headed out.
Back with Apple Bloom, she finished her chores and started heading out to see her boyfriend and baby.
For some reason she started thinking about her, Spike and Ruby living together like a small family, she knows she's his step mom but she loves him like he's her birth child.
"Hmm, maybe I should talk to him about living together in a two bedroom apartment", she continued to think about it.
"I wonder, does it hurt giving birth?", then she started thinking of what it would be like to have a baby grow in her stomach.
Many minutes later she arrived at the street and saw her boyfriend walking up to his home, she ran to catch up to him.
When she is made it behind him, he quickly turned around confused and smiled seeing it is his girlfriend.
"Hey Spike, did you go somewhere?"
He nodded giving her a kiss, "Remember that application I got?"
She nodded as they walked inside, "Well I turned it in, the manager told me if there is a spot open he'll call me".
Then they noticed Ruby getting his diaper changed by his grandmother, then she grabbed his clean clothes and started putting them on him.
When she is done Apple Bloom smiled and walked over saying, "How's my baby boy doing", she picked him up.
The baby just smiled and giggled, then hugged her causing the teen to hug back.
"Hey Spike, I'm gonna go visit my parents grave, you don't mind if I take Ruby with me to meet them right?"
He shook his head no, "Don't mind at all", she thanked him giving him a kiss.
"There's something else I want to talk about?"
That confused him, "Really what?"
The teen adjusted the baby in her arms, "Well....I was wondering if we got a two bedroom apartment and move in together with Ruby".
That shocked her boyfriend along with his mother, "You want us to move in together with a place to ourselves?", she nodded.
"I'm not sure you both should....what about school and Apple Bloom, would Big Mac and Applejack let you knowing you have responsibilities at your farm?", the woman asked.
"Well, I can just go to the farm every morning after School".
"What about Ruby, who's gonna watch him when I start working?", Spike asked.
"I can take him with me to the farm and keep an eye on him there", then she turned her attention to her son.
"Would you like that Ruby, me you and daddy living together", all he did was hugged her with a smile causing her to hug back and kiss his little head.
Her boyfriend thought about it, then smiled at the idea of him, his son and girlfriend getting a home to themselves.
"You know what, that does sound nice...ok then, but just wait for awhile till I have enough money to get a place", she nodded in understanding.
Then Velvet thought of something, "Apple Bloom, till then would you like to live with us so you can be with Ruby everyday".
That surprised her, "You'll do that", she nodded.
"It wouldn't be fair to him that his mother doesn't live with him", the teen thought about it before smiling and nodding.
Many hour's later when Apple Bloom is officially living with the Sparkle's so that she can be with her son everyday.
Her big brother let her as long as she shows up to the farm after School to help with the apple harvest, she agreed.
It is the middle of the night and suddenly Ruby woke up crying, the teens stired in there sleep, "Ruby's awake", Spike quietly spoke.
"It's your turn", then Bloom headed back to sleep.
Her boyfriend started getting out of bed continuing to barley hear his son cry, he yawned and walked out his room.
He then walked in his sons room turning the light on, after his eyes adjusted to the light he noticed the bottle is empty.
He grabbed it and started making a new one, seconds later he gently picked his son up and felt a soft wet spot on his arm.
"Great" , he thought before laying him back down, then grabbed a clean diaper and baby wipes.
As he started undressing his son, he started thinking to himself, "So this is life of a dad huh" , then doing his best not to gag from the smell after opening up the dirty diaper.
The Parental Life Of Spike & Apple Bloom
The morning the teenage couple woke up late again, "Morning Spike", his girlfriend gave him a kiss.
"You know, being parents is harder then we thought", Bloom explained causing her boyfriend to agree with her.
"But it's worth it cause he's our son", he said making his girlfriends agree.
After awhile when they are ready for the day, Apple Bloom is feeding Ruby some apple and blueberry baby food.
He is eating it, there is some on his bib and around his mouth, "You like this food don't you", the teen playfully spoke, Ruby clapped his tiny hands happily and continued to eat.
"After this, I'm gonna go take you to see your other grandpa and grandma".
Many minutes later the teen girl is pushing the stroller with Ruby in it, they turned and entered the town Cemetery, they started heading towards the office.
After while Apple Bloom stopped at a large grave slab that has two names on it, it read Bright Mac and Pear Butter, beloved parents son and daughter, husband and wife.
Bloom took her son out of the stroller, she sat down in front of the grave and gently sat him down between her legs.
She smiled sadly at the grave, "Hi ma....pa, I like you to meet your grandson Ruby, and Ruby....they are your grandparents", the baby looked up at his mother, then at the grave".
She was gonna say that they died in a car crash because a drunk driver drove on the wrong side of the road, but he is too young to know that.
"They were farmer's like me and your uncle Big Mac, auntie Applejack and great grandma Apple Smith".
She smiled, "One day you'll be part of that too".
"And I want you to know that mommy loves you very much", she kissed his head.
After awhile she is placing him back on the stroller, she felt a gust of wind and voices whisper, "We're very proud of you, be a wonderful mother".
She smiled sadly and wriped away a tear, the baby stared up at his mother wondering what is wrong, then held his little arms up to her.
She picked him back up and they shared a hug, it is a mother and baby moment as she held him close, then she kissed his cheek.
After awhile with Twilight in her home reading a book and looking after her daughter, she is thinking about her nephew brother and his girlfriend.
She also knows hard it's gonna be for them to be parents, she then decided to talk to her fiance about it when he gets back from work.
She started thinking about when she wanted to have her wedding, after awhile she heard knocking, she opened the door and saw that it is Apple Bloom with Ruby.
The young adult let her in, "Hey Apple Bloom".
"Howdy Twilight, just dropped by to see if Ruby would like to play with Stella".
"That would be nice for them to get along", the bookworm let her in.
Seconds later Stella and Ruby were sitting and playing in a small play area, Bloom finished texting her boyfriend letting him know she's at his sisters place.
As their babys play, they started talking, "So when is the wedding?", the apple farming teen asked.
"Don't know, but we will have it soon", the young adult told her.
"Hey Apple Bloom, what caused you to fall in love with my brother?"
The teen started thinking, "Well, I love your brother because he's been there for me even though he was Diamond Tiara's boyfriend when we meet I thought he was cute", she explained.
"Well I hope one day you will be family", that caused Apple Bloom to blush and smile at the thought of her boyfriend proposing to her.
"What about you, what caused you and Flash to fall in love", the young adult smiled and started explaining how her and her fiance fell in love.
With Spike hanging out with Rumble, Thorax and Button Mash, their girlfriends are doing there own thing spending time together.
"So what's it like being a dad?", the gamer asked.
"It's a struggle I tell you that, nothing smells worse then a dirty diaper, having to get up in the middle of the night to change it...or make a fresh bottle".
"Regardless of everything, me and Bloom love Ruby with all our hearts".
"You know, Silver asked me if one day me and her will be parents", his friends and cousin turned to him.
"She asked you that", he nodded.
"I love her, but I rather wait till after we get married then we'll have a baby", his friends nodded at that.
Then they turned their attention back to Spike, "What about you?"
He became confused, "What about me".
"Will Ruby get a baby brother or sister in the future?", Button asked.
"Maybe, if we can handle the responsibility of being parents now", he told them.
Seconds later, "You guy's wanna go to the Arcade", they nodded and started heading there.
With Apple Bloom and Twilight again, "So it's extremely painful giving birth".
The young adult nodded, "You be surprised of the pain I went through giving birth to Stella, it's like nothing you ever experienced", she told her.
"Whoa", she started wondering if it'll be painful for her when she gives birth in the future.
Then she gave a blush of embarrassment, "W-What about breast feeding?"
The bookworm smiled, "From what I read about in books and learned in parenting classes, it's a great way to bond with your baby".
"So breast feeding helps you become closer to your baby", the young adult nodded, they continued to spend time with each other as their babys continued to play.
Hour's later when it is dark Bloom and Spike are home, the teenage apple farmer is upstairs getting ready to put Ruby asleep.
She remembered what Twilight told her and wants to become closer with her baby, then she looked at the door and closed it, then she gently placed him down in his crib and took her shirt off.
Seconds later Velvet is walking upstairs ready for bed, she yawned and when she passed her grandsons room, she can barely hear her son's girlfriend talking.
"Good boy Ruby".
She became confused and opened the door, she poked her head inside and there she saw Apple Bloom in her bra holding Ruby close.
She walked in the room and closed the door causing the teen to quickly turn around, her future mother in law saw what she is doing now.
"Why are you breast feeding him?"
The teen became embarrassed and moved her son away from her breast, after putting him back in his crib she pulled her left bra cup up and put her shirt back on.
"Care to explain", the woman crossed her arms.
"Twilight told me that breast feeding your baby helps with bonding", she explained.
"Oh....well I understand that because I breast feed three babys, but you can't bond with him like that", she told her.
She became confused, "How come?"
"Because milk won't come out of your breast, you have not given birth to a baby yet".
"Oh....so if he was my birth child, I'll be able to bond with him like that", the woman nodded.
The teen became embarrassed even more, "I can't believe I did that".
"It's ok, it's understandable", they smiled.
Hour's later the two teens were asleep, then they stired when they can barely hear their son crying, Apple Bloom got up and yawned, then groggly walked out the room.
She walked in her sons room and turned the light on, after her eyes adjusted to the light she saw that his bottle is half empty.
She gently picked him up and felt a soft wet spot, she layed him down and started undressing him to get him in a fresh clean diaper.
The Parental Life Of Spike & Apple Bloom
A month has passed and not much has happened, Spike is already working part time at Gamestop and his girlfriend and friends know.
With Chrysalis, the pregnant woman was spending some time with her sister in laws, "And that's how me and Discord fell in love", she said finishing her story.
They continued to spend time together, suddenly the woman felt pain around her stomach, "O-Oh no...I think she's coming", Celestia helped her stand up while Luna pulled her phone out to call her brother.
Many minutes later Discord and his son was at the Hospital waiting outside of room, they can barely hear their wife and mother groaning in pain.
Minutes later it stopped, as nurse came out of the room, "You can see her now", the two walked in.
There they saw the woman in a Hospital gown holding a small bundle in her arms, "Discord...Thorax, meet your daughter and baby sister, Ocellus", they walked over.
"She's beautiful...just like you", the couple shared a kiss.
"Hey there little sis, I'm gonna take good care of you", the teen playfully said.
After awhile with Apple Bloom, she was home looking after her son since Spike is at work, Velvet came up to them.
"So how's it feel being a mother?"
The teen turned to her, "It's great Mrs Velvet, but kinda difficult from waking up in the middle of the night...changing his diaper and making him a bottle".
"I know that feeling", the woman told her understanding of what it's like raising a baby.
"I also know that you'll be a wonderful mother to my grandson", the teen thanked her.
Then they heard Ruby yawn, they turned to him and saw him looked tired, Bloom gently picked him up and leaned him on her shoulder, she started gently rocking him to sleep.
An hour later Spike showed up from work, "How was work", Bloom asked giving him a kiss.
"It was ok...getting the hang out it...are my folks home?"
"They went to the store three minutes ago".
He smirked wrapping his arms around her waist, "So we are home alone?"
She nodded smirking too, "Yes we are".
"Wanna do a quicky?", she nodded and they both quickly headed upstairs.
A minute later with Twilight looking after her daughter, she was thinking about how she and Flash didn't go to college after Graduating.
She had plans of going to college and wanting to be a scientist and her boyfriend wanted to learn more about cars, but things changed when they found out they'll gonna be parents.
She shrugged putting on a smile turning her attention to her smiling daughter playing with her toys, "And me & Flash don't regret being parents".
With Button Mash and Sweetie Belle, the two were was home alone and the gamer is playing some Fortnite with his girlfriend watching him.
"You got this Mashy", she encouraged him, the avatar reloaded the sniper, when he was done he drank some potion.
"Watch it there's a guy there!".
"I see him", then he switch to his Rare tier Assault Rifle and engaged in battle.
"I'll take that", he said to himself switching the rare AR for a legendary one.
"I'm definition gonna win for sure, but that guy left me with Twenty health...good thing I found that medkit", he build a fort and started drinking potion again and pull out his medkit.
Many minutes later with Melanie arriving home, she park her car in the drive way and got out and headed to the back seat.
Seconds later she walked inside with a large bag in her arms calling, "Button I'm home!", she closed the door with her foot.
He came out of his room with his girlfriend, "You got lucky", he nodded remembering how him and this other guy had a sniping battle, and he was lucky enough to get a no scope head shot.
"Hey mom what did you buy?"
"Oh stuff to make dinner tonight and some ice cream", she placed the bag on the counter and started putting stuff in the fridge.
"Oh", but before she can put the bread away.
"Wanna sandwich Sweetie Belle?", his girlfriend shrugged and nodded, then he grabbed the bread and the sandwich stuff.
Back at the Sparkle residents with Spike and Apple Bloom, they were naked and staring at the ceiling, then the teen girl turned to her side placing a hand on his chest.
"Damn...best sex ever", she kissed his cheek with a smirk.
"Glad you enjoyed it", they shared a kiss, Spike took his used rubber off and threw it in the trash bin.
"Good thing we started using condoms huh", his girlfriend nodded.
Then they got up, but started to panic when they heard from downstairs, "Spike...Apple Bloom where's home!".
They started putting their clothes on, when they were dressed the teen boy sprayed his room with some air conditioner to get rid of the smell of sex and sweat.
They walked out the room, "I'm gonna check on Ruby", the teen girl walked in her sons bedroom.
Spike then realised that he and Bloom smells of sex and sweat, "I need a shower", he said to himself as he walked downstairs.
When his parents noticed him, "Hey son I need your help with getting four cases of water out of the car", then he walked outside with his dad.
After awhile the two were carrying the last of the water bottle cases in the house, suddenly the man noticed something.
"Spike....why you look sweating and a little exhausted, are the cases really that heavy?"
His sons face became red nearly dropping the case, the man turned to Apple Bloom and saw she looked a little sweaty and exhausted too.
After putting two and two together, he smirked as they put the cases down in the kitchen, "You and your girlfriend had a little fun while we were gone huh".
The teen nodded red face, "My boy....I remember all the fun me and your mother had", he grinned disturbing his son.
"Dad...I don't need to know that!".
"Sometimes she has trouble walking, hell one time before you were born we broke the bed and made a hole in the wall".
"Ok I'm gonna see if Apple Bloom wants to go on a date", he walked away in disgust as his father laughed.
A half hour later the two teens were at a restaurant eating a burger, "Can't believe your dad told you that", Bloom said in disgust.
They continued to eat, "Hey Spike, do you think one day we'll give Ruby a baby brother or sister?"
That caused him to nearly choke on his food, "You seriously asking me that", he drank his soda.
"Well..if anything, I rather wait till after we get married to have a second child", that caused her to blush and smile, then gave him a kiss.
They continued their date when suddenly Flurry Heart ran up to them, "Uncle, auntie", she hugged them as they became shocked.
"Flurry...what are you doing here, where's mommy?", the male teen asked looking around.
"She's over there", she pointed at her fanatic mother looking around, then the woman noticed her and rushed over.
"Don't ever do that again", she hugged her daughter glad nothing bad happened to her.
"Hey Spike and Apple Bloom...you two on a date?", they nodded.
"Where Shining?"
"He's at work".
"Mommy can we sit with them", the little girl asked.
Her mother was gonna say that they shouldn't, "It's ok Cadence".
"You sure?", they nodded.
"Ok then".
Then she looked at the table, "Could we move to a bigger table?", they nodded and got up moving to a different table.
"So how's perental life?", the woman asked.
"Kinda difficult, but regardless of everything we both love Ruby", Apple Bloom explained causing her boyfriend to nod.
"Well if you need help with taking care of him just let me know", they nodded and thanked her.
"And I'm gonna be a great cousin too", Flurry said excitedly, they continued to talk and stuff.
